I am proud to announce the appointment of Andrew Giuliani as the Executive Director of the President’s Task Force on the 2026 FIFA World Cup. During my First Term, Andrew served as a Special Assistant to the President and Associate Director of the Office of Public Liaison, playing a key role in creating the system that enabled athletes from around the World to re-enter the United States during the Reopening of America in 2020. Additionally, Carlos Cordeiro will serve as Senior Advisor. I am pleased to announce that Bill Briggs will serve as the next Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Bill is a successful businessman who served in my First Term as the Acting Associate Administrator in the Office of Capital Access at SBA. In his new role, Bo will work with David to foster innovation and growth in the digital assets space, while ensuring industry leaders have the resources they need to succeed.
