The Board of The Kennedy Center today agreed, almost unanimously, to close the Building for Safety reasons, and so that it can begin the process of Reconstruction. The closing will take place immediately, however, the Renovation and Reconstruction, which is a very large and complex job, cannot begin until such time as the D.C. Circuit rules on the Board’s approved name. If the ruling is a negative one, which it should not be, and is not overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Reconstruction and the Renovation of The Kennedy Center will not take place. The attorneys from the DOJ will ask for an expedited appeal. In the meantime, 17 Million Dollars, raised by President Trump, has been put into The Kennedy Center account to keep it afloat. Yeah, okay, so there's a reason why this 14% became 80% and that is because when it comes to Senate primaries, Donald Trump's record is magnificent. You can see it right here, okay. Trump and Dorsey is one Senate primaries of non-elected incumbents, so we're not just looking at elected incumbents, right? We're looking at open seats or appointed incumbents who have never actually won the Senate seat. Look at this. Since 2022, it's about 95% of the time. This year, in fewer races, it's 100% of the time. No wonder why the prediction markets and the conventional wisdom have moved so rapidly once Trump made that endorsement, because at least in Senate races, Trump's record this year, 100%, and since 2022, nearly 100%, there has never been somebody I have seen as powerful in terms of their ability to move the electorate in primaries than the current president of the United States, Donald John Trump. What's one reason for that? One reason why is because Trump is still very popular with Republicans. Just take a look here. A 21st century own party approval rating about at this point in the second term. We got Trump. We got Obama. We got Bush. Look, they're all fairly popular, but the one who is the most popular, and we have seen this time and time out, no matter when you look, is Donald John Trump. He's the only one who's over 80%. 83% of Republicans still approve of the job that Donald Trump is doing as president. He still has that magic touch. We'll see if it carries over to South Carolina, but we've seen it in primaries this year, Senate primaries, and that's because he is still a very popular man, historically popular when it comes to his own party, liking and approving of the job that he's doing.

then Iran agreed to this quote we shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons and if Iran so much as comes near the sites it'll be trouble we have space force cameras on every single door every so well there are no doors have been pretty well shattered but every area of that if somebody walks in and he's got a badge with his name on it like Mohammed something which is about a 50/50 guess country I mean it's pretty tough they need investment because we did a trillion and a half maybe two trillion dollars worth of damage so somebody's gonna have to help them out this isn't free money the deal says that we control who does business in Iran quote we grant all required licenses waivers and permissions needed that means if Iran screws around they don't get any investments their country doesn't get rebuilt usually after we win wars we like to rebuild the loser Japan Germany the south after the Civil War when neighbors do business they usually don't go to war because war is bad for business that's the thinking here next in terms of sanctions the United States will only lift sanctions as a part of the final deal that means not now that means when the dust's been destroyed and Iran signs the final deal which is only gonna get tougher the deal also says the United States won't be reducing our force posture until the final deal is signed that means the two carrier strike groups remain in position locked and loaded also Iran has to keep their dog on a leash Hezbollah has to stand down if they attack Israel Israel can hit back and hit back hard but Israel they have to behave too we have a little dispute over Lebanon and I say you can do a little softer touch maybe they're off to knock down a building every time somebody walks into it that's from Hezbollah a senior official tells primetime that Netanyahu thinks the deals a home run if Iran complies but he's skeptical here's the bottom line they'll never have a nuclear weapon the straights open the ayatollahs
