But there is a but, but only for those who make their product in America, made in America. One of the biggest guys, highly sophisticated guy, wealthy guy on Wall Street called me up. He said, "Who the hell gave you that idea? It's so simple, right? You're going to get that additional tax cut, but you have to have your product made in America. Isn't that great?" They said, "Who gave you?" That's like the paper clip. Somebody came up with the idea of a paper clip many years ago, and people saw it. They said, "Why didn't I think of that? But we're going to give a tax cut. You make your product here, because that means jobs, it means a lot of things, it means a lot of great things, and we're going to stop Mexico and China and all these countries from hurting this country, because they're hurting it, and they're killing the automobile industry. You're not going to have any cars manufactured here. If we win, this country will become the automobile manufacturing place. We will bring plants back at levels that haven't been seen for 50 years in this country." Right now, the Chinese are building big factories, auto plants in Mexico. They think they're going to make cars and send them over to our border and put everybody in Detroit out of business, put everybody in South Carolina out of business. That's not going to happen, because I'll put 100 or 200 percent tariff. We don't want their cars. We want to make our cars here, and that includes in Pennsylvania. And for those who don't make their product in America, they will be forced to pay a rather stiff tariff for the privilege of competing with our cherished companies that we're going to take care of, and for the privilege of stealing our jobs, our treasure, and our wealth. They're going to do that. That's okay, but they're going to pay something for it, and it's going to be substantial. And we will take in hundreds of billions of dollars in tariffs. And let me tell you, for 30 years, for 25 years, China didn't pay 10 cents to this country. And when I was president, they paid hundreds of billions of dollars, hundreds of billions. Not 10 cents. They literally never went under the guise, "We are a developing nation." Well, we're a developing nation, too. Our nation's gone like this. We've got to get it back up, and we're going to get it back up fast. But American citizens will use all that money. We're going to pay off debt. We're going to reduce your interest rates. We're going to -- we are going to, by the way, do things. When I was president, the interest rate was 2 percent. Now it's 10 percent. But it's not really 10 percent, because you can't get any money at 10 percent. The American dream for young people is gone. They can't buy a house. You can't get any money. So it's not 10 percent. It's 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 percent. It was 2 percent. Five years ago, we had 2 percent, and now we have not 10, probably 14 or 15 before you get it. But that puts you out of business. Tariffs against us. Remember this. One thing is going to happen or another thing. Number one, they're going to drop all tariffs against us. You know, we have countries that charge us 150 and 200 percent, and we charge them nothing. And I started it, and it was good. One North Carolina woman lost her parents and her seven-year-old. - I was stuck there for a very long time in the water and I was, you know, held down by roots and trees. It's not enough, what is being done is not enough. I mean, there are entire communities that have been just decimated. I mean, where is our (beep) government? I mean, for Kamala and I am an avid supporter for her to stand in Florida today and make a statement, where is our government? - Sources say over a thousand troops in North Carolina are just sitting around doing nothing, waiting for orders that haven't come. They haven't heard from the North Carolina governor and the Biden administration's blocking ongoing rescue operations. They're in the way, they are directly interrupting our ability to conduct missions and operations. And I'm not gonna disparage anybody because we are trying to work within partner relationships, both government and non-government entities within state and federal and county. I went to put a couple of people into a hotel last night and they have a security guard at the hotel and they said, "Oh, we're so sorry." The entire hotel has been booked for federal employees. And I was like, "No, no, I have people that would just pull out of a mountain that are living out in the hills and there's not a place for me to put them because we have federal employees that are staying in the hotel. I slept in this white car last night. I smell like foot and death right now." As does every single person on our team. - The hurricane left thousands homeless and the federal government saying, "Sorry, can't stay here, no vacancy." This is like when FEMA plopped down at the Four Seasons during the Maui fires, remember that? And Mayor Pete won't let anybody fly drones to scout for survivors. It's against regulation. - There's also some safety issues that come up. For example, temporary flight restrictions to make sure that the airspace is clear for any flights or drone activity that might be involved in helping to allow those emergency responders to do their job. - Tiny drones aren't getting in the way of anything. This is all hands on deck. What does Mayor Pete embarrass that private crews are IDing survivors faster than the feds? Biden shut down the entire sky just for a look-see. - Yesterday for President Biden's dog and pony show to come in and see photos, he put a 30-mile TFR, which is basically a restriction in the Arizona, which means that he actually stopped from 12 o'clock until 1,604 p.m. He stopped air traffic and helos from transferring supplies, dropping SAR teams, picking up individuals from medivacs. So that was not only irresponsible, but if you're gonna come a week later, at least make sure that you're not trying to hinder in any way further the actual operations that are being led by civilian organizations and veterans such as myself and others that are trying to do what is right. And so I found the entire response so far to be not just lacking, but irresponsible and inept. - Americans drowned while Biden was at the beach and Kamala was at California fundraisers. But they come in five, six, seven days later and they say they're doing a heck of a job. Bush flew over Katrina and hit the ground three days later and his presidency never recovered. - When the people of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast extended their hand for help, help was not there. We can talk about levies that couldn't hold, about a FEMA that seemed not just incompetent, but paralyzed and powerless, about a president who only saw the people from the window of an airplane instead of down here on the ground, trying to provide comfort and aid. - I covered Katrina and Sandy as a producer and the entire federal government stopped and focused everything it had on the natural disaster. Kamala Harris is in Wisconsin today campaigning with Liz Cheney. North Carolina is living in the dark because Biden and Harris hate Elon Musk. They stopped paying for his Starlink, which would have given internet to everybody in the hurricane's path and now nobody can communicate. Elon says it would have probably have saved lives. The White House spent $42 billion to wire rural America with internet and nobody has internet in the foothills of North Carolina. Nobody. Biden and Harris had to be jawboned into loosening the purse strings. - When the first emergency declarations came down, there was only 11 counties in that. A lot of people were outraged, including me, 'cause there was such devastation in up to 90 counties. So we called the White House, we spoke to the president's chief of staff, the FEMA administrator and said, look, you're sending the signal that you're not paying attention to some of these rural communities. - Communities underwater and the federal government all of a sudden has alligator arms. Usually they just print money. Now they're tossing you $750 and saying, get yourself something nice. - The federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met. - The Biden-Harris administration has spent hundreds of billions of dollars overseas. We give more money to our enemies, a half a billion to the Palestinians, six billion to the Iranians, or even here. - We spent a half a million dollars for an anti-racist oyster reef in AOC's district. She lives in Queens, they're not even fresh. $750 per person in America. After you lost your entire home, all of your belongings, and you have no food, power or water. Where's the money? - We do not have the funds, FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season. - So where'd the money go? - In the last two years, the Biden-Harris administration spent a billion dollars of FEMA money on illegal aliens. A billion dollars, so foreigners had free hotel rooms and culturally appropriate food, which they threw in the garbage. We bought them Xboxes. This doesn't even include taxpayer-funded college tuition for illegals or illegal alien sex changes. When American citizens, the ones who were born here and pay taxes, deserve help, Biden and Harris are saying, oh, sorry, we gave it all away to the people who broke into the country. This scandal is criminal because people are dead and more people will die today, tomorrow, over the weekend. Kamala Harris just doesn't have the right priorities. She wants hurricane victims given resources based on their gender and skin color. - It is our lowest income communities and our communities of color that are most impacted by these extreme conditions, and impacted by issues that are not of their own making. - And women. - Absolutely. And so we have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity, understanding not everyone starts out at the same place. And if we want people to be in an equal place, sometimes we have to take into account those disparities. - If these were Democrat precincts, would Kamala handle this the same way? I'm not even sure it's fair to speculate, but Republican counties have been the hardest hit, and there's an election coming up. How are people gonna vote if their polling places and mailboxes are obliterated? But voting secondary, safety is the number one priority. And we're not saying there's an agenda, but why has the federal response been so inadequate? And Hollywood doesn't care. Where's George Clooney raising money? Where's the telethon? Same thing happened in East Palestine. Same thing happens when a migrant brutalizes a little girl. Silence. People who weaponize virtue have nothing to say when five states get wiped out. We'd like all Americans, wherever you live, wherever you are, to please donate to the Red Cross. Every little bit helps. I want money. [Laughter] I don't agree what Kamala Harris did to my mom. So I decided I was going to start prosecuting parents for truancy. And I spend a majority of my time here at the hospital. When Kamala Harris was the California Attorney General, she had me arrested and prosecuted because my handicapped daughter was sick in the hospital and had me some days of school. I have sickle cell anemia. Sickle cell anemia is a hereditary disease and it is very, very painful. [Laughter] In 2012, like all California parents, I received a threatening letter from Kamala Harris saying, "We'll go to jail for a year if our kids even miss 10% of school days." Little did I know, there was a warrant out for my arrest. All of a sudden, the police is outside my house and they started banging on the door. They told me I was under arrest for my child missing school. I was shocked. I said, "But my baby is sick. The school knows that." And they said, "Go talk to Kamala Harris. Place your hands behind your back." My mom did nothing wrong. We did everything we were supposed to. I was always bringing doctor's notes, always calling the school to let them know that I was in the hospital. But my hell was just beginning. They gave me two charges. I spent the next two years in court fighting these charges. Kamala assigned her nastiest prosecutors to my case. My homicide prosecutors. My gang prosecutors. And they went over there and I said, "When you go over there, look really mean." All the time, I had to spend going to court. I was struggling to care for my children. We are going to make sure that you face the full force and consequences of the law. I lost my job and couldn't pay rent. And we got evicted. I became homeless. We had to move into a motel. And I ended up being in the hospital a lot during her trial. And in that hospital stay was when I had my stroke. I had a stroke about four or five days ago. And right now, I'm doing pretty good. My hand is doing okay, I guess. Let's be clear. My values have not changed. Look, I am not a political person, but I want people to know what Kamala Harris has did to me. If she do it to me, she will abuse anyone if you give her the power. The truancy program, I got a lot of criticism too. Did you actually lock anybody up? No, we never locked anybody up. We did prosecute some cases, but for a few, only about 20. My message to all Americans, especially black Americans, do not trust Kamala Harris.

Welcome to Hannity and tonight we begin with a warning for all Americans on the left and right, men in the middle, Kamala Harris cannot be trusted. Her only core value is her own personal, political gain and ambition. Now for decades Kamala has done and said pretty much anything to advance her political career. Now that includes padding her stats as a prosecutor. She sought, you know, she sought these cheap convictions, didn't seem to care about guilt or innocence. On the law, rapper Jamal Trulove, remember, wrongfully convicted of murder, sentenced to 50 years in prison. He said Kamala Harris, who was the San Francisco DA at the time, laughed in his face when the verdict was read. He ultimately won a large settlement over his conviction after it was overturned. Meanwhile, an elderly man named George Gage. He was convicted of sexual assault, but a judge has found Kamala's office withheld important exculpatory evidence that might well prove his innocence. But a new trial was never granted due to a technicality as Kamala fought to keep Gage behind bars. Why would you ever fight for, for somebody that has exculpatory evidence to be kept behind bars? She didn't care whether or not he was guilty or innocent. He just wanted to keep her conviction record intact. But once Kamala started to rise through the ranks of California politics, she quickly lost her appetite for throwing people in jail altogether and adopted the soft on crime politics. You know, today, why? Because of their popularity with California's far left base. Now with the country radical left and that far left base, she called on the criminal justice system to be fundamentally transformed, ending cash bail, legalizing drugs, expunging the records of thousands of felons, allowing convicts, including those on death row, oh, even the Boston bombers to vote from prison. She repeatedly vilified law enforcement calling on public safety. Let's reimagine public safety, fewer police, and demanding that resource officers be removed from schools. Why would you do that? She even compared policing to modern day lynchings and Jim Crow. I don't make this up. Here she is. When we say that America has a history of systemic racism, we mean that from slavery, Jim Crow laws, lynchings and policing, our institutions have done violence to black Americans and it has caused black Americans to be treated as less than human. We all know full well how this worked out in San Francisco. Crime is rampant. Stores are closing, homelessness, open air drug use, public defecation, urination pretty much everywhere. Kamala doesn't care because her soft on crime messaging helped her political career in the deep blue radical state of California, and in 2020 when Kamala desperately wanted to capitalize on the summer of love. What did she do? She encouraged deadly riots. They're not going to stop. They shouldn't stop. We're not going to stop. You might even call it an insurrection if your name is Liz Cheney. She even promoted a bail fund to get these violent criminals out of jail four days after police precinct was burned to the ground. Innocent people raped and murdered by violent offenders out on bail. Thanks to this insane bail fund that she supported, you know, they didn't have a lot of money. They raised over $40 million after her tweet went out. Kamala doesn't seem to care. She's only worried about advancing her own political ambition and career. That's why she accepted the job as Joe's running mate only a few weeks after calling him out as a racist. Remember, Joe partnered with the former Klansmen and he didn't want he didn't want the integration of schools. He thought public schools would become racial jungles. And she said, well, I was at that person. That's why she pretended that Biden was strong and vigorous when he was in a steep cognitive decline until the very moment Democrats sent him packing in a coup and coordinated her as the party's new nominee. If she really believed Biden was capable and really believed that he was the best man for the job. Well, why did she run to take a spot so quickly? Again, she doesn't care about truth, just personal advancement. Again, she's going to say and do anything to win an election. Now think about this for years. She has enthusiastically promoted far left policies only popular in deep blue states. She co-sponsored the $93 trillion end of capitalism green new deal in the U.S. Senate with Bernie Sanders. She co-sponsored with Bernie Sanders, Medicare for all universal health care, the elimination of private health insurance. You can't have the party of freedom says you can't have your own private health care. She called for illegal immigration to be decriminalized. She wants free housing, health care and education. And now amnesty for her illegal immigrants over 11 million unvetted Harris Biden illegal immigrants in the country. And many we now know have terror ties. Many come from countries with terror ties. Many come from our top geopolitical foes. She called Trump's border wall a medieval vanity project. She applauded AOC's plan to raise income taxes, 70 to 80 percent called for a mandatory gun confiscation. She said there's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking and drilling a disaster for our economy. It is the lifeblood of the economy of the world. It's called energy. But take a look at your screen because suddenly the very moment Kamala was elevated as the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, she supposedly now had an epiphany and has abandoned all of her long held radical, dangerous left wing view. She even reportedly went full MAGA on the border wall just this week. At least that's what the campaign is saying. Now, so far, Kamala has refused to tell us where she stands on almost anything. Now, if fake news CNN wants to be to pretend at least to be credible and be a news organization, Dana Bash will be playing Kamala in her own words and asking her about all her prior positions and all of her alleged flip flops tomorrow in that interview. Don't hold your breath. The American people deserve to know whether Kamala wants to turn the American health care system into what? The postal service? How's that working out for you? You know, isn't Social Security and isn't Medicare headed towards insolvency? What happened to that lockbox they always talked about? Now, the American people deserve to know if Kamala wants to dissolve our border, decriminalize the illegal immigration, offer free health care, housing and education. You deserve to know how much you will be paying in taxes under Harris Biden administration. She was up to recently was bragging about the great success that is known as Bidenomics. She's so proud of it. You know, one of her stated policy positions, Kamala is planning some of the largest tax increases in the history, not only of this country, but the world, including a doubling of the worldwide corporate minimum tax. Well, that would put us on par with every other country. And we'd have no companies would have no incentive to come here and create high paying jobs for American citizens. And then this insanity and unrealized gain on capital gains. In other words, if your stocks, if your property goes up in estimated value, Kamala wants you to write a check to the federal government and she wants you to write it today. And by the way, if you sell it and you didn't make money on it, do you get your money back? Even CNBC was mocking the proposal, humiliating one of Kamala's economic advisors in the process. Take a listen. Taxing unrealized gains just doesn't seem fair in any sense of the word. In the very best sense, in the very best sense, if you are taxing unrealized gains, all you're doing is pulling forward the taxes that would be paid later when someone actually sells the stock. I think that this reaction to unrealized gains is a little funny given that I bet that the majority of people watching right now are already paying a tax on unrealized gains. It's called a property tax. When the value of your home goes up, you pay higher taxes even if you don't sell your home. Your value of your home never moves the way the stock moves, the way something else moves. That's always the go to answer. You're arguing that this is some sort of foreign concept that's completely unknown. It's probably unconstitutional. It was never in anyone's intent to tax. It's not an income tax and it's never going to happen. Probably. Now maybe Kamala's tax on unrealized gains, maybe that's an election ploy, but if it's ever implemented, it would be an unmitigated disaster. Nobody, nobody, nobody would invest in any business in this country. All investment would stop a sloppy attempt at class warfare to win votes. But here's the thing about Kamala Harris. After years as the most liberal person in Washington DC, you know, even to the left of Bernie Sanders, which most Americans apparently don't know, we have to assume the worst because especially when Kamala Harris is doing everything under the sun to hide her true policies and beliefs and sharp contrast. We know everything about Donald Trump. We know what he believes. We know what he will do in office every day. He's doing interview after interview, press conference after press conference rally after rally. He's all over social media. He says what he believes the media criticizes him every day. And as the president, he followed through with his promises. So if you live in a battleground state, if you're in Georgia, by the way, governor Kemp is set to host a fundraiser for President Trump. Thank God he is. You can vote for someone who actually wants to make America safer, more prosperous, more affordable, and keep a system that is the greatest wealth creating system in the world intact. It's called capitalism. Or you could just roll the dice with a Marxist leftist socialist new green deal radical who is left of Bernie Sanders who will do or say anything for personal gain. If Kamala really had a plan to make Americans safer, improve your quality of life, she would have done it. She's on day one. I'm going to work on inflation on day one.
