Congressman if I could just add, it's Raymond Arroyo, as you look at this anew my question is what's changed since John Durham did an investigation and prosecuted this case? Durham looked at this extensively. He was the special prosecutor they named. He explored it. There were two prosecutions I believe both ended in acquittals. What's different now? What do you know now that Durham didn't know? I think it's classified annex is the difference maker and the fact that it has been reviewed and declassified so then now we get a look at it. These are things that we knew on the intel committee but really couldn't talk about obviously because it was classified and so you know we can you know in our world we can our job is to oversee the intelligence community and we can do investigations but we can't prosecute. We can make criminal referrals where it's necessary but you recall the Durham investigation took a long long time but it was limited to just the unclassified stuff so when the classified annex was declassified using the appropriate procedure to do so. Tell people what that is. They don't know the world of information. The viewers don't know what a classified annex is. Tell them what that that secure room was and how it was discovered. Sure so the classified annex basically had all that information that he couldn't go public with that was you know classified so it was prepared in an annex to the report that is the you know appended to the report that essentially it was never released to the public so most everybody didn't realize the extent of of that investigation so if all you did was look at the unclassified material what they deemed was appropriate to share you would probably come to the same conclusion but when you look at the classified material that was since been released you have a completely different picture a more fulsome picture exactly what happened. Also it's been very effective in the judicial space beginning in 2015 with his money that was put into various prosecutors and getting judges elected and still ongoing today with organizations that are literally training judges. We see legal warfare underway with all of this. This is why so many people to your point when they see all this smoke ask how can you not find the fire. I understand it's difficult but the C3 versus C4 structure are you going to look into this at the federal level and then work with state partners where there may be violations not only of federal IRS code potential reco statutes or even state non-profit statutes. We now have Cash Patel looking into what is a grand conspiracy, whether or not what was done in 2016, dirty dossier, FISA applications based on a dirty dossier, information evidence ignored by Comey as it relates to Hillary's servers, then the grand conspiracy would go through 2020, a real laptop, verified, authentic by the FBI, the pre-bunket, I'm making the argument that the left has put, through powerful deep state operatives, has put cinder blocks on the scales of not one, not two, but three presidential elections. Now, you talk about power, on power. You talk about positive power, negative power. When you take the philosophy in this book and apply it to the headlines of today. These Democrats, these bureaucrats are unmoored from our founding. They're unmoored from the principles of our founding. They're unmoored from the enlightenment. They're unmoored from our constitution. And many of them come out of the closet. Some of them say they're Marxist. Some of them say they're democratic socialists. But if you're not bound by our founding principles, then you're not bound by morality. You're not bound by virtue. You're bound by your own conceit and your effort to accumulate power. What these people are, power-hungry, and they have, in many ways, destroyed the instrumentalities of our justice system. You can't have freedom when the law is used to destroy freedom. You can't have justice when the so-called Department of Justice exists to destroy justice. They did it here, you and I were the first to point this out, back in March 2017. They used the FBI, which is enormously powerful, the CIA, these intelligence agencies, they knew they lied, not a single person objected, that a single person in the Obama administration said no, this is wrong. Not the Attorney General, not the head of the National Security Council, none of them. None of them said it was wrong. What we've learned here through the release of this information by Tulsi Gabbard is the head mobster was Obama that he knew, and he had to know, because it was in the newspapers. Because it was his cabinet, because it was all in the -- and he's never been questioned, he's never been investigated, dorm didn't question him, the Hill hasn't questioned him, and he needs to be examined. And the reason is for our republic. We can't have presidencies like this that undermine the very foundation of our society. Mark, what we learned through this declassification is we had career top senior intelligence officials. They did an assessment on the 2016 election. They didn't find any Trump-Russia collusion. And according to these newly declassified documents, Obama himself wanted a new intelligence community assessment. And when those deep state actors took the original content, they just flipped the narrative on its head and made up a whole new narrative, and hence three years of Trump's presidency, he had to deal with this conspiracy theory. And it's now a pattern, what they did to Donald Trump, private citizen, candidate Trump. It's a pattern. They used these same tools, the Department of Justice, the FBI, the intelligence agencies, to try and destroy him as a citizen, as a candidate, and as president. They still haven't given up. They've already said, if we take the House of Representatives, we're going to impeach him again. To tie to the book, this is a very dark and evil ideology, and it is not an American ideology. It's more like the old Soviet ideology, or the communist Chinese ideology, or the Islamist ideology in the Middle East, because as I said, they are unmoored from our founding principles. They're interested in power. And if they can't get power by the ballot box, they'll try and take power by destroying somebody, by using our legal and justice system, whatever it takes. They're power hungry, and they are unmoored from our principles. So when I get to be the host of your show, on your show, you're a guest on your show, on Sunday night, we're going to go through what you describe as positive power, and negative power, and what makes America special and unique, and our founders, and their principles, and the underpinnings of faith in our society, and the moderating force of such, and how there's a constant struggle in the Democratic Party. They want all this power, the Mamdani's, and the AOC's, and the squads, versus those of us that believe in liberty, and freedom, and capitalism, which has been proven to be most successful. This is the battle. This is it. The battle is over power, to ensure that we have liberty and rights, that's the battle. And we've got to win this battle for the sake of our children and grandchildren. I think it's one of the best books you've ever written, and it's as relevant, because especially in light of this past week we've lived through. This isn't law enforcement. This is dark political operations. And it's, they just had no problem lying about it. This is Merrick Garland. The guy should have been busted for perjury or I don't know, disbarred for something 'cause this is not true. - This appointment underscores for the public the department's commitment to both independence and accountability in particularly sensitive matters and to making decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law. - I have a chance to lead a justice department in pursuit of the rule of law. - We have only one rule. I obtained a copy of this 292-page report from Republicans on the House Oversight Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, so you know they've been leading the impeachment inquiry against President Biden for months, and they said their investigation found that President Biden engaged in impeachable conduct and said he abused his office and, quote, "defrauded the United States to enrich his family." Republicans revealed that since 2014, the Biden family and its associates received more than $27 million from foreign individuals and entities. They also found that while Biden was serving as vice president, the Biden family got more than $8 million in loans from Democratic benefactors, and they said that those loans have not been repaid. So this report says, in part, quote, "as vice president, President Biden actively participated in this conspiracy by attending dinners with his family's foreign business partners and speaking to them by phone, often when being placed on speaker phone by Hunter Biden." Republicans are calling out a 2014 dinner that Hunter Biden and his father attended with a Russian oligarch, and they say that, after that dinner, that oligarch wired $3.5 million to Hunter Biden's firm. Now, these accusations against the Bidens are wide-ranging throughout this report, which says, quote, "Several witnesses testified that Hunter Biden invoked his father in business dealings with Romanian, Chinese, Kazakhstani and Ukrainian companies, resulting in millions of dollars flowing to the Biden family." They are also calling out Biden for his handling of classified documents, and they said, quote, "During his tenure as vice president, Joe Biden removed highly sensitive classified documents from the White House, despite having no authority to do so."
