What the image shows
A photograph taken at close range, low to the ground, showing a shirtless man with short curly hair and a beard lying face-down on a patterned gray/black carpet, his hands cuffed or restrained behind his back. In the background, several uniformed law enforcement or tactical officers dressed in black (with tactical vests, gear, and a cap reading what appears to be a badge/patch) are standing and observing, inside what looks like a marble-columned lobby or building interior. A duffel bag and some equipment cases sit on the floor near the officers.
