What the image shows
A digitally composited poster-style image splitting a face down the middle: the left half is George Washington (powdered white hair, black coat, white lace jabot/cravat) and the right half is Donald Trump (blond hair, blue suit jacket, white shirt, red tie, American flag lapel pin), merged into one face. The background is a weathered/distressed American flag design in dark blue with stars at top and red-and-tan horizontal stripes below. Gold ornamental text with a scroll-like flourish design appears at the top.
