Shared by the official who directs federal law enforcement and immigration enforcement, it puts presidential reach behind outlawing a political identity. The title also fails on its own terms: most elected US democratic socialists are citizens, and "Deported" assumes a power to remove them that doesn't exist. Posting links without comment is a habit of his, and that habit is the only sign in the post that he shared it himself.

The day stops short of a stochastic-terrorism pattern because the link stands alone. The video asks the government to act, and it does not call on private individuals.
