Big day in Trump world as the former president's absolutely ridiculous 450 million dollar appeals bond was gutted and sliced all the way down to a hundred and seventy five million dollars. A number that Trump can easily post in a variety of different ways for the privilege of being able to appeal the most ridiculous civil penalty in the history of New York State. The selective prosecution of one commercial developer for doing business in the exact same manner as all the rest. That's the crime. The testimony from Trump's own bank was disregarded by Arthur Engaron who ignored all exculpatory evidence as far as we can tell. Engaron is just a sorry stooge for the left seeing himself as a hero working to disarm a threat to democracy. More than anything else today's judgment exposes Engaron working to help Letitia James to keep her promise to New York's radical left voting base. The weird people that put her in office. A promise to hijack our legal system and use it to harass a political enemy like the wannabe dollar store dictator that she is and Tish James does this as her state collapses from so many other problems as Trump pointed out earlier today. Businesses have a choice to go to a lot of places including other countries. They don't have to stay in our country but they can certainly go also to a lot of other states. A lot of people going to Texas, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, a lot of South Carolina and you have a lot of competition. You shouldn't be persecuting people that have done a great job. I paid 300 million dollars approximately over the years in taxes here. 300 million that's a lot of money and you're gonna lose those people that pay all that money and you're not even gonna have a state anymore they just won't be able to do it. 300 million in state income tax over the years. No question what we're seeing will give the big money players some pause. The guys like Trump in New York. No one has ever seen behavior like this inside of our country. We've never seen this. It is a threat to the stability that makes America and New York so attractive for major investment. All from a woman who understands nothing about the private sector whatsoever. Shredding norms to advance her pathetic political career. It is a terrifying moment and before you get too excited about the bond reduction which everybody got excited about just know this. When Bernie Madoff was arrested for running a 50 billion dollar Ponzi scheme that destroyed the lives and evaporated the retirement accounts of tens of thousands of Americans. His bond was 10 million dollars and that was to get out of jail not to just appeal. Trump's only alleged victim testified on his behalf that they do business with him again tomorrow and his reduced bond to appeal is 175 million. It's still about 175 million too high so don't get too hot on this appeals court. They're about as bad as Arthur Angron is anyways but over in lunatic land and by that I mean the media the narrative is that Trump is getting off easy again because the justice system is so obviously politically slanted in Trump's favor. David what does that tell you? Jose it tells me something that you know I've talked about before and that is the playbook is different for former President Trump. Yeah the playbook is different for President Trump. I think we can agree on that it's just what kind of different is it from a former prosecutor paid by MSNBC to supercharge their neurotic anti-Trump audience. The same nonsense from the same machine that we've been dismantling for about six seven years now. Here's another one from 80-year-old Mike Barnicle over at MSNBC. I'm just thinking that we have been carrying this fugitive from justice in our history literally for over three decades before he even became a real public figure. I mean he's been around and survived all of these incredible weighty legal and political issues and he's still here, still here, still a free man. I have no explanation for this show. They put people that stupid on TV they do it every day I swear to God. Here's a possible answer for Mike Barnicle. Maybe Trump's not a lifelong fugitive from justice. Maybe you and your colleagues in the media and in Washington are all freaking insane and maybe if our system was run a little better and didn't totally alienate the people that it serves over the last couple decades you wouldn't have to go on TV every day and humiliate your 80-year-old self in a desperate attempt to destroy the change agent that Americans so desire. And let's just have one more from our good friend Nancy Pelosi. Well I think that it's very clear that Trump is a grifter that's just the way it is and integrity which is something that we all want to always deepen in politics and in government has just flung the coop with him. Integrity, tell us more Nancy. A woman who turned the House speakership into a 100 million dollar career by flagrantly feeding inside information to her husband and making her family wealthy beyond their wildest dreams is here to tell us all about integrity in Washington and scold a man who came from the private sector and has lost a fortune personally while refusing to take a paycheck while he worked in public office. Which by the way is the best proof that the narrative around Trump is nothing more than propaganda. Who takes the worst job in America? The presidency gets attacked constantly loses a fortune and then refuses to take his two million in pay for four years of work from the federal government. A guy that didn't do it for the money finally. Why do you think Obama did it? The money. Why do you think Biden did it? The money. They all do it for the money. The one guy that didn't do it for the money and then he doesn't even take the paycheck. And for those who think Trump's getting off easy today his judge in the Stormy Daniels case declined his request to delay the trial. So three weeks from today the leading candidate by far for president is going to be in court sitting there for a case that could see him sentenced to prison over an alleged dalliance with a porn star from 20 years ago and the money allegedly paid to keep her big dumb mouth shut. Prison. Imagine what they would do to Trump if he committed a real crime. Like maybe take in millions from Ukraine and China for political favors and then hide the income from the IRS for nearly a decade. Imagine what they would do about that. And here's a thought that will blow your mind. Maybe everyone in Washington really is awful and maybe Trump is the normal one.
