What the image shows
A digitally edited/composite image styled as a meme. It shows the Oval Office during what appears to be an official meeting, with an actual photograph of Donald Trump seated in a chair speaking (gesturing with his hands, holding papers) alongside several men in suits (appearing to be White House staff/officials) seated and standing around him, one operating a camera in the background. Digitally inserted into the far left chair, seated in the same pose/setting, is a painted/illustrated depiction of George Washington in his blue and buff Continental Army military uniform with epaulettes and a ruffled white cravat, seemingly composited into the scene as if he were physically present in the meeting. The Oval Office set includes a gold-trimmed fireplace mantel with urns, gold-framed paintings, and a lamp on a side table.
