We are just leaving the White House Lawn on the maiden voyage from the newly built, and very beautiful, Heliport! I want to thank Jim Taiclet, CEO of Lockheed Martin, who made this valuable contribution to our Country. Our Government has been thinking about doing this for 25 years, but was never able to get it done. I get things done! Also, and most importantly, THANK YOU to the Great Construction Workers and Stone Masons of the Washington, D.C., area, who created something very special, and to Clark Construction for its wonderful supervisory work. This is the first picture taken of the new Heliport Landing Zone on the South Lawn of the White House! It is magnificently made of carved granite in shades of Black and White. It is truly a work of art and, even the Trump Haters are saying, “Wow, that’s really good!” It was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and, again, though expensive, was a Gift to America! As part of the Project, the poorly conditioned asphalt at the Main Entrance was replaced with Highest Grade, 4 and 5 inch thick, White Granite! At a strength of 35,000 pounds per square inch, and rated “1 Million Years, PLUS, the Highest Rating there is for stone, aside from being beautiful, it is essentially indestructible. There will be no cracks, or defacement, EVER! The Heliport path travels directly into the Main Entrance where the green entrance doors, from what was years ago a maintenance area, were changed to White House White with new, highest level hardware, locks, and hinges. It is an Honor, “in my spare time,” to bring back the Beauty and Magnificence of the White House, to levels it has never seen before, not even after its construction in 1792. Like our Nation, under the Dumocrats, was in decline, the White House was a badly maintained “dump.” Now, it is a Palace! President DONALD J. TRUMP

The White House was in very bad condition, both inside and out. Frankly, it was a “dump!” Past Presidents did not take care of it. I love renovating it during my spare time, which is not much. The Department of Interior, and various contractors, are doing a fantastic job. Attached are pictures of BEFORE and AFTER. The exterior “skin” of the Building was practically falling off! It is now in better shape than when built in 1792. Such an Honor to have the privilege of saving this Great Structure! More time without renovation would have destroyed our beloved White House! Just inspected the site of the new Ballroom that will be built, compliments of a man known as Donald J. Trump, at the White House. For 150 years, Presidents, and many others, have wanted a beautiful Ballroom, but it never got built because nobody previously had any knowledge or experience in doing such things — But I do, like maybe nobody else, and it will go up quickly, and be a wonderful addition, very much in keeping with the magnificent White House itself. These are the “fun” projects I do while thinking about the World Economy, the United States, China, Russia, and lots of other Countries, places, and events. It will all be good, maybe even GREAT, depending on who is the President of the U.S.A.!
