The one and only debate scheduled between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is on Tuesday. It'll be in Philadelphia. David Muir, Lindsey Davis, they will moderate the debate for ABC. Now keep in mind this is a network that detests Donald Trump. We have shown you that over and over again. It is the same network whose CEO, Bob Iger, Disney, calls a notorious ex-Clinton aide, George Stephanopoulos, an unbiased journalist, really. Well, Mr. Iger, and I say this respectfully, here's a reminder of your journalist, George Stephanopoulos, from his days as a devout Clinton Democratic staffer. Take a look. What does names address? Will your network, are you going to be fair? Are you going to really show journalism? Are you going to be neutral, or will the reputation of ABC News under the banner of Disney live up to their reputation or forever be tarnished with extreme left-wing media bias? I would assume, Bob Iger, that you want conservatives to patronize Disney theme parks and Disney products, and here's the problem we have. Iger's heir apparent is apparently a huge Biden supporter, and keep in mind, approximately zero Trump supporters are currently employed by the channel. So maybe with the exception of Reince Priebus, so let's make it easy. I want to help out ABC and give them a little bit of perspective and research. So here we are, Kamala Harris, nearly 50 days as the candidate, and she has changed dramatically ever since becoming the presumptive nominee. Joining me now is Jonathan Turley, George Washington University law prof, Fox News contributor. Professor Turley, we're going to get your reaction to that in a moment, but first I want to start with the big news of the day that Judge Juan Marshawn has moved Trump's sentencing in his hush money trial to after the election. Watch. The Manhattan D.A. witch hunt against me has been postponed because everyone realizes that there was no case because I did nothing wrong. It's a witch hunt. It's an attack by my political opponents in Washington D.C., Comrade, Kamala Harris, and radical left opponents. For purposes of election interference, that's all that was. Professor, your reaction to the news today, two different outcomes in the court, two different courts. Well, it was very surprising to see Judge Marshawn in this letter suddenly have this epiphany that there's an election going on, because he showed no sensitivity towards the election when he had, in my view, a radically overbroad gag order, and he kept the leading candidate for the presidency in his courtroom, and more importantly, he ruled rather one-sidedly throughout that trial. I was in that courtroom and I was shocked by many of his rulings. He now says, "Well, you know what, I don't want people to get the wrong impression, and so I'm going to sense him after the election. Judge Chutkin in D.C. is going to move the schedule until after the election as well. These are the two perceived most hostile judges to the former president, and the expectation is that if Trump loses the election, both of them are likely to throw him head first into a wood chipper. I mean, we're looking at November and December for these critical dates, and it's very clear that he's going to be called to account by both of these judges in a way that many are likely to have objections to, but that will come after the election. One thing that kept coming up today was that in these hearings, these pretrial hearings in the Chutkin case and the election interference case, new information, Politico described it as a potential October surprise, new affidavits, new information could come into play, could be entered into the record. Well, that in and of itself, the briefing schedule could affect the outcome of the election. It could, and Judge Chutkin has been controversial from the start because in an earlier case before the case against Trump was ever mounted, she suggested that Donald Trump should be in her courtroom answering for the January 6th riots, and that led many to suggest that she really should recuse herself. That's a very odd statement for a judge to make when someone later appears, as you suggested, in your courtroom. So, the controversy is likely to grow with this schedule, but much of the action is likely to occur after voters go to the polls. Karl Rove made a good point when we were on this morning and suggested that if Mershan was really going to send President Trump to jail or impose some draconian measure, he could very well have elected him president because in the past, President Trump has gone up in the polls when people watched what was happening in Manhattan. So for whatever his reason and delaying, the voters now are going to be pretty much the largest jury in history. What they decide on election day is likely to have a huge impact here. It could very well destroy the federal cases of Jack Smith. He would never see the inside of a courtroom, but also Mershan would be hard pressed to impose a jail term if this is the president-elect. So that election is going to be a very significant influence on what occurs in November and December. Well, if Trump wins, and this keeps going after the election, they just want to mock up his transition work. They will not leave this man alone. I'm sorry, but if he's president, then he's going to have to deal with this, at least for some period of time. That's why I think doing the motions work in October and in September, to me, that's more evidence that there's something else to foot here. Jonathan, your analysis, fantastic as always. Thank you.

One of the most outrageous, illegal, and corrupt acts among many by the corrupt Soros-backed New York State Attorney General, Tish James, controlled judge and Goran. He's controlled by Tish James, which is a horrible thing because she's bad news and everybody knows it. But it's his refusal to honor the Appellate Division's ruling that this witch hunt should be dismissed on statute of limitation grounds, among others. Not only did I do nothing wrong -- great financial statements that all came due and all came up during the trial -- my statements are great -- much better than anyone had any idea. Much, much of their great. The expert witness said among the greatest financial statements he's ever seen. So the statements were great. There were no damages to anybody. There were no victims. The banks were happy. Think of it. I had a bank. They went to make a loan. They made a loan. I paid back the loan in full. No negotiations, no anything. No victims. No damages. The banks were happy. But the whole hoax should have been ended long before this pathetic excuse for a trial ever started. So you borrow money, you pay back the money, and you get sued by essentially the DOJ because they'll do anything. They went through millions of pages of documents -- my documents -- and they end up going after me over a loan that was repaid in full. No negotiation, no anything that the bank was very happy with. It's a fix. It's a rigged system. And Gorin, the judge, shockingly refused to follow the express orders of the highly respected appellate division in New York State, where we overwhelmingly won. The case is over. Such disrespect for an appeals court, the job of which is to protect New Yorkers from a runaway judge like, perhaps, and Gorin, is unheard of in our country and smacks of banana republics and third-world countries. Those tactics, employed by Crooked Joe Biden's other henchmen and people like deranged Jack Smith, who was brought in to try and get Trump, but he's not doing so well. The rule of law in New York State will never recover if this partisan attack is not immediately squashed. Thereafter, his political opponent -- because Biden is losing badly to me in the polls -- he's doing horribly. Essentially, he's a horrible president, and the people understand that. So they go after me when, actually, I've done a great job. They try saying I've done a bad job and a dishonest job, and that turned out to be false. And they didn't know what to do in the middle of the trial, but they kept it going. This trial should have never been brought. It should have been ended early. It should have gone to the commercial division, like all other cases. But the judge, who's a Trump hater, refused to let it go. He refused, under any circumstances, to let it go. He had no victims. The banks testified. They were happy. They didn't even know what they were doing there. They got back all of their money. They got back all of their interest. Frankly, they wanted to make me the loan because that's what they do. They make loans, and they make money when they make loans. And this was a great loan for them, and they acknowledged that at the trial. And this is where they went after me. Now they want $370 million, plus other things, but $370 million, which is far more than the loans. Far more than the loans. They were perfect loans. The bankers said, "I wish we had all our loans like this." They ought to focus on violent crime in New York because it's driving people out of the state and leave people that pay millions and millions of dollars in taxes alone. Thank you very much.
