It's Board of Zura. Tom Homan joins us now with more. Tom, I mean, just look at the list. Rape in the first, forcible compulsion, convicted rapist, interpool, and Germany had this guy out there, sexual contact against a child, and y'all were able to do this quietly. - Well, look, it was a really very well planned strategic operation, right? Very targeted operation. So the way we did it, moving in and out every two days, going to different parts of the state, we didn't get the open border advocates time to gather up and interfere and spit on officers and get their YouTube moments today, send out in the media and misidentify an ICE officer and what they're doing. So it was a good operation. And like I said, well-targeted operation, it's actually closer to 2,200 aliens arrested in 30 days. So for those who say targeted enforcement operation don't work, this is an example of what does, 'cause in June of this year, ICE made a broken historic record and they arrested more illegal aliens in the month of June than any time in the history of the agency. July, they broke June's number. And yesterday I saw the numbers, August, a brand new historic number of number of aliens ICE is arresting. They're breaking records every month. - So for all the people that are saying that ICE is not moving, doing deportations, that's just not true based on the numbers, huh? - Record number of arrests, historic record numbers arrest, historic number of deportations. ICE is sitting on all cylinders and they're doing what the president promised American people, promises made, promises kept, most secure border in the history of the nation and record number of his immigration arrests and deportations. - So Tom, not everyone is happy about this. You got Hochul, the governor, and Mandami saying this. - We notify ICE that these individuals are about to be released and they should be deported. That's always been our policy for decades. You know what? Sometimes they don't even show up. ICE doesn't even do their job, they don't care. So I'm not buying what they're selling here. - What we are seeing, however, from ICE is an attempt to criminalize the very fact of being an immigrant. And we are seeing a terrorizing of immigrants across our city and frankly, across our nation. - First take on what Hochul said that ICE isn't showing up to pick up the criminals. And then Mandami says that you guys are just targeting foreigners in this kind of terrorizing them. - Look, you know, but first of all, Hochul's lying, Stone Cold lie, this past year, over 13,000 detainers weren't honored. So she says she cares about working with ICE on criminal alien public safety threats, 13,000 detainers that weren't honored. And also, she just signed legislation that says local law enforcement can't work with us. She ended a 287(g) programs and she no longer lets us, allows us to rent beds from local sheriffs. So these, you know, the 2,200 aliens we arrested, many of them we moved out of state. Immediately, we don't have a bed here in the state. And finally, I'll tell her this, listen to your own sheriffs. You got 15 sheriffs in the state suing you over this legislation that you just signed. These are career law enforcement officers that know their community better than she does. And she says, this is about local law enforcement doing, you know, keeping their neighborhood safe. 15 of her own sheriffs are suing her 'cause they're saying this makes communities less safe. As far as Mandami, look, I'm an equal opportunity deporter. I don't care where you're from. I don't care, you know, I don't care what country you're from. If you got an order of removal issued by an immigration judge, you're gonna go home. - Tom, you've sat with families that were victims of sanctuary city policies. There was a hearing yesterday about this very thing. And this is how one of the Democrats on that committee responded. Let's play it. - Ms. Fox, Mr. Coleman, I am just deeply, deeply sorry about what happened to your children. It is unimaginable. And I thank you for being brave enough to come here and testify today. I wanna just say, as Mr. Raskin pointed out, that we're here again talking about sanctuary cities. And we do have a bill that passed out of this committee and hasn't been brought to the floor. And so I am confused about that, why we're having another hearing on something where we have active legislation. - Why are we having another hearing on this? Can you believe that? We got dead Americans, victims, people that are paralyzed as a result of illegal aliens not being able to drive. - I've talked to hundreds, literally hundreds of angel moms and dads who buried their children because their children were killed by illegal aliens. Congress needs to do something. I mean, sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. I think most American people support what ICE is doing. If you're in the country legally, which is a crime, you're in the country and you commit offense against your citizen, they should be on the table for all law enforcement. Sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. And in all, if you let ICE agents into the safety and security of the jail, like this New York operation, we got quite a few collaterals. Why is that? 'Cause I told Governor Hochul, if you lock us out of the jails, now we gotta go to the streets and find the bad guy, and when we find the bad guy, or we're in process of finding the bad guy, we won't find others. Others, they may not be a public safety threat put in their country illegally. Sanctuary cities make communities less safe. They make our officers' jobs more dangerous. And it's also more dangerous for the illegal aliens 'cause anything can happen on street arrests. So Congress needs to finally do something about sanctuary cities. It's unlawful, DOJ suing. President Trump's taking on sanctuary cities. Look, again, President Trump gave the American people what he promised he'd give 'em. We have the most secure border in Lawrence. You've been on it many times. It has never been this secure. - It hasn't been that secure. And when the President sent you to Minneapolis to take control of this operation, the entire trajectory changed. And that's credit to the President and credit to your experience as well, Tom. Thanks so much for joining us this morning. - Appreciate it.

Look, as the president has said all along, the people of Iran, the citizens of Iran have an obligation to chart the future that they feel is best and right for themselves. But again, to the underlying point that we've been discussing, there are individuals with the military and otherwise who obviously want to be opponents and obstacles to peace. But it's actually a sign of how successful President Trump's policy has been that you have these fractures and fissures inside the country. In other words, that's proof the strategy is working. For 47 years, Sean, there wasn't an inch of daylight. There wasn't any crack. Now you have these giant, canyon-sized fissures as the country is fighting amongst itself for its future. And the point is that America is saying, "Get your act together, get behind the peace program, de-nuke, get rid of the nuclear weapons, and you can have any future you want." We have to bring it back to that fundamental issue, Sean. As President Trump said at the beginning, "The number one state sponsor of terror cannot possess the world's deadliest weapons." President Trump is taking action today to present an unimaginable fate tomorrow. And for that, he should be endlessly applauded.

I wonder what Tom Holman thinks of this. Anyway, here he is. Our borders are, Tom Holman is with us. Well, that's what they're pledging, Tom. I know people have tried to make these threats against you before. Hasn't exactly worked out in their favor, has it? No, it hasn't, and what they did today was a blatant, disgusting lie, and I'm tired of it. Now, they want to spend millions of dollars on New York taxpayers' money on defending migrant children. They said we abandoned them. No, we didn't abandon them. We just changed contracts. We have a contract in place right now that defends the children at a better rate than was being done in the past. There hasn't been one child at a hearing that hasn't been represented by a lawyer under this new contract. So don't say we're abandoning these children. The only people that abandon children are you, because you say you care about the safety of the children. You care about the safety of the communities. Well, since I've been boarder czar, I wrote these numbers down. Since I've been boarder czar, New York state has denied 14,000 detainers, over 14,000 detainers. Who are they? 6,800 illegal aliens with assault convictions, 800 convictions for child crimes. Don't tell me you're trying to protect children. You're releasing predators to the street every day across that state. You got a 770 conviction for rape or other sex crimes. I'm sick of the lying. I'm sick of the distortion of the facts. President Trump's done more to make New York City and New York state safer than they have. Where were they when a half a million children were separated from their families, put in the hands of criminal cartels, and smuggled across the border? Some of those children died. They lost track of 300,000 of them. It was the Trump administration who has found 151,000 of these children that the Biden administration wasn't even looking for. Some of these children were victim of sex trafficking. Some were victims of forced labor. I don't want to hear you talk about us abandoning children. It's you. You abandoned the taxpayers in New York. Your communities are less safe because of all these criminals you're releasing to the street every day. Children are less safe. President Trump is saving thousands of lives every month because we had a secure border. Fat Reynolds is not coming across to kill Americans at the rate that it was. Sex trafficking and women and children have what drastically declined. Four thousand aliens died making that journey under Biden. How many have died since zero? President Trump's saving thousands of lives. That includes thousands of lives in New York. You're welcome. You're welcome that ICE is taking thousands of criminals off your street. Wasn't it Governor Tim Lawls you had a guy convicted of raping and assaulting sexually a 10-year-old girl? Didn't he give this illegal immigrant a pardon? Is that the same state that Peggy Flanagan is in? Because Peggy Flanagan is running for the Senate. She won her race last night in another DSA radical. Said during her victory speech last night, we need to rip ICE apart and stop them from terrorizing our communities. Is that a threat? ICE. ICE. ICE, the ones that have arrested hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens and deporting them. Making this country safer. ICE. The one that found 151,000 missing children. And we still got more to find. We won't stop. President Trump's committed to finding every one of them. But you know, with Madami and Hulker, I got two words for you. Lake and Riley. You talk to the open borders group. You talk to the groups who want to abolish ICE. Have you ever talked to an angel mom and dad? I doubt it. Have you ever talked to Lake and Riley's parents? Because their child was buried. You know why? Because the murderer was arrested in New York City by NYPD. They didn't call ICE. They released them. Then they went to Georgia and violently killed this young lady. If you don't want to talk to your parents and listen to the tape, almost 19 minutes of this little girl fighting for every breath, fighting to live, she don't want to die. Listen to that tape and tell me how you justify sanctuary cities that release criminals to the streets of New York every single day. You can't justify it. Governor Hulker can't say she cares about the safety of communities and lock us out of the jail. She just signed legislation locking us out of the jail. How do you square that saying you want to enforce laws against criminal and for locking ICE out of the jail. It's disgusting what they're doing. It really is. And I'm upset. I'm tired. I'm upset. I'm just tired of it. By the way, the Justice Department now is suing New York, Connecticut and Vermont for giving in state tuition to illegals. You're doing a great job. I'm Hulman. Appreciate it. Records straight for everybody.

Trace, my theory is that he saw Mondami's speech and said, you know what, I want to respond to that. Yeah. I want to respond to the rise of godless communism. He called it the inhuman vision that they have for our world as opposed to the American vision, which is about the flourishing of all humanity. I think that he did obviously dive into politics, but I think it was necessary. The country is at risk.

Fox News alert the Iran deal is now in immediate effect both sides have signed Trump did it over lobster and caviar at Versailles and the gay Ayatollah had his number two use an auto pen so one day in how's it looking? I think the president's peace plan in Iran is already bearing real fruits for the American people. Last night 12.5 million barrels of oil went through the Strait of Hormuz that is a high since the beginning of the conflict. On the military side the Iranians for the second night in a road did not shoot at any ships in the Strait of Hormuz. CENTCOM lifted the blockade and the first ships to set sail were three Saudi super tankers the price of oils now in the 70s same as it was before the war and gas just fell under four bucks a gallon POTUS said told you so. I just do want to say though the stock market just hit a new all-time high the 401ks just hit a new all-time high and oil is dropping like a rock other than that it's another day in paradise. It could be paradise for Iran too it's without the versions if they behave and follow through on the deal we'll open Iran for business. There is a great desire from the Arab world and from outside the Arab world to actually get involved in Iran if they behave properly. If you behave and if the Emiratis themselves want to build a power plant then we will do the sanctions relief necessary to make that possible. A world where the Gulf Coast coalition has greater leverage into the Iranian economy is a world where the Iranians are going to be heavily prevented from misbehaving. There's a big brouhaha brewing in Washington over Iran getting money remember we control the money they're like a kid if they screw around they don't get an allowance it's the exact opposite of the Obama deal where we paid them to build missiles and enrich. The Obama nuclear deal allowed enrichment ours will not the Obama deal allowed the accumulation of stockpiled weapons grade material ours is actually leading to the destruction of that stockpile of enriched material so there are many differences the Obama deal gave them over a billion dollars of American money the this seal gives them zero dollars of American money. The way the deal structured is if Iran holds up their end of the bargain they don't get American money they get Arab money and we decide what they can build with it and we can see what they're doing with it after they get it but they don't get anything until they blow up the dust and this just in Whitcoff just briefed Congress that Iran's inviting the International Atomic Energy Agency to come inspect its nuclear sites and uncover the enriched material this is big. The Iranians have also agreed that US nuclear inspectors would be allowed into the country that's huge on day one we're already getting somewhere hopefully these are good signs but it's not about words it's about action. I've seen skeptics of the deal people say the Iranians will never change their behavior well maybe that's true and if so they don't get any of the benefits of the bargain but isn't it worth trying isn't it worth seeing whether this incredibly weakened position that the President of the United States has put the Iranians under whether that motivates them to change their behavior. The Iranians are dealing with a trillion dollars of damage we sunk their navy air force and 50 liters and we wiped out thousands of factories and they are in a deep deep depression they have to rebuild their country before they can even think about rebuilding a new program and if they start rebuilding their new program they won't get any money to rebuild their country. If space force even sees a man on a camel wander anywhere near one of their three new sites sanctions back and a love tap. Let's say two years down the road they've done what we need to see on the nuclear program and we release the sanctions as the deal contemplates then they decide they're gonna start rebuilding the nuclear program then of course those sanctions are gonna come back on and that's why it's really kind of like a dial as they dial up their good behavior we can dial up the economic relief if they dial down their good behavior we can turn it off. People are all saying well what about the strain in 60 days the deal leaves it open for Iran to toll. JD says wrong again. When you say it leaves it open it doesn't really leave it open and except in the sense that of course the final negotiation is gonna set the terms of what comes afterwards the Omanis the Iranians and the Gulf Coast Coalition together will figure out a proper security framework for the straights in the future and what I mean by that is that we don't ever want this to happen again but that's not about tolling that's about ensuring that the straights are never used as a choke point for the global economy ever again. The deal won't allow tolls if some Persian swashbuckler shows up rattling a tin can the Navy rolls up and we close their banks. When the blockade opens fully we'll step back and allow commerce to flow but if Iran doesn't comply then we're more than able to re-impose an ironclad blockade. Remember Iran suffered a painful and humiliating defeat. They've been living underground and under a blockade. They don't want to go back to that. The only reason we didn't kill more of their leaders is because we needed someone to sign a deal. They know that. Trump knows where the gay Ayatollah sleeps. If they're stupid we're violent. Bottom line. They're already praising Allah that Trump's letting them sell oil again. The VP says that's not even a concession. They've been selling oil for decades. Even though it was sanctioned they were still making money but we couldn't see the whole shadow fleet or the black market trades. Now with the sanctions off the oil sales we can see exactly who's buying and what Iran's doing with the money. So if they're funding Hezbollah paying for centrifuges with the oil revenue boom economic fury. The deal requires Iran to put their proxies on a leash. That means Israel needs to chill. Vance thinks Netanyahu has been a little too trigger happy. We seem to be right on the cusp of a major breakthrough in the agreement and then all of a sudden there's a major explosion that goes off in a civilian population center in Beirut and a lot of people who have nothing to do with Hezbollah lose their lives. That's not acceptable. Vance sent a warning to the Jews. He said watch out. Trump's your daddy too. You've seen people within BB's cabinet who have come out and attacked the deal and in some ways very personally attacked the president of the United States and I guess my message to them would be twofold. Number one Donald J Trump is the only head of state in the entire world who is sympathetic to the nation of Israel at this moment in time. Two-thirds of the defensive weapons that have protected your homeland have been built by American hands and paid for by American tax dollars. The problem for Israel is not Donald J Trump. This isn't Israel's deal. They wanted regime change which I completely understand but hard to do without ground troops. Trump didn't want to use ground troops. A lot of people said he would but he didn't. They told us it'd be a quagmire. Wasn't. Said it would cause World War III. Didn't. They predicted oil would hit $200 a barrel. We'd be rocked by deadly domestic terror attacks. We had no strategy to open the strait. We'd be in a recession. The stock market would crash and the same people who said all these things are now saying the deal is dumb. Now we're not Nostradamus. We just covered it. Trump could have easily done nothing on Iran. Let him keep building missiles, drones, terrorizing the neighborhood, nuking up deeper and deeper underground. That might have been smarter politically to do nothing but Trump's not a politician. He's a leader and leaders have to do the hard things so that life can be easier in the long run. And if it pays off and so far so good he'll have fundamentally changed the Middle East. A place that sucked America dry for 50 years. The people in that desert who have the most to lose here's what they say. The Gulf Coast Coalition loves this deal because they think that it makes Iran weaker. They hated the Obama deal because they thought that it made Iran stronger. They know more about this and they have more to lose than anybody including the United States of America. So I trust their judgment. The only people saying America lost this war, Iran and the Democrats. Everybody else recognizes the reality. We buried their leaders, their military and their dust. Number one, their nuclear program has been completely destroyed. Their capacity for enrichment, the facilities at which they were using to develop enrichment and develop a potential nuclear weapon, those facilities are still destroyed. Their conventional military is still destroyed. We did in three months with no ground troops. Thirteen casualties. God bless their souls. Cracked open the strait, took over the world oil market and aren't sending the mullahs a dime. We blocked China's Belt and Road and made them think twice about taking Taiwan. Kicked Russia out of the region. They've been kicked out of Venezuela, Syria, Iraq, Iran and we brought the Jews and the Arab Muslims closer together. Even if the deal goes south, which it very well could, Iran is financially and militarily crippled and their new programs dead and buried. But if this thing holds and hopefully it does, Kushner, Wyckoff, Rubio, and Vance deserve a lot of credit. Now I have seen some progressive criticisms of me personally saying what experience does the vice president of the United States have with hostile high-stakes negotiations and I would point those progressive critics to the fact that just two days ago I spent over an hour on the view. I mean look, Joy Behar is way tougher than the Iranians and she and I are best friends now so we're going to get to a good place. Peter Schweitzer is the president of the Government Accountability Institute. Peter how do you think this deal is going down in DC? I think a lot of people on the left and on the right are being critical of it but I think they're lacking an imagination in what Trump is trying to do here. Look, everybody wants her to be a final solution to have the Iran problem solved. That's not in the cards. The question is where do you go from here? Iran is in an enormously weakened position. If you look at the estimates of just the economic damage they've faced, you talked about their military has basically been decimated. The estimates are that they have suffered economic costs of between 40 and 50 percent, Jesse, of their entire gross domestic product. That's massive. So the question is you know they are a fanatical regime but fanatics believe in self-preservation as well and so there's an opportunity to do a deal. Look at the way that this has been structured. What Trump is doing is saying Iran is going to commit to these things and by the way the money is going to flow when we sign off and when the people in the region that most hate the Iranians, the Gulf states, when they are prepared to write a check and by the way those checks are not going to go to banks in Iran. They are going to pay the contractors who are creating the economic projects in the country. So it's not a case where Obama handed them a bunch of cash. So look, it could all go south. It could all fall apart but I think it's a really good effort to try to bring some finality to what has been a problem for 47 years. You know that's a good point because we can still control what the money in Iran is spent on. If they're going to take the money and build missile factories that's not going to happen. It just won't ever get off the ground and in terms of what we're hearing now and I had my doubts about this thing obviously you can't trust these people but when you're hearing on day one that they've invited the IAEA and U.S. nuclear inspectors into the country already they promised it not yet but they promised that that seems like we're heading in the right direction. Yeah I mean there's some positive signs here again look Iran has a long record of leading the West on. The question is by the way that this deal is being structured again the funds are not being handled by the United Nations they're not being handled by the Iranian government they're being handled by the Gulf Cooperative Council states which is Saudi Arabia Kuwait the Emiratis etc they hate the Iranians and the idea is that if you have an American company or a Japanese or a Korean company going to build a project in Iran and if we sign off on it it's going to be paid for by the Gulf states they're not going to hand that cash off to the Iranians to run off and not pay their bills so I think it's a very genius approach if you ask me where we're going to be in a couple years I think it's very possible we're going to have more military strikes against Iran I think they can't help themselves in terms of violating this deal but it is worth the effort and again think about Trump's strategic position the time is moving along Iran has a possibility to kind of rebuild economically but as all of this is going on Jesse Ray Theon is producing missiles we're producing more bombs we are upgrading our military capabilities and we can bring those to bear again absolutely and who's to say the people going into Iran to rebuild aren't CIA agents be nice to put maybe a listening device in one of the steel beams just saying just just thinking all right Peter yeah hopefully this goes well thank you

Does the investigation confirm that there are missing ballot images? Yes. Do you know why 380,761 ballot images from election day machine count are not available? We subpoenaed Fulton County for all of their ballot images. We received approximately 518,000 ballot images. From election day? Those are for the recount. Those are from the recount. We have no ballot images for 380,761 ballots from election day, correct? What was subpoenaed was the ballot images for the recount because that's what this case was about, not the election day. Does Fulton County know why there are not 380,761 ballot images from election day? As with the investigator, we have not been surprised at this allegation, this is the birth I'm hearing about it. I have no idea what the basis of that allegation is, and so we would have to, we would have to vote. We can't answer that at the time. Would Fulton County agree that every vote should have a ballot image?

Video transcript 7:03

The 76-day period you're talking about, that's the period between the time that President Trump was elected and President Biden left office, is that right? That is correct. And during that short period of time, 76 days, how much taxpayer money went out the door of the Department of Energy? From the loan program office in loans and commitments, 93 billion dollars. Well over twice as much as in the previous 15 years. So how do you vet and do due diligence on a loan in 76 days? One loan, much less 93 billion dollars. How do you do it? I think it's probably pretty clear it wasn't done in many cases. As I mentioned, I'm told I'm holding back clearly in place stuff. There are lots of funds that have gone out the door and commitments that were made from businesses that provided no business plan, no numbers about their own financial solvency or how this project worked. So you're telling me that the Department of Energy in the 76-day period before their boss was going to leave office gave our loan money to entities that had no business plan? Correct. No financials? Correct. A number of those were before the 76-day period as well. I've come in with great concern about how this institution, this great American institution has been run and how American taxpayer money has been handled. I'm sorry everyone's upset that we're taking some time to do it, but what we've seen and what the record shows is just responsible. I'm not upset. A lot of people say you haven't returned your calls. Could it be that you and your colleagues have returned the calls but the people calling just didn't like the answer? Could that be a possibility? I'm not aware of that. I give my cell phone number to any senator that wants it and I return my calls. Has your department gone dark? Somebody said your department's gone dark. Is it dark over there? It doesn't look dark behind me. I don't see any of you sitting on your hands. Somebody made that charge. I see everybody's hands. Let me ask you something else, Mr. Secretary. Does anybody ever come to the Department of Energy to get some of this free money and lie to you? I have not experienced that, but I think it's a reasonable assumption that that has happened. Does anybody ever come to you? Is it conceivable that some of these folks that heard about this free money came to you with a half-baked idea? I think it's very conceivable. In fact, I've seen such plans that were half-baked would be charitable. You said plans that didn't have a business plan, right? Correct. A promise to develop one, to find a location. Just give me the money and I'll develop the plan later. Correct. And now you're going back through, not money that's already been contracted, but you're going back through and checking each one of these loans and these grants to make sure there was no stealing, aren't you? We are. We are. Make sure there was no incompetence, aren't you? Is that correct? We're looking at that, and yeah, my blood pressure is rising right now, just thinking about what we have seen and what did happen at the Department. And you're going to tell some of these boondoggles no, aren't you? That's correct. And they're going to be upset, aren't they? That's correct. And they ought to be upset, shouldn't they? I don't think they should be upset. I think they should be ashamed. I am. It's rare that I'm speechless, but I want to be sure I understood the people running the Department of Energy for President Biden's administration shoveled 93 billion dollars, not million, 93 billion dollars out the door in 76 days. And it just happened to be the time between when President Trump was elected and President Biden, their boss was leaving. Is that right? It is correct and distasteful confidence undermining. My God. Look, I hope you take whatever time you need to go through all of these projects penny by penny. I mean, I've heard this testimony today. Well, it'll cost jobs in my state. If somebody steals 50 million dollars and goes and spends the money in their state, that's going to stimulate the economy, isn't it? Yes, it will. But that's still stealing, isn't it? And it's still illegal, isn't it? Yes. I mean, they were spending money at the Department of Energy like it was ditch water. Their budget went from 60 billion dollars to 160 billion dollars since fiscal year 2021. It just sounds to me like there were a lot of people coming to the Department of Energy who had all four feet and their snout in the trough. And I hope you'll turn down the boondoggles and refer the thieves to the Department of Justice. We will indeed. Senator, the one complication in there too is mixed in there are good companies doing good things honestly with credible plans. And you're trying to separate the wheat from the chaff. Yes, that's what we're trying to do. That's our job. And we're doing it. But there's a lot of chaff.
