And welcome to this special edition of Hannity, The Unhinged Left, the Democrats. They put politics over the public yet again. All week long, we saw example after example of this, Democrats are on the wrong side of every major single issue the country is facing right now. Now, despite President Trump's successful crackdown on crime in D.C., it's paying massive dividends. Left, they are resisting any and all efforts from President Trump to control crime in other cities like Chicago, like New York. For example, Labor Day weekend, Chicago, 58 people shot, 8 were killed. But still, the state's liberal leaders, they are refusing any and all opportunities to work with the president to make their cities safer. Instead, they spent the last week in full blown meltdown mode screaming about Donald Trump and his efforts to crack down on Chicago's crime, something they have failed miserably at, that's keeping people safe and secure. Now, take a look at their worst moments of the week. Take a look. If National Guard or other military troops are sent to, deployed to the city of Chicago, immediately go to court. Chicago will continue to have a violence problem as long as red states continue to have a gun problem. What would make a difference to have some help from the National Guard of Chicago? Well, it certainly could, but the starting point is this, local officials, like a governor and a mayor, can work with federal officials to be more effective in reducing crime. That's a given. I accept that. But in this situation in Chicago, this is not a negotiation anyway whatsoever. So it's clear that in secret, they're planning this, well, it's an invasion with U.S. troops, if they in fact do that. Are you prepared to defend this land, this land that was built by slaves, a land that was built by indigenous people? By the way, for the record, most Illinois guns come from Illinois. Now, Governor Pritzker, Mayor Johnson, people are dying in your city. People are being shot every weekend in your city. You have failed the people that you say you care about. This week has fully exposed Democrats as the pro crime party of America. The party had defund, dismantled, no bail, reimagined the police, let's replace them with social workers. You know, they care more about criminals than the safety and security of innocent, law abiding Americans. And sadly, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Earlier this week, the U.S. military conducted a successful strike on a boat full of narco terrorists, but because the Trump administration carried out the strike, by the way, protecting Americans again, the left has now come out in favor of protecting narco terrorists, bringing in drugs that are killing Americans every single day. They're also the pro illegal immigration party. They want millions of unvetted Biden Harris Mayorkas illegals to stay in the country. The party that puts this so-called rights of illegals over the safety of law abiding citizens, even the criminal illegals who have committed countless heinous crimes, murder, rape, other violent crimes. The left doubling down on this insane ideological stance. And it gets worse during a hearing on Capitol Hill yesterday held in human services secretary R.F.K. Jr. Democratic senators, a complete psycho meltdown mode. Oh, even though he said over and over again, vaccines will be available. I just want to inform the public. Our mortality rate for infants is going way down. Our life expectancy is down. Americans are not nearly as healthy as people in other countries, but they melted down anyway. Take a look. You're telling the American people that the American Medical Association, representing hundreds of thousands of people, have been co-opted and that they should not trust their doctors. And the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American, and by the way, just for the record, every single Republican, I don't mean to be political here, Mr. Chairman, has to receive PAC money from the pharmaceutical industry. Are they all corrupt as well? And I'm telling you, the American Heart Association has been co-opted by the police. Everybody but you, Senator, but everybody is corrupt, but you? Is that what we're looking at? I don't think so. And I think the issue now. I don't even know what you're talking about. Most Americans will be able to get it from their pharmacy for free. The question is, everyone who wants it, that was your promise. I never promised that I was going to recommend products with which there is no indication. And I know you've taken $855,000 from pharmaceutical companies, Senator. I hope that you will tell the American people how many preventable child deaths are an acceptable sacrifice for enacting an agenda that I think is fundamentally cruel and defies common sense. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I'm going to reply, Senator, you've sat in that chair for how long? 20, 25 years while the chronic disease in our children went up to 76 percent. And you said nothing. You never asked the question, why is this happening? Why is it happening? Are you not allowed to ask the question? The Trump administration, they are working tirelessly. This is the Maha movement. Make America healthy again. Yesterday, Democrats revealed themselves to be the party of chronic illness, obesity problems. Look at the diabetes, heart disease plaguing our country. The left applauding bad economic data. They're happy that the Fed chair, Jerome Powell, too late Powell is dragging his feet to cut rates, interest rates that is killing the sale of preexisting homes, a new home construction, all because what? It hurts Donald Trump. That's before they support Jerome Powell, but the left's most vile, despicable display of the week was their reaction to the fake rumors that Donald Trump had suffered some sort of health crisis last week, all because he didn't have any public events for a couple of days. Take a look at that disgusting display. This weekend, the biggest story was frenzied social media rumors speculating whether Donald Trump had died. For the record, Donald Trump is very much alive, OK, and no. We like our presidents alive. We may never know why Donald Trump suddenly spent a week hiding entirely from the American public, but you don't actually need baseless online conspiracies to explain why he might not want to show his face in public right now. Donald Trump will never die. Forget it. He's like Dracula. He's going to keep sucking the life out of us forever. The last few days you woke up thinking there might be news. Just saying, just saying there will be news sometime, just so you know, there will be news. Well, there'll be plenty of news sometime anyway. The left has become completely unhinged. If it wasn't so serious, it's comical. They're wrong on every major issue of our time. Pro crime, pro illegal immigration, supporting the rights of men to play women's sports and share locker rooms, playing fields with women. They what, now they're pro narco terrorist. Don't kill the terrorists. That would be bad. You know, the people that are bringing drugs, killing Americans into our country, you know, pro chronic illness. Really? We can't reexamine our health care system and see if maybe we can live a little bit longer and a little healthier, hoping and praying for bad economic data simply because they're blinded by rage and hatred for all things. Donald Trump doubling, tripling down on dumb, dumber and stupid and crazy. But their resistance is not slowing down. President Trump from doing what is right for you earlier today. The president announced he is renaming the Department of Defense to its original name, the Department of War. Meanwhile, Homeland Security Investigations announced the largest single site operation they have carried out arresting 475 illegals during a raid at a Hyundai electric car battery factory in Georgia. And the administration's crackdown on illegal immigration insane sanctuary city policies is only ramping up yesterday. The DOJ announcing a lawsuit against Boston mayor Michelle Wu over that city's sanctuary city policy and status. And meanwhile, the Trump administration's effort to reduce crime in D.C., it's paying massive dividends. As director of the FBI, Cash Patel announced more than 1800 arrests have been made and also breaking tonight. The D.C. police DOJ announcing the arrests of two suspects charged with the murder of a Capitol Hill intern earlier this summer.

And all of a sudden your president Joe shuffled out to the podium to announce an executive order on the border crisis. Now this deadly crisis has been raging for more than three plus years, but with just a few months until the election, Biden has now decided it's time for action. Of course, Biden's election conversion. Well, that will do next to nothing to actually solve the crisis. It's all smoke. It's all mirrors. And as reported by our own Bill Molluzion, it does not stop the 1500 illegal immigrants per day released into the US or the 30,000 illegal immigrants per month that Biden is flying directly into the US that you're paying for. Meanwhile, unaccompanied minors dare exempt from the order and don't expect any kind of mass deportation of the 10 million plus unvetted Joe Biden illegal immigrants already in our country. And as we have mentioned many times from our, many are from our top geopolitical foes. In other words, nothing's going to change except Biden's talking points. So let's step back. How did we get here at the end of Trump's first term? The border was secure like never before. Illegal immigration plummeted. Trump's border security measures, they were working in January of 2021 on Biden's very first day in office with the stroke of a pen. As we've been saying over and over, Joe terminated Trump's border emergency designation, redirected funds away from the border wall. He suspended deportations and did Trump's remain in Mexico policy title 42 and that's not all. In the first few months of the Biden administration, so many border protections were rescinded that the DHS secretary May Orkus, he couldn't even be bothered to list them all. The list was so long. Take a look. So we have rescinded so many Trump immigration policies. It would take so much time to list them. We rescinded the remain in Mexico policy. We rescinded, of course, the public charge rule that deprived vulnerable migrants from accessing certain critical life benefits. We have restored the deferred action for childhood arrivals program, the DACA program. We have rescinded so many and have restored so many that he really dismantled. Now to the surprise of no one, millions of illegal immigrants from all around the world began pouring across the border. Now the scenes were and the scenes remain horrific. Border patrol was totally and is totally today overwhelmed, vetting still almost non-existent, especially for certain special interest countries that we know are plagued with terrorism and violence and are known to harbor terrorists. But the Biden administration lied directly to your face and every American's face for almost three straight years. And he told you that the border was secure and the border was closed and they said it and they said it. Let's see. Biden said it. Vice president Harris said it. Mayorkas said it. Circle back. Jen Psaki said it. Karine Jean-Pierre said it. They all said it. Take a look. Sounds to most folks like a crisis. Well, look, it's way down now. We've now gotten control precisely that the border is closed, nor could I have been clear and continued to be so which is the border is closed. The United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border. The border. We are working to make the border more secure. You're confident this border is secure. We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration. We agree that the border is secure. They all knew they were lying, but they did it anyway. Despite the massive influx that we saw with our own eyes of illegal immigrants, the administration did nothing to stop or even slow the breakdown on our border. Now the biggest national security threat, a clear and present danger to every American. The White House told you not to believe your your own eyes and then spend billions transporting illegal immigrants across the country. So the visuals at the border would be better. They were and they are guilty today of aiding and abetting illegal immigrants and assisting in the trafficking of the illegal immigrants. Now that's when major American cities you all started to feel the pain, didn't you? Even democratic cities, even sanctuary cities, even sanctuary states resources were drained, shelters full, schools and public parks or commandeer to help house the newly arriving Joe Biden unbedded illegals. The financial burden was and is extreme. Now, for example, let's look at New York City, sanctuary city that it is. One in every five hotels is now used to shelter illegal immigrants month after month. Taxpayers pick up that hotel tab. Thank God I left. And as a thank you to the good people of New York. Well, some of these illegals turned to crime. Take a look at your screen. Just this week, an unbedded Joe Biden illegal immigrant, this one from Venezuela who arrived in this country in 2023 and who was enjoying a taxpayer funded hotel room in New York City shot two New York City police officers. Why police, police suspected him of committing a series of robberies. Naturally, despite the Biden administration's best efforts to cover up the crisis, Americans on both sides of the aisle have become outraged and for good reason. So after a few bad poll numbers, oh, and 153 days towards the, uh, the election, Biden, what now finally changing his tune. They call that an election year conversion. It actually actually has a name. He admitted the border was a disaster, but then he tried to blame Republicans. Remember he said he could, you know, he did all he could do to secure the border. Hold us this many times. Said it lasts in January. Take a look. He had the power the whole time Biden caused the crisis with a stroke of a pen. And as we had said, he could at any time fix this crisis with the stroke of a pen. Today's actions prove he always had that power to make the change. Only his changes today. Well, when you dig down deeper, they're completely meaningless. And on the other hand, the insane Senate immigration bill that would only streamline asylum abuse by adding processing capabilities. It wasn't a border security bill. If anything, this legislation might've caused an increase in illegal immigration. So the bill flopped. And after a few more weeks of gaslighting, you, the American people and blaming Republicans for the crisis he created Biden went back to the old drawing board. And today after swearing that he lacked the ability to address the border after three years of lying, say the borders closed and the border secure saying it over and over again, he signed a single executive order claiming to do just that. But as the ever so eloquent Senator John Kennedy, Louisiana pointed out today, this is just the latest dishonest political maneuver designed to fool the American people. Take a look. Okay. I want you to listen up. Here's the, here's the drill. Uh, president Biden is in trouble politically. Um, he's polling right up there with fungal infections. Part of the reason for that is that he gave in to the loon wing of his party and he dissolved the Southern border. Now, five months before an election, he has to appear to be willing to do something about it. Yeah. Don't, don't trust a guy who's uncle Bozy was eaten by cannibals who really wasn't bottom line for three and a half years and counting. Biden chose not to secure the border. The crisis is not an accident. This was an, and is intentional and it won't stop until Biden has gone, gone from office. Hopefully in 153 days, he loses just this week. We learned the administration is legalizing hundreds of thousands of illegals without even telling you.

Remember, he did this with Afghanistan after the horrific withdrawal, lying about his own son dying in Iraq. It never happened. He did something similar after the devastating wildfires, if you recall in Hawaii, embellishing what was a tiny little house fire in Delaware, why, to one up the suffering, the disaster that was happening to people in Maui, he nearly lost his precious Corvette. Oh, geez, the vapors, the horrors. And he did the same thing in Florida, if you recall, after a hurricane. He also frequently lies about his struggles during the civil rights movement. He lied about getting arrested, protesting apartheid in South Africa. He lied about his time as middle class Joe on Amtrak. And according to Joe Biden, no one knows the struggle and sacrifice like Joe Biden. Take a look. [VIDEO PLAYBACK] I know from experience. How much anxiety and fear and concern are in the people? We didn't lose our whole home, but lightning struck and we lost an awful lot of it about 15 years ago. When Joe Biden, our elected president, entered the room, when he approached me, his words to me were, "My wife Jill and I know how you feel. We lost our son as well and brought him home in a fog draped coffin." My heart started beating faster and I started shaking knowing that their son died from cancer and they were able to be by his side. In reality, the guy who kept looking down at his watch during the dignified transfer of the US service members killed in Afghanistan because of his botched withdrawal and denied the existence of his own four-year-old granddaughter until it hurt him politically in the polls, he doesn't seem to really understand something called empathy. And today, Joe and Kamala, while they took a quick trip to North Carolina, it went, well, I guess about as well as you can expect with both of them. Take a look. You decide. Pretty incredible. And so is Kamala. She's really incredible. I know it sounds hard to believe. None of you have to pray God you hadn't had to go through that, but companies have stopped covering and that life was put in danger. Fourteen years ago this week, I stood by President Obama when he signed the Affordable Care Act in the law, Obamacare. And as many of you know, I thought it was a big deal. Thank God my mom wasn't around. Folks, if America sends me a Congress that are Democrats, I promise you Kamala and I will restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land again. I'm serious. If you didn't know any better, I think I'm making this stuff up. We're the only country in the world that's come out of every crisis stronger than we went in. The only country in the world. There is nothing beyond our capacity when we act together. Not a single thing. This is the United States of America. Not talking about the disaster at the border. He's not talking about the disaster, about law and order and safety and security and towns and cities all across the country. He's not talking about the struggling economy, the 60% of our fellow Americans living paycheck to paycheck, many Americans putting their bare necessities on their credit cards. That's the only way they can make it every month. And after struggling through that speech, Biden then seemed shocked and surprised that his vice president was even there. Biden's obvious cognitive decline is just one major problem that Democrats will be facing in November.

That was Fannie's star witness. And he's got a worse memory than Nathan Wade and Joe Biden combined. This has to be the jankiest jurisprudence south of the Mason-Dixon line we've ever seen.

What do you think will happen in this case as it relates to her and what should happen in your view? Well, this case is disassembling in front of our eyes. This was a very basic error. This is a major case, but these prosecutors didn't put together the most basic narrative or facts that have to support these counts. The question is, what did the grand jury know? If it wasn't in the indictment, how did they vote out these crimes? What were they told as the basis? Because the judge just said, "You're not even telling the defendant what he needs to know to defend himself. I don't know what facts you're alleging here." Now, they could go back to the grand jury and get a superseding indictment, but that's going to take time. It's going to take time off the clock, and they might have a problem doing what is obviously their overriding purpose here, which is to try Donald Trump before the election. They could just go without these counts. The judge said, "I'll let you refer to the underlying conduct. I just won't let you use them as standalone crimes for these particular counts unless you go back to the grand jury."
