ALERT: A National Park Service career employee, a highly credible witness, saw David Hearn (ActBlue) in broad daylight vandalize the Reflecting Pool by “violently” ripping and tugging at the Pool’s somewhat delicate coating. The National Park Service employee provided this witness testimony to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in early July, as seen below. Numerous other events took place, including using an acid like material on the just installed grass adjoining the Pool. On it were written the letters, “86 47,” a phrase probably gotten from James Comey. There was substantial other damage to the Reflecting Pool, also but, unfortunately, there is no video or proof, other than the damage, itself. We are working on the Pool, and it will reopen shortly. As with many jobs, there was also some contractor error done by rushing the job for a July 4th opening, but it was a very small area of this massive Pool, and was relatively inconsequential. - If these ballots were run through multiple times, as you've alleged, I think you said possibly up to 30,000 times, definitely thousands of times, being counted, when we examine the poll book and see who voted, and we count those numbers, would they then not line up with the total number of votes coming out of Detroit? - Just later, later, the poll book is completely off, completely off. - Off to 30,000? - I'd say that poll book is off by over 100,000. - Where are you from? - Oh, I'm from down river. - Okay. - I'm here because of the 38,000 ballots that arrived here at 3.45 AM, they're just now sitting over there and getting counted, supposedly. - Okay, okay. - And that's why I arrived. - Okay. - To an eye-opening of hypocrisy, let me tell you, something I want you to see, they're taping up the windows, the security's taping up the windows so that people who are challenging cannot see in here, and he can't see out, so it's an interesting development. Interesting development. - I began observing the process of ballots at several counting boards. I quickly noticed that none, and I mean none, of the names who were being scanned from the ballots were in the electronic poll books. All of the names that were found were found in the supplemental sheets. We know that the poll books, the electronic poll books, were updated on Sunday, November 1st. That meant that all of these new ballots had to have been brand new registered voters on Monday, November 2nd, or Tuesday, November 3rd. I found it very hard to believe that tens of thousands of people had registered in just two short days, so I began writing down the names on the ballots immediately after they were scanned by the computer poll worker. As soon as I began, I was severely obstructed by five different persons that I could no longer, such that I could no longer continue my legal responsibility as a poll challenger. These five persons comprised of a poll worker, a supervisor, an uncredential person, a Democrat challenger, and one of the top leaders of the AVCB. The details can be found on my affidavit. Does anyone believe that 30 or 40,000 new voters were actually signed up legally in two days? - Yeah, and what have you seen? - I've seen ballots that don't belong to anybody. They don't throw up in the voter registration. There's no name attached to them. - And what are they doing with those ballots? - I'm challenging them, and they're supposed to put them in a box to be evaluated, but then multiple ballots that have several different numbers, one person with different numbers. We have whole lists of them. We're writing everything down all day long. - So are they improperly filled out, and you're looking to disqualify them? - Yes, they're improperly filled out if they have no name, if they don't have a home, or if the person was born in 1921, but registered to vote in 1900, that kind of doesn't make sense. - But that's not on the ballot. When you vote, your ballot is just the balls in which you have on there. What are you seeing? Are you seeing people's registration forms? So on the tables, you have the ballot, and then you are able to see next to them on a computer screen whose ballot that is. - Sometimes the ballot itself has no name, but the ballot is filled out. And then if we go into the registration file, we find the person that was born in 1921, and there's a lot that's not right. - What's wrong with being born in 1921? - But registering to vote in 1900, 21 years before you're born. - Only a few of the most egregious items witnessed. I was not allowed to perform my job, and from what I observed were any of the GOP challengers in accordance with Michigan laws. We were constantly prevented from getting close enough to see what was going on with respect to the ballots. Procedures were not being properly followed when we brought these to the attention of the supervisors. Our concerns were dismissed and ignored. We observed ballots being backdated from 11-4 to 11-2, and data being entered into the computers for these mail-in ballots. Poll workers were entering ballot information from new mail-in ballots, including dates of birth of 1/1/1900 into the electronic poll books and processing those ballots for tabulation. The information wasn't in either the electronic poll book or the paper supplement book prior to that. Dead people were voting. I sent a website to that effect, and the list that they had up to that date was 17,327 randomly checked Michigan voters that were registered for voting and were above the age of 80. Every name on this list has voted in the 2020 election, check for yourself, and has also been found in one or more of the obituaries online. This is the most important election in my lifetime, and I think the most important election in the history of our republic. - Yeah, poll book, why don't you look at the registered voters on there? How many registered voters are on there? Did you, do you even know the answer to that? - No, I guess I'm trying to get to the bottom of this here. - Zero, zero, there's zero. - So my question then is if the-- - Guess how many, wait, what about the turnout rate? 120%. - Let's let Representative Johnson ask his question a little bit.

Our team has looked at these systems, and there are a dozen ways to interdict the voting process in these issues, whether it's mail-in ballot manipulations, they can scan and allocate votes, blank votes, whether it was the 70,000 votes left in the back room, there's just lots of ways to interdict these systems. When we look at this Pennsylvania fixing the vote chart that they all have, could you explain at the very beginning what that line means, Biden injection? So at the very beginning of the chart, where there's a circle that says on election day, what that indicates is there is a spike in loaded votes, 337,000 plus or minus of some votes that were added in there in one big batch. So that was an anomaly in the reporting. Normally you would expect to see a smooth curve going up, not any big spikes. That's what Greg was talking about, the anomalies of loading and uploading those votes. So that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting. And that's 604,000 votes in 90 minutes, is that right? Correct. This is 337,000 votes in that period of time. Yes. Let's look at this entire curve with all these spikes. Can you calculate how much of a vote that accounted for for Biden and how much for Trump? Close to 600,000. I think our figures were about 570,000, some odd thousand, that all those spikes represented over time. For Biden? Correct. And how much for Trump? I think it was a little over 3,200. How about that? Now just to go back to your original document, this one pager that they all have, mail in ballots counted without being observed. Yeah, I'd have to check the Secretary of State's website. Could you also check and see? Is there any change in the 1,823,148 ballots that were sent out? The mail-out ballots number seems to be holding steady. And was there any other method of producing ballots other than sending them out? Not that we're aware of, unless there's previous witnesses of testimony that the potential for multiple ballot counts. So ballots could have been counted. And have you ever gotten a chance to examine any of these ballots? No. That would be part of the forensic process. One suggestion, whoever does the analysis is using paper and ink analysis of a micro-photo spectrometer. That would analyze the ink on those ballots to see if they were mass-produced. So I personally witnessed over that that happened 24 times, over 24 times. We have multiple other witnesses that saw it, including Democrat poll watchers. I was told the next day by the solicitors, well, actually not the solicitor, but the attorney that we had secured, that they said every election they leave a couple of USBs in the voting machines, and they're brought back, and generally the warehouse manager comes over and puts them in. So in talking to the U.S. Attorney General McSwain and other law enforcement officers, I found out that was not the case, that generally more than two is unusual. So they denied they did it, but as of today, 47 USBV cards are missing, and they're nowhere to be found. So I was told personally that these 24 to 30 cards that were uploaded weren't there. Those cards, I demanded that they didn't update the vote live time, they only updated it about once every two or three hours. I demanded they updated the vote so I could see what the result was, and it was 50,000 votes. And I think as a computer scientist, an American, and a patriot, it doesn't matter who those 50,000 votes were. I'll tell you they were Vice President Biden. But what was shocking to me as an American, as someone who has gone to sea, gone to war, that could even happen. So in the most upsetting, really upsetting to me, in the most upsetting was I had spoke to multiple law enforcement agencies and literally begged multiple law enforcement agencies, they said go in, and it's in order to prove, you know, prove that nothing's happening. You either exonerate yourselves in the process or refute what I'm saying, please, it's a very simple process. Just go get the forensic evidence from the computers. It's a simple process, you turn the computer off, it's non-destructive, takes moments, maybe half an hour, 20 minutes to do it properly and collect the evidence. You open the computer up, you take a device called a bit blocker, you put it in the hard drive, it's done under the observation of law enforcement officers. They take a forensic image of the drive, put it all back together, it wouldn't have taken more than an hour to image all five machines. That was never done, despite my objections, and that was three weeks ago. Lastly, when they said, they said, well, we've got all the forensic records and so forth, we just learned two days ago that virtually all chain of custody, logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone. All forensic evidence, all custody sheets in Delaware County are gone. They had a signing party where they sat down and poll workers were invited back to recreate those logs and our understanding as of today was that they were unsuccessful in getting them all. So we have a situation where we have 100,000 ballots to 120,000 ballots, both mail-in and USB, they're in question. Now, there's no cure for this, there's no remedy for this. As a home charter, we could have a re-election in Delaware County for our own representatives within our own town, but there is no cure for that for the President of the United States. And I believe as a citizen and an observer to this that anybody could certify that vote in any good conscience.

How disgraceful is it that “Judge” James Boasberg has just been given a fourth “Trump Case,” something which is, statistically, IMPOSSIBLE.
