Back in New York, a bad day all the way around for fake news CNN and the lunatic fringe at MSDNC panicked his belief at the far left networks and of course all the mainstream media mob. Why? Donald Trump scored a major legal victory out of New York. Now, the state appeals court slashed his record-setting bond from the attorney general's bogus civil fraud case from an unprecedented half a billion dollars to, well, $175 million, still a very high number, but Trump is prepared to pay it with cash. Take a look. We appreciate and respect the appellate division very much and we will, I think, do very well in that whole thing. We have a judge who I believe is a crooked judge and a crooked attorney general, absolutely crooked. We did nothing wrong at all, 100%, and that was proven and everybody there said it was proven. All you have to do is read the legal scholars and you see there was proven, but we will continue with that, but we appreciate very much the decision of the appellate division. Thank you very much. By the way, this was a case about valuations, the worst valuation or the biggest abuse of evaluation that came from the judge in this case and Goron, who till this day sticks to and maintains that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million, not even close, as we have pointed out many times on this program. The attorney general's dream of seizing Trump Tower and other Trump properties to cover his bond before an appeal, that is now dead and the far left zealots over at MSDNC, they are not taking it well. They might need, I don't know, some comfort food and comfort animals tomorrow. Take a look. I mean, honestly, this is so infuriating, I don't even know what to do. I don't even know if I care what the process is that these judges are arriving at, whatever it is, it's flawed, I can tell you that much. David put it well, this is a different process for this person. We have decided that he gets his own private court of justice. He has a private plane, he has private clubs that he lives in, this is an absolute travesty. It would not happen for anybody else. Anybody else, it would be like, sorry buddy, you lost, pay up. For him, he gets his own set of rules. Donald Trump is facing dozens of criminal and civil charges, including some that have never been tried in a court of law. Many of these charges levied by his political opponents, DOJ, that is the weaponization of Joe Biden's DOJ. And during the height of a presidential campaign, wow, these are unprecedented times. Now, the state of New York was attempting to seize his business before he could even file an appeal. And according to MSDNC, he's receiving preferential treatment. Really? Okay. Yeah, it's preferential from their point of view. Meanwhile, over the weekend on fake news, CNN, radical leftist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that America would be put at risk if the state of New York did not seize Donald Trump's assets. Take a look. I think that what we are dealing with politically is the much larger and much more grave and serious pressure of having this judgment against Donald Trump and him being in this degree of debt and the financial pressures that he is under and what he is subject to do in order to obtain those assets. I actually think that whether, I actually think that there is risk in not seizing these assets and the open window that exists in him trying to secure these funds through other means. Now, so far, the radicalist plan to derail Trump through lawfare, as we call it, is not going as expected. In the state of Georgia, anti-Trump DA Fonny Willis was strongly rebuked by a superior court judge as a potential liar who exhibited unprofessional behavior in and out of court. Now, Fonny Willis says she has done nothing wrong and is now vowing to fight on against Donald Trump. Quote, "The train is coming." Watch out. Take a look. I don't feel like my reputation needs to be reclaimed. Let's say it for the record. I'm not embarrassed by anything I've done. You know, I guess my greatest crime is I had a relationship with a man, but that's not something that I find embarrassing in any way. And I know that I have not done anything that's illegal. All while that was going on, we were writing responsive briefs. We were still doing the case in the way that it needed to be done. I don't feel like we've been slowed down at all. I do think that there are efforts to slow down this train, but the train is coming. Vengeance is mine, say Fonny Willis. Now, amid all the chaos, the first criminal trial against Donald Trump, it now has a start date. That would be April the 15th. This is a highly unusual case out of New York. You might remember, recall that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg used what was a bizarre, unprecedented legal mechanism, never really fully explained it. He did it to override the statute of limitations and upcharge certain misdemeanors as felonies, all related to how certain Trump organization documents were labeled. It sounds convoluted because it is now. The case is so far fetched that even federal prosecutors under Biden, they declined to bring charges and their lead witness not exactly have much credibility when it comes to the issue of truth. But that's where we are as a country, anti-Trump prosecutors. They want to cook up their charges and far left radical districts, venues where Donald Trump likely can't get a fair trial and they want to use our system of justice as a political weapon, in this case against the Republican presidential candidate. And despite tremendous abuse of power, Donald Trump is the Republican nominee. He's now leading in the polls.

Apparently, the three-letter agencies of our federal government saved all of their scrutiny for Donald Trump. Trump now faces dozens of charges, including an unprecedented and bizarre case out of New York, the case brought by the New York Attorney General, who proudly campaigned on getting Trump, as Professor Dershowitz says. Once elected, she accused the former president of fraud, charged him with inflating the value of his real estate portfolio in order to obtain loans and better insurance rates. Now, of course, a far left judge agreed and has now ordered President Trump to pay what is an unprecedented half a billion dollar bond just for the right to appeal the case. Keep in mind, no bank lost any money on these loans. Nobody even complained. The payments were all made in full. Now, the banks and insurance companies, they all had a fiduciary responsibility to do their own valuations. And to top that off, the Trump organization had in every single deal, they made a disclaimer that was given to all banks and all insurance companies not to use the Trump organization's valuations. And as it turns out, the only person who took exception to these valuations was the far left judge, the guy without any real estate experience, who actually valued Mar-a-Lago at a mere 18 million dollars when you have small lots, that's 22 plus acres there. It's on the ocean and on the inner coastal. You have, you know, oceanfront lots, two acres selling for one, two hundred million dollars. In one case, I don't know if they sold it yet, another one, an acre and a half or 150 million. And that's not even right on the ocean. You extrapolate out just the 22 acres of Mar-a-Lago and it would be worth not the 18 million, the judge claimed, but closer to a billion, but the New York attorney general, the judge, they didn't care. They don't care. Remember, the AG promised to get Trump. And now she is reportedly planning to seize Trump Tower if the 45th president fails to produce the 500 million dollars in cash by Monday for the right to appeal as this verdict. Joining us now with reaction, Fox News contributor, former speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich. I don't know what to say about this. But there's a part of this that is extremely chilling to me. And I would imagine you have the same reaction when you just look at the basic facts here. Look, I mean, I think you have to back up a minute and take a long view. You have a totally corrupt New York system. It's corrupt from the governor to the state legislature, to the judges, to the prosecutors. It is—basically, it's the Sopranos running the government. It's totally corrupt. We were first really given a brilliant insight in this by Tom Wolf in a novel called Bonfire of the Vanities 40 years ago, where he outlined the depth of corruption between the prosecutor and the judge. Nothing has changed. It's just got worse. So let's start with this notion. New York now is a corrupt state, New York City is a corrupt city. Any business that does business in New York is stupid because you are at risk of a corrupt prosecutor and a corrupt attorney general ripping you off. Now Trump's a unique case because he is the most powerful anti-establishment politician since Andrew Jackson. So he is an enormous threat to every corrupt politician in the country from Joe and Hunter Biden down through New York and on to California. And that's what we're witnessing. But we've got to look at the larger historical picture. This is a deeply corrupted state, which has—driving people out of the state—I think the latest number is 600,000. Tax-paying New Yorkers have left. And you'll see it in the size of the state government's budget deficit. Same thing's happening in California. The corruption of Sacramento is driving people out of the state. And their budget deficit, I believe this year, will be $51 billion. These states are totally out of control. Donald Trump happens to be the example, but he's an example of a deeply, deeply corrupt system.

We knew it right from the beginning, because he wouldn't give it to the commercial division. This judge thought Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million, and it's worth anywhere from 50 to 100 times that amount. So, we realized that. He ruled against me before he even got the case. He ruled against me. He said, "I was guilty." He didn't know what I was guilty of before he even got the case. And Letitia James, that's another case altogether. She's a horribly corrupt attorney general, and it's all having to do with election interference. There were no victims because the banks made a lot of money. They made $100 million. And by the way, I paid approximately $300 million in taxes as the migrants come in and they take over New York. I paid, over this period of years, over $300 million in taxes, and they want me out. Oh, let's see if we can get them out. These are radical left Democrats. They're lunatics, and it's election interfering. So, I just want to thank you for being here. We'll appeal. We'll be successful, I think because, frankly, if we're not successful, New York State is gone. People are moving out of New York State. And because of this, they're going to move out at a much faster rate. They used a statute. It's a consumer fraud statute that's never been used for a thing like this before. They used it on me because I'm running for president. I'm beating Biden by a lot. We're beating not only the Republicans, we're beating Biden by a lot. The poll came out today. We're up 20 points on Biden. If I weren't running, none of this stuff would have ever happened. None of these lawsuits would have ever happened. Nothing would -- I would have had a nice life. But I enjoy this life for a different reason. We're going to make America great again. These are corrupt people. These are people that shouldn't be allowed to do the things they do. And they're using this as weaponization against a political opponent who's up a lot in the polls and always will be because I'm competing with a man who can't put two sentences together, who doesn't know what he's doing. And we're heading into a third world war because of this guy. We have to win this election. They're doing everything possible to step in a way, but we're not going to stand for it. So, thank you very much. We will get back to work. It's a ridiculous award. This is a fine of $355 million for doing a perfect job for having paid back a loan with no defaults, with no problems. The banks were totally -- you know, at the trial, they testified. We had an expert witness from the Stern School at NYU that made a statement. And I was very honored by his statement. He's one of the most respected people anywhere in the country for doing this kind of thing. Expert wisdom. He said, "This is one of the greatest financial statements I have ever witnessed before." And he talked about even the detail. So, my numbers actually were extremely conservative. They saw this, so what the judge did is he brought down certain values like Mar-a-Lago, made it ridiculous. But the expert, after having all of this, testified it's one of the best financial statements he's ever seen. And I was honored by that. But I also knew we have a corrupt judge. He's not a respected man. And again, I said before, he's been overturned on this case by the appellate division four times already. It's a record. Nobody's ever been overturned on one case four times. And I think, very importantly -- and I think, ultimately, the most important -- we've employed tens of thousands of people in New York, and we've paid taxes like few other people have ever paid in New York, and they don't care about that. They -- it's a state that's going bust. It's a state that's going bust because everybody's leaving, and it's all headed up by Biden who's destroying our country. So, this is Russia. This is China. This is what you've been reading about all your lives, and it's happening right here in our country. Thank you very much. We will stop it. We will make America great again. You have my word. Quote, "When a state lawyer called the mother of three to the witness stand, well, the judge in the case, Arthur Ngoron, drily joked, 'Oh, who's she?'" Oh, he's a comedian on top of everything else, a showboating judge. Now, throughout the trial, this judge has been abusively biased, constantly ruling against Trump and his family in virtually every motion. He's sticking to the idiotic, you know, frankly, it's just insane valuation of Mar-a-Lago at 18 million when it's much closer to a billion. He's guilty of the very thing they're accusing Trump of, and he's seen the judge to take great pleasure in doing so. This is not a fair trial, it's a political hit job. I wouldn't expect this in the USA. Trump, he's not letting this slow him down tonight. Well, there he is in Florida for a massive rally. Let's take a look. - Our country has never seen the likes of what you witnessed in America last weekend with the menacing mobs of Hamas supporters chanting their jihad slogans in the streets of our cities. They shouted, "Allah Akbar," while calling the barbaric Hamas terrorist martyrs, they were saying martyrs. In times like these, you can't afford to have a president who wants to be politically correct. We have to do things properly. We cannot have an administration that takes foreign policy advice from Ilhan Omar or Rashida Talib. Can't do that.
