Congressman if I could just add, it's Raymond Arroyo, as you look at this anew my question is what's changed since John Durham did an investigation and prosecuted this case? Durham looked at this extensively. He was the special prosecutor they named. He explored it. There were two prosecutions I believe both ended in acquittals. What's different now? What do you know now that Durham didn't know? I think it's classified annex is the difference maker and the fact that it has been reviewed and declassified so then now we get a look at it. These are things that we knew on the intel committee but really couldn't talk about obviously because it was classified and so you know we can you know in our world we can our job is to oversee the intelligence community and we can do investigations but we can't prosecute. We can make criminal referrals where it's necessary but you recall the Durham investigation took a long long time but it was limited to just the unclassified stuff so when the classified annex was declassified using the appropriate procedure to do so. Tell people what that is. They don't know the world of information. The viewers don't know what a classified annex is. Tell them what that that secure room was and how it was discovered. Sure so the classified annex basically had all that information that he couldn't go public with that was you know classified so it was prepared in an annex to the report that is the you know appended to the report that essentially it was never released to the public so most everybody didn't realize the extent of of that investigation so if all you did was look at the unclassified material what they deemed was appropriate to share you would probably come to the same conclusion but when you look at the classified material that was since been released you have a completely different picture a more fulsome picture exactly what happened. I would think that would certainly be in the FBI's lane to look at that because the reality is you know there's the old saying you know follow the money and you know I want to start by saying in this country you're innocent until proven guilty but you know most of the time where there's smoke there's fire and there's a lot of smoke here and and it's the endless supply of money that they've been able to provide candidates up and down the ballot across the country. I mean how is that even possible? I think these are valid questions and and you know Soros has had his hands in this for a long long time so I do think it's entirely appropriate to investigate thoroughly what's taking place there. He's given over 32 billion dollars through the foundation. He supported Biden, Hillary, various other organizations numerous organizations and it goes to the question of whether there is a potential for federal or equal or even state level. Also it's been very effective in the judicial space beginning in 2015 with his money that was put into various prosecutors and getting judges elected and still ongoing today with organizations that are literally training judges. We see legal warfare underway with all of this. This is why so many people to your point when they see all this smoke ask how can you not find the fire. I understand it's difficult but the C3 versus C4 structure are you going to look into this at the federal level and then work with state partners where there may be violations not only of federal IRS code potential reco statutes or even state non-profit statutes. So earlier this week, there was a ceremony at Arlington Cemetery for the 13 Americans killed in the Abbey Gate bombing as the United States fled Afghanistan in humiliating fashion. The two people responsible for the carnage did not attend, but Donald Trump did attend that event. And of course, Trump is the only one who's taking heat from the media tonight, desperately trying to keep alive PBS's reporting of an altercation between a Trump staffer and a cemetery official that day. New York Times Maggie Haberman claiming the family of a dead green beret is upset by Trump's team filming near his grave site without their permission. Kelly Barnett was there this week with Trump. She is a gold star mother. Her son, Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover, was killed in the Abbey Gate suicide bombing, and she joins us tonight. And thank you so much, Kelly, for coming on and joining us. It does seem clear to me that the media wants to protect Biden and Kamala politically. They bear the responsibility for the chaotic exit. They bear responsibility for what happened to your son. So this story is what we get after what we saw and a beautiful ceremony that we saw this week. I want to ask just to start, did you witness any of this alleged tension between the Trump team and the cemetery officials? No, thank you for having me and letting me have a voice. No, I heard about it later that evening and the first thing in the morning. We heard nothing. Everything went so smooth. Trump's team was completely respectful. The Arlington staff was completely respectful. I heard nothing. The claim here is that Trump is politicizing his visit to Arlington and that day that he spent with you. They clearly want Americans to think that Trump is using the 13 killed as some kind of political pawn. When you speak to him, and I know that you have, and I know that he's rather close to all of these families, do you sense that or is there an authentic, you know, concern there from him? No, he is 100 percent authentic. This year I reached out to him. My dad is 80 years old. He has a deep respect for Trump. My son had a deep respect for Trump. I said, oh, this would be great. This is my dad. He said that this is probably his last time to be able to travel there. I wanted him to lay the wreath and I said, this would be a great opportunity. It would be great for our family to have this memory. So we brought him in. Trump was nothing. It was not political whatsoever. He was asking me about Taylor, talking about the family, how we were doing. You know, we'd have, you know, we would talk about, you know, how we felt that day and it was a beautiful day and that it was a joyous day. You know, he told me to, you know, not to cry, that if this was happy, that Taylor was happy and it was a good day, nothing political. This is all just a, you know, they're throwing daggers at us, ghost our parents. You know, we've already been through so much. I, you know, can't they just stay in their lane and mind their businesses had nothing to do with politics whatsoever? When you go to Arlington, I know it's sad and I know it's very somber to be there. But does it make you proud to honor your son? And I mean, that is such a beautiful place and it's such an important place. It is like a sanctuary for me to go there and to sit is a beautiful place. You know, usually I have the place to myself and I can sit and reflect and talk to him. It's just a beautiful somber place, you know, and I know that people keep bringing up this stupid photo. That photo was for me. Trump was walking away and I said, hey, can I get a photo? You know, around Taylor's head, headstone really fast with my family and my friends. It was supposed to be for me. Arlington is the one that took that picture and leaked that photo. They're the ones that gave it to NPR and started this whole thing and that breaks my heart because I love going to Arlington and I've had nothing but great things and great experiences with the staff there. And this breaks my heart that they're allowing their employees to act this way because that is definitely a sanctuary. It's a sacred place for me to be with my son. The politically charged nature of it, you're right, makes no sense, has no place here. It's just, you know, it's you guys have been through a lot, as you said, and your kids are all heroes. What happened that they should not have happened. And it's an embarrassment to I think this administration and I think that's why we have this so politically charged because we're coming up against an election. But I want to thank you so much for coming on tonight and sharing that story with us. And thank you so much for your son. I obtained a copy of this 292-page report from Republicans on the House Oversight Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, so you know they've been leading the impeachment inquiry against President Biden for months, and they said their investigation found that President Biden engaged in impeachable conduct and said he abused his office and, quote, "defrauded the United States to enrich his family." Republicans revealed that since 2014, the Biden family and its associates received more than $27 million from foreign individuals and entities. They also found that while Biden was serving as vice president, the Biden family got more than $8 million in loans from Democratic benefactors, and they said that those loans have not been repaid. So this report says, in part, quote, "as vice president, President Biden actively participated in this conspiracy by attending dinners with his family's foreign business partners and speaking to them by phone, often when being placed on speaker phone by Hunter Biden." Republicans are calling out a 2014 dinner that Hunter Biden and his father attended with a Russian oligarch, and they say that, after that dinner, that oligarch wired $3.5 million to Hunter Biden's firm. Now, these accusations against the Bidens are wide-ranging throughout this report, which says, quote, "Several witnesses testified that Hunter Biden invoked his father in business dealings with Romanian, Chinese, Kazakhstani and Ukrainian companies, resulting in millions of dollars flowing to the Biden family." They are also calling out Biden for his handling of classified documents, and they said, quote, "During his tenure as vice president, Joe Biden removed highly sensitive classified documents from the White House, despite having no authority to do so."
