Welcome to Hannity and tonight coming up we're gonna check in on the battered but free state of Florida where residents have already started to rebuild the recover after two back-to-back huge hurricanes maybe now Kamala Harris will actually drop the act after spending the last what nearly two weeks pretending to be deeply concerned with hurricane preparedness for the first time ever in between important interviews with the call me daddy podcast having drinks with Stephen Colbert who nobody really watches tea with the ladies of the view talking about raising brand with Howard Stern. Oh, now I can focus on the people in North Carolina and Georgia. Of course, Kamala is running the fakest phoniest campaign in the history of presidential politics. She didn't receive a single primary vote. You need to remember that. She avoids talking about all her stated radical extreme positions and beliefs. She hides behind anonymous staffers. We don't know who they are who tell us that almost all of her stated opinions have changed over the past few years. But she's never been challenged one time by the state run media mob on any of them. She is almost completely unable to speak coherently without a teleprompter and now the state run media they're trying their best to rescue a campaign that is beginning to spiral downwards. And that includes far left CBS News where producers, video editors were working really extra hard and overtime over the weekend to cut and slice and dice and piece clips together in what is nothing but a blatant effort to make Kamala Harris look more competent than she is. For example, here's the same question. One answer ran in a promo and one ran on 60 minutes, two totally different answers to one question. Now, the first answer, a bizarre word solid, appeared to be the original full answer and was initially released as a preview to promote 60 minutes. And maybe somebody didn't like it. Anyway, the second clip, it was what actually aired during 60 minutes. You can't make this up. Take a look. But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening. Well, Bill, the work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region. But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening. We're not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end. Well, that second answer is really concise. Two completely different answers. The same question. Now, the Harris campaign is scared. They deny any involvement with the editing at CBS. But there's zero justifiable reason for CBS for this to ever happen. But we've been telling you since 2007 and eight, journalism is dead. News is a thing of the past at CBS. And frankly, for most of the state run media mob, like most of the so-called news outlets, this is a network that is dedicated to left wing activism, activism and extension of the Harris campaign. They should never, ever be allowed to host another debate. And frankly, they owe it to you, the American people, to release the entire unedited transcript. The only reason they won't is they know that their bias will be on full display. And while CBS host to his credit, Bill Whitaker, he did ask Kamala a couple of good follow up questions on the border crisis. No one in the state run media mob has tried to get answers over the many, many extreme radical positions in her own voice that she has stated. Why anonymous aides claim that she has mysteriously changed her position, but nobody's asked if she's changed these positions. Now, despite a flurry of interviews over the last week, well, with only 26 days until election day, think of this. The American people still do not have answer to her own radical extreme position stated in her own words. Here are the questions she should be asked. We'll run through them fast. Number one, does she really support zero restrictions on abortion? Even months seven, eight, nine up to the ninth month. Number two, does she want a mandatory gun buyback like she stated? Also known as confiscation. Number three, does she still think the border wall is a medieval vanity project of Donald Trump? Number four, does she still want to decriminalize the illegal immigration and offer free housing, health care, education, sex change, or surgery? A path to citizenship, college tuition, legal driver's licenses. Does the number six, does the vice president still want reparations? Nobody's asked her. Does she still want to ban plastic straws and reduce meat consumption? Does she still, she's still behind the 93 trillion dollar socialist green new deal that she co-sponsored with Bernie Sanders and does she still support eliminating the filibuster to get that done if she's president? This would be the end of capitalism as we know it. Let's look at number nine. Does she still want to eliminate private health insurance and pass government run health care or Medicare for all? Number 10, does she still believe the high cost of energy is the cost of democracy and you have to pay it? Number 11, does she still want Americans to have the courage to never say the words radical Islamic terrorism or illegal alien and why does she believe that? Never been asked that question. Now, she said number 12, she was going to address inflation and illegal immigration on day one. Wasn't day one, January 20th, 2021, was she going to try and raise the corporate tax rate, the estate taxes, capital gains taxes? Does she still want price controls and taxes on unrealized capital gains? That will cause a great depression. She's not been asked any detail. Number 14, she was proud to be the last person in the room when Biden authorized the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Does she still stand behind that decision? Number 15, does she still want to defund, dismantle, reimagine the police and ICE as she has stated in her own words? Number 16, does she stand behind the bail fund that she promoted for violent rioters and insurrectionists in the summer of 2020, four days after, you know, the burning down of the police precinct in Minneapolis. Number 17, does she stand behind her statement that summer when she went on Colbert and said the rioters aren't going to stop, the rioters shouldn't stop and we're not going to stop supporting them. 18, does she still believe 18 to 24 year olds are stupid as she once stated? 19, does she believe inflation is transitory as she claimed? 20, why did she lie in safe for three plus years that the border is secure when it was anything but? And by the way, 21, she said in August of 23, we call it Bidenomics and we're proud of it. Is she still proud of it? 22, does she stand behind her belief that Americans need to stay woke? Number 23 or four, whatever the number is, does she think AOC's proposed 70 to 80 percent tax rate is still a fantastic idea? She once said 24, will she ever deport any illegal immigrants? 25, is she still unburdened by what has been? Because in interview after interview, I don't care if it's the Call Me Daddy podcast, The View, Colbert, Stern, CBS, Kamala has been totally unburdened by any of those questions about her past stated radical positions. Meaning in the last four years for crying out loud. But we know that she enjoys Raisin Bran and Miller Lite. But despite all the heavy lifting by virtually everyone in the media mob to help her, the Harris campaign is still taking on water. The joy apparently is gone. As Axios put it, Democrats are experiencing the blue wall blues. Quote, top Democratic politicians and operatives tell us the vital the vital states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania are getting tougher for Vice President Kamala Harris and the party's Senate candidates, internal and now external polling is now showing Trump is winning in these states, including a new Emerson poll that has Donald Trump up by one in Pennsylvania. That's following insider advantage that shows he's up by two in Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, Quinnipiac is showing Trump up by two in Wisconsin and four in Michigan. Panic is now set in and things are starting to get pretty weird. By the way, here's Michigan's governor Gretchen Whitmer, who is also a Harris campaign co-chair. If you could explain this to me, please dial in and call the show and tell our producer. Take a look. In a statement, Governor Whitmer's office defended the video, writing in part, quote, the governor's social media is well known for infusing her communications with pop culture. They said the governor was just recreating a trend and promoting the chips act, which is about semiconductor production. Looks like a Doritos commercial to me. I'm not sure how that bizarre video promotes the Harris campaign or semiconductors. Some of the comments online are pretty downright funny, but it's clear Democrats are getting desperate. And remember, this is the same campaign that called J.D. Vance weird. And needless to say, things are not going well for the Democratic Party and they're getting more weird by the day. James Carville, my old friend, sounding the alarm, rightly so. Take a listen. Only thing I feel is the election is coming November 5th. I'm scared to death. And I'll get a time to beat up. You're not in a reflective mood, not in a particular effective mood right now. I'm very, very concerned about what is Harris need to do with the month left. They need to be sharp. They need to be aggressive. They need to stop answering questions and start asking questions. They're doing all this and sitting down with 60 minutes and sit down, Colbert and sitting down. No matter what, if I come on your show, you're going to ask me a question. That's true. If I have a press conference, I get to ask the question. You'd like to see or do more press conferences? I'd like for to put more things in place. Only problem is she hasn't answered any of the important questions. Now, after a week of disastrous interviews, well, the Harris campaign is calling for a lifeline tonight. In comes Barack Obama campaigning for Kamala in Pennsylvania, where he was openly worried about turnout among African-American men. He doesn't seem too confident himself. Take a look. We have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all quarters of our neighborhoods and communities as we saw when I was running. Now, I also want to say that that seems to be more pronounced with the brothers. He seemed tired. He looked like he didn't want to be there and didn't sound particularly optimistic. Meanwhile, Bill Clinton is going to be headed to Georgia to say hi to all the girls in Georgia. How are you doing? Good to see you. I'll be glad to give you a tour of my plane later. Anyway, where enthusiasm for Kamala is also in a steep decline, noticeably missing from the campaign trail, Joe and Jill Biden, which is kind of strange, because according to Kamala, there's nothing that she would have done differently over the past four years. Now, let's be clear. Despite the floundering Harris campaign, I want to warn all of you. Anything can happen. Don't look at these numbers. Don't look at you're up here, up there. You've got to look at it like you are the vote that matters. You are the vote that's going to put it over the top. You're it's two minutes left in the game. You're on your own 20. You have no time out. You need to march down the field 80 yards. You have to cross the plane and kick the field goal if you want to win. Act like and play like you're behind. Twenty six days until Election Day. And if you don't want the most radical extreme agenda ever imposed on you, the American people, you better believe the Democratic Party will do what it takes to win this election and hold on to power. And every state is a border state. You know what that means, right? Every state, because they fly them in. Can you imagine they fly them in these people? And other numbers came out along with over 13,000 convicted murders from jails in jail. And I told you, they're releasing them for jails and these fake people, these stupid people who said they don't release them from jail, they do, Mike, they do. You know that you better elect him, your senator, I'll tell you. As well as over, and these are specific numbers. That's why when they rounded them out, I said, I don't want them rounded out. I want the exact number as well as 25,272 illegals convicted of rape, sex offense or sexual assault and in jail. These are people all in jail because they don't want them in jail. And these are serious criminal charges for murder, for drugs being sold all over the world where many people have been killed because those are the ones they put in jail. We don't do that over here that we give them a fine. Every drug dealer kills at least 500 people. Each drug dealer, him or her, kills 500 people. We do nothing about it. We find them. That's over 647,572 migrant criminals are in our country. It's a killing machine. It's a killing machine and they're killing people all over our country. And Kamala said, remember, she said, "Oh, well, those people really don't kill like our criminals." No, no. These people make our criminals look like nice people. New York Times came out yesterday with a very big poll for us. So they didn't like that and you can't do that. You can't do what they tried to do. And hopefully Colorado as an example will unify. I know there's tremendous support. They brought our support up very strong in Colorado because people in Colorado thought that was a terrible thing that they did. And while we're on the subject and another thing that will be coming up very soon will be immunity for a president and not immunity for me, but for any president. If a president doesn't have full immunity, you really don't have a president because nobody that is serving in that office will have the courage to make in many cases what would be the right decision or it could be the wrong decision. It could be in some cases the wrong decision, but they have to make decisions and they have to make them free of all terror that can be rained upon them when they leave office or even before they leave office. And some decisions are very tough. I can tell you that as a president that some decisions to make are very tough. I took out ISIS and I took out some very big people from the standpoint of a different part of the world, two of the leading terrorists, probably the two leading terrorists ever that we've ever seen in this world. And those are big decisions. I don't wanna be prosecuted for it. Another president wouldn't wanna be prosecuted for it. It had a tremendously positive impact. It stopped everything cold. And sometimes you have to make, they were tough decisions. Sometimes you have to make decisions like that. When you make a decision, you don't wanna have your opposing party or opponent or even somebody that just thinks you're wrong, bring a criminal suit against you or any kind of a suit when you leave office. I have that right now at a level that nobody's ever seen before. I have rogue prosecutors and I have rogue judges. I have judges that are out of control and it's a very unfair thing for me, but serving perhaps as a sample to others of what should not be happening. When you make good decisions, and in my case, the economy was great. We didn't go into any wars. We totally defeated ISIS. We provided the largest tax cuts in history. We provided the largest regulation cuts in history, but think of it, no wars. We beat ISIS 100% of the caliphate. Then there were no wars. We did a job that was great, but maybe I wouldn't have done that. The caliphate defeating them was very powerful. It was gonna take four years. It took me four months, but it was a very strong dictum that I gave. I said, get 'em, defeat 'em, end it. We were fighting for 20 years against ISIS and we did it very quickly. I don't wanna be prosecuted. In that case, it worked out very well. There will be some things that perhaps don't work out so well, but I don't wanna be prosecuted because I decided to do something that is very much for the good of the country and actually for the good of the world. The president shouldn't have that on his mind and he has to have a free and clear mind when he makes very big decisions. Or it's going to be nothing more than a ceremonial post. You'll be president, that'll be a wonderful thing and you won't do anything because you don't wanna be hit by your opponent or hit by somebody else because who wants to leave office and go through what I've gone through? I'm being prosecuted by Biden, my opponent, 'cause every one of these things, whether it's Fannie Willis or Bragg, these are local and state, but they're in total coordination with the White House. You can't do that. It shouldn't be done. I mean, a thing like that in the case of the DA's office, they put one of the top people, maybe the second person in the Manhattan DA's office to get Trump. They had a Hillary Clinton lawyer leave the law firm, very prestigious big law firm, leave the law firm to go into the DA's office to get Trump, pomerance, it's the pomerance. So he goes in to become a prosecutor, worked for the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton, goes in to prosecute Donald Trump at a local level, in total coordination with the Department of Justice, meaning Biden. And then you have the Fannie Willis, and she would say, Fonny, Fonny, F-A-N-I, but Fonny. And she hired somebody, knew the person long before this horrible prosecution took place and she went out and she paid him an unbelievable amount of money, more money than he ever had dreamt possible, much more money than other people that do that for a living. He never did it at all, had no experience in it at all. And they had obviously a conflict, we don't have to go into that, but they were able to get a lot of money because it was a high profile person, me, I'm a very high profile person. So they were able to pay him close to a million dollars when he was not equipped to do the job, and she's not equipped to do the job, and that case should end immediately. And that case is so conflicted, nobody's ever seen anything like it. And then you have deranged Jack Smith, who's a Trump hater, and represents all the Trump haters, and he's going wild, he's just a wild man. He's been overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court, went after other people over the years, he's had great failure, but he's mean, he's nasty, he's unfair, and the judges on these cases, they're all Trump haters, other than we have maybe one or two that I think can be fair. But you look at New York, what's happened, I mean, these people have tremendous hatred. You can't do this to a president, and again, I'm not talking about me, I'm talking about in the future. A president has to be free. A president has to be, if the president does a good job, I did, some people would say a great job, but if the president does a good job, a president should be free and clear, and frankly celebrated for having done a good job. Not indicted four times, and not gone after on a civil basis, and not demanded to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in fines on something that was absolutely perfect where there were no victims, where the financial statements were absolutely flawless, where you have disclaimer clauses. I mean, nobody's ever had a thing like this, I wasn't given a jury, and I had a clubhouse judge just come up with this number. On a perfect loan, and very conservative financial statements, but even at that, if you look, the disclaimer says, don't rely on the financial statements in any way, shape, or form. Go out and do your own work. The banking question had the most sophisticated lawyers in the world, frankly, a very top, one of the top law firms anywhere in the country, and they can defend themselves, what guys like Bragg, and Letitia James, and Fonny, and Durange Jack Smith, what they should be doing is fighting violent crime, and that would lead me to the end. I will say that President Biden, number one, stop weaponization. Fight your fight yourself. Don't use prosecutors and judges to go after your opponent to try and damage your opponent so you can win an election. Our country is much bigger than that. The other thing I say to President Biden, close the borders now. This is not sustainable for our country, it's not sustainable for our cities. Our country is under siege. This is a violent thing that you've done, and many people are dying. Many, many people are dying. They die on the trip up, they die going through the border, and they die in our country. But many of the people coming up are from prisons and jails, from mental institutions and insane asylums. Many are terrorists, you see it? Many, many are terrorists. And I believe the real number that we have right now is probably closer to 15 million people, and by the time the term ends, I believe the President's term ends. I believe you'll be at close to 20 million people. That's almost larger than any state in the union. Our country, it is not sustainable. Many of these people are tough. Many of these people are bad. They come from some of the roughest countries in the world and some of the roughest prisons. We have prisons in the Congo, in Africa coming. We have people coming from all parts of the Middle East. They're coming from Yemen, and yet you are bombing Yemen. You have to stop, you have to close the border. You have absolute authorization. You don't need Congress. I had the safest border in the history of our country, and I didn't use Congress for it. And then I built hundreds of miles of wall, and the reason I built it and how I built it was I considered it an invasion of our country, and I took the money from the military, and the Army Corps of Engineers did it with me, and we did a great job. And we had the safest border we've ever had, and now we have the most unsafe border. Anywhere in the world, at any time, there's never been a border like this. At any country, anywhere in the world, they would have fought with sticks and stones to stop the horrible situation that's occurring. Our people can't stand it, and the people coming in really can't stand it, because they're dying. Many are dying on the trip up, and they're dying in the country. And also, many of the people are criminals, and they're doing tremendous harm. I call it migrant crime. It's migrant crime, it's a new category of crime. They're hurting our country horribly, and we've become a laughingstock all over the world. So I say respectfully to President Biden, you have the authorization right now, I did it. I didn't go to Congress and say, do I have the right to close? I fought Congress on it, closed the borders. You can do it right now, you have everything. Use my policies, my policies were great. Everybody said it, use my policies. So just to finish, I have great respect for the Supreme Court, and I wanna just thank them for working so quickly and so diligently and so brilliantly. And again, this is a unifying factor. Everybody and I was together, and they can go after me as a politician, they can go after me with votes, but they're not gonna go after me with that kind of lawsuit that takes somebody out of a race who's leading in this case, but even if the person wasn't leading.
