Because this is, you know, the way she started off, that was the direction it went. And then suddenly she took this turn into attacking Trump. It was a massive mistake. Trump then came and had to respond to that. I thought actually if you look at the totality of his speech, it was entertaining and pretty gracious and the usual Trump that we get. And it looked to me like the sign of a very, very confident President Trump.

And now we're the last one standing next to Donald Trump. Like Alexis Meadam said, Steve, she says her campaign believes she has money and momentum to keep going. You don't think that way. No, let's just review the night. I want to use the word stunning trace in relation to both candidates. So Donald Trump, this was a stunning victory for him. This was the state that is of all the Republican primary stage, the worst in the whole country for Donald Trump. And he wins a majority. He wins over 50 percent and looks like a double digit victory over Nikki Haley. That is a stunning result. Then you look at Nikki Haley and it's not so much the result. I mean, by the way, as Alexis said, this is exactly what she and the never Trump Republican establishment dreamed of. The two horse race in a state that favors Nikki Haley and is the worst for Donald Trump. And she's defeated by double digits. But the worst thing was that speech. Nikki Haley speech, stunningly bad judgment. Let's just think about the situation she's in. She wants to go to South Carolina, a state where she's miles behind Donald Trump. Currently 20 30 40 points behind Donald Trump. She needs to persuade Republicans who currently support Trump to switch to her. So what does she do in that speech tonight? Attack Donald Trump more aggressively than she's ever done before. It is stunningly bad judgment. It makes me think actually she knows she's going to lose. She's not interested in even trying to win votes. She's got something else going on. Maybe she's her head's been turned by all the media adulation she's got in the last couple of days. It's impossible to understand what she's trying to do with that speech tonight.

Three, three. We win it every time. We win the primary, we win the generals. We've won it, and it's a very, very special place to me. It's very important. If you remember, in 2016, we came here, and we needed that winner. We won by 21 points, and it was great. And today, I have to tell you, it was very interesting, because I said, "Wow, what a great victory." But then somebody ran up to the stage, all dressed up nicely, when it was at 7. But now I just walked up, and it's at 14. But she ran up when it was 7. And, you know, we have to do what's good for our party. And she was up, and I said, "Wow, she's doing, like, a speech like she won." She didn't win. She lost. And, you know, last week, we had a little bit of a problem. And if you remember, Ron was very upset because she ran up, and she pretended she won Iowa. And I looked around, I said, "Didn't she come in third?" Yeah, she came in third. And then I looked at the polls. She was talking about most winnability, who's going to win, and I had one put up. I don't know if you see it, but I have one put up. We've won almost every single poll in the last three months against Crooked Joe Biden. Almost every poll. And she doesn't win those polls. And she doesn't win those. This is not your typical victory speech, but let's not have somebody take a victory when she had a very bad night. She had a very bad night. And you have the now very unpopular governor of this state. This guy, he's got to be on something. I've never seen anybody with energy. He's like Hopscotch. And, you know, I'm watching this guy, and two weeks ago, he said, "We're going to win. We're going to win in a landslide. We're going to win about three days ago." So I said, "Well, we want to do well." That's a big difference. But I walked out just now. We're 14 points up. And I don't know what it's going to be. But when she was up here, it was like six or seven. And, you know, with like 7 percent of the vote counted. Now, let me just tell you, we had an unbelievable week last week in Iowa. We set a record. It was the best in the history of the caucus, in the history. And I remember I sort of had the same feeling. I'm up and I'm watching. And I said, "She's taking a victory lap." And we beat her so badly. She was -- But Ron beat her also. You know, Ron came in second, and he left. She came in third, and she's still hanging around. The other thing, she only got 25 percent of the Republican votes. I don't know if you saw that. Tremendous numbers of independents came out, because in this state -- because you have a governor that doesn't, frankly, know what the hell he's doing -- in this state, in the Republican primary, they accept Democrats to vote. In fact, I think they had 4,000 Democrats before October 6th. They already voted. Now, they're already voting because they want to make me look as bad as possible. Because if you remember, we won in 2016. And if you really remember, if you want to play it straight, we also won in 2020 by more. And we did much better in 2020 than we did in 2016. But as they said, we lost by a whisker, just by a whisker. No, no, no. But we can't let that happen. You know, you have to have people that speak up. I said, "I can go up, and I can say to everybody, 'Oh, thank you for the victory. It's wonderful.'" It's what -- or I can go up and say, "Who the hell was the imposter that went up on the stage before and, like, claimed a victory?" She did very poorly, actually. She had to win. The governor said, "She's going to win. She's going to win. She's going to win." Then she -- she failed badly. Now, I have here -- if he promises to do it in a minute or less, but the only person more angry than -- let's say me, but I don't get too angry. I get even. The only person -- because he was there, and he did fantastically well, by the way, and then he endorsed me. And we don't have to talk about Tim Scott, who, by the way, just got engaged, we have to tell you. And that's more important than all of this stuff. But a man that got to know her very well is Vivek. I said, "Vivek." I said, "Vivek." Go up and say a few words about it. He has to do it in one minute or less, and then we're going to just say, "We had one hell of a night tonight." And one other thing, before Vivek comes -- do you see that, Paul? We're going to put it up. We have beaten Biden. You could almost say, "Who can't? Who the hell can't?" The man can't put two sentences together. He can't find the stairs off a stage. Who can't? But Vivek, one minute or less. Go do it, Vivek. What we saw tonight is America first defeating America last. That's what we saw tonight. If you want America last, you can go to Joe Biden. You got another candidate still, apparently, in the Republican primary. Cut your Social Security to fork over more money to Ukraine so some kleptocrat can buy a bigger house. Go to Nikki Haley. But you know who delivered a double-digit victory tonight? Millions and millions of more votes. But we had COVID, and they used COVID to cheat, and they did a lot of other things too. We don't forget, you can never forget history, because if you forget, you never recover from it, and you repeat, you repeat, and we're not gonna repeat. We're gonna have the greatest election success. We're gonna turn our country around. And if you take a look throughout the history of our country, if you took the 10 worst presidents in the history of this, not great country right now, it's a country in decline, it's a troubled country, it's a failing country, frankly. But if you took the 10 worst presidents and put 'em together, the 10 worst, absolutely 10 worst, you used to say five, remember I said I used to say five, then I said, wait a minute, we can add another five. They would not have done the damage that Crooked Joe Biden has done to our wonderful country. They would not have done the damage. There's never been anything like it. And you say, are they stupid people? I don't think so, because nobody can cheat that well if they're stupid. Do they hate our country? They must hate our country. Because there's no other reason that they can be doing the things they do. Take a look. The taxes, they want to raise your taxes times four. These are very dishonest people. And you're always fighting them. And just a little note to Nikki, she's not going to win. But she will be under investigation within minutes. And so would Ron have been. But he decided to get out. He decided to get out. Now Vivek, I don't think would be at all because he's perfect. Right? The president said a double digit win in New Hampshire. And you delivered a double digit win for President Trump. But I'm going to invite you to my home stage starting tomorrow, where this election is over. So tonight on the eve of the primary, the former president will be joined on stage by Tim Scott of South Carolina, Vivek Ramaswamy and Doug Burgum for a big Get Out the Vote rally. You know what Nikki Haley would say. He's being backed by people who had no chance of becoming the nominee. And even your governor on Friday with Martha McAllen went so far as to say, "Nobody cares what Tim Scott thinks." What do you say? Well, first of all, Nikki Haley does not have a chance at becoming the nominee either. It's welcome news that Governor DeSantis dropped out of this race. He did the right thing by endorsing President Trump. And as you mentioned, we have Doug Burgum and Tim Scott and Vivek Ramaswamy joining the president in Laconia, New Hampshire tonight, a great place to show that the Republican Party is unified around Donald Trump. The majority, vast majority of Republican voters want to see him reelected back to the White House. And tomorrow we'll send another suffering blow to Nikki Haley's campaign. Republican voters here in New Hampshire are realizing that Nikki Haley is more of a liberal than she is a conservative. She was opposed to President Trump's border wall in 2016. She supports amnesty for illegal immigrants. She also supports implementing a 23% national federal sales tax. For the people here of New Hampshire, that's unfathomable, considering we don't have a state sales tax at all. Nikki Haley is also backed by Democrat donors. Her campaign is targeting Democrat voters. Tomorrow she doesn't have a chance and hopefully she too will unify so we can take this fight to Joe Biden. Well, she would respectfully disagree with you. She thinks she's got a great chance tomorrow and that a lot of Ron DeSantis voters will come her way in the Granite State. Listen to what she told Bill and Dana earlier today. What I'll tell you is I know that the DeSantis voters, they love America and they wanted a new generational leader and they wanted a conservative that was going to go in there and clean up government. And that's what we're going to do. So there's some analysis that maybe about 62% of Ron DeSantis voters would go to President Trump, which leaves potentially 38 for her. And New Hampshire's got a way, historically speaking, of surprising us. Do you think we might be in for a surprise tomorrow? I think we'll be in for a surprise and that surprise will be a devastating blow to Nikki Haley's campaign and another historic victory for President Trump, as we saw in Iowa, which was a great surprise. He breached that 50% margin. He won every single demographic across the board, winning 98 of 99 counties. And I think we'll see that same great victory for him here tomorrow. I will tell you the Trump campaign, we have the most organized and robust army of active volunteers on the ground. We have 10 county chairs for all 10 counties, 2,000 great patriots knocking on doors, getting out the vote for President Trump tomorrow. These are not paid political actors, John. These are great granite stators who love this state, love this country, believe in President Trump's vision for the next four years. So one of the big talking points that the former president is using in New Hampshire against Nikki Haley is that Democrats are going to come out for her. Listen to what he said. Independents and Democrats are allowed to vote. So in order to try and stop Trump, they go out and they sign up and they can sign up very easily. And Sununu should have stopped it. All right. As a native New Hampshireite, you know that that is not fully true and is misleading. Yes, it's true that Democrats could play in the GOP primary, but they would have to be undeclared. And the deadline for becoming undeclared if you were a registered Democrat was back on October 6. So you could have some Democratic leading undeclareds that play in the primary. But to say that Democrats are going to vote for Nikki Haley tomorrow, I think would be a little bit misleading. The secretary of state said about 4,000 Democrats did change before the October 6 deadline from registered Democrat to undeclared. But would you allow what the president is saying is a little misleading? No, I think he's absolutely right. And you just said it too, John. You said Democrats will be playing in tomorrow's primary. And you cited the data from our secretary of state, nearly 5,000 formerly registered Democrats did switch parties so that they could infiltrate this Republican primary tomorrow and specifically vote for Nikki Haley. And her campaign has been very vocal about targeting those voters. She is taking money from big Democrat donors, such as Reed Hoffman, who is also funding the witch hunts and the lawsuits against President Trump right now in New York and other states across this country. In fact, we just found out that some of her campaign staffers are former Democrat lobbyists. And she and Chris Sununu have both been very vocal about getting those formerly registered Democrats out to vote in tomorrow's primary. That is not welcome news to the hundreds of thousands of great patriots, Republican voters who want to have the right to vote in tomorrow's primary. And they certainly do. We encourage them to get out and vote. But it just goes to show you who Nikki Haley really is, the fact that she's targeting these former Democrats. And by the way, nearly 50 percent of Nikki Haley supporters say that they will vote for Joe Biden over Donald Trump in a general election. That tells you everything you need to know about where she stands on policy. Well, if registered Democrats switched their affiliation four months ago just to play in the Republican primary, they were playing the long game. No question about that. Carolyn, good to talk to you.
