Video transcript 12:21

It has been nearly a decade since Barack Hussein Obama left office nearly 18 years since he was first elected as president. And yet Barack is still refusing to write off into the sunset with grace and something called dignity. Nope. Instead, he's now desperate for validation, but his most recent sit down with failed soon to be out of work, so-called comedian Stephen Colbert was an important reminder about the constant deception, gaslighting, pious lectures that divided a nation. Take a look. The White House shouldn't be able to direct the attorney general to go around prosecuting the president. Just technically, it's under the executive branch, but the norm is that it's independent. The idea is that the attorney general is the people's lawyer. It's not the president's consigliere. He can't overcome the politicization of the criminal justice system. The awesome power of the state. You can't have a situation in which whoever's in charge of the government starts using that to go after their political enemies or reward their friends. We will address that directly in a second, but remember, we're just a bunch of bitter, angry Americans that cling to our God, our guns, our Bibles, our religion. He of course was hanging out the church of G.D. America with Reverend Wright, palling around with admitted domestic terrorists, Bernadine Dorn, Bill Ayers. Obama wrote the book on weaponization and politicizing justice. Members Attorney General Eric Holder bragging about being Obama's wingman, and for years, with the help of his wingman, Obama routinely targeted his political enemies, journalists that ran negative stories. They were wiretapped, classified as traitors, business leaders with the wrong views. They were targeted. Some were even jailed. The GOP's rising star at the time, Virginia Governor Bob McDonald. Remember, he was utterly destroyed by Jack Smith over a series of cooked up convictions that were all unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. And here's the big one. The 2016 Republican nominee for president, Donald J. Trump, and his campaign, his transition team and his presidency, remember they were spied on by Obama loyalists that were gaming the FISA court system? But it wasn't just the courts. Remember, it was Obama who weaponized nearly every powerful lever of government against political opponents. And of course, that includes the IRS. Remember that little scandal? The FBI, even the intel community. And for the record, remember how the Russia collusion hoax began? It began, according to a 2025 report from the director of national intelligence. We now know, quote, "New evidence uncovers Obama-directed creation of false intelligence reports used to launch years-long coup to undermine President Trump and the American people." Now, remember, Obama personally, they had an intelligence at I.C.A. report that career senior intel officials, no, Russia did not impact the 2016 election. Well, he didn't like that conclusion. So he had a meeting in December of 2016 in his Oval Office at the time. And guess what? They came up with a new one to fit his narrative to go after Donald Trump. Ultimately, this weaponization of government resulted in 88 cooked up felony charges against the Democrats' chief political rival and a famous mugshot seen around the world. But Obama is now deeply worried about Republicans because the GOP just doesn't act in good faith, doesn't care about the rule of law. Really? This is the same Barack Obama that set Trump up for a phony hoax. Take a look. I'm worried about the Republican Party, not just the Democratic Party. When I was president, people would ask me, "What change would you like to see in Washington?" I'd say, "I'd love a loyal opposition. I'd love a Republican Party that was conservative in some ways, that didn't agree with me on a whole bunch of stuff, but believed in rule of law and judicial independence and empirical evidence and science and wasn't constantly tapping into our worst impulses." Now, talk about worst impulses. You mean Obama, his party that opened the border, 12-plus unvetted illegal immigrants from over 200 countries, known terrorists, murderers, rapists, child molesters, other violent criminals, cartel members, gang members. They eliminated bail, reduced prison sentences from violent offenders. They blocked deportations for even rapists and murderers, wiretapped journalists, tried to throw an opposing presidential candidate in prison for the rest of his life on fake victimless crimes that no one can even recall without an extensive Google search. The guy that gave billions to Iran, what did Iran do with that money? Oh, that's right. They built out their nuclear program, their ballistic missile program. They fomented terror around the world. That's the party that cares about the rule of law. High from his ivory tower at one of his multimillion dollar estates across the country, Obama has not only lost touch with reality, but it appears the former president has lost the ability to even tell a decent lie. But the good news tonight, Obama is now forced to witness his entire legacy go completely down the drain, compliments of the man that he tried to destroy. Continue with reaction, Fox News legal analyst, Greg Jarrett, Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz. Good to see you both. Greg, start with you on the legal side. That I.C.A. change, remember, career senior intelligence officials determined there was no Russian interference. Barack Obama had a meeting in his office, if I recall, in December of 2016, and he demanded they change that accurate assessment, correct? Oh, absolutely. This helps Trump. So we've got to change it. And so he had John Brennan at the CIA have the I.C.A. say the exact opposite. And people in the intelligence community warned Brennan, you can't do this. You're basing it on a bogus dossier that's already been disproven. Well, Brennan didn't care and he went ahead and did it anyway on the orders of Barack Obama. So, you know, it's it's comical for Obama to preach that an attorney general or CIA director is not the president's conciliary, since, you know, that's how he treated the people who worked for him. As you pointed out, you know, Holder was famously Obama's wingman. But the ex-president, you know, has always been sanctimonious, a hypocrite secretly engaging in worse behavior than that which he condemns. In the Colbert interview, he implies Trump is weaponizing the justice system against political opponents when, as you point out, Sean, in fact, that is precisely what Obama did to Trump in 2016, the Russia hoax, you know, and I really don't want to get lectured by a guy that sat 20 years in the pews of Reverend Wright the Sunday after 9/11 or 125 years ago, took to the pulpit and said, no, no, God bless America, G.D., America. It's in the Bible. The same Barack Obama we learned did have a picture with Louis Farrakhan, the same Barack Obama that was friends with Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dorn. Bill admitted of all days 9/11 or one in The New York Times, we wish we I wish we did more, Bill Ayers said, in terms of the activities that the weather underground was involved in. Really? I don't want to get lectured by that guy because that guy was the most radical guy to ever sit in the White House. And for him to pretend, Sean, that they were a scandal free administration. Look, I was in the room. I was part of the team that went after him on Fast and Furious, where they knowingly and willingly gave nearly a thousand weapons to the drug cartels and then tried to do some very nefarious things to law enforcement. And somebody actually ended up getting killed. I remember when Big Gazi happened and four of our Americans, including the ambassador, were killed and they tried to cover that up and snooker the American people and tell them that those things hadn't happened. I was the chairman of the oversight committee. I issued dozens of subpoenas, Mr. Rule of Law there, President Obama, guess what? You didn't fulfill any one of those duly issued subpoenas. You fought me every single time. You did everything you could to get around it. You never complied with that. And then you throw that thing to Stephen Colbert. I remember when you went after 300 of those good conservatives that were trying to just participate and you had the IRS target them and not allow them to participate. And then you had documents that were under subpoena that I issued. And then you destroyed those documents. I remember that Obama. I remember the Obama who went after the reporters and spied on them. That's the Barack Obama that I remember. Don't try to tell us that, "Oh, Donald Trump's the bad guy." Donald Trump is the most ethical down the line. I will play it straight. You just got to be able to prove your case person that I know. And I had that experience. I didn't start that way, but I can tell you, having watched two of them side by side, Donald Trump shoots straight. And Barack Obama just put that smiley, happy face on and lies through his teeth. And by the way, Greg, how ironic is it that if it were not for the immunity case of Donald J. Trump, I wonder if he could be looked into as part of the grand conspiracy investigation. Well, a lot of his actions are not in the course and scope of, you know, his duties as president of the United States. So arguably no immunity. For example, there are handwritten notes, Sean, that show that Obama was told how Hillary Clinton approved a plan to falsely smear her opponent as a Russian asset. Totally made up, of course, instead of telling the truth to the American people, what did Obama do? He concealed it and he allowed the FBI to use the lie as a pretext to pursue Trump and leak it to the media. And at the same time, there's solid evidence that Obama ordered the DOJ to drop its investigation of Hillary for influence peddling with Russia of all countries. So Obama flipped the script and he did so corruptly. Hillary walked while Trump was framed. So I'm not sure that immunity would cover all of his actions here. As you point out, he played such a key role in altering that important intelligence document that would have helped exonerate Trump. Instead it did the opposite. So, you know, all of this self-righteous virtue signaling by Obama is utterly phony. He pretends to be morally pious. He's not. It's a charade. By the way, Greg, thanks for the analysis. And Jason, you don't get enough credit. You, your committees at the time, you did your job. They were able to obfuscate what your committee had found. But what they pulled off, they did so with the help of the legacy media mob. Appreciate you both. Greg Jarrett, Jason Chaffetz, thank you.

Video transcript 14:21

Our beautiful beautiful planet as photographed by the Artemis astronauts. Isn't that amazing? It is amazing, right? The great big globe. And maybe you remember an old-timey quote. They say Mark Twain said it. It's about the truth and lies. And I think it's very appropriate right now. A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes. It is so true, so apt. And there was another guy who said something very similar like 300 years earlier. This is just the way human beings are. And I got a lot of evidence about something that should have been evidence day one. But here we are. What is it? It is seven years later the 2019 impeachment of Donald Trump. That was an absolute crime. The people who prosecuted him, the people who put in the phony whistleblower's complaint, the impeachment managers, anybody who touched this case from the opposing side should be arrested, tried, and jailed. Absolutely. It's so interesting though. Now it seems like ancient history and we find out new things about what really happened and suddenly it doesn't seem newsworthy anymore. Why is that? Because the New York Times doesn't want to undermine what their Pulitzer Prize shelf or something like that. The country was, can't really remember now, distracted by this nonsense and so was our president and so was our entire government. The trial lasted. Get this, how long was it again? 21 days. They screwed around about this phony issue. Totally phony. It was a coup everybody. This was a coup and yeah it's like ancient history right now. 2019, 2020, who cares right? We got other things now. This is what they're banking on. That no one's gonna go through the paperwork and when the government like Tulsi Gabbard does you can't engage the mainstream media. Well it is our responsibility. I consider myself conservative. I consider this to be somewhat conservative media. Fair to say right? Look you got to ask the other host what their philosophy is but you know where I'm coming from. I am totally MAGA. This report is amazing and so much about this case. It proves the outright corruption of basically all of the players when they try to take down Trump with that phony impeachment number one. Yeah it's interesting. Newspapers do this all the time right? The allegation is huge. The correction if they deigned to do it right down there. Read the fine print. Well it was a coup. It was and thanks to Tulsi Gabbard we're finding out some very interesting details and folks I'm going through the documents myself and it does expose a conspiracy used by Congress to impeach President Trump and they had a lot of cooperation from the deep state. I've been going through these documents. They are tedious. They are not fun to read and it's not like oh you know and this is why. This is why if the New York Times and the rest if they don't pay it attention it just kind of seems to fade away but it must not. Number one they violated their own procedures. Now that may like Alackinson right? The former inspector general for the intelligence community. Well I believe he was in on it. Absolutely. This guy came in with a phony baloney story about the phone call that he heard somebody talk about. We have his whistleblower complaint. The guy who went to basically this is like the human resources guy right? This is the guy you go to to get other people in trouble. Sometimes human resources does that. This is on page one. I know it's a little bit hard to read here but this is the first thing. This is the whistleblower and he says I do not have direct knowledge of private comments or communications by the president. However I have direct knowledge of interagency discussions about Ukraine in which blah blah blah blah blah. I have no direct knowledge of private communications. They should have thrown them out of the office right then and there. That's what the handbook says to do. Get out of here. You can't blow the whistle. Find somebody else to blow the whistle. You don't have a whistle but they let this guy do the whole thing and then they immediately set it up to Congress. Next we've got something else here. Potential for bias, biases or to be discredited. It's very interesting that one of the key players in this and I'm sorry to do this. Witness number two was the co-author of the 2017 intelligence community assessment on Russia interference in the 2016 election. The main witness there was in on the Russia hoax. Yeah it's okay. I'm sure your objective now. It literally says that. It literally says oh no but he's apolitical. Now he's apolitical. Now we can trust him. There might be one more goodie in here. Now this has been circulating for a while but finally the complainant is a registered Democrat and not only that, excuse me, the guy, the complainant, the whistleblower, worked closely with Vice President Biden as an expert on Ukraine, traveled with Biden to Ukraine and was part of controversies where Lusenko corruption was discussed. This guy was totally corrupt. You can't trust him. Get the hell out of my office. You don't know anything and coo on our hands and the media went with it. Oh wow this is something really really important. Now I think we have to revisit the details because this is confusing. It's like okay what the hell happened back then? Well it actually I'm gonna try to simplify it. Joe Biden thought that he could do something corrupt but if he talked about it in public it would be okay right? Well that's no problem. I talked about it in front of a bunch of people. I had that prosecutor fired. I always go to countries in demand that local prosecutors be fired. I said I'm telling you you're not getting a billion dollars. I said you're not getting a billion. I'm gonna be leaving here and I think it was what six hours. I look I said I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor's not fired you're not getting the money. Oh son of a bitch. Got fired. Just going around bragging about getting Ukrainian prosecutors fired. Now what really happened? Oh by the way your son Hunter works for one of the companies over there in one of the most corrupt countries on the world in the world and he's paid $83,000 a month and that prosecutor who you insisted on getting fired or you'd withhold a billion dollars was investigating Burisma and they'll say well no no no no. The interagency determined we have the entire European Union calling for the ouster of this prosecutor. Who's the best guy in the world to make that happen right? The vice president of the United States. And you saw how he or Schenko knows he's on the phone with a corrupt man Joe Biden. Poor Schenko is recording the conversation and listen to how explicit poor Schenko. This is the prosecutor. This is the president of Ukraine who actually fires the prosecutor because Joe Biden demands it but he actually just begs. Yesterday I met with the general prosecutor Soto. Yes. And despite of the fact that we didn't have any corruption charges, we don't have any information about doing something wrong. Ask him to desire it. This is my second step for keeping my promises. I agree. You see how the president of Ukraine said explicitly even though he's done nothing wrong I'm doing this as a favor to you Joe. What's going on there? The money. How much money was that again? $83,000. How rich is Joe? Right? All that stuff. The houses all over the place. The fancy cars. The watches. The clothes. That man spent everything he wore. He didn't have a suit less than $10,000. That guy. What else? Oh yeah. So President Trump hears about this and at one point he's on the phone with Zelensky. How did he hear about it by the way? He saw that clip that we both saw. Right? Where Joe is bragging about this. He's bragging about getting that guy fired. So let me see if I can do this here. Here's the actual. I'm sorry. One moment please. This is a little bit tricky but it's important. Here we go. This is the transcript if you don't mind of the phone call and it's been out there but now that we know that the whole damn thing was a sham and we've known that for a long time but we're seeing the the details. The details everybody. I think this is important. All right. So he asked Zelensky. The other thing there's a lot of talk about the Biden's son. That Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that. So whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution. So if you can look into it that sounds horrible to me. Zelensky. Zelensky. I'm sorry you guys can't read this. I apologize. I should have made it much bigger. Okay. Zelensky. President Zelensky. I wanted to tell you about that prosecutor. First of all I understand the situation. I am totally knowledgeable. The next prosecutor general will be my guy and he's gonna look into the situation and he's got all kinds of things to say about. Zelensky got it and so did President Trump and they were in on it. They were they were in on uncovering just how bad the deep state and Maria Vonovich and the rest were. You're allowed to do these things. It's a free country and well Joe Biden's status as a presidential candidate doesn't mean anything. He's a civilian. Watch this. The president of the United States tried to leverage US taxpayer money to get another foreign government to investigate his opponent in the 2020 election. They should be deeply worrying to the American people because the president of the United States is basically using the foreign policy of the country to ensure help his reelection which is really criminal behavior. I really can't all behavior and near attended I think her name is Obama's right-hand person at OMB and Biden. These are high-level people. They used the swamp. They manipulated. Always find a reason to not. They were screwing with him and the bureaucracy was cooperating. Joe Biden running for president in 2019 doesn't give him special status. It doesn't make him immune from prosecution. All right. They impeach President Trump in 2019. How about hey ask President Trump about that right. President Trump they put him through hell. They arrested him. They did this that and the other thing. All right let's go to the chief witnesses against President Trump during the impeachment hearing. Yvonnevich, Hill, Vindman. I got the goods on these people and we've showed it before but it's just all coming apart and I think it's important. First they all got book deals right. All got this book deal that book deal. Vindman is actually running for he's running for Senate in Florida and Fiona in her book said it out loud. She was a national security assistant right working for President Trump. She was just trying to blow him up like everybody else in the deep state. Watch this. The Fiona Hill book sound bite if you don't mind. Just being a woman became an obstacle to getting their job done. None of this was surprising given President Trump's documented history with women. I had taken part in the Women's March in January 2017 protesting the way that he talked about women during the presidential campaign. This is one of the rats right. She hates Trump. 2017 he just became president. She went to the Women's March and testified in the impeachment hearing against the Marie Yvonnevich person that not only Trump didn't like, Zelensky didn't like. Well she didn't like them. Take a look at this quote from her own book. On a personal level I found Trump's bullying behavior, his xenophobia, misogyny and racism not just offensive and immoral but dangerous. All right you can't be the ambassador representing the president anymore. I felt I was watching a slow-motion car crash. Trump was going to be the next president of the United States. She was freaked out about it and of course Vindman, Vindman. That whole thing is inappropriate. On July 25th 2019 the call occurred. I listened in on the call in the Situation Room with White House colleagues. I was concerned by the call. What I heard was inappropriate and I reported my concerns to Mr. Eisenberg. It is improper for the President of the United States to demand a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen and a political opponent. It was a polite, hey you should look into this because I saw it on TV, and Hunter Biden. The entire government tried to defend this guy in that arrangement. It was a coup. It was a coup and we're finding out the details and yeah the truth. People have even forgotten. They've forgotten the lies. History hopefully will have this straightened out but it's amazing what we are learning about that horrible time and when you waste a president's time like that you know they say 9/11 might not have happened had well we had not had some of the scandals in the 1990s right people would have been more on the ball especially Bill Clinton. He got himself in that mess didn't he.

Please go ahead. Yeah, my name's Nick Shirley. I'm 23 years old. I'm 100% independent YouTube journalist. And over the past year or so, I've been able to go to 15 countries. I've hung out with people in the gangs of Brazil and the favelas in the prisons of Secat. But yet, the most dangerous places I have been have been here in the United States, unfortunately. And I've had the opportunity to show people about the protest in Tifa here in the United States. And there's nothing organic about what they are doing here in the United States. I've watched people be bused in from states. I've watched the same lady at a protest in Atlanta be bused to protest in DC and then in New York City. There's nothing that is honest about what they are doing. And they have signs. I've seen the same signs here in DC and in London as well. It's a big organization and corporation that they're running. And people may wonder, like, what's the threat to us as Americans if we go? Well, you'll be labeled as a fascist. You'll be labeled as a Nazi. And they'll wish death upon you because they wish death upon me. And just last week in Portland, Oregon, I watched a lady get trapped in her car surrounded by Antifa. And her sister messaged me after seeing the video. She said, the only reason I think my sister was safe is because you were there recording. I also was chased out by a member of Antifa who said he would smoke me. And next thing he knew, a DHS sniper had lasers on his chest. If he was not there, who knows what would have happened? That day. These people are very dangerous. And people wonder how they're able to do it. The reason is because these cities are not enforcing the law. And why should these people be worried if the law is not being enforced? And we are not far right, nor are we far wrong. We're just right. And the truth about what's happening here in America with these groups is very dangerous. And I thank you, Mr. President, and your administration as well for acknowledging that. Thank you very much. It's too bad you have to go through it. I know, it's a little crazy, right, Mr. President? Well, you're going to get to the bottom of it. So it's a very important thing you're doing. Thank you very much.
