All right, a couple more things. Back to January 20th of 2025, President Trump did this, right? He set the stage for this potential compensation fund, writing that executive order, issuing the pardons, great stuff. And I like to point out from time to time, as President Trump told me, every now and then, Greg, you gotta blow your own horn or else somebody will steal your horn. We helped, we helped, and we helped President Trump. Because sometimes, you know, you wanna make sure the president is getting all the information. No one has spoken as boldly and with as much truth as you about Ashley Babbitt. It was a bad shooting. My father, can you tell me that? Anybody. That's a terrible thing. I don't know if you know this, but the Department of Justice right now is still kind of fighting that case. The family of Ashley Babbitt is suing the government, wrongful death. The DOJ right now officially is still opposing that lawsuit, trying to justify it. Shouldn't that be something that can just be settled at this point? - Well, I'll look into that. I mean, you're just telling me that for the first time. I haven't heard that. I'm a big fan of Ashley Babbitt, okay? And Ashley Babbitt was a really good person who was a big MAGA fan, Trump fan. And she was innocently standing there. They even say trying to sort of hold back the crowd. And a man did something to her that was unthinkable when he shot her. And I think it's a disgrace. I'm gonna look into that, I did not know that. - He sure did look into it. And a matter of weeks later, a settlement was reached with the estate of Ashley Babbitt for nearly $5 million. Awesome. Now we also asked President Trump about maybe a compensation fund for all the other January Sixers, right? And now here we are, right? This is being actively discussed and considered. And we were part of the, I don't know, the conversation to make this happen. I'm kind of proud of that actually. Here we are. I do want to talk about something else though that kind of escaped my scan, all right? Have you heard of Matthew Perna? Here's Matthew Perna in Happier Times, right? Great guy, beloved by his family, community. Now he was there on January 6th. He didn't hurt anybody, all right? And they threw the book at him. They treated him like a terrorist. Ultimately, he committed suicide. And I have come to believe that he is a real victim in all of this. You know, they say the January 6th cops who committed suicide, I don't buy it. So his aunt put a tweet up today that got my attention. Oh wait, I thought Michael Fanon suffered these injuries on January 6th, according to his many appearances on CNN, a heart attack, a concussion, post-traumatic stress, burns, loss of consciousness, multiple Taser industries, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. This is just one component of the story that Jerry Perna, his aunt, reminded me about Michael Fanon. This guy is out there, still being treated as a hero. If we could see his picture, please, there he is. Yet he lied, and we have incontrovertible evidence that he did, and he's still walking around a free man. This guy needs to be arrested. And so do those other Capitol Hill cops, some who testified, even some who didn't. This was a conspiracy. This was a plot to destroy a political movement. And in the process, they destroyed a lot of lives.

- And welcome to Hannity on this busy news night. We start tonight with the Fox News alert to the people of Iran. Well, help is truly on the way. A massive flotilla of American warships that are now speeding to the Mideast. Take a listen. - Where do things stand with Iran? The U.S. has got sizeable military answers. - They're watching Iran. You know, we have a lot of ships going that direction, just in case. We have a big flotilla going in that direction. And we'll see what happens. We have a big force going toward Iran. I'd rather not see anything happen, but we're watching them very closely. - We are monitoring. We'll keep you posted on this developing situation as news breaks tonight. But first, also tonight, bombshell news from the DOJ. Remember this? - Yesterday, I went into a church with Nkima Armstrong and I protested these white supremacists, a pastor of the church as a (beep) ice leader in the city. - As you can see, all these pretend Christians, all these comfortable white people who are living lavish, comfortable lives while children are dragged into concentration camps. - So, you know, Pam Bondi, you wanna come and arrest me? You wanna come and give me charges? So be it. - All right, the attorney general, Pam Bondi, just granted his request. William Kelly, two of the four left agitators, they have been arrested. Now, after leading this vile anti-ice protest at this Baptist church in Minnesota, storming into a Sunday church service, harassing parishioners while forcing others to flee. And here is more of that disturbing video from last weekend. - When you violate people's due process, when you pull people off the street and you start dragging them and hurting them and not abiding by the Constitution, when you start doing all of that, people get upset and angry. If you remember what the Civil Rights Movement was about, the Civil Rights Movement was about these very kinds of protests. There's nothing in the Constitution that tells you what time you can protest. You can protest at any time. That's the whole point of it, is to disrupt, to make them comfortable. And that's what they're doing. And that's what I believe. When I say everyone has to be willing to sacrifice something, you have to make people uncomfortable in these kinds of things. - Now, meanwhile, a fourth would be defended. John Lemmon, formerly of CNN, has thus far escaped any charges. Now, thanks to a left-wing judge who is refusing to sign off on those charges, will get legal analysis from Greg Jarrett. Plus, a Hannity exclusive. The former deputy FBI director. See that guy? Our friend, Dan Mangino, will join us for his very first TV interview since leaving his post at the FBI. And by the way, he's fired up and he has a message for a lot of people. You don't wanna miss that. Also, later today, House Judiciary Committee chairman, Jim Jordan, will be here hours ago on Capitol Hill. He absolutely lit up Trump hating prosecutor, Jack Smith. Take a look. - Then there was the raid on President Trump's home, you know, where they searched Barron's room in the First Lady's closet. - All right, we'll have a lot more of this and the video coming up, including damning new information about Jack Smith and his quest for lawfare, plus, well, some columns sparkle Ken or Patrick Bateman. We accurately do refer to him as the worst governor by far in the USA today. And today, after stalking President Trump, all the way to Davos, full-time Trump psycho stalker, podcaster, tweeny bird, Gavin Newsom was humiliated yet again. We've got that tape coming up. But we begin right here at home where President Trump now is celebrating a very successful trip. Tonight, it appears the US is about to get a big, is about to get bigger and more importantly, more secure and also simultaneously securing our NATO allies. Take a look. - We will have all everything we want. We're getting everything we want at no cost. - So the Golden Dome will be on Greenland? - A piece of it, yes, and it's a very important part because everything comes over Greenland. If the bad guys start shooting, it comes over Greenland. So we knock it down, which is pretty infallible. It's amazing. You know, Ronald Reagan had the idea a long time ago, but we didn't have any technology at that point. The concept was great, but there was no technology. Now we have unbelievable technology. I mean, virtually 100%. - So what are we talking about? An acquisition of Greenland? Are you going to pay for it? - We're talking about it's really being negotiated now, the details of it, but essentially it's total access. There's no end, there's no time limit. - Of course, this was only one part of President Trump's whirlwind trip. He also organized a peace chapter in Gaza. He promoted American values, negotiated looming trade deals all while putting arrogant, feckless European leaders right in their place where they belong. And back at our nation's capital, Donald Trump's DOJ was busy protecting our freedom of religion from far left agitators. We have a lot more on that coming up. But here now with a full rundown of what was a very busy day in Washington, our very own Kevin Cork. Kevin, the news comes fast and furious on a daily basis. - Yes, indeed, never a dull moment. You know what, Sean, the long arm of the law didn't have to reach out very long for very far for that matter before rounding up a group of anti-ice agitators who, as you pointed out earlier, stormed that church service in Minnesota last Sunday. I just wanna share this. The U.S. Attorney General, Pam Bondi, actually named Nakeemah Levy Armstrong, Chantel Louisa Allen and William Kelly as the suspect. She added this on X, by the way, quoting now, "Listen loud and clear, "we do not tolerate attacks on places of worship." That's pithy. Meantime, the FBI director, Cash Patel, said Armstrong's arrest was actually in connection with a violation of something called the FACE Act that actually prohibits interfering with the free exercise of religion at a place of worship. As for the Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem, well, she weighed in on this as well. She posted this on X, a photo of Levy Armstrong with her arms behind her back, next to a person wearing a badge, the old-fashioned perp walk right there. Now Armstrong was part of a group of protesters that entered the city's church in St. Paul where a U.S. ICE official serves as a pastor. Now you mentioned this too, Sean. Escaping the clutches of law enforcement, at least so far, is Don Lemon, a federal magistrate judge whose wife, by the way, works for progressive AG in Minnesota, Keith Ellison, declined to sign off on charges against the former CNN anchor. However, AG Bondi is said to be looking at other options, even as the DOJ continues its hunt for other protesters who, again, violated the rights of those churchgoers. It was a despicable scene. Vile is the way you described it. I couldn't agree more. We'll see how many more arrests we see in the coming days, Sean. - All right, Kevin, great work as always. Thank you. Now tonight, for the first time in years, far-left agitators, they are now facing consequences for their own disgusting behavior, but thanks to a far-left federal judge, as it relates to Don Lemon, formerly a CNN, he does remain a free man tonight. He claims he was just doing journalism. Okay, you decide. Is this journalism, or is this advocacy? Take a look. - Don Lemon is on the front lines right now. - Thank you. - Follow Don Lemon. He ain't no CNN no more, so he right here in the front line. - In the front line, yeah. - Tell me, come get some coffee. - Hey, Don Lemon, get some coffee for y'all. - And donuts. - And donuts. And he ain't talking about police. (laughing) - And based on Don Lemon's own footage, he's seeing more like an active participant, praising the rioters, even kissing one on the cheek. How nice. Take a look. - When you violate people's due process, when you pull people off the street and you start dragging them and hurting them and not abiding by the Constitution, when you start doing all of that, people get upset and angry. And if you remember what the Civil Rights Movement was about, the Civil Rights Movement was about these very kinds of protests. There's nothing in the Constitution that tells you what time you can protest. You can protest at any time. That's the whole point of it, is to disrupt, to make them comfortable. And that's what they're doing. And that's what I believe, when I say everyone has to be willing to sacrifice something, you have to make people uncomfortable in these kinds of things. - And now somehow, the mayor of Minneapolis, Mayor Smallfry, looked at the Lemon footage and determined that Trump's DOJ, that they're the bad guys for protecting religious freedom. On X, he posted, quote, this is a gross abuse of power. The federal government is picking and choosing who to investigate, going after protesters and not the person who shot and killed one of our neighbors. Protesters, really?
