The outcome of this election obviously is not what we wanted, it is not what we worked so hard for, but I am proud of the race we ran. You knocked on doors, you called friends, you you you you called in favors, you said hey you know I showed up to trick your softball game now I need you to show up at the campaign office and I know this is an uncertain time. I'm clear eyed about that. I know you're clear eyed about it and it feels heavy and I just have to remind you don't you ever let anybody take your power from you. And it wasn't just Harris, Tim Boils had to apologize and the whole campaign did too. Wilmington was ordered to report to Obama world and explain themselves but they're still full of it. It can sound like making excuses this political environment sucked okay. We were dealing with ferocious headwinds and I think people's instinct was to give the Republicans and even Donald Trump another chance. So we had a complicated puzzle to put together here in terms of the voters and it was going to take a little bit more independent Republicans. We have to understand that what happened in this election and what didn't and you know I think at the end of the day we had to raise people's concern and the threat level of a Trump second term. That was the guy Obama sent in to help run the Kamala campaign and he just said we had to say Trump was a fascist. We had nothing else to go on. We also learned how fake the polling was. The Kamala campaign admitted they were never ahead, ever. We didn't get the breaks we needed on election day. There was the Biden Trump 1.0 which is obviously pretty catastrophic in terms of where the race stood. When we got in and my recollection is some of that snapped back but you know we were behind. I mean I think it surprised people because there was these public polls that came out in late September early October showing us with leads that we never saw. Kamala's internals never had her in the lead but they were telling donors they were going to win. They just needed more money and then they took the money and gave it to Oprah. There has been even from some folks anonymously at least inside the campaign some critique of some of the spending decisions around things like the set for caller daddy, this you know renting the sphere, that sort of stuff. Do you think when all of the when you guys have done all the books that whether the DNC will be in debt at the end of this race? We had some unique things that we had to do in this race. You know you can look at did we get the best deal here? This was quite costly here. It's quite expensive. At the end of the day though I think the you know if you look at the spend we had majority of the money we spent it was to reach voters. Reach voters? You dodged Rogan and Rogan was free. We wanted to do it. It you know I hate to repeat this over and over but it was a very short race with a limited number of days and for a candidate to leave the battleground to go to Houston which is a day off the playing field in the battleground. You know getting that timing right is really important. So we had discussions with Joe Rogan's team. They were great. They wanted us to come on. We wanted to come on. We tried to get a date to make it work and ultimately we just weren't able to find a date. Let me get this straight. You were in Texas but you weren't able to find a date to do Rogan, the hottest podcast in the country. They were never going to do Rogan. That was a suicide mission. They knew Kamala couldn't hang in there with him for three hours. She couldn't survive the view. Then they said Kamala was brave and never ducked an interview. Real people heard in some way that we were not going to have interviews which was both not true and also so counter to any kind of standard that was put on Trump that I think that was a problem and then on top of that we would do an interview and to Stephanie's point the questions were small and processy and about like dumb. They were not informing a voter who was trying to listen to learn more or to understand and you know I think back and think we should have signaled more of our strategy early on about podcasts and who we were trying to reach but being up against a narrative that we weren't doing anything or we were afraid to have interviews is completely bullsh*t. B.S. Harris waited five weeks to do her first interview and she brought Timmy along to hold her hand on CNN and when her internal polling had her down in the fall, Obama made her do the media blitz remember and she choked so hard on Brett Baer. Her team threw in the towel. Remember they were waving off camera stop, shut it down enough. Behind the scenes Democrats are saying this it's incompetence at the end of the day. I think they need to get rid of people but Kamala thinks she's safe. She's been burning up the phones from her Hawaiian vacation telling donors she's ready to get back in the fight for 28 and the donors are like are you kidding me. I think this disqualifies her forever, forever. If you can't run a campaign, you can't run America. The same thing is going to follow Harris for the rest of her career. She cannot be trusted with the money and the donors are going to be like where is this money. Kamala's campaign manager is about to get cancelled. She might be out of politics for good. Jen O'Malley Dillon, she was a Biden lady who never really wanted Kamala on the ticket in the first place, leaked to the post that Kamala should be dumped from the ticket and then when Joe got dumped she took over Kamala's campaign and stabbed her in the back. That's what Democrats are saying. You know how girls can get. They're saying quote we don't really know why Jen didn't like her but Biden's still getting most of the blame. Not for destroying the country and putting the Democrats on a path to disaster. No they just think he should have dropped out sooner. Biden not taking any blame at all. He's acting like he won. The lame ducks letting Ukraine fire our missiles into Russia. Scranton Joe's even lost Michael Moore. Quote seriously this is your legacy. This is how you want to go out in a blaze of horror like if Joe's got to go we all got to go with him right into World War Three. We're hearing rumblings in Democrat circles that it's gotten so bad that Bernie Sanders is thinking about officially leaving and starting a third party. I mean turn on the flashlight. Let's see where we because we're just stumbling around hitting walls you know tripping over furniture and let's see how we get there. But it's we are fooling around in the dark here. That I know. You notice what we're not hearing about what got Kamala into this mess. It's how Joe Biden governed the country. His policies killed us. Maybe we shouldn't have printed a gazillion dollars and spent it on electric cars and windmills so people couldn't afford bacon. Maybe we shouldn't have invited the third world in and handed them hotel rooms and debit cards. If Biden had stayed in he was doomed. Kamala was doomed. She had no message no vision and all her team did was lie. Trump was an unstoppable force destined to retake the White House. He had a record and a story to tell. Two brushes with death and look great in the Mickey D's apron. If Trump lost he was going to prison. He put his life on the line to win. Democrats put your life on the line to win. But I just want to say that this is a very sad day for America. The whole world is watching, and it's a very sad day for New York. I've gone through two of these trials already. It's a very, with the same kind of a judge, it's all worked, it's all rigged. The whole thing, the whole system is rigged. And the outside world is watching, and the outside world is just not going to bring their business to New York. Of course it is, and the unfairness of this Harris is not just in the four corners of the case. You know, it's peculiar, as you point out, that former President Trump can't speak about the witnesses, can't speak about various things connected to the case, but other witnesses in the case are not gagged. But the other thing, and this is what I think is the arrogance of the way the courts have approached their task with these four indictments against the former president who is running for election in November. There are things in life and things in America that are more important than the administration of justice in a single case. And one of them is the right of the American people to have robust debate in connection with an election for the most important office, not just in the country, but in the world. And we have a situation where President Trump is the only person who's gagged. So Joe Biden can say whatever he wants about the president's travails. Other opponents of former President Trump can say whatever they want. And he's the guy who's in the middle of the vortex, and he can't say anything. That has consequences, not just for the administration of justice in this trial, but for how we run our campaigns. It's not just that he can't talk. And he said, you know, I took a big lead in the polls. Amazingly, he's done quite well not talking about this case, he doesn't have to, everybody else is, to the chagrin of one man, President Biden. So he sent his campaign surrogates out yesterday, Robert De Niro, another octogenarian who, you know, was struggling, but whatever. He goes outside the courthouse and then begins to battle for President Biden and trying to soak up some of that limelight. You know, Andy, it is amazing when you look at how politically tinged this entire process is. And we are still sitting here now waiting for a jury to deliberate. >> Yeah, and here's the amazing thing, Harris, this is the trial because it's a state trial that I think Biden would have been able to say that all this stuff Trump is saying about how I'm in control of everything. You know, that's a state thing, I don't have anything to do with it. He sends his surrogates here, which basically puts his mark on it. But the other thing I want people to understand is that in any other context in the United States, if a local state prosecutor were trying to enforce federal law, the Justice Department would be papering the state courts and the local federal court with all kinds of motions to try to prevent that from happening. The Biden Justice Department is perfectly content to have Alvin Bragg enforcing federal law as long as it's against President Trump. But he's not enforcing it in a way that is consistent with what the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department would normally do. So this was a very big day, a very revealing day. As you see, their case is totally falling apart. They have nothing on books and records and even something that should bear very little relationship to the case. It's just a disaster for the DA, to the Soros-backed DA, it's a disaster. This whole case is just a disaster. If you read the legal scholars, you'll see, because they're writing about it, they've never seen anything quite like it, and neither have I. I should be out campaigning right now. And I think our government ought to find out who they are, where they're from, and treat them the same way as they do the J6 hostages. You've got to treat them the same way, these are agitators, they're really hurting our country, it's happening all over the country in cities. So what happened last night at the Metropolitan Museum, these are agitators, and in some of the colleges, I think it's about 20 percent student, and 80 percent others. So this is a big problem, and they've been a nip it on the butt. And it's a problem from the left, not from the right, this is a problem from the left. And I hope you're going to stress that. The economy is not doing well. We see inflation is through the roof, they're not going to be able to lower interest rates if they do, it's really political, but it'll be very bad if they do, from the standpoint of getting rid of inflation, you have to get rid of the inflation. Inflation, as you probably have heard me say, it's a country buster. It busts countries, and it has for a thousand years. You go back and you look at old-time Germany, you look at a lot of countries that went through the kind of inflation we're going through, and they're busted, they are just broken up. Broke it up in many cases into little pieces, and that's what could actually happen to us. So we have to get inflation under control, we have to get prices down so that people can breathe, people can live, so they can live. But again, this was a very revealing day in court, any honest reporter would say that. I would recommend you read Jonathan Turley and Andrew McCarthy and Alan Dershowitz, Greg Jarrett, Mark Levin, very talented people, and others, and others, there's some incredible people out there that are writing about this trial, they're calling it a disgrace, it's a disgrace. In the meantime, I'm stuck, I'm here, instead of being in Georgia, instead of being in New Hampshire, instead of being in Wisconsin, and all the different states that we wanted to be in, we're not able to be there because we're stuck in this trial which everyone knows is a hoax. In addition, as you know, next Thursday, we're before the United States Supreme Court and a very big hearing on immunity. And this is something that we've been waiting for a long time. And the judge, of course, is not going to allow us. He's a very conflicted judge. And he's not going to allow us to go to that. He won't allow me to leave here for a half a day, go to D.C. and go before the United States Supreme Court because he thinks he's superior, I guess, than the Supreme Court. And we got a real problem with this judge. We have a real problem with a lot of things having to do with this trial, including the DA, because you go right outside, and people are being mucked and killed all day long. And he's sitting here all day with 10 or 12 prosecutors, over nothing, over nothing, over what people say -- over what people say shouldn't be a trial. So I just want to thank you very much. But that I can't go to my son's graduation or that I can't go to the United States Supreme Court, that I'm not in Georgia or Florida or North Carolina campaigning like I should be, it's perfect for the radical left Democrats. All right, so in the left's latest Trump witch hunt, Radical New York Attorney General Letitia James, who campaigned on going after one man, Donald Trump, one family, the Trump family, one organization, the Trump organization, is now claiming that the Trump organization, in fact, inflated the value of its assets in what is a big fraud scheme. Now, at the center of this trial is an insane ruling from a judge claiming that Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, that its real value is only $18 million. All right, let's do a quick one-on-one on Palm Beach real estate. Look at this here. We got a two-acre wooded lot on the ocean. There's no building on it at all. Five minutes away from Mar-a-Lago, listed for a whopping $150 million. You got another empty lot nearby. 2.3 acres on the ocean, listed for $200 million. Look at your screen. Mar-a-Lago is a 60,000 square foot, 58 bedroom, 33 bathroom, mansion, historical location, as such, with two clubs located on 20 acres of prime Palm Beach real estate with a unique position in that it has property on the inter-coastal side and on the ocean from side with a club associated with it. 20 acres, okay. Now, this is what the judge wants you to believe is worth, let's see, over $100 million less than a wooded lot of two acres, you gotta be kidding me. Now, remember, every contract that the Trump family was involved in with real estate and applying for loans and dealing with insurance companies, lending companies, okay, they would tell, they had language in this contract that said not to use their appraisals, but they had to use their own appraisals, that it would be their fiduciary responsibility to come up with what they believe the real value of a property happens to be. And by the way, not one bank, not one insurance company ever filed any complaint. Everyone was paid on time. Now, if this isn't hypocritical left-wing politics that is worse, I don't know what is. Now, Alina, I don't wanna put you in a position, I understand a gag order is in place, but I do wanna talk about real estate down in Palm Beach. I know a thing or two about it. And I've talked to a lot of realtors, they're laughing at this. So the allegation is that the Trump organization was artificially inflating numbers to get more favorable loan terms and more favorable insurance rates, okay. The judge is claiming that a property, according to realtors I spoke to, is kind of close to a billion dollars and he's sticking with 18 million. Now, doesn't that make him guilty of the very thing that they're trying to claim that the Trump family did? - It does and I think that we should look at anybody that's taken a property and their tax assessed value, which is by the way, what he thinks the property is now worth. The $18 million is a tax assessed value. So if you actually were going to sell it and I know you're familiar with the property, so am I, you probably could maybe sell half of a tennis court here for $18 million given where it's located and what it's worth. The statement of financial condition for the president, for the company was undervalued tremendously. If the president had put his brand alone, the brand of Trump, which got him elected to office, that brand alone would quadruple, triple, double, whatever the number is, the statement of financial condition. This is insanity and the fact, frankly, that I can't speak freely is insanity in and of itself. So we're really in a banana republic. This is political law fair, not warfare, and I'm sitting front row for it, it's unfortunate. - So Greg Jarrett, just common sense and logic needs to prevail here. So you got 20 plus acres on the inner coastal and on the ocean side. You got a club, you got this massive building, it's historical, many, many bedrooms and bathrooms and everything in between, and it's a club on top of it. And meanwhile, a two acre parcel of ocean from property in Palm Beach is gonna go for 200 million, but that 20 plus acre property is only worth 18 million and the judge is sticking by that valuation with a straight face, you gotta be kidding me. I mean, this can't be, this really can't be happening in this country, but it is happening. What do you make of it all? - Well, it shows how biased the judge is, determined to find that Trump's liable at trial, but the good news for them is, Sean, I doubt that any of this will ever stand up on appeal because this executive law being used against them completely undermines more than a century of established common law that requires proof of intent to deceive in civil fraud cases that somebody knowingly made false statements. But this poorly conceived law simply does away with all of that and punishes somebody for making inaccurate statements with no intent to do so, sort of like prosecuting a customer for robbing a bank because the teller gave out the wrong change. This law also violates the Constitution, Sean, it penalizes inaccurate commercial speech, which the First Amendment protects. But you know, under Letitia James, anybody can have their business taken away from them by her if they happen to misstate without negligence or intent assets that are used to secure loans, even if the business owner relied entirely on professionals to do the valuations, which the Trump organization did. - I'm not sure whether Alina can answer or not, and I don't wanna put her in a bad spot here, but you do have an AG that ran on a platform to go after one man, Donald Trump, one family, the Trump family, one organization, the Trump organization. Alina, to the extent you can, you can weigh in, Greg, you can weigh in, you know, to me, there's something so fundamentally wrong about that, running on a campaign and now fulfilling a campaign promise, Alina? - That's 100% wrong. It's political interference, it's political persecution, prosecution, and it is something we've been fighting, and I'm happy to speak freely about it. Ms. James has gone outside and showed up, Sean, only on the days where it was headline days, only on the days where the president is there, where the kids were there. She wasn't there for the past few days. She thought they were mundane, evidently. But the other day, she's sitting there while the city is going to hell. And we are watching something where the statement of financial condition was frankly undervalued, where there was, you know, a disclaimer on the front page with sophisticated lenders saying, you need to do your own due diligence, but nobody is paying attention to the glaring fact that you just brought up. Ms. James is doing this for political reasons. She does not care about New York. She does not care about businesses doing well. She is doing it so that she can make money, so that she can run. And you know what, frankly, it's backfiring in her face if you look at the polls. - You know, and you gotta think about, this is the state, Greg, and we only have about 20 seconds left, that has no bail loss. Not one insurance company that I've heard of or read about, not one lending institution. None of them complained. Why is this even in court? - When she ran for office on the campaign promise of "getting Trump," she was violating the ethical standard that governs prosecutors, she had no access to any evidence, any investigative files, she committed herself publicly to getting a specific individual, and then she misused the power of her office to manufacture a case against him. That's the sort of thing for which she should be disbarred. - We're now criminalizing political differences. That's a very dangerous place for any country to be.
