Joining us now with more, Senator Lindsey Graham. Senator, I want to get your reaction not only to the Durham Annex, but also Tulsi's declassification. And as you put it all together, you were the one person, it was you. You got everybody that used that phony Hillary Clinton bought and paid for, Russian disinformation dossier as the basis for not one, but four FISA applications. You got every one of those people, including James Comey, what did he sign? Three of the four? Two of the four? Okay, three of the four. To say, knowing what we know now, we never would have signed it. They knew the information was false, though, way back when. And they used it anyway. Does that mean they lied to a court? Put it all together for us. Well, so number one, the warrant against Carter Page that was sought by the FBI, three of the four applications to the FISA court were signed by Comey. The FBI had information that the Steele dossier was politically motivated. It was the exclusive basis for the warrant against Carter Page. The sub-source, the stanchanko guy, who gave information to Steele, told FBI agents his hearsay, his bar talk was never meant to be used in a legal proceeding. That—in spite of all that, they got warrant after warrant after warrant. So what did Page tell Strzok in August after Crossfire Hurricane opened up on July the 31st? Page, he's never going to become president, right? Strzok, no, no, he won't. We'll stop him. These are the two people leading Crossfire Hurricane. But what's important tonight is that, for the first time we know that in January of 2016, Debbie Wasserman Schultz apparently meets with the Soros Foundation to talk about a plan to distract from the Clinton email scandal. And there's a statement where Obama said, "I'm not going to have my president tarnished by the Clinton email scandal," suggesting to Comey and everybody else, "You need to let this go." And at the same time, we now know from an email that Hillary Clinton, to distract from her own email scandal problems, set up the narrative that became Crossfire Hurricane, blaming Trump of being a Russian agent. And they planned this, coordinating between the campaign and this organization, to create this storyline. That's what's new. I've never heard this before. I did not know that the Russians had hacked into the Soros Foundation, and they had conversations between Democrats and the Soros Group to set up a plot to say that Trump was a Russian agent, and it was known before Crossfire Hurricane the FBI was going to provide oil to it. So this was a conspiracy to blame Trump for being a Russian agent to distract from the Clinton email scandal to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. And then after they lost the election, then the real intelligence that was put together by senior rank and file intel officials, it said there was no Trump-Russia collusion. Didn't happen. And then they decided, I guess, according to Tulsi's release, my understanding is she believes Barack Obama led the way, but using the deep state, meaning Brennan and others, they decided to come up with another intelligence assessment. Now there's a bigger question. There's an investigation into a grand conspiracy by the FBI director, Kash Patel, that this has been a pattern that has played out now for three presidential elections. The second one would be in 2020. And remember, they verified the authenticity of Hunter's laptop in March of 2020. The FBI then was meeting weekly with big tech companies, but they knew Rudy Giuliani's then attorney, Bob Costello, had a copy. They knew it was going to be made public. Lo and behold, October, that laptop storage breaks in the New York Post. And sure enough, 51 former intel officials that knew nothing about that laptop assured the American people that, in fact, it has all the makings and markings of Russian disinformation. And when those big tech companies asked the FBI, who were pre-bunking it all summer long to them, whether it was true or false, they knew it to be true. They wouldn't tell them. And therefore the story got suppressed. Now, is that putting center plaques on the scale of an election? To me, it is. Well, not only in October of 2016, Brennan went to brief Harry Reid about Trump's connection to Russia. And that came out right before the election, but it didn't catch on. After Trump got elected before he took office, they went in overdrive to create this narrative that Trump was colluding with the Russians and that they interfered in the election to help Trump. And he was a Russian agent. And the rest is history. Remember the Mueller investigation and how we lived through all that? But here's what's important about tonight. For the first time ever, foreign intelligence services were talking about the FBI is going to get involved in investigating Trump before the investigation was even started. And the way we found that out is between conversations between Democrats and Soros. So the Russians hacked into this foundation, and they found out the information that they were planning an attack against Trump that was not true to distract from Hillary Clinton's political problems.

the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the intelligence community agreed that there was no intelligence that reflected that Russia was trying to hack the election in favor of either candidate. The evidence showed, the intelligence showed, that again, Russia did not have either the intent nor the capability to be able to impact the outcome of the United States election. So it was very striking when we look back again at the documents that I declassified and released that shows there was a shift in early December, the first week of December. Again, another document was produced by the intelligence community, a president's daily brief that was consistent with every other assessment that was done previously leading up to the election. Russia was not, did not, this is after the election now, did not attempt to affect the outcome of the American election. That was never published. Hours before it would have gone into President Obama's president's daily brief, it was pulled by a senior level intelligence official saying that they had to pull it because they had received new guidance. The very next day, this meeting was called a National Security Council meeting, bringing together all of the senior leaders of President Obama's cabinet. And the topic that was put forward was the sensitive matter. The tasks that came out of that meeting was coming from President Obama directing the intelligence community, then Obama's ODNI director, Clapper, to produce a document, to produce an intelligence assessment that detailed not if, but how Moscow affected the outcome of the election that had already occurred, electing Donald Trump to the presidency. This document that they published in January of 2017 was the foundational groundwork that they continued to reference over and over and over again to enact this years-long coup against President Trump.

How many years ago? How many years ago? Six years ago. Six years ago, yeah. You know, you saw Jake Tapper there. What is so tragic really in journalism is that those who got it wrong, the New York Times, the Washington Post, they won Pulitzer Prizes. Those of us who got it right were treated with scorn. But look, these declassified FBI documents showing that Nellie Orr gave false testimony, it actually, you're right, page 53 matches word for word what I wrote six years ago in the book Witch Hunt. She detailed all of her false statements. She, for example, denied sharing her dossier research with anybody at the DOJ. But guess what? 339 pages of email show. She sent it to at least three prosecutors there. Those same emails prove that she knew of the DOJ's parallel investigation of Trump, even though she testified otherwise. So the fact that these new FBI documents were hidden for so long until now, and that Orr was never prosecuted for lying to Congress, I think that underscores, Sean, how corrupt the Russia hoax was. She helped research phony dossiers on Trump. Then she meets secretly with Christopher Steele at the Mayflower Hotel, 9 a.m., July 30, 2016, and the very next day, Crossfire Hurricane is launched against Trump by James Comey's FBI. No legal basis, no credible evidence. It was crooked, top to bottom. And Comey knew that collusion was a complete fiction from the outset, but he hated Trump so much he was willing to abuse the law to take the president down. And what is also tragic is that the people we entrust to enforce the law, they became the lawbreakers, none of them were ever charged or held accountable, Sean. And Comey was warned in August of 2016 not to use that dossier, that it's not verified and it's political in nature, and he used it for nine months. He himself signed three of the four FISA warrants. But knowing what he knows now, years later, before Lindsey Graham said, "Oh, I wouldn't have done it." Oh, never mind, Mr. Higher Honor. Moving on, turning to the ongoing trial of Sean Diddy Combs in New York City, a former personal assistant to Combs gave very graphic testimony today in court, claiming that he raped her, threw things at her, supplied her with drugs in the latest in a series of bizarre, very dark revelations in this trial, including testimony from artist Kate Cuddy that Diddy firebombed his Porsche and unwrapped his family's Christmas presents. And while the testimony is disturbing, there are growing questions over whether any of the evidence presented so far proves the racketeering and sex trafficking charges that this trial is actually about. And Greg, it is getting very salacious on a daily basis, are they making the case up for the charges that they brought here? That's the question. Yeah, I do think prosecutors are making a fairly compelling case of sex trafficking by force and coercion with Combs' ex-girlfriend as the victim turns star witness. But importantly, it's corroborated by many others who've testified today. As you point out, his assistant began weeping on the witness stand, testifying about how Combs raped her and repeatedly sexually assaulted her. I can't even get into details, it's too ugly and salacious. But you know, testimony is also included, arson, kidnapping, bribery, obstruction, blackmail, all of that is in support of racketeering conspiracy. So on the flip side, you always have to look at that. The defense admits their client may be sick and twisted, but they claim that Cassie Ventura was a willing participant in his so-called freak offs. I got to tell you, that's hard to believe when you see, and the jury has seen, despicable video played in court of Combs beating and kicking and dragging her. And that kind of brutality demolishes the idea of consensus. The question becomes, is the monster a criminal under law? That's up to the jury. Let's see how many celebrities and sports figures may be mentioned. We were told during jury selection that they were all given a list of names of famous people. Let's see if those names come out.
