One big reason is that failed District Attorney Fannie Willis, who is campaigning and fundraising off, "Get Trump. We're gonna get Trump. Not the murderers. We're gonna get Trump." And he's like, frankly, she's like others that are also in her position. They let the criminals go, and they want to get Trump. They want to see if they can get some extra votes. But she doesn't have the time, the money, or the interest to go after the real criminals or the murderers, the really violent ones, that are destroying Atlanta, a place I love, and destroying our country. This once beautiful, beautiful culture of ours, this way of life that was so incredible. She is a disaster for Atlanta. She's a disaster for the great state of Georgia, and it's a very sad day in America, but we will turn it around, and we will make America great again, and we're gonna make Atlanta great again.

Last night, we witnessed one of the gravest misinjustices of our lifetime, the booking of President Donald Trump, forced to go to jail, have his mugshot taken, fingerprinted, as if he was some sort of common criminal, all at the behest of the Democrat Party. America's mayor, Rudy Giuliani, Trump's former attorney, the man who destroyed the mob, also villainized for simply doing his job. These two men, single-handedly, saved New York City, saved this country, and now this is their payback? When the terror attacks happened, Trump was a developer and businessman who immediately went down to ground zero and even paid for recovery efforts. It was a very depressing scene, but I'll tell you what, you really can take heart. These firemen and policemen and the construction workers, equally, the courage they have is unbelievable. They're working, digging out and lifting up steel, and above them, you have 55-story buildings that are very possibly gonna be pouring down on them any minute, and they're working like nothing's wrong. I mean, they're amazing. And then there's Mayor Giuliani. The year before he became mayor, murders in New York City averaged well over 2,000 a year. By the time he left office as mayor, around 300, a massive reduction, over 65%. And violent crime, that dropped 57%, making the city of 8 million the safest big city in the country, both men helping heal our nation. When the terrorists of 9/11 tried to destroy us, tried to destroy our way of life, bring us down to our knees as a nation. Now, rather than terrorists trying to destroy our way of life, it's Democrats. Yeah, I said it, it's Democrats. They are now so desperate to maintain their power, their control, that they're now trying to convince Americans that it's the Republicans that are the real threat. A vote for Republicans is a vote to destroy democracy. The MAGA Republicans are the most energized part of the Republican Party. That extreme, this is an extreme threat to our democracy. Calling Trump and some of his supporters threats to democracy. There is no doubt that this president is a danger to our democracy and to the well-being of the American people. There's no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans. And that is a threat to this country. Democrats, they've spent years spewing that garbage, so that when a day like yesterday came when they forced the 45th president of the United States to go to a county jail, a dilapidated jail, and they treated him like a criminal, they hope that you won't bat an eye and ask the important questions. What about the connections here, the motivations of these people, the highest positions of our government are making moves that impact Americans, impact the world. Like acting Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Newland. Here's how former U.S. Army Colonel Douglas McGregor describes her in a nutshell. I don't want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense, Jill and I, a little like to lose a home. Like a long story short, I almost lost my wife, my 67 Corvette, and my cat. He's fading fast. That is not how a real president reacts when hundreds of people are missing or dead and millions of dollars worth of damage occurring. This country is and has always been infected with radical leftists, I mean we know that, like New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Fulton County District Attorney Fawny Willis. But now their ideologies have been allowed to metastasize throughout our land, thanks to Joe Biden. Willis simply too ignorant to realize that by forcing Trump to have his mugshot taken, she has now become the greatest campaign manager this country has ever seen. See, rather than demoralize Trump, Willis has now galvanized support behind him, like those people you see right there who stood outside for hours cheering for Trump in Georgia there. But you know what's worse than a radical Democrat? Republicans who join forces with the Democrats. You never hear about Democrats crossing party lines, but Republicans, they do it all the time. Republicans like Chris Christie, whose entire presidential campaign is built on hating President Trump. Donald Trump's never going to be President of the United States again. And it becomes more and more clear to me every day that folks around this country, especially independents and disaffected Republicans, are not going to rejoin the Trump coalition based upon his conduct over the last three years since he left the presidency. His conduct over the last three years since Trump left the presidency, he's been criminally incited four times, found civilly liable of assaulting a woman who can't even remember the year she allegedly even met Trump. This wouldn't have happened had Trump not been surging in the polls, he is surging. Trump not only beating his Republican challengers by a landslide, but a new poll shows Trump is now beating Biden head to head, 47 to 43. See, the Democrat plan to destroy Trump, to destroy America, one big city at a time, well, it is backfiring in spectacular fashion because Americans, thank God, they're waking up. Our economy is tanking, drugs are flooding our streets, illegals have taken up residence all on your dime, the taxpayer dime, and we're sick of all of it. Make no mistake, all of this, again, is by design. So once again, bring us down to our knees to be beholden to the elite ruling class. My parents, they grew up in a communist nation, so I know about this playbook all too well where neighbors were paid by the government to rat on each other if they saw someone making the sign of the cross in public or holding mass in their homes. History repeats itself if you allow it. I want to leave you with this message, this upcoming election, it's not even about Donald Trump, it really isn't. This is about good versus evil. I'm not being hyperbolic, us versus them, our way of life versus theirs. In the Bible it reads, "Do not be afraid 365 times." You know why? Because it's a reminder that God has your back every single day with the truth, triumphing overall, and no one knows this better than President Trump. This is how he put it last night right here with Greg Kelly. But this is a radical left district attorney, as we have in New York and as we have in all the other places, whether it's district attorney or AGs, we have that in New York, they're going after all for nothing. I mean, the AG case, they have no case against me at all. Do it to try and get elected, but they also do it in court with the Department of Injustice in Washington. Terrible thing. That is a terrible thing, but we need to come together as Americans to save not only President Trump and America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani and so many others from this injustice plaguing our nation, but to save our country.

Hanson, V-D-A, it's really good to have you on, my friend, right now. - Thank you. - Are we, with all this arraignment, Trump gets arrested? Have we become a Banana Republic? - We're well on our way. The weird thing about all this, Eric, is that it's so asymmetrical, so the people who are doing this never would imagine that a prosecutor in Utah or Appalachia or somewhere like that might wanna indict, for political reasons, a Democratic ex-president or a Democratic front runner in a primary. They just never think like that. And that's sad and tragic, 'cause I don't know how you get their attention other than to retaliate in kind. But if you do that, then you get into this cycle of Third Worldism, as we're in now. And it's very ironic, because if she really, if prosecutor Willis was really worried about election denialism and using the levers of government and public influence to have some kind of conspiracy to overturn a genuine balloting, then she would have gone after Stacey Abrams. She's in her own state. She canvassed the country, tried to drum up support to overturn the election. She was introduced as the real governor. She had people in the legislature protest and delay on her part to disrupt the balloting, and yet nothing. So we know it's ideologically driven. So Victor, with all this indictment of Trump and arrangements and arrests and mugshots and prints, a little research, and this is just unbelievably scary to me, that I now realize the way the system works. We elect prosecutors, so they're elected officials. They can't really be taken out unless they're impeached. So we like them, but there's no limit to what they can do. In other words, the grand jury is not necessary for Fonny Willis or anyone else to indict Trump or anyone else. So technically, a prosecutor can go after someone they don't like for whatever reason in the world. They might like the way they look. And there's no, they're not held to power. So go ahead. How do we fix this? And is there a fixable? - No, I think you're all right. I think most people believe that in a year or two, and I think the prosecutor, Willis included, this will be overturned on appeal, if not at the state level, at the federal level. But that's not the point. She's a politically driven prosecutor. So she thinks that she's going to tie up a candidate she disagrees with. In fact, she's raised money on this prosecution and her own efforts to be reelected district attorney. But the point is she's gonna tie up a political opponent and she's going to try to bankrupt him. And she's trying to, I guess we would use the word lawfare, but she's under no, she's not under any pretense that it's not political. She understands that, but it's a methodology to hurt a political candidate. And she understands that, but more importantly, she also understands that all of these prosecutors, James, Bragg, Willis, Smith are sending a message to America. And that is get on the right side of the ideological spectrum and you're not gonna be subject to this. Get on the wrong side and the administrative state and the court system which supersede transitory elections and majorities in the Congress are always going to be there. And they're gonna be hard on a Scooter Libby or Conrad Black or any notable conservative if they buck the system. So you better join us. And that's the way the left has always worked throughout history. Join us and it's in your advantages and don't be left out with the minority in the cold or you're gonna pay for it. So it sends us a sharp message and you can really see rhinos and independents and the conservative movement have made the necessary adjustments because they do not wanna be out there. And when you see those mug shots of all those people, the real message is the subtext is, do you wanna be in that gallery of indicted? You don't. So just get out of the process and let us handle. That's the message. - VDH, VDH. So a tiny document, a small document, the Constitution, has withstood the test of time. It's an incredible document. The Founding Fathers saw so many things in the future for where they saw the checks and balances needed between the three tiers of government, the three branches of government. Is this an error in the Constitution? Is this something that needs to be fixed? - No, the Founders understood that you had to have a virtuous citizenry for the Constitution to work because any system could be manipulated. And they would be very worried. We had an article in the New York Times where the left is actually saying they don't believe in elections anymore. And that's boilerplate leftism, that you turn over the country to a small group of self-appointed elites that feel they're morally and intellectually superior. And that's where we are right now. And all of us are in the majority. All of us independents, conservative, old-time Democrats are in the majority. They just control their levers of power. And we have to stand up according to our station and call them out on it all the time. Can't take this lying down. I think that they're very worried. I know that we're pessimistic right now, but they're very, very worried about the dissension and the pushback that's coming against woke, against these prosecutors. And I think it's coming. They're gonna be very surprised when it comes. - Well, yeah, the only way it comes isn't because there's a check and balance and you did things the wrong way and there wasn't evidence to indict. And you drained Rudy Giuliani of all of his money because you didn't like him 'cause he was a Trump supporter. There's none of that. It only happens at the ballot box. And folks, if you wanna know-- - It only happens at the ballot box. - If you wanna know, you don't just vote for your president and your senators or your mayor. Look who you're voting for with these prosecutors 'cause they can do things that you have no idea to control your lives if you're on the wrong side of their anger or opinion.
