Video transcript 24:41

I'm 72 years old, and for 70 years of my life, I would have bet any amount of money that I would not be addressing a Republican convention. The irony of my presence here is inescapable. I attended my first Democratic convention in 1960 when I was six years old, and I attended most of the conventions, the Democratic conventions after that, and I spoke as a keynote speaker in many of them. I grew up in a Democratic party of Franklin Roosevelt, of my Uncle John Kennedy, of my father Robert Kennedy, and ours was a party of strong principles of clear policies and an inspiring idealistic vision for America. My uncle ran on a platform of tax cuts, strong defense, and fighting communism. Does that sound familiar? The Democrats of that era stood with labor and working people and the American middle class. Nearly every cop and firefighter was a Democrat. Our party was a champion of the Bill of Rights and particularly for unbridled free speech. It was wary of centralized government power and corporate privilege and secret intelligence agencies. My uncle and father understood the connection between free markets and functional democracy. They stirred firmly against crony capitalism on the right and socialism on the left. They were all for competition, for meritocracy, and for excellence, which they thought should be a universal aspiration for Americans. My father and uncles had served in World War II, and they understood the difference between forever wars that they opposed and wars to protect our national security, which they believed we should never hesitate to defend. My family played critical roles in building NIH and the CDC into centers of gold standard science that transformed America into this relentless dynamo of international research. They promoted physical fitness, and they protected women's sports. My uncle Ted Kennedy wrote Title IX, which, because he wanted to make sure that women, real women, were able to have a safe and guaranteed spot in college sports, and they stood with Israel as the bulwark of democracy and as a beacon for press and religious freedoms, a haven from oppression to gays and women and ethnic and religious minorities amidst a regional sea of intolerance, of misogyny, of child marriage, of human slavery, and of ethnic and religious genocide. They saw Israel as America's most critical front-line ally in fighting the toxic ideology of Islamism, which, by its own accounts, is waging an existential war against our country and against Western liberal democracy. It's an ideology that has subjugated, impoverished, and tyrannized and tortured the people of Palestine and the people of Iran, and they openly promised to do the same to us. Democrats opposed government coercion, defended individual rights, believed the government should give Americans information, good information, and then let them trust them to make up their own minds. Democrats and labor leaders fought fiercely in my generation to stop illegal immigration at the border. During COVID, I watched the Democratic Party turn against every one of its essential values, its principles, and all of the policies that define my party. Democrats turned away from gold standard research and blindly defended industry-sponsored agenda driven science written by corrupt and captive regulatory agencies. And the Democrats, which were once the champions of the American Constitution, systematically obliterated the Bill of Rights, and particularly beginning with the First Amendment under the guise of combating misinformation, Democrats censored hundreds of scientists and physicians who questioned the government's dubious COVID pronouncements and orthodoxies. 37 years, 37 hours after President Biden took the oath of office, he ordered Facebook and Instagram to remove my accounts in order to prevent public debate. I'm not complaining about what happened to me, but it was a bad thing for our country. Democrats obliterated the second leg of the First Amendment, the right to the guaranteed right of assembly by social distancing regulations that were completely unscience-based. Democrats violated the third leg of the First Amendment, the freedom to worship. They closed every church in our country for a year. Who could imagine that would have ever happened? And they kept open the liquor stores and the big box stores as essential businesses. Democrats torpedoed the Seventh Amendment right to jury trial by giving liability shields to the giant pharmaceutical companies, no matter how negligent they were, no matter how reckless, no matter how toxic the ingredients, no matter how grievous your injury, you could not sue them. Democrats violated the Fifth Amendment by shutting down three million businesses with no due process and no just compensation. Democrats shut down the Fourth Amendment, protection from unlawful searches and seizures by forcing Americans to disclose their medical information before they could exercise their constitutional rights. In a single year, my party obliterated 250 years of constitutional guarantees. The only bill of right that they left unscathed was the Second Amendment and probably only because there is a Second Amendment. And then the party of my body, my choice for citizens to wear masks and to submit to invasive and intrusive medical interventions against their own wills. The party of me too, remember that we were all supposed to listen to women and to believe women a cruelly silence the voices of tens of thousands of mothers who believed that their children had suffered vaccine injuries. The Democrats declared war on women's sports, effectively destroying Title IX. The Democrats condemned meritocracy openly and celebrated mediocrity. The Democratic Party became the party of elites labeling working Americans as deplorables. Democrats cultivated deep ties with Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Ag, Big Food, Big Insurance and the mainstream media. They embraced policies that divided Americans along racial lines. They abolished my uncle's physical fitness test because they said that competition was bad for children. The Democrats abandoned all of these values and all of their traditional values, offering Americans only one policy, one policy that they stood for, the unbridled sociopathic and blind hatred of a single man, Donald J. Trump. And they were so confident that Trump hatred alone was sufficient to win elections that they abandoned accountability and made our government a predatory organism of monumental incompetence and corruption. The Democrats dismantled the public integrity safeguards and opened the floodgates to thieves and fraudsters who fleece the American medical regulatory agencies for $100 billion annually during every year of the Biden administration. They somehow lost 360,000 children and they turned our federal government into the biggest child trafficking operation in world history. The Democratic Party in short lost its way. I mourn the fact that neither my father nor my uncle would recognize the Democratic Party of today. It struck me this was no longer about left and right, it was about sane and insane. It was about common sense and communism. In April 2023, I ran for president hoping to summons my party back to its bedrock values. But the Democratic Party had lost faith in American voters and utterly ironically lost faith in American democracy. They were convinced that they would lose the ballot box, they couldn't win, and so they unveiled a law fair strategy to prevent an election from occurring. They sued every candidate who dared to run against Joe Biden and then that attempted to remove us all from the ballot. A lot of you think that the law fair was just against Donald Trump, it was mainly against him but they sued Dean Phillips, they sued Mary Ann Williamson, they sued Cornel West, they sued Donald Trump 50 times in 38 states to remove him from the ballot. And they sued me in 12 states to remove me from ballots where I had legally qualified. And then this is almost comical, after I endorsed President Trump and I tried to remove myself from the ballot so that he could have my votes, they sued me to keep me on the ballot. I'm not joking. So here was the Democratic Party that in my youth the biggest issue that we had that my father and my uncle fought for was voting rights and particularly in the southern states to guarantee that every American had a right to cast a ballot. And here's that same party 60 years later using all of its ingenuity and all of its power to make sure that Americans could not vote for the candidates that they wanted to vote for. They excluded me from the debates, they canceled the primaries, the Democratic Party changed the rules to make sure I could not win and neither could the other people running as Democrats no matter how many votes we got. And for the first time in history they canceled their own convention. No voter ever cast a primary ballot for Kamala Harris. No elected delegate was ever consulted. Party of no kings simply anointed a queen. They handpicked a secretive party of elites who nobody even knows who they were. They're just faceless guys with lanyards who are calling all the shots from the upper decks of that convention center and nobody can see their face anymore than you can see the face of the people up there but that's who was making the decision. And then they canceled the convention and they held a coronation. The day that President Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania within three hours of his shooting he called me and asked me for a meeting. And during the series of talks that followed I realized that everything that I had heard about President Trump and everything I believed about him from the mainstream media was a lie everything. I discovered I discovered a self-effacing man of superior intelligence of empathy and compassion with an encyclopedic grasp of the issues and within in molecular detail and most of all a near reckless courage to challenge vested interests and official orthodoxies. I found a man who cared deeply about transparency in government who believed in protecting free speech more than anything and the entire United States Constitution. We talked about lowering drug prices supporting farmers and ranchers standing up for working Americans restoring law and order and protecting public safety and security and national safety as well. We talked about ending official corporate influence unraveling the corporate capture of our regulatory agencies and restoring gold standard science and public trust. We talked about ending fraud waste and abuse and most importantly to me we talked about ending the chronic disease epidemic and restoring the health of our children. President Trump told me that he wanted safe food available to all Americans. He wanted to end chronic disease. He wanted to restore our kids health. He found it unacceptable that this country pays two to three times what every developing nation in the world pays and yet we have the sickest children in the history of the world. We have the highest chronic disease burden ever recorded. These conversations changed the course of my campaign and my life. I realized that many of the foundational values of the Democratic Party had found a new home and it was called the Republican Party. Now out of a sense of fairness after my conversation with President Trump I tried to have the same conversation with Kamala Harris. You think she would agree to meet with me? Did she even pick up the telephone? Well on August 23rd, 2024 I suspended my campaign and I endorsed President Trump. Later that day on stage at the turning point rally in Arizona I met President Trump and that moment would never have happened without my friend Charlie Kirk. Charlie played a critical and indispensable role at bringing me and President Trump together. In fact it was something that he was trying to do for almost a year, last year of my campaign and today on the first anniversary of his assassination I can't stand here without thinking about him. Charlie believed that people from all different political traditions could find common ground in their love of country that we were in this age of algorithms driving us all apart and creating this terrible destructive polarization. The only way that we were going to rescue our country is we started talking to each other and having congenial conversations and he helped build the bridge that President Trump and I walked across that day and I like to believe that Charlie is looking down on all of us now and seeing the seeds that he planted. That afternoon President Trump and I stood together in front of thousands of Americans. He shook hands and we made a promise to the American people. Here we promised to make America healthy again. Some of my Democratic friends told me that I was a fool for trusting President Trump and so I want to make the record clear right now. President Trump has kept every single promise that he made to me without exception. We have kept our promise to the American people. Today, two years into this administration, Americans are eating more real food. Real food sales were up 8% in 2025. Americans are eating less processed food. Since President Trump took office, obesity is down by 7% after 40 years of increasing. And this is best of all, preliminary data that I received two days ago from CDC indicates that we have now reversed a 30-year decline in longevity. President Trump has ended nine wars. He's restored competency to our government. He's restored public faith. He's restored America's leadership across the globe. And I am so grateful to God for giving our country a leader like this. And I'm grateful to President Trump for including me in his administration and giving me a place in this extraordinary revolution that is happening in our country where we're going to restore American democracy and restore the America that my uncle and father believed in, the exemplary nation respected and emulated across the globe. We are making America healthy again, but it's up to you now. We need to elect a Republican Congress to keep this momentum going. Let's go out and do that. God bless you. God bless America. Thank you.

What the image shows chart

A political infographic bar chart comparing conflicts under "Other Presidents" versus "Trump." The left side (labeled "Other Presidents") shows four conflicts, each with a blue bar for duration in years and a red bar for death toll: Vietnam War (19 Years / 58,220 Dead), Korean War (3 Years / 36,574 Dead), Iraq War (9 Years / 4,600 Dead), and Afghanistan War (20 Years / 2,000 Dead). The right side (labeled "Trump") shows two much shorter entries: Iran Military Conflict (4 Months / 18 Dead) and Venezuela War (1 Day / 0 Dead), with correspondingly tiny bars. The chart uses blue bars for time duration and red bars for death counts, appearing to argue that conflicts under Trump have been shorter and less deadly than those under other presidents.

Video transcript 11:02

Let's head out to Tel Aviv where Trey Yanks is standing by after speaking with the president hours ago multiple times, including when the president was in the situation room. So, Trey, is it your understanding that there's a three-day plan, a four-day plan, or is it we're going to hit you until we get you back to the table plan? Yeah, Brian, good morning. My understanding is that there's a new equation for the Iranians because they were unwilling to make a good faith deal at the negotiating table. And I asked the president if they don't sign the deal, what's going to happen? And he said we'll bomb the S out of them tomorrow night. And so clearly, President Trump is keeping the military option on the table if the Iranians are unwilling to make those concessions. But again, this is a change in thinking. Rather than trying to force the Iranians into a deal that they've been unwilling to make so far, the president is now targeting these critical assets belonging to the Iranian regime. What we saw last night, broadly, a shaping operation. You see the radar systems and the air defense systems taken out by not only Tomahawk missiles, but the fighter jets that were in the skies of Iran. The message that President Trump sent overnight to the Iranian regime, Iran does not control the skies of its own country. And when the president was speaking in the situation room with Fox News exclusively, he was joined by Vice President J.D. Vance and special envoys Kushner and Whitcoff. And Vance told Fox News about the negotiation process. He said we're certainly dealing with both at the very highest levels of the political leadership in Iran, but also the IRGC. The Trump administration right now has presented the Iranians with a deal that would ultimately open the Strait of Hormuz and curb their nuclear program. And what's interesting is this morning, following these powerful U.S. strikes against Iran, the Iranians came out with a statement saying they have closed the Strait of Hormuz. Well, they said that before, but the United States was taking millions of barrels of oil secretly out of the Persian Gulf. And so it gives you a sense of the Iranian propaganda that is coming out of Tehran as it relates to this war and the reality on the ground. And the reality overnight was that President Trump ordered these heavy strikes, not just against the southwestern part of the country, but President Trump tells me that some of the missiles actually hit just about 40 miles outside of the Iranian capital of Tehran. So we've seen multiple operations now from our military intelligence. They start with cyber first, and then they go after the defense systems, and then they hit their actual targets, whether it is a foreign leader or it is weapons facilities or a launcher. Do you get the impression, since they have only been targeting really the defense system, that the next phase, if they don't sign the deal, are the targets, the real targets? Yes, I spoke with President Trump earlier in the day before these strikes began, and he told me he was getting closer to striking Iran's power plants and bridges, because again, Iran has been unwilling to sign this agreement. There was something interesting that happened overnight as the president gathered in the Situation Room. You can imagine how tense this is. He was joined by the vice president and his special envoys along with top generals, and they have a lot of information coming in. But at one point, when I first spoke with the president, he had to go briefly because he was getting an incoming phone call from Iranian officials in Tehran. And when the president called back, he described what that call was like. He said they asked him to stop the bombing, because at that point, there were fighter jets over the skies of their country, and they lacked the ability to actually defend their own territory. And ultimately, the president was very clear. He'll stop bombing if they sign the agreement. It's a very clear equation. The Iranians overnight did, however, respond against Gulf countries and U.S. forces in Bahrain and Kuwait, as well as Jordan. According to the Jordanian army, 20 incoming Iranian ballistic missiles were shot down. But there was no damage caused to U.S. forces. And again, this speaks to the equation. Now, the backdrop here in all of this is quite important. And I spoke with President Trump about this as well. As these strikes are taking place, and the Iranians are unable to control the skies of their own country, the U.S. naval blockade remains in effect. And it's crippling the Iranian economy. The exports for the Iranian regime are down about 90 percent. They're extracting crude oil at a 50 percent rate. And so not only was the president bombing them from the air overnight, keeping the naval blockade in place, and ultimately telling them you have one choice here at the negotiating table, sign the deal, or the war resumes. But he was also communicating with regional allies about what was going on. He told me he spoke quickly with the Israelis. However, the Israelis were not involved in the strikes overnight. Guys? So, Trey, I'm reading about, because you've said we were striking their air defense systems. Will you explain to the public, this is what the definition, definition is basically, will you just explain to the public what that means? These are the, these are the machines that will detect if there's a drone or if there's a missile, right? Yeah, so the Iranians have some domestic production of air defense systems, but broadly they're looking at Russian and Chinese systems. And the S-400s that they had from the Russians previously were taken out by the Israelis and the Americans during the 12-day war last summer that ultimately ended with Operation Midnight Hammer. And that's why they were unable to defend their own nuclear facilities when the president brought those B-2 bombers overhead. Now, ultimately, President Trump told me early yesterday that during the ceasefire, the Iranians tried to rebuild some of this infrastructure. And they have some of these smaller systems, actually shoulder fire missiles. One of the missiles that is believed to have taken down that U.S. fighter jet earlier in the year during Operation Epic Fury. But these are smaller units that are operating inside of Iran. Now, when you compare the Iranian air defense with what the Israelis have, it's quite different because in Israel, they have a tiered system that begins with the Iron Dome, it goes to David's sling in the middle, and then they have the Arrow 2 and 3 system. Ultimately, President Trump, in preparation for the possibility of war with Iran, provided Israel with Patriot and Thad missile defense systems that we understand in the region, also including in Jordan, have worked to shoot down incoming Iranian ballistic missile fire this year. And it speaks to the coordination that is taking place. And that's why it was so interesting to speak with the president last night as he was sitting in the Situation Room because he, along with his team, are juggling a variety of offensive and defensive actions all at the same time. And this is coordinated again with the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and with the head of U.S. Central Command, Admiral Brad Cooper, and, of course, the Joint Chiefs Chairman. This is a team effort to ensure that as the Americans are going on offense, they're also prepared to protect allies in the Gulf and even further to the West, including Israel and Jordan. Guys? It's really genius in terms of it's almost like a bowl constrictor, just slowly, slowly tightening the grip until they choke to death. The other intangible, the wild card, is the Iranian people. We don't talk a lot about it because we're not into regime change, but 89 or 89 million of them hate their government. And guess what? The government is scared of their people. That's why they're killing them in cold blood. But they're able to communicate now. The Internet is up. Do you think if the next step could be we'll provide air cover if the people want to rise up and put additional pressure? Can you think that might be part of the calculus? It's an interesting question. And what's also quite interesting is because the Internet is partially back on in Iran, we're getting more images whenever the United States actually strikes Iranian territory. And we're also getting more images from Operation Epic Fury that show the massive amount of destruction to Iranian energy infrastructure and a variety of different besieged and IRGC targets that were hit during the 40-day war. Now, as all of this is taking place, there is this question of the Iranian people who earlier this year and also late last year in December tried to rise up against their government because of the difficult economic situation inside of Iran. And they were met in the streets of their country with live ammunition. President Trump says 42,000 Iranian civilians were slaughtered by the regime. And this gives you a sense of how dangerous and scary it is for these civilians as they were expressing their concern about the state of the Iranian economy. Remember, that's why those protests began. And so when you think about the domestic political pressure that President Trump is currently, as we speak, putting on the Iranian regime, it is immense because you have the U.S. naval blockade that's in place and it is crippling all these parts of the Iranian economy that are not just used to support the military programs in Iran, but also the civilian population. And before all of this began late last year, the Iranians were considering moving their capital from Tehran because they couldn't get fresh water to their people. And now this situation and the aftermath of these military defeats during Operation Epic Fury, their top leadership around Supreme Leader, and other officials around 40 of them taken out in that initial wave of strikes during Operation Epic Fury, the second tier taken out. And now you have this third tier that is partially operating and trying to negotiate with what they can. But it's a situation for the Iranian regime that they've never seen in 47 years. Their economy is crumbling and the people are angry. They don't want war. Ultimately, they want a situation where they're not living under an oppressive regime that meets them in the streets of their country with live ammunition. And President Trump promised them earlier this year that he would help them and he has taken out many of the leaders, including Basij commanders and IRGC officials who are actually leading those crackdowns on civilians. But again, the focus here for the region today, guys, those US strikes that took place overnight, President Trump exclusively telling Fox News on the phone in the Situation Room alongside the Vice President and his special envoys that if the Iranians do not sign the good faith deal that was presented by American negotiators, he will "bomb the S out of them" tonight. And so the region is waiting to see what comes next. The US military remains on high alert and the battle damage assessment following those strikes overnight is ongoing. When did he say that to you this morning? Because that means he would bomb tonight. Yes, exactly. He said that overnight as these strikes were taking place. He was in the Situation Room actually watching this unfold in real time. And so he was talking about tonight. And again, that is why the region remains on high alert following those Iranian counter attacks that took place against US forces in Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan. But again, when you think about what the Iranians are facing right now, during Operation Epic Fury, there was a systematic campaign that was launched by CENTCOM to not only go after the launching positions of these ballistic missiles and these drones, but also to go after the production lines. And that was critical during all of this because the Iranians no longer have the ability to resupply. And so every time that they launch a ballistic missile at US forces in the Gulf or even further to the West and it gets shot down by a THAAD or Patriot Missile Defense System, that's one less missile in their arsenal and one less piece of leverage they have on the battlefield.

Video transcript 9:14

Welcome back America. It's always a pleasure to have America's wise man on the program Victor Davis Hanson It's a good friend Hoover Institution senior fellow has got a great podcast as well Thanks for coming Victor. So let me ask you this question Thank you. If you can put your self in the shoes of the Iranian regime How do you think they're looking at this right now? Well, we don't know because this is a very unusual war. We have no ground troops no embedded reporters We don't know the extent of damage, but it seems to me that they have been economically devastated 90% of their military is inert, but they have enough Missiles they think and the Gulf states are so vulnerable they think that and the Straits of Hormuz are so frat that that traffic is a fragile entity that they can cause havoc and then delay the process maybe hope for a global recession and drag it out until the midterms They also are playing a very strange game. They're giving signals that the people talking to us the quote-unquote elected leaders That they are at odds with the Revolutionary Guard and we don't know because we've eliminated so many people if that's true but you get the sneaking suspicion that they are the good cops and The Revolutionary Guard and the theocrats that every once in a while try to take out a carrier or hit the Kuwaitis or somebody they're the bad cops, but they actually work in unison and Then the negotiators say to us well, we can't control these people. We're sorry We don't know what they're doing in the Gulf laying mines and everything But don't don't ruin the negotiations and then that gives each of them credibility I guess against their competition for power, but at some point we have to to stop it and There's a lot of ways to stop it Mark because militarily it's not a problem It's a political problem and it involves the world economy and the midterms and everything but we could I think that the president can find a way to kind of square that circle if he he tells him informally there's going to be a deadline to this nonsense and You're not you're going to regret it and we're going to do enough damage to your economy and your military that It's going to take you a quarter century to recover and we're going to leave a residual force That's going to keep that straight open along with the Allies And then I think he can say that to them because we can't continue to do this because they interpret survival with victory I know that sounds Orwellian, but they do Every day that they're still there. They say see we took on the superpower of Civilizational history and we're still here and they couldn't stop us and they give no context that all of our restraint is itself imposed on us It's humanitarian. It's political, but it's not military and We don't have to use you know great weapons. We can defeat them from the air as we were doing But we've lost about almost two months time in these negotiations And they they interpret that as and they look at magnanimity on our part as weakness to be exploited Mark Not as magnanimity or kindness to be reciprocated That's just the way they do and you can't believe anything they say because they don't believe it's a lie They think it's a strategic advantage not to tell the truth, so it's difficult to negotiate with them Let me ask you this question Victor In some ways every war is different. We understand that But in World War two we required victory We required that the Japanese surrender we acquired victory wanted it over once and for all it was the same thing with Germany Italy was destroyed and so forth and so on Obviously tremendous amounts of damage to the civilian population to industry To communities just a massive throughout Europe and so forth and so on in this case there's a lot of pressure and a lot of people I hear saying that we can't have a Victory per se we've got to figure out how to contain them. We've got to come up with an agreement. That's enforceable and So from your perspective as a historian, I'm curious what you think It's possible in the short term. I'm sure but it is a possible in the midterm and the long term to contain them We have to take a break as soon as we come back. That's my question to you. We'll be right back Welcome back America Victor Davis Hanson. So does a victory against Iran look different than victory say Against Germany, Japan, Italy and so forth. Yeah, it does a little bit because in the post-war era We're in the era of nuclear weapons so there's always a restraint that you can't escalate with enough damage to humiliate the enemy and Ensure that he'll never never again make war against you and change the government as we did to a certain extent in Korea But certainly in World War two and then we're a therapeutic culture So, you know in an age of global communications you miss a target and there's a CNN reporter right there saying you're a war criminal Or you're you with the International Criminal Court might indict you if you miss it artillery strike target So there's all sorts of self-imposed restraints, but that said human nature doesn't change mark And you you you turn military victory into strategic resolution By making it impossible for the enemy to continue the war you can do that by changing the government You can do that by destroying their economy and making them but it's all it's more periodic rather than final in the sense Everything is periodic. You never really ever defeat some you try to win them over to our cause I think that's what the president is doing He's he's saying that we're going to hurt their economy to a certain extent that they won't be able to make war even if we don't have to be there with this full force and we're going to try to destroy their military capability for 10 years and then we're going to set in motion enough chaos That they won't be able to fund Hezbollah Hamas the Houthis are rebuild this Maybe a half a trillion dollar loss of 50 years in their military industrial nuclear complex We're going to make that very difficult Politically for them so if they start using all of their new money if the blockade ever and they start investing in the the same old same old the people are going to rise up and you know, it's not a Crazy thought the Berlin Wall fell and it was two years before the Soviet Union collapse in weeks But often months for the rest of the Warsaw Pact to collapse so I think the president thinks he's setting in motion the humiliation of this regime and making them have a lose-lose choice to either rebuild and use when it's over rebuild and Then a or if they do they're going to alienate the people even further. So there's ways to get around these self-imposed restraints Yeah, my only problem with some of that is never when they don't have a nuclear weapon So we don't have to fear that from them. Thanks to what the president has done and number two They're already pushing the Hezbollah to continue doing what Hezbollah is doing and number three The Houthis have been completely untouched and number four communist China and other bad actors out there I suspect they're gonna want to help Iran especially when President Trump leaves and if they see a weak Democrat as president Perhaps like an Obama or Biden. I think they're gonna make their run for for the finish line or to do more in terms of very negative activity to us and to the Middle East and plus their ideology is They think from Allah your last word Yeah, well, that's a problem And we've had four general four administrations and they invaded the Russians invaded Ukraine and three of them are their neighbors and they'll say sure With Bush Obama and Biden but not during Trump So if he can reestablish deterrence at least for two years I think he can quiet the Chinese are not in a good position vis-a-vis where they were two years ago Russia is not they've lost their toll or their clients and Venezuela and Syria and now Iran China's hurting we're ascendant, but we just have to manage that a little better I think and Wrap this up if we wrap this up then the further problems will won't escalate and we saw that with the bombing last June And we saw it with Venezuela. We saw it with Panama that creates momentum, but if we get stalled in negotiations and The the people come out of the woodwork and try to take advantage but not a strong a strong show in Iran That will be really determined beautifully said my friend Victor Davis Hanson. Thank you, and I can speak for the country God bless you and stay well stay well. Thank you mark much appreciated and goodbye

It doesn't get much more serious than that. The chairman of the House Intel Committee doesn't have declassification authority over these types of documents. They are made available to Congress under very tightly controlled rules. This has been a source of tension for years, and members of both parties have gone out of their way to assure that this material would be closely held and not weaponized. This was viewed as one of the most political chairs of that committee in its history. This is a truly chilling account, if true. When I first read it, frankly, I was taken aback because it's perfectly moronic to commit such a felony with a planning conference meeting with staff. That's not usually how things are leaked in Washington, D.C. What makes this different, Will, is that this was a statement made to FBI agents. The person who made this statement was no doubt aware that lying to FBI agents is not just a crime, but a crime that was repeatedly prosecuted during prior administrations, including the Obama and Biden administrations. Making this statement puts you at risk. That's why someone's lying here, and someone's a felon. Let's just for a moment hypothetically take this whistleblower at their word. Let's assume for a moment that it's true, professor. What kind of punishment follows for leaking classified information? This is a very significant punishment. You can have, in addition to having multiple counts, you can easily go 10 years in terms of a sentence, if not more, depending on the circumstances and the number of violations. Each of these leaks is an individual violation. Each of these documents would likely be charged as a violation. That type of count-stacking is precisely what Mueller and others did. Remember, these are very similar to the types of claims made against Donald Trump and Mar-a-Lago that he removed material and properly stored them. There were also allegations that he might have revealed them to third parties. This is much more serious in that, in one sense. Trump was accused of negligence in most of these counts. This would be a premeditated criminal act to release classified information to damage one's political opponents.

Senate Democrats are using unprecedented obstruction and use of the zombie filibuster in order to get their priorities. It's working well for them. You know, they've got all the departments and agencies and the federal government funded that they like. But then somehow they refuse utterly to cooperate on any spending bill that would fund the Department of Homeland Security. So we're having to reinvent the wheel, go through a very elaborate process just to fund this one department whose success is material, indispensable to our national security and to President Trump's agenda. We're having to go through this process that actually takes weeks to complete just so we can pass it with a simple majority of votes. Here is the problem. All this is a symptom of our refusal to enforce the talking filibuster. If we were to enforce the talking filibuster, we could exhaust them and get to the point where they either provide us with the 60 votes we need or they get lazy, they get sloppy, they exhaust themselves and eventually we would find a way to get it passed. If we're willing to do that, great. It's probably the way we ought to do it. It protects debate to use the talking filibuster. But if we're not willing to use the talking filibuster, it's time to nuke it. Why? Look, this zombie filibuster thing that we're using, which is sort of the opposite of what the filibuster is supposed to do and supposed to be, not only is there obstruction with it, unprecedented of late and causing all sorts of problems, but it's inuring disproportionately to the benefit of the Democrats. Not something we want to be doing in these rare and often fleeting moments when we've got Republican control of the Senate, of the House and of the White House. So let's either enforce the talking filibuster or nuke the zombie filibuster. You can't have it both ways. Let's get this done. We will continue running around this like it's just on a hamster wheel until we fix the problem. I don't really care that much, which I'd rather enforce the talking filibuster. But if we're not willing to do the hard work of that, for the love of Pete, let's nuke it.

Ladies and gentlemen, I want to start the program tonight in a slightly different place. I want to give credit where credit is due. We don't obviously often do this. The president did a solid over the weekend. President Trump signed an executive order in front of his fraternity brothers, fast-tracking the FDA process for novel psychedelic drug treatments for veterans suffering from all forms of PTSD and other psychiatric conditions, including addiction. I'll, you know, I'm sorry, I'll let the president explain off the cuff as he does. In a 2024 study from Stanford University, 30 special operation veterans with traumatic brain injuries underwent, it's called iBogaine treatment, iBogaine. Remember the name, is that pronounced relatively properly what you said? Yes. I don't want to get it wrong, iBogaine. Body, body, body, iBogaine, iBogaine, Rogaine with an eyeball. It's easy. I'm sorry. I'm falling into old habits. It's good. You did a good thing. I'm nitpicking. I, I apologize. A lot of the people are going to get the help they need.

He's got to call him up on foxnews.com. He says that Chief Justice John Roberts has to bring in the FBI here to try to find these leakers. He writes in part, quote, "For the future of the court and the faith of the public, Roberts has to set his reservations aside and bring in the FBI to find the culprit. Most importantly, he has to guarantee total transparency and allowing the public to see the results wherever they may lead." Molly, we've got about 30 seconds left. Final word to you here. Do you agree with Jonathan? If you do not punish people for breaking the norms and the procedures and maybe even the laws that are governing the court here, you're going to see more of that. And the failure to really do a good investigation for the Dobbs leaker, I think we're seeing the fallout right now.

Video transcript 12:56

joining me now to break that news, as he always does, is my favorite John Solomon, founder of Just The News. John, first of all, before we get into their latest and greatest, what is ActBlue specifically? It is the largest Democratic online fundraising machine in America. It moves hundreds of millions of dollars of small donations, online donations to Democrat and liberal causes, every election cycle. It is the juggernaut of the Democratic fundraising machine these days. I remember when we had Hurricane Harvey down in my neck of the woods in Houston, and Democrats famously fundraised to help those hurricane victims, and instead the money went to ActBlue. That's just how these people operate. Now, what's the latest and greatest? Well, there have been three investigations ongoing. There's one in the Senate, one in the FBI and Justice Department, and then one in the House. Yesterday, the House, three separate committees of the United States House of Representatives, the Judiciary Committee, the Administration Committee, and the Oversight Committee sent a letter to ActBlue saying, "Hey, we think you misled us. We think you've been lying about this, and we're going to bring you in for further depositions." Now, as part of that, they also released a report. The report said that all of the legal compliance officers for ActBlue, the lawyers who were supposed to keep ActBlue out of trouble, all took the Fifth Amendment when being questioned about the various practices designed to keep illegal foreign money and excessive donations from moving through the platform to Democrat and liberal causes. That is not a good sign if you're ActBlue, if you're lawyers, lawyer up and take the Fifth Amendment. The third element of that is that the report hinted at some pretty significant transactions. ActBlue became aware at various times that foreign money and other illicit transactions were coming through their platform but didn't tighten up their fraud prevention tactics. In fact, they did the opposite. They downgraded their fraud prevention tactics, almost seeming to enable fraud to occur on the platform easier. One of the things they got rid of and didn't use for most of the 2024 election campaign, that little three-number code that you have in the back of your credit card, that's probably the biggest, the CVV, it's called, the biggest fraud prevention opportunity that everybody has. If you don't have the code, you don't have the card, you're not the person. For some reason, ActBlue got rid of that for a long period of time until they were called out on it after a series of stories by Just The News in the summer of 2024. That was a really red flag. And if that isn't enough to make you suspicious about ActBlue, yesterday, the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, sued ActBlue saying that they had misled the state in its investigation and that they likely engaged in improper fundraising in the state. So there is a world of hurt surrounding ActBlue this moment. And meanwhile, donations on ActBlue look to be a little bit down this year compared to prior years. Okay. So you would know this much better than me. This sounds complicated, as in this sounds like something that's going to take a while to unravel and expose. And if people were expecting ActBlue's CEO, whoever that may be, to go to prison tomorrow, they're going to be sorely mistaken. Well, I think there's one issue that is very prescient and very time-sensitive, and that is that a couple of weeks ago in a New York Times article, a letter surfaced from the law firm that was representing ActBlue that made clear that ActBlue's own lawyers believed that ActBlue had misled Congress, had made a false representation or statement to Congress. That's not a hard case to bring. If that is true, and if the lawyer's evidence becomes part of that case, that could be a profound and quick potential prosecution. And then you might take that act as a prosecutor because you want to roll a person up or a couple people up to get them to cooperate against the larger enterprise. So I'd be watching for that part of the case to bubble up. Meanwhile, I think Casper Dell dropped a big bombshell in the Maria Bartiroma Sunday show. He said that the election meddling allegations are now part of the grand conspiracy case, the one that's looking at Russia collusion as election meddling, Ukraine impeachment as election meddling, the raid on Donald Trump's house in Mar-a-Lago as election meddling, and of course Jack Smith's antics before the '24 election. The fact that he said that now election integrity issues are part of that is a big, big shift. That is the first time we've heard that, and it appears to be that ActBlue is part of that election cheating, election concerns that are being investigated. It doesn't mean it happened, but that's clearly what they're looking at. Did they allow illicit foreign money or excessive donations to come into? So DOJ looks like it's got a hot iron right now. I think the nearest case, if they do make one, and it doesn't mean that the evidence will show this, but if the lawyers for ActBlue are telling the truth in that letter, ActBlue could have a charge of misleading or obstructing Congress come at it pretty soon. That'd be wonderful. Speaking of cash Patel, here's what else he had to say. I am never going to let this go, because they not only have personally attacked the presidency of the United States and President Trump, but they tried to thwart our elections and rig the entire system. And that is not something that is going to stop on, that is not something I'm going to allow on my watch. But you have to remember, they built this disease temple over 20 and 30 years. We've got all the efforts I can announce on your show that we've got all the information we need. We're working with our prosecutors at Department of Justice and Attorney General Todd Blanche, and we are going to be making arrests. And it's coming, and I promise you, it's coming soon. John, who? What? What's happening? Yeah, these are great questions. So let's remind everybody what I broke on Saturday, that Joe DeGeneva, former U.S. Attorney, former special counsel, former independent counsel, one of the few lawyers in American history to hold all three of those ties. He's a very accomplished prosecutorial lawyer. He just took over the grand conspiracy case in Fort Pierce, Florida. That is some heavy artillery if you're talking about a prosecutor who knows what he's doing. There are two cases pending right now. There's a case looking at whether John Brennan misled and obstructed Congress and whether James Comey lied and obstructed to Congress. There's been new evidence presented. The Brennan case has been tied up a little because the Senate, the John Thune Senate, the place where action goes to die, or as I like to call it, the grand old party of procrastinators, GOP, grand old procrastinators, they haven't yet complied with the request that came in back in January and February for the Senate to transmit certain evidence to the grand jury. But if John Thune can get that done, it will become a very important part of the case. And I think the decisions on whether to indict Brennan and Comey could be made in the next few weeks. When you saw Maria Bartiroma, the next question she said is, is it going to be in the next couple of weeks? And Cash Mattel said, yeah, I think so. That's consistent with what I've been hearing. There always can be a delay here and there. But I do think this spring the first decisions on who should be indicted for weaponization are going to be made down in Florida. Do you have a piece out, speaking of all this stuff, about intel agencies, the 2020 election, having, what did they say, vulnerabilities? What is all this? Yeah, it's an important piece of evidence. And you have to put it together with two or three other things that I've kind of squeezed out of the DNI in the last couple of months. And by the way, I want to thank Tulsi Gabbard personally for considering the specific requests I made for documents and declassifying them. She did that on her own. And it's a great act of transparency. We fight with government a lot, but she's been fantastic in getting us documents we've identified in our reporting that we believe are of national interest. Today, I want to remind everybody what we were told in December 2020 when Donald Trump was crying foul about the 2020 election. We were told it was the most secure election in American history. That is what people said on the record, on television, on camera. We now know that that was not the case. Another false narrative concocted by the bureaucrats in government, just like Russia collusion, just like Ukraine impeachment, like just all the other things that we've been talking about. We now know that China and Iran had hacked into the voter registration databases of multiple states. Iran at least won China multiple states. We were never told that. That is one of the largest breaches in American electoral history. We still don't know the names of all the states, though I'm now beginning to be told it's more than a dozen. So it's a massive breach. It's been kept secret for six years. It's only because Tulsi Gabbard's digging into this and Cass Patel's digging into it that we're now getting visibility. So we broke that story a couple of weeks ago. And what we broke this morning is the precursor warning that the intelligence community knew at the start of the 2020 election, in January and February of 2020, that these systems were vulnerable. Specifically, they flagged the voter registration data. And they described how a foreign power would likely use that data if they got it. They would file false ballots. They would potentially knock people off the voter registration list. They would assume identities and do influence operations on social media. That's exactly what would happen just three or four months later. The CIA, the FBI, the NSA began detecting evidence in the spring of 2020, just a few months after that document that made public today was written that China and Iran had done that. Iran stole 100,000 voter identities and used them for ballot influence operations. China, we believe, reached more than a dozen states' voter registration databases. And then we know, because of documents Cass Patel made public recently that we wrote and broke about, that the Chinese sent tens of thousands of fake driver's licenses to the United States in the summer of 2020. So they breached the databases. They get the identities. They send fake driver's licenses. And according to the FBI documents, their goal was to get ballots. The Chinese were going to get ballots and vote in the names of Americans, and try to swing the election to Joe Biden. That's what the FBI documents say. All of that was kept from us for the last six years. And certainly those records that are now out in public do not equate to the most secure election in American history. We were lied to. Final one for me, John, and it's a fairly important one. Do we know who kept that information from us at, say, the FBI? Because that's kind of a big deal. Yeah, listen, we know from the documents I got a few weeks ago that the FBI originally wanted to put an alert out and did quickly put an alert out when the driver's licenses were captured. They were stopped at an airport, and the FBI had a very reliable informant in China saying this was a plot to help Joe Biden. Within 24, 48 hours, their supervisors in the counterintelligence division ordered them to recall that report and destroy it. I want to repeat what I just said. They said don't pull it back from all the agencies you just sent it to and instruct those agencies to destroy the document. That sounds like a cover-up, because by the way, the evidence is held true to this day. They've re-vetted that informant multiple times. They have considered that informant to be reliable. And by the way, the government has in its possession the fake driver's licenses. They intercepted it. So it was a real plot. When it comes to Ukraine and the stuff we broke last week, we know it was the Inspector General, Michael Atkinson. When it comes to FBI documents, there's a heavy focus on the seventh floor, the leadership of the FBI at Chris Ray and people downstream from him. And also, there's a growing body of evidence, particularly in Arctic Cross, and there was a hearing today in the Senate, that the Washington Field Office, which is the second most prominent local office in the FBI after New York, those are the two big ones, that they have been involved in some really nefarious things in targeting Trump supporters without cause, without having a predicate or criminal case that made sense. And so those are the players. We're going to get more names as more documents get declassified. I think in mid-May, Tulsi Gabbard is likely to drop a giant bombshell showing just which states were breached by China, which voter data was compromised by China. Those states have never been told this will be an alert to those states, but think about what it might do in the Senate. Right now, John Thune can't move the Save America Act through the Senate. But maybe if some of those senators found that, hey, your state, your constituents, your voters were compromised by China in 2020, and you were kept in the dark for six years, maybe there would be some momentum in the Senate. We'll have to see how that plays out.

The golden age of American agriculture is right here and right now and i'm thrilled to welcome all of you to the south lawn for the single largest gathering of American farmers that the White House has ever seen. Super honored to be here at the White House and grateful to Trump and the administration for allowing me to come and represent the farmers of this great nation. We are celebrating 250 years of agriculture in this country and we're excited for the future. There's a lot more agriculture and a lot more advancements to come. To be an American farmer, to be supported at this level by our president, I can't thank him enough. No one has stood more proudly, more strongly, more courageously for this man, this transformational president at this moment in our country's history than you all, our farmers and ranchers. We really appreciate this event, it's good to see agriculture being representative here at the White House. My husband and I as first generation ranchers are putting in the work to make sure that our ranch becomes a multi-generation ranch. We work so hard to keep the ranch in the family and the family in the ranch and you've helped us do that. Thank you so much President Trump for having us here at the White House today, it's such an honor.

I'm the president of the United States, but I worry about Europe. I love Europe. I love the people of Europe, and I hate to see it being devastated by energy and immigration. This double-tailed monster destroys everything in its wake, and they cannot let that happen any longer. You're doing it because you want to be nice. You want to be politically correct, and you're destroying your heritage. You must take control strongly and immediately of the unmitigated immigration disaster and the fake energy catastrophe before it's too late. The carbon footprint is a hoax made up by people with evil intentions, and they're heading down a path of total destruction.

A pair of gold high-top sneakers with a red sole, white "T" logo on the heel, and a blue panel with white stars on the side (styled like an American flag), displayed on a clear acrylic pedestal at the center of a sneaker convention. In the blurred background are shelves of sneakers, banners, and numerous attendees browsing a sneaker store/convention floor. A stack of similar gold-and-tan sneaker boxes/pairs sits in the lower foreground. This appears to be a social media graphic (Instagram-style post) with a muted-video icon in the bottom right corner and an account handle overlay at the bottom.

And I have to tell you directly and personally that I regret voting for you for Secretary of State. I yield back. >> May I respond? >> You may, sir. >> Well, first of all, your regret for voting for me confirms I'm doing a good job based on what I know. >> That's just a flippant statement, Mr. Secretary. >> Can I respond, Mr. Chairman? >> You may. >> I didn't ask a question. >> Senator, please let the Secretary have a report. >> I'd be happy to, but then I can respond to his- >> Your time's up, Senator, and woefully used, I might add. Your remarks did not represent the view of this committee. Well, Mr. Chairman, well, I'd like to, I can't respond to everything he said because much of these are untrue, but I'll go through a few. First of all, I'm actually very proud of the work we've done with USAID, for example. I don't regret cutting $10 million for male circumcisions in Mozambique. I don't know how that makes us stronger and more prosperous as a nation. I don't regret psychosocial support services. >> I raised the hand, Mr. Secretary, not the Senator. >> Senator, I'd ask you to suspend. You had seven straight minutes. >> I chose to use my time that way, Mr. Chairman, that's my right to use my time that way. >> Please suspend, Secretary Rubin. >> Well, I can go on, I mean, there's other things here. We spent $227,000 for Big Cat's YouTube channel from USAID. We spent $14 million for social cohesion in Mali, whatever the hell that means. So I can go on and on, I got the list here, and there's more that I didn't even bring the whole list. In the case of El Salvador, absolutely, absolutely, we deported gang members. Gang members, including the one that you had a margarita with. That guy is a human trafficker, and that guy is a gang banger, and the evidence is going to be clear. In the days of time you're going to see who you want to defend- >> Mr. Chairman, please, Secretary Rubio has the floor. >> Mr. Chairman, he can't make unsubstantiated comments like that. Secretary Rubio has the floor. You had your time. >> Secretary Rubio should take that testimony to the federal court of the United States because he hasn't done it under oath. >> Here's another point, okay? There is a division in our government between the federal branch and the judicial branch. No judge and the judicial branch cannot tell me or the president how to conduct foreign policy. No judge can tell me how I have to outreach to a foreign partner or what I need to say to them. And if I do reach that foreign partner and talk to them, I have under no obligation to share that with a judiciary branch. Just like a judge cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister of Russia, they cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister or the president of El Salvador. And if I did negotiate with them, which we have responded to them, and we've told them we've had communications with the president of El Salvador. I am under no obligation, under our division of powers in this country, to share with the judicial branch how I conducted diplomacy of the United States. It would actually be counterproductive. If I started sharing with courts, or frankly, with the media, my conversations with foreign leaders and all of their details, no foreign leader would talk to me again, and we would break trust with them. So I have complied with every court order. What I won't comply with is an order to disclose what I'm saying and what we're talking about with a foreign leader. Because then they won't talk to me, diplomacy doesn't work that way. About the student visas, let me say this, I don't deport anybody, and I don't snatch anybody. The State Department does not have officers in the street snatching everybody. What I do is revoke visas, and it's very simple. A visa is not a right, it is a privilege. People apply for student visas to come into the United States and study. And if you tell me that you're coming to the United States to lead campus crusades, to take over libraries and try to burn down buildings and acts of violence, we're not going to give you a visa. >> But Ms. Oster did? >> We're not going to give you a visa. >> That what she did, come on Mr. Secretary. >> And every single one of these cases, the factors are different. The bottom line is if you come here to serve trouble on our campuses, we will deny you a visa. And if you have a visa and we find you and we'll revoke you, and we're going to do more, there are more coming. We're going to continue to revoke the visas of people who are here as guests and are disrupting our higher education facilities. People are paying money, these kids pay money to go to school, and they have to walk through a bunch of lunatics. >> Writing an op-ed to the top three papers disrupting the foreign policy of the United States. >> I want to do more, I hope we can find more of these things. >> That's pathetic, Mr. Secretary. >> In fact, the other day, the other day, some guy's led a riot, I forgot what university it was. And I asked, please, can you find the arrest records of all the people that were arrested at that riot at that campus? Because if any of them have a visa, we're going to revive them. >> I feel so much safer, you lock up people like Ms. Oster, Ms. Secretary. >> We've had enough time on the subject, thank you very much, and we're going to move to Senator Lee.

Now we have a bunch of lazy senators who want to threaten the filibuster and not get off their feet and talk and really represent the people and stand for what they believe in. And all the American people are asking John Thune to do is to restore the Senate to the way it used to work before Mitch McConnell's lazy filibuster ideas kind of came into play. And I think that the American people are going to be there. Here's what I think is going to happen, Dan. And I think you probably know some of this because you had a, you had a foresight into some of the things that the bureau now knows it was kept from the American public. I think Donald Trump is going to change the narrative in America. I think he's going to change some senators' minds and he's going to do it by revealing some of the things that Chris Ray and that the Chris Krebs and other major officials who were in charge of the integrity of our elections and who told us it was a perfect election in 2020, he's going to start revealing some of the intelligence that was kept from the American people. And we're going to see that our foreign adversaries have monkeyed with our system more than we knew, more than those driver's licenses coming into Chicago that you helped get all of us to understand about a few months ago about trying to sending fake driver's licenses to help Joe Biden in. There are going to be significant efforts by foreign power, some friends, some enemies that were trying to meddle in the system, and they got pretty far down that path. And I think when senators realized their state could have been targeted, when senators realized that the intention of the identities of some of their voters might have been assumed, I think there's going to be a different debate in America. I think if the president takes the time to educate people and show them that maybe the stories we got from the last leadership weren't true, I think he's going to pick off the votes and then the American people are going to put some pressure on John Thune and they're going to surgically implant a stiff back and he's going to change that filibuster for this particular thing. Make it a standing filibuster, make the Democrats talk till they drop and then we'll get a vote in the summer. But I think there's some big, significant, and very troubling revelations about the vulnerabilities of our elections that the president is about to unveil on the American public.

This is a coup against the President of the United States of America and I want to call out the Mayor of Philadelphia, James Kenney, the Attorney General Josh Shapiro who tweeted if there's no way Donald Trump can win President of the United States of America and also the District Attorney of Philadelphia Larry Krasner. I can't believe what I'm seeing right before my eyes. This has nothing to do with Joe Biden or Donald Trump. >> No one realized that 30 years ago, Donald Trump saved Mike Tyson's life and Tyson would spend his life repaying him. Almost no one knows that Trump used to be Tyson's manager. When Trump was gaining some fame in the real estate business, he realized that boxing could bring massive exposure to his career. So he decided to collaborate with a boxer. Although Tyson wasn't famous at the time, Trump saw great potential in him and bought the rights to host his fights multiple times. With Trump's help through his connections and money, Tyson quickly became a world famous boxing champion. Trump also arranged Tyson's fights to take place at his own hotels during the fastest growing period of his real estate business. This led to a deep friendship between the two. 30 years ago, Tyson was imprisoned due to charges, and after being released, he was completely broke. Trump directly gave him $10 million with no need for repayment. Tyson has always kept these favors close to his heart. When everyone opposed Trump's campaign, Tyson firmly stood by his side to support him. He spoke out for Trump in public many times, stating that he would always be a loyal fan. The two remain very close friends to this day, with Trump frequently attending Tyson's matches to cheer him on. Every time Trump attends a match, Tyson gives an extra effort in his performance.

I've got to ask you about the U.S. election. As you point out, you're not an American citizen. You're an Australian. You're clearly not rooting for Hillary, but are you rooting for Trump? No. If we have good information on Trump, we publish that. If we have good information on Hillary and Democrats, we publish that. It is a bit concerning the allegations that by the Clinton campaign that everyone is a Russian agent are really disturbing. Why is that? Well, because bizarrely Hillary Clinton, the Democrat, has become, as positioned herself now, to be the security candidate. She's powered up with the neo-cons responsible for the Iraq war, and she's grabbed on to this kind of neo-McCarthy hysteria about Russia and is using that to demonize the Trump campaign. The Trump campaign has all sorts of things wrong with it. But as far as we can see, being Russian agents is not one of them. You know, some people have asked us, "When will you release information on Donald Trump?" And of course, we are very interested in all countries to reveal the truth about the candidates that they can understand. But actually, it's really hard for us to release anything worse than what comes out of Donald Trump's mouth every second day. I mean, it's part of his charismatic appeal that he speaks off the cuff. People should not be afraid of their governments. Government should be afraid of their people. The American populace is facing an unconventional warfare scenario. This is information warfare.

Well as redistricting fights heat up around the country, Indiana may be a warning for Republicans who don't make the right moves. Now polling shows incumbent Republicans in the state Senate who voted against a redistricting bill face almost certain defeat in the GOP primary. The bill backed by the president failed in December when 21 Republicans joined all 10 Democrats in voting against the plan to redraw the state's congressional map. The survey conducted by Fabrizio Lee and associates last month polled voters in six districts represented by Republicans who voted against redistricting. When asked how they'd vote if Trump endorsed the challenger, the results were overwhelming. Here's the math incumbents are now up against in three of the districts where Trump has already endorsed challengers. In the GOP primary for Senate district 38, polling shows incumbent Greg Goodes challenger Brenda Wilson gains a 39 point advantage with Trump's endorsement. More of the same Senate just more of the same in Senate district 41 where GOP challenger Michelle Davis holds a 36 point advantage over incumbent Greg Walker and in Senate district 23 incumbent Spencer Deary will have to close a 31 point gap against challenger Paula Colbert if he wants to hold onto his seat. We'll get a better idea of how much the redistricting fight matters in a midterm year as voters and the Hoosiers cast their ballots in the May 5th primary.

Tonight, FBI agents are going through materials found today during a search of the Fulton County Georgia election office. That search is said to be related to the 2020 election. Correspondent David Spott has details tonight. Good evening, David. Brett, good evening. FBI agents are still on site at the records warehouse for the Fulton County Georgia Board of Elections. The matter is sealed before court, meaning details are limited. But we can report this is related to the 2020 presidential election. Sources tell Fox News that agents retrieve documents, phones, and computers after a judge signed a warrant. President Trump has long made Georgia and specifically Fulton County a target of his complaints relating to the 2020 election. Shortly after that election, Trump spoke to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and said he needed 11,780 votes to win the state. At the time, Raffensperger said he felt pressure from Trump and denied any widespread election fraud. He continues to deny it to this day. Now, Fulton County District Attorney Fonny Willis brought state criminal charges, again, then former President Trump and others in 2023, for conspiracy to overturn the election. But her prosecution, Brett, was eventually derailed completely after it was revealed she had an intimate relationship with a top prosecutor on her team, and it could have tainted the case. Late last year, a judge dismissed the case in its entirety. Now, Brett, last month, the Justice Department sued Fulton County, Georgia, seeking access to 2020 voting records after state officials allegedly failed to respond to a subpoena. Fox News has learned the head of the FBI's Atlanta field office was recently forced out in recent days, but it's unclear, Brett, if this is all related.

Video transcript 8:22

News alert the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, releasing a bombshell report today that shows a conspiracy by a sitting president, Barack Obama, and his intel agencies to sabotage the president-elect, Donald Trump, brainwash the electorate and undermine the legitimacy of an election. There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't. Gabbard got her hands on a House intel report that's been locked away in a CIA vault for almost a decade. Investigators spent over 2,000 hours looking into how the Russia hoax was born, interviewing 20 CIA and FBI officials. And it turns out that the Obama administration doctored the intelligence to make it look like Putin and Trump stole the election. A month after Trump beat Hillary, Barack Obama wasn't satisfied with his intelligence reporting and ordered his CIA director to create a new assessment of how Russia interfered with the election. This was a highly unusual move. John Brennan handpicked five CIA analysts to write the assessment, and they were siloed. None of them knew what the other was doing, and only one analyst was in charge of drafting this report. There was nothing routine about this, and it was a rush job to publish before Trump was sworn in. Nothing was coordinated with the other intelligence agencies either. Basically, this was home cooking for Barack Obama. There were four key elements from the assessment that were repeated over and over again and formed the basis of the Russia hoax and the Robert Mueller witch hunt. One, that Vladimir Putin wanted Donald Trump to win. Two, Putin took action to help Trump win. Three, the Russians had blackmail on Trump, that was the Steele dossier, and four, that the Russians tried colluding with the Trump campaign. None of any of this was ever true. There was no reliable intelligence to support any of these allegations. Senior CIA officials repeatedly refused to traffic in these allegations, but they were repeatedly overruled by CIA Director Brennan and FBI Director Comey, who insisted that they be pushed, even without verifiable evidence. The Obama administration cherry-picked the intelligence, lied about their sources, misquoted sources, didn't corroborate their claims, suppressed intelligence that ran counter to their narratives, and even used anonymous internet postings. Rank and File CIA admitted what they were doing violated their own tradecraft standards. There was a massive pressure campaign that came right from the top. CIA analysts say they received unusual directives from political appointees, the CIA director, and Obama himself. This is how the Russia hoax was born. Donald Trump knows that the Russians helped him win in 2016. Putin hated Secretary Clinton so much that the flip side of that coin was. He had a clear preference for the person running against the person he hated so much. It was Russia in a very systematic way in trying to interfere in the election and to try to advance the prospects of Donald Trump being elected. This was such a malicious disinformation campaign perpetrated on the American people that at one point 60% of Democrats believed the Russians hacked our voting machines to help Trump win the White House. What this report actually shows is that the Russians just wanted to create chaos and undermine Americans' faith in democracy. Solid intelligence suggested that Vladimir Putin didn't care who won. He had no preference. But like most people, expected Hillary to win and had a little docket of compromising dirt on her, dirt that he never released. Now, if Putin wanted Trump to win, why didn't Putin drop the dirt? There were high-level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's "psycho-emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness," and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers. Then CIA Director Brennan and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious substandard sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed a "clear preference" for Trump. Now, if Clinton was on tranquilizers like the Russians believed, why didn't they leak it to help Trump win? How credible was the information about Hillary Clinton's power? All I have seen is what the intelligence committee have reported through their investigation. I think the underlying point there is that we understand from intelligence what Russia said that they had, and the important point here is that if they were trying to influence the election, as President Obama and James Clapper and John Brennan, everybody said they were doing in order to support Donald Trump's election, they would have released the most damning of that information. Obama and his spy chiefs knew that Putin didn't prefer Trump over Hillary, but they cooked the intelligence to make it look like he did. Obama and his intel spies knew that Putin didn't collude with Trump, and that he didn't even direct his people to help Trump win, but they put it out there anyway. In a sense, Barack Obama did exactly what Putin wanted, undermined American's faith in free and fair elections, and caused chaos in our country. Barack Obama, the CIA, and the FBI were the ones doing what our enemy wanted. Do you believe that any of this new information implicates former President Obama in criminal behavior? We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this. For even former President Obama? Correct. The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact. Even two years later, after the election, Barack Obama was still pushing a hoax he knew wasn't true. And he knew it wasn't true because he helped manufacture it. They're undermining our alliances, cozying up to Russia. What happened to the Republican Party? They're cozying up to the former head of the KGB. Actively blocking legislation that would defend our elections from Russian attack. What happened? Now, I don't know if it's possible to indict a former president for actions he took while in office. I'm not a lawyer, proudly. But Brennan, Comey and others may have severe liability. Trey Gowdy says we know for a fact that Brennan committed perjury when he lied to Congress. Director Brennan, do you know who commissioned the Steele dossier? I don't. You know if the bureau ever relied on the Steele dossier as part of any court filings, applications? I have no awareness. Did the CIA rely on it? No. Why not? Because we didn't. It wasn't part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done. It was not. No, that's a lie. Whatever happens to these guys is not revenge. It's accountability. And it's time for people to pay the price.

We have 4.7 million voters voted record breaker for us beats that 4.1 in 2016. The average wait time of only 2 minutes statewide average. We have 2% left to go. And you can see where we are right now with the results of important I don't think will change any outcomes, but that's what really people that make those predictions to what we'll do is get. >> I was interesting that we just get into the good part there because the secretary of state said they got 2% left to count check. But he did not think it would change the outcome that's interesting but then he deferred to the prognosticators which I think is a new. >> Look I get to say what our model say is where those counties are they are heavily Democratic counties. And it's the Atlanta number so it is going to shrink. You know perhaps you know if I were an arbiter of an election result, I wouldn't want to be the one saying yes and when we have the vote will change the result. I think his job is to be the umpire let's ask Mister secretary can you hear me now you just were saying something like phone bomb. >> Okay, well fair, you're busy guy probably all your friends want to know the same thing we want to know what is going to report its results. But you said something interesting Sir you said 2% left to count didn't think however that it would be changing the outcome is that based on your analysis of where those votes are outstanding or you just guessing it because of the fact that it's only 2%. >> We don't guess what we do is report we just see where the candidates are right now and both presidential congressional senatorial you look at how the votes are out there even if one of the candidates got a 100% probably would be enough to do to move it one way or the other gotcha but it is what it is will just wait everything's done the county's working

Look at this above my head. This is the 2030 apportionment forecast, which will be based off the 2030 census. This is predicting if states will increase in electoral votes, decrease in electoral votes, or stay the same. If you pay attention, every single state that's decreasing in electoral votes is blue. Essentially, every state that's green is either red or trending red. You can argue or debate about Georgia, but my overall point still stands. This is terrifying for Democrats, and I'll explain why. This is also likely why Joe Biden let in millions upon millions of illegal immigrants, and why we've seen Democrats fighting us so hard to enforce our immigration laws and deport these illegal immigrants. So three things are converging at once right now. The first one is people are moving from blue states to red states. The only reason California has been seeing consistent population gains is due to international migration to California. Americans are moving out of California to red states. And again, why is this important? Because of apportionment. So let's take this a step back and let's just talk about off the jump when it comes to presidential elections. Electoral votes. Republicans start at an advantage when it comes to electoral votes, meaning there are more solid red states than there are solid blue states. So depending on how you look at it, Republicans start with around a 240 electoral vote baseline before the election even really begins. That's baked in. Democrats start with around a 200 to 210 electoral vote baseline. Republicans already have the advantage there, and that's essentially just off the rip. So let's think about this. I'm going to go back a little bit. First thing, Republicans already have a baked in advantage when it comes to the electoral college. They already start closer to 270 than Democrats do. Again, this is based off of solid red states versus solid blue states. Now, here's the second thing. Individuals are moving out of blue states and moving to red states, which then in 2030, from then on, for the next 10 years, it will increase red states' electoral vote baseline. But once 2030 starts, the advantage for Republicans will even be larger. Now, let's add the third thing, which is voter registration. Democrats are losing a ton of voters. Independents are gaining a ton of voters at Democrats' expense, and Republicans are gaining in voter registration. So now let's add those three things. Democrats have a lower baseline when it comes to electoral votes. The census shifts are going to lower their baseline even further when it gets to 2030, and they're having registration issues. They're losing voters. What is one way to offset this? Immigration. Remember, the census counts bodies, not citizens. So when Trump is deporting immigrants, this is harming Democrats. Because again, they want to have a bunch of illegal immigrants in this country because it helps them protect the structure. They don't want to lose electoral votes. Well, if people are moving out of their states, what's the way they can increase their population? Import people. They don't want their baseline when it comes to electoral votes lowered. Again, import people. This is essentially one of the most effective ways they can fight back to stop the underlying structure from changing that would disadvantage them even further. This is why they're fighting us, enforcing our immigration laws so aggressively because it is existential for them in many ways. And this is why you see panic, moral absolutism, apocalyptic language like the world's coming to an end. It's also why you see total refusal to compromise. They hide all of this behind morality and compassion. But in reality, they're just trying to preserve their power. And having a bunch of illegal immigrants in this country is a way they can do that. It allows them to still somewhat be competitive. Because when you stack all these things up, it's kind of brutal. Think about it. Republicans already have an advantage when it comes to electoral votes. Democrats are losing citizens to red states, which is going to increase Republicans' advantage even further when it comes to electoral votes, apportionment, Congress, etc. On top of that, there are more people registering Republican than Democrats. So they're losing the voter registration battle at the moment. But one of the ways to offset this is to have a bunch of immigrants in their states. So again, Democrats are not just being compassionate. I have a goodness of their heart for all these illegal immigrants. They're using emotion to manipulate people into helping them preserve a structure that keeps them somewhat in power. Or they want to stop the structure from eroding their power. Either way, again, it's not about compassion. It's not about being kind out of the goodness of their heart. It's about federal power. And I just sent out an article about this to my sub-stack subscribers probably like an hour ago explaining this in more detail. So in the future, if you want emails like this in your inbox that really help inform and kind of give you a perspective on things that are happening, the link is on my profile. Go to my profile, click that link, drop your email in, hit subscribe and you'll be good to go. If you do really want to see the article that I wrote, you can go to my sub-stack. I think it's a very mean life. I would love, and I would dedicate my life to this country, but I see it as being a mean life. And I also see it that somebody with strong views and somebody with the kind of views that are maybe a little bit unpopular, which may be right, but may be unpopular. I am your voice. So to every parent who dreams for their child and every child who dreams for their future, I say these words to you tonight. I am with you, I will fight for you, and I will win for you. We will make America strong again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again. God bless you and good night. Great video. Yeah, I mean, you see, that's the part about sizing him up in this interview when he was younger. He doesn't sound like he's joking. He doesn't sound like he's playing around. He sounds like he's very serious about what he wants to do and what he's capable of doing and how nasty the game is. He was right. They almost killed him for it, but my God, the history books are going to be favorable towards him. He has a shot at being going down as the third greatest president. I think he's fighting for that. It's going to be tough to beat a second, but I think he's on track to be the third greatest president of all time. He's already passed up Reagan. Yeah, we'll see.

I mean, you look at the numbers, the growth in the third quarter now at almost four and a half percent, projected for the fourth, that was the third quarter, fourth quarter up to 5.3, according to the Atlanta Fed. And they're looking at over 6% in Q1 for growth with inflation, kind of staying where it is. It's extraordinary. Vice President Vance gave a speech in Toledo today before he went up to Minnesota and he laid out these numbers. They are extraordinary numbers. The wages are catching up with Biden inflation and they're going to pass Biden inflation this year. It's going to be a boom year and I'm not worried about November until June. By June, the president's got to be focused like a laser. Right now, he's got to be focused on world security. His number one job is to protect the nation. He's doing that very well. And I think he's also bringing peace to the Middle East. Some voters will ignore that. A lot of voters won't.

42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once according to your work in this. 42,000 people. 1500 people voted in Nevada that were dead. 19,000 people voted though they did not live in Nevada and they weren't a college student. 8,000 people voted from a non-existent address. 15,000 people voted though they were registered to a commercial address or a vacant address and 4,000 people voted in Nevada that are non-citizens. My question to you is, in my state when someone votes twice, and we do have that occasionally, about 50 times a year that that actually occurs in our state, we prosecute individuals that vote twice. Of this 130,000 instances that you have identified from the 2020 election in Nevada, do you know of any prosecutions currently going on in Nevada for any voter fraud? Not yet, Senator, and that's extremely important. This has to be, these laws have to be enforced. We of course, I represent the Trump campaign and the campaign's electors, I don't represent the government, we can't bring prosecutions. But if we are going to enforce voter integrity laws, they must be enforced and we are confident that although it often takes a long time to put together a fraud case, although it takes prosecutors months, sometimes even years to go through subpoenas and warrants and using the FBI to go investigate these things, once a good hard look at these cases is examined, an honest look, if we do that, there should be charges brought because the ranking member brought up in his remarks that when you lose the principle of one person, one vote. The end result is authoritarian.

Yeah, so that famous photograph, what we have now learned and the government has had Jack Smith and his prosecutors have had to admit that that was staged and those top secret classified sheets that all the public saw and said, "Oh my God, look at those top secret documents." Those were placed there by the FBI. What Jack Smith admitted in court this week was that in his word, they mishandled the classified documents and misrepresented those to the court. Maria, that's a kind way of saying, "We tampered with the evidence. Then we lied to the court about it." They got caught when President Trump's lawyers and the other co-defendants raised this issue and said, "Look, the documents here don't match up. The documents that were presented to us don't match the digitally scanned records of when they were taken from Mar-a-Lago." Jack Smith, not only did they tamper with that and lie to the court about it, but he's now admitted to the court that he doesn't know how that happened. He's only offered a number of possible explanations for how that could have happened. So he's absolutely blown the chain of custody. And again, he has a prosecutor, lead prosecutor in this case, Jay Bratt, who met with White House counsel and a representative of the National Archives several times in the weeks before Jack Smith was even appointed. This reeks of crossfire hurricane when the Obama-Biden administration fabricated evidence before the FISA court, lied to the court about it to pursue Donald Trump. And now we're seeing it again in this classified documents case. The judge could dismiss this case at any point in time, Maria. I think the only reason-

but we're about to talk about is facts. You're about to hear some real news. And I wanna see if you'd be willing to report it. How many tabulation tapes did Fulton County, did you said in the early voting election print out? How many total were there supposed to be? And how many did they print out? - For early voting, they printed, they provided 137 unsigned closing tapes and zero signed or unsigned opening tapes. - Okay, but it's just a clerical error someone would like to say. And my point is this, I wanna talk about the clerical errors that happened at the beginning of the day. If you don't know that you start with zero, how do you know that you end with 315,000 or whatever number you wanna come up with? How do you know that? Now, if the press is in here, I'm giving you some news because nobody's reporting it. Nobody's talking about, you wanna talk about T-shirts and people that were at a campaign or polling site. Or you wanna talk about a hiring process that you don't like, that I did, or one of our employees that I hired. This is news. This is what Georgia needs to hear about. This is what the state of Georgia citizens care about when it comes to elections. - I wanna ask another question that I, there was zero of those 148 starting tapes printed, right? - Right, correct. - I'm astounded. Is the Fulton County Attorney still here? I hope you're hearing what we're saying. And I don't mean this to be personal, but I'm not worth two cents if I'm not astounded about this. If I'm not overwhelmed about this, because I personally am. And I hope you hear it in my voice and see it in my face. Georgia deserves better than this.

We are in Davos at the World Economic Forum. And the Trump administration and myself, we are here to make a very clear point. Globalization has failed the West and the United States of America. It's a failed policy. It is what the web has stood for, which is export offshore, far shore, find the cheapest labor in the world, and the world is a better place for it. The fact is it has left America behind. It has left the American workers behind. And what we are here to say is that America first is a different model, one that we encourage other countries to consider, which is that our workers come first. We can have policies that impact our workers. Sovereignty is your borders. You're entitled to have borders. You shouldn't offshore your medicine. You shouldn't offshore your semiconductors. You shouldn't offshore your entire industrial base and have it be hollowed out beneath you. You should not be dependent for that which is fundamental to your sovereignty on any other nation. And if you're going to be dependent on someone, it darn well better be your best allies, okay? And so that is a different way of thinking. It is completely different than the WEF. I viewed the WEF as not a flagpole in the middle, but in fact, they are the flag. Whichever way the wind blew, so it blew. You should have solar, you should have wind. Why are you going to do solar and wind? Why would Europe agree to be net zero in 2030 when they don't make a battery? They don't make a battery. So if they go 2030, they are deciding to be subservient to China who makes the batteries.

You cannot imagine how painful it was each and every day under the Biden administration to look at what new crazy proposal was being put into place to solve a problem that didn't even exist. I mean our constant friction at Citadel with the government across umpteen different aspects of our business was exhausting and to have that literally end on one day election day just gives you so much energy as an offshore to go back and build your damn business. So the the biggest sea change I've seen across American executives has been just like the the giant sigh of relief. I can now go and focus on building my business and that prior administration you know we happen to be a creditor of spirit. Their merger with with JetBlue was stopped. Spirits and bankruptcy today. There were so many decisions that were so so poorly thought out in terms of economic consequences it cost the U.S. economy dearly. I cannot emphasize that enough and so the Trump administration is making slow progress on deregulation thus far but the end of the regulatory onslaught has been just an extraordinary boom for American business.

If Donald Trump becomes president, he's gonna rock the planet. - What does that mean, rock the planet? - He's gonna change it. If you're in a foxhole, who do you want in a fucking foxhole with you, Brian? You want some meaty mouth cunt, politically correct asshole? Or you want somebody to rip their head off and shit down their neck? Trump's that kind of guy. You have no idea how limitless it is when you're not afraid of what other people think or say. You have no idea. There's not two people watching this thing that even has a concept of what it is to act as if you have no limits to your abilities, zero. And Donald Trump is the preeminent manifestation that at least in America, they're up to here with it. He is a perfect example, a perfect manifestation that the world or the America is fed up with all the bullshit. And I believe that political correctness is a manifestation that the world has a lack of self-esteem. When he becomes president of the United States, I said a year ago, if he's serious about being president, he will rock not only the United States of America, he will rock the world. Five months ago, he said he's gonna punch Putin in the mouth, if you recall. Six days later, Putin says, I like that man. What does that tell you, Brian? What does that tell these people listening? - What? - Respect gets respect instead of all this political horse shit. I don't give a fuck if these peeheads watching this thing like me. You said they're either gonna love you or hate you. I knew which one it would be. All my life, I've been this way. And all my life, people love me and respect me. The other side of that coin is Bernie Sanders. God help us. He was a fucking communist 35 years ago. Now he's a socialist. He's in the Senate for 15, 20 years. And he's kicking Hillary's ass. What the fuck does that say? I mean, the US is ready for change. They're so fed up. - Trump gets elected and we see a way. - I'd love to see Bernie run against Trump. What brings you out here today? Well, I want to support the Americans in their free speech. And where are you from? I'm from the UK. Yes, I'm from Wales. So what are you doing here in Dearborn, Michigan right now? I had a protest about the rise of Islam here inside of Dearborn, Michigan in the United States. Given that I'm from the UK, I've seen the fall of Europe, I've seen the fall of the UK. There's 82 Sharia courts in England and Wales, and I do worry that it is becoming too popular, too fast, and we need to definitely have conversations about it. And why do you think Islam is becoming so popular right now? It's the fastest growing religion in the United States. I would say birth rates. They outbreed us in every aspect. And what do you see in your home country in the United Kingdom and Wales with the rise of Islam? I see white guilt and colonizer guilt. I see people self-censoring and the government not standing up for the people that have been there for generations. How many more years do you give the United States until it's a bigger issue here with Islam and Christians, per se? Three to five years. For me, I saw it when I was 12 or 13, and I left the UK when I was 18 for this exact reason. And how do women feel in Islamic towns such as the one you left, or that was growing to become an Islamic town? I felt extremely unsafe, actually. We had police officers come into our school and say, "This area of Wales is now going to be a no-go zone, so don't go there if you're a female." And I thought, "That's ridiculous. I come from a long line of Celtic people, and we should feel safe walking through our towns and our villages." So do you think eventually women won't feel safe walking through their own towns here in the United States? I already feel unsafe walking through here. I have two bodyguards with me today. Yeah, I don't feel safe here at all.

After what's been exposed with the daycares in Minnesota, I'm a licensed private investigator in California. I started looking into state records and I found ghost daycares. These are places where the state inspectors showed up. There would be 28 kids enrolled and there were no kids there in the middle of the day and in the middle of the week. All right. So a ghost daycare, is that something Gavin Newsom could say, all right, you know, we'll try to shut that down. Does he cooperate when you start raising this? No, in fact, today it got word from the governor's office. There's been a directive to actually shut down public access. So right now you can't even search the own state website to look into these ghost daycares. But I have found a workaround. Okay. Well, we don't want to tell the governor that you found a workaround. So, but it does sound like he's trying to cover his tracks. Like this is a cover up. We're talking about billions of dollars in California. >> 2020 FBI Intel memo warning that China might have been sending fake drivers licenses in to create fake mail-in ballots to help Joe Biden win. There's a busting headline in here. When the FBI called this back, so they have this Intel, it's corroborated by licenses that are intercepted by Customs and Border Protection in Chicago. But they call it back anyways and decide we're just not gonna investigate this cuz this would look good for Trump, bad for Biden. They ask all intelligence agencies to destroy the intelligence report that the FBI actually sent them as a federal records act, you're not supposed to do that. But they wanted it destroyed, why? Cuz they probably didn't want it to leak out before the election that China preferred Joe Biden over Donald Trump. >> 60 Minutes aired a piece with the head of the Homeland Security Cybersecurity Division saying there were no foreign intrusions in the 2020 election. It was a perfectly clean election, he said, I think it was Chris Krebs was his name. We now know that to have been a false proclamation. As we know a year later in 21, a bunch of Iranians were indicted in Manhattan on charges that they interfered in the election and hacked into a state database to obtain voter IDs and use them in a malinfluenced operation against the American election. >> We did subpoena Mike Frontera, Dominion's lawyer, but they found a way to not let us have our witnesses. >> What Jenna did though, that since at least June, those bios passwords, 670 of them from 63 counties out of the 64 counties in Colorado, have been on the public website for the Secretary of State, which means they were out there for anybody to grab. She should be locked up and they should throw away the key and let me loose. >> Yeah, we need a prisoner to swap. >> Yeah. >> For sure. >> So, you think that this election in Colorado is definitely compromised because of the leaked passwords? >> Oh, always. >> Yeah. >> I mean, in Mesa County, they were finding fraudulent ballots. They were finding the same person was signing the ballot envelopes and they brushed it off like it was nothing. And as a matter of fact, what Jenna Griswold did with the passwords, she knew while I was going through the trial that that was out there and did nothing. >> So, those passwords were leaked out there during your trial before you were sentencing? >> They were out there since June, but she knew about it and didn't tell the clerks about it. And now she's apologizing to the clerks. She should apologize to the American people or at least the people in Colorado, but there were other passwords besides just for Colorado, I've heard, for the United States in there for Dominion machines. >> So, you think some of our other elections in other states could be compromised because of leaked passwords for Dominion machines? >> Absolutely. Absolutely. That's what's going on with the cartel in Arizona and Michigan and I was so happy when I saw Florida for Trump and all these other places, but just remember, Dominion headquarters is in Colorado, Denver, Colorado. And also, most people don't know that Dominion is out of Serbia as well. And if you can play that video by Gary Brunson, the 30-year CIA whistleblower, or look at the transcript, you'll see exactly how this all started with Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, and that's why this stuff with Patrick Byrne and all that's coming out, it leads all the way back to Venezuela and then the corruption worldwide. Now we know there was a second country that was more deeply involved in meddling into the election. The FBI in August 2020, so three and a half months before the votes were cast that put Joe Biden in the presidency, that FBI believed that China had begun a mass operation to produce fake U.S. driver's license and move them to the United States and have Chinese citizens here on our side, both legally and illegally, go out and get fake mail-in ballots and vote to try to elect Joe Biden. By the way, the FBI intelligence says this Chinese operation from a Chinese intelligence source that the FBI was handling was designed to help Joe Biden beat Donald Trump. It's very important. That was the intention. Sensational video and photo evidence has emerged, exposing a factory in Guangdong producing 500,000 blank American ballots. The Gateway Pundit and online news publication confirmed that the video was provided by Venez A. Olivetas, a third-generation member of the Chinese Communist Party. Venez tweeted on November 9 that the printing plant in Guangdong, China, was printing out fake ballots, which were then mailed to Canada and Mexico under the name of medical supplies between August and October 2020 and from there flown into the United States. The release video of the phone call to a Chinese manufacturer requesting a bulk order of fake US 2020 ballots has been revealed by the Gateway Pundit. Here is the translated recording between the caller and the ballot printing company. [JAPANESE] The intelligence was strong enough to send out to all of the intelligence agencies and then a few days later it was called back on the auspices that they wanted to re-interview the source. Now the source was re-interviewed a second time, stuck to its story. In the meantime, the Customs and Border Patrol, a border protection agency, intercepted 20,000 of these fake driver's IDs, essentially corroborating the intelligence. But the Biden administration, the Chris Ray FBI, they simply covered this up. And for five years we were kept in the dark until this intelligence document was sent last night to Chuck Grassley from Cash Patel. China saw mail-in ballots as an enormous vulnerability during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our enemies look for weaknesses, not for strengths. They don't look for the hardest thing to do. They look for the easiest thing to do to us. That is a warning sign. Now lots have happened since 2020 and with all of the voter ID and other things we've tightened up laws in several states and where we've tightened up the laws in the states, people vote more because they have greater confidence in the system. But China saw this as an exploitable operation, and I think that should concern all of us. And in any state that doesn't have their mail-in voting to the proximal best security measures, there's a foreign enemy looking to exploit it right now. This morning, HSI Miami, along with our state and federal partners, FDLE, DSS, and USCIS, arrested a permanent resident who is a Haitian national and a convicted aggravated felon. She was arrested for unlawful voting and casting a false ballot. This evidence demonstrates, and it's through eyewitness testimony that's been corroborated by others through their eyewitness statements, that 130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, New York to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared. What happened on October 21st was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence. I know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania. At first, I didn't think it was a big deal. In fact, I thought it was really awesome. I really did. I was like, "Sweet, I'm doing something for the presidential race. This is cool." But as things became weirder, I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didn't know why, so I decided to speak up, and that's what I'm doing today. At this point in time, we have already confirmed tens of thousands of fake voters of illegally cast ballots, and I'm speaking about the November 3rd election, and think of how that would affect the down ballot voting also. We're talking senators, congressmen, local elections. affecting all of the ballots.

- Emily, do the protesters who stormed that church have a legal problem, possibly? - Yeah, they have a big one. And if I were a federal prosecutor, I would charge them with interference of free exercise of religion, violations of the Civil Rights Act, violations of the Face Act, which under Biden, peaceful protestors against abortion sitting down, 80 plus year olds were prosecuted under, obstruction of federal functions, disorderly conduct, federal trespass, hate crimes, conspiracy to the Civil Rights Act, assault. And if Don Levin kept up his charade to a federal agent that he didn't know what was going on, then I would charge him too with line to a federal agent. And then on the state level, I would charge unlawful assembly, disorderly conduct, trespassing, harassment, intimidation, and child endangerment. And here's the thing. If I were an employer there in that city, I would fire anyone, any of them, that engaged in that shameful, unlawful, horrific, anti-Christian behavior. And if I were a parent there in that city, I would not let any of my children touch the children of those parents that you are seeing right there, if they have children. And I would make it clear it's because they are siding with and standing with child rapists and recidivist sodomizers and convicted murderers over and over again to the tune of 1600 in that city alone that have been, you're welcome, removed. And if I were a tech founder, by the way, I would deplatform all of those individuals that you saw in the midst of their engaging in the felonious behavior. I just outlined, you know, filming everything so that they would not have a platform and they would not get their dopamine hits anymore. And the dopamine dries up. But here's the thing. As a Christian, my real inspiration comes from that one woman that you can see on the video that stood there the entire time, preying over those vicious, unlawful, anti-Christian, horrific trespassers there. So there's lots of great things out there the president is doing to impact the true problems and that would be the cost of housing, thanks to four years of Joe Biden's inflation that led to a 50% increase in housing costs.
