Jesse Watters: “The Biden White House was much more involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid than we ever realized. All of the evidence now suggests Joe Biden was personally behind the prosecution of Donald Trump and the timing of his trial, in order to interfere with the election.”

Video transcript 8:18

White House visitor logs just released suggest that Joe Biden is personally running the prosecutions of Donald Trump. The Biden White House was much more involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid than we ever realized. White House visitor logs suggest that the raid itself may have been hatched inside the Biden White House, and the special counsel prosecution on Donald Trump is still being coordinated by the White House. Jay Bratt, who is now the top aide to the special counsel Jack Smith, was a Justice Department official and was summoned to the White House twice in the fall of 2021 to meet with Joe Biden's Deputy Chief of Staff Carolyn Saba and an advisor to the Chief of Staff Catherine Riley. This was while Donald Trump was negotiating with the National Archives. Jay Bratt didn't want a negotiation. Jay Bratt wanted a raid and lobbied the Biden White House to raid Mar-a-Lago. Jay Bratt even visited Mar-a-Lago and told Donald Trump everything was fine. Just put a lock on the basement door. But everything wasn't fine. Joe Biden and his White House counsel signed off on revoking Trump's privilege. And weeks later, armed FBI agents got a warrant from a Trump-hating judge who happened to be an Obama donor and went in hard. And the Biden Justice Department indicted Donald Trump. Then, Jay Bratt was tapped to be the top aide for special counsel Jack Smith. And what do you know? The Biden White House summoned Jay Bratt bracked to the White House to meet with, again, Biden's Deputy Chief of Staff. That was just in March. And weeks later, Donald Trump was indicted over the Mar-a-Lago documents. Why is the Biden White House conspiring with the Justice Department and the special counsel's office to prosecute Donald Trump? Joe Biden personally told us that he had nothing to do with the prosecution, and it was totally independent. I have never once, not one single time, suggested the Justice Department what they should do or not do, rather than bring it to charge and not bring it to charge. I'm honest. That's a lie. Not only do White House visitor logs prove that Joe Biden's team is working with the special counsel's office to raid and prosecute Joe Biden's top political opponent, the New York Times reported that Joe Biden was behind the urgent timeline. Joe Biden, quote, confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted. And that Biden himself felt like Garland should, quote, act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who's willing to take decisive action. All of the evidence now suggests Joe Biden was personally behind the prosecution of Donald Trump and the timing of his trial in order to interfere with the election. Today, a Democrat D.C. judge ruled that the January 6th trial, again prosecuted by Jack Smith, will begin March 4th, a day before Super Tuesday. What a coincidence. And the Mar-a-Lago documents trial begins in May. But the appeals process will take years and that worries the left. Yesterday, MSNBC admitted the Trump trials aren't about administering justice. They're about disqualifying Donald Trump from having his name on the ballot. Watch. As far as I'm concerned, the the all of these court cases, all of these indictments don't mean anything if he's still able to run for president next year. If unless he is found disqualified for running for president, he is still a danger to our democracy. So if this is a step in the direction of preventing him from running again or forcing him to step down, then it's great. Democrat state officials will be taking legal action if Donald Trump's convicted to remove his name from the ballot and force the courts to figure it out. ABC News reports the plans already in the works in New Hampshire. Joe Biden isn't even committing to debating Donald Trump. This isn't a battle of ideas. There's no effort at persuasion. This is the removal of a political opponent through brute force, through handcuffs and ballot gimmickry. But the Democrats, Soviet style tactics have alienated their most loyal voting bloc. The mugshot has breathed new life into the Trump campaign and broadened his appeal to black Americans over the weekend. With the help of mugshot merchandise, the Trump campaign raked in over seven million dollars. Today, my garbage man told me he's buying mugshot T-shirts for everyone he knows this Christmas. The mugshot's up on the side of buildings in the inner city. The 2016 phenomenon's happening all over again. Trump won that election because of a laser-like focus on the forgotten man. A bond was formed back then that can never be broken. And there's a new forgotten man, the black man. Democrats have forgotten about him. The media and the professional class are so fixated with smearing and disqualifying one man that they've forgotten that the Democratic Party should be fixated on fixing problems. Better wages, better jobs, better schools, better health care. Democrats have over-promised and under-delivered for black Americans for decades. And as this election rolls around, Democrats once again are obsessed with Trump instead of their most dependable voter. The mugshot crystallized that. He got indicted? President Trump got a target on his back just like a black man. Y'all keep messing with him. Hey, Trump, go ahead and wipe that white paint out your face, man. You black now. You good in the hood. As far as I know, Trump is black. When are you guys going to learn? The more you indict, the more we unite. Gangsters, how about Trump 2024, you heard, man, whoo, whoo, gangsters. The hood got this man back. It's Trump 2024. That's what it's going to be because we ain't having nothing else. Arresting Donald Trump, not once, not twice, not three times, but four times did something I thought was impossible. It made Donald Trump into a sympathetic character, made a billionaire a victim of the man. I know. It sounds crazy. Black Americans throughout our history have felt unfairly victimized by the system. Historically, there's some truth to that. The mugshot unintentionally created a bond between Donald Trump and black Americans. Y'all done locked big Trump up like that. I don't appreciate none of that because let me tell y'all something now. These other presidents be saying good stuff to you, but doing bad stuff to you. Trump might be saying some bad stuff, but he was doing some good stuff. Check the records. Out of all the people this man could have freed, man, he freed. Look, why ain't man to go, he freed Kodak. You know what I'm saying? And y'all done locked big Trump up. Y'all got him in the land of man, free big Trump. Donald Trump's support, black Americans has steadily been going up. In 2020, Biden won 91% of the black vote. Trump had eight. Just three years later, Biden's down 30 points with black America. Trump's up 12%. There's a reason for that. A few of them. Biden there is a rapidly decaying under Democrat leadership, not to mention inflation's eating away at black bank accounts. Time for talks over. Joe Biden, more than any other president, represents the system. He represents the man. He represents the permanent Washington power broker whose callous policies created the forgotten man. And what better way to send a message to the system than to vote for the man who the system is trying to destroy. This video is for every single black person out there. If you really want to over this government that has over your ancestors, if you really want to over this government that helped kill Martin Luther King, Jr., I mean, I'm asking you to do it. Go vote for Donald Trump. They stay up because they've been made up for us for the longest and it's been there. Vote for Donald Trump. The Democrats have made Trump a martyr and they've made voting for Donald Trump the biggest political message in years.

JUSTICE AND THE RULE OF LAW ARE OFFICIALLY DEAD IN AMERICA. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!—> https://DonaldJTrump.com

Video transcript 0:49

Justice and the rule of law are officially dead in America. This marks the fourth act of election interference by Crooked Joe Biden and the Communist Democrats who are absolutely destroying our country. They are doing things to our country that nobody ever thought possible. They know they can't beat me in a fair fight at the ballot box, so they're weaponizing the legal system to try and defeat me. And you know what? This is the greatest political movement of all time. It's going to make America great again. There's never been a movement like it, and they're not going to let it happen. They're not going to let it be dishonest anymore. But just as we've prevailed before, we will once again emerge stronger. Next November, we will win back the White House, and we will indeed make America great again.

“LEFT’S GOAL: REMOVE TRUMP FROM BALLOT BY ANY MEANS”

Video transcript 6:23

All right, joining me now, Saul Weisenberg, former deputy independent counsel and Fox News contributor, alongside Mike Davis, Article 3 project president, Saul. I was going back to that 2016 piece in the Washington Post about getting the electors to not represent the popular vote. I had forgotten about that piece completely until today. And I'm reading this and I'm thinking, huh, that sounds like kind of a little bit of a radical theory in some circles, certainly. But nobody was thinking that would be part of a criminal conspiracy if anyone even thought to implement it. That was interesting. Oh, yeah, it's it's it's completely hypocritical. Of course, they would say that President Trump went further on January 6th. But there's no question that it's hypocritical. And this is more more of the same. Can you think of anything more anti-democratic than the idea that some state functionary, some state secretary of state can declare on his or her own? Well, I think Donald Trump has engaged in insurrection or rebellion under the as understood in the 14th Amendment without any kind of a trial, without any kind of process, without any kind of definition. It's just ludicrous. And to Saul's point, Mike, some states are already considering this 14th Amendment theory that we all talked about for the first time. I think last week, the week before, here's the Michigan secretary of state. Watch this. I'm going to follow the law. What the law says is what is going to dictate how I and I hope all of my colleagues proceed in this moment, in particular around thorny issues like this one. I'm going to be talking with Al Schmidt in Pennsylvania, with Cisco Aguilar in Nevada, with Brad Raffensperger. Mike, I hope they all immediately reject this, what seems to me completely unconstitutional nonsense. Well, it is unconstitutional. There is an article out by Stanford Law Professor Michael McDonald, a former federal judge who makes it very clear he's not a Trump supporter by any means, but he makes it very clear that this is a bogus legal theory by the Democrats. In order to disqualify under the 14th Amendment, you have to follow a federal statute on insurrection and rebellion. A criminal statute get a criminal conviction with a judge and a jury, and it has to stand up on appeal before you can even consider this. There is no evidence whatsoever of insurrection. Democrats looked for several years with the January 6th Commission, and they found zero evidence because it doesn't exist. Yeah, so, Sol, he wasn't charged with an insurrection account of insurrection. The wide-ranging RICO conspiracy in Fulton County, insurrection, as much as they like to talk about it, there was no sense of an intent to violently overthrow the government. This whole theory rests on, I think, a fallacious understanding of even what the basic facts are in this case. Well, here's the problem with the theory. If we were starting from scratch, it's not like there's a complete lack of support historically for this conception of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The problem is, in 1869, there was an opinion by Chief Justice Salmon Chase of the Supreme Court. He wasn't sitting as a Supreme Court justice, he was sitting as a circuit judge, but he made a ruling that's been considered definitive for about 150 years, and what he said was, this is not self-executing, this Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, that there has to be congressional enforcement. And as Mike pointed out, Congress has passed a statute that tracks the exact words of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, it makes it a crime to engage in insurrection or rebellion against the government, or to incite it, or to give aid and comfort to its enemies, and the punishment, in addition to the criminal fine, is that you cannot ever hold office again, so it's been done. Again, the idea that you would have some state official, a partisan, partisanly elected state official disqualify Trump without any kind of due process at all, I think is not going to fly. And listen, I think one of them's going to do it, and when they do, I think it'll move up rapidly through the courts, I certainly hope it does, and I think it'll be rejected by the Supremes. Yeah, I mean, you could see, right? This is gaining momentum, and we pegged it when Ludwig and Larry Tribe came out. We knew that this was going to be a boulder going down the hill, but Trump's lawyers were in court today on the January 6th case. Judge Amy Chutkin said, "I understand Mr. Trump is presumed innocent, as is every defendant. Let's not overlook the fact that Mr. Trump has considerable resources that every defendant does not usually have." And this was, I guess, regarding the timing of the case, which we're going to get into later on. But Mike, do you detect, just from that comment from the judge, I mean, that seems to speak to some anti-Trump bias right there. This Obama judge is a left-wing radical. She's been the harshest. She's a left-wing radical. She's been the harshest sentencer of January 6th defendants while she excuses the BLM protesters. There's no chance that President Trump is going to get a fair trial in Washington, D.C. with Judge Tonya Chutkin, Jack Smith, and this 95% Trump-deranged jury pool. Well, Saul, do you think it's possible to get a fair jury outcome for Donald Trump in D.C. and with a D.C. jury? I think it's virtually impossible if there was ever a case that called for a change of bend. You forget about the judge. Just because of the jury panel in D.C., I think that would happen. Unfortunately, the law is very bad on this. There's the Supreme Court opinion, the skilling opinion, which we think of as important because of honest services. Part of the ruling was that they didn't have to move the Enron trial out of Houston, so it's going to be very tough to do that. Yeah, I don't think they're going to win on that one. Saul and Mike, as always, thank you.

I am pleased to report, for those that care, that I just won the Senior Club Championship (must be over 50 years old!) at Bedminster (Trump National Golf Club), shooting a round of 67. Now, some people will think that sounds low, but there is no hanky/lanky. Many people watch, plus I am surrounded by Secret Service Agents. Not much you can do even if you wanted to, and I don’t. For some reason, I am just a good golfer/athlete - I have won many Club Championships, and it is always a great honor!
