BIG win for 5.7 million TEXAS homeowners! I joined my friend, Lt. Gov Dan Patrick, in supporting his $100,000 homestead exemption, knowing it was the best policy for TEXAS homeowners. I fully endorsed it, and told all House members to support it — Dan Patrick stood firm and we won! SB 2 by Sen. Bettencourt is the biggest property tax cut in American history. CONGRATULATIONS to everyone. I LOVE TEXAS!
