I am pleased to announce that David Fotouhi will serve as the next Deputy Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. David worked at the EPA for the entirety of my First Term, concluding his service as EPA’s Acting General Counsel. He is currently a Partner at Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher LLP. In our Second Term, David will work with our incredible EPA Administrator, Lee Zeldin, to advance pro Growth policies, unleash America’s Energy Dominance, and prioritize Clean Air, Clean Water, and Clean Soil for ALL Americans. David is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and Harvard Law School.   Congratulations David!

Just spoke to President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador. Will be helping them with Ventilators, which are desperately needed. They have worked well with us on immigration at the Southern Border!

Many ideas, some good &amp, some not so good, emerged from our bipartisan meeting on school safety yesterday at the White House. Background Checks a big part of conversation. Gun free zones are proven targets of killers. After many years, a Bill should emerge. Respect 2nd Amendment!
