I am pleased to nominate Robert (Bobby) Long to serve as Judge on the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Bobby is currently a Judge on Florida’s First District Court of Appeal. A longtime member of the Navy JAG Corps, Bobby was previously a Trial Judge on Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit Court and, prior to that, General Counsel of the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, where he was a Police Officer before becoming a lawyer. Bobby received his Law Degree from the University of Florida College of Law, and his Undergraduate Degree from Florida State University. Robert Long can always be counted on to protect the Public Safety and Constitutional Rights of Floridians. Congratulations Bobby! President DONALD J. TRUMP

I am pleased to nominate Courtney Coker to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Courtney has been a Federal Prosecutor for nearly 20 years, and is currently the First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. He has prosecuted some of the toughest criminal cases in the Country, including against cartels, foreign gangs, and drug and human traffickers. Courtney is a Graduate of Centre College (where he was captain of the football team!), and Mississippi College School of Law. The people of Texas (I LOVE TEXAS!) are lucky to have such a strong defender of Law and Order on the Bench. Congratulations Courtney! President DONALD J. TRUMP

It is my great honor to announce that Joseph Nocella, Jr., will be the next United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Nocella has a strong record of bringing Law and Order to the incredible people of New York, serving as a Nassau County District Court Judge, and Family Court Judge. A proud graduate of Columbia Law School, he has also spent over ten years in private practice. Judge Nocella previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. He was also an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York from 1991 to 1995.  Congratulations Judge Nocella!
