You had seven straight minutes. I chose to use my time that way, Mr. Chairman. That's my right to use my time that way. Please suspend, Secretary Rubio. Well, I can go on. I mean, there's other things here. We spent $227,000 for Big Cat's YouTube channel from USAID. We spent $14 million for social cohesion in Mali, whatever the hell that means. So I can go on and on. I got the list here, and there's more that I didn't even bring the whole list. In the case of El Salvador, absolutely, absolutely. We deported gang members, gang members, including the one you had a margarita with. And that guy is a human trafficker, and that guy is a gang banger. And the evidence is going to be clear in the days of time you're going to see who you want to defend. Look, I'm sorry, Mr. Chairman. Secretary Rubio has the floor. There is a division in our government between the federal branch and the judicial branch. No judge and the judicial branch cannot tell me or the president how to conduct foreign policy. No judge can tell me how I have to outreach to a foreign partner or what I need to say to them. And if I do reach to that foreign partner and talk to them, I have under no obligation to share that with a judiciary branch. Just like a judge cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister of Russia, they cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister or the president of El Salvador. And if I did negotiate with them, which we have responded to them, and we've told them we've had communications with the president of El Salvador. I am under no obligation, under our division of powers in this country, to share with a judicial branch how I conducted diplomacy of the United States. It would actually be counterproductive. If I started sharing with courts, or frankly, with the media, my conversations with foreign leaders and all of their details, no foreign leader would talk to me again, and we would break trust with them. So I have complied with every court order. What I won't comply with is in order to disclose what I'm saying and what we're talking about with a foreign leader, because then they won't talk to me. Diplomacy doesn't work that way. About the student visas, let me say this. I don't deport anybody, and I don't snatch anybody. The State Department does not have officers in the street snatching everybody. What I do is revoke visas, and it's very simple. A visa is not a right, it is a privilege. People apply for student visas to come into the United States and study, and if you tell me that you're coming to the United States to lead campus crusades, to take over libraries, and burn down, try to burn down buildings and acts of violence, we're not going to give you a visa. Is that what Ms. Osler did? We're not going to give you a visa. Is that what she did? Come on, Mr. Secretary. And every single one of these cases, the factors are different. You're just blowing smoke here now, Senator. The bottom line is if you're coming here to stir up trouble on our campuses, we will deny you a visa. And if you have a visa and we fight you, we will revoke you, and we're going to do more. There are more coming. We're going to continue to revoke the visas of people who are here as guests and are disrupting our higher education facilities. People are paying money. Students pay money to go to school, and they have to walk to a bunch of lunatics who are here on student visas disrupting the foreign policy of the United States. I want to do more. I hope we can buy more of these people. That's pathetic, Mr. Secretary. In fact, the other day, the other day, some guy's led a riot. I forgot what university it was, and I asked, please, can you find the arrest records of all the people that were arrested at that riot at that campus, because if any of them have a visa, we're going to revoke it. I’m suing the law firm of Perkins Coie for their egregious and unlawful acts, in particular the conduct of a specific member of this firm, only to find out that the Judge assigned to this case is Beryl Howell, an Obama appointment, and a highly biased and unfair disaster. I was saddened to watch it. I disagree with this verdict. I think, as I said before, that this case was legally unfounded. When they were reading those guilty verdicts, the one thing that we didn't know is really what he was found guilty of. Because if you remember, the judge allowed the jury to find guilt on any one of three secondary crimes. We weren't told whether the jury found any one of those crimes, whether they found all three of those crimes. I'm not too sure we will know that. That's one of the many issues that I think presents reversible problems in this case. So what I would say is that this is a historic moment. We all have to take a breath. But for those upset by this verdict, remember this remains a country committed to the rule of law. And this is going to go up on appeal. I think it's going to be reversed in the state or federal systems.

Of course, this is something that has been the goal. They wanted him locked in the courtroom and not out on the campaign trail. Why not lock him in his home so he can't go out and campaign as well? All right, both the defense and prosecution have now delivered their closing arguments. What kind of an impact will they have on the jury's final verdict? Here to weigh in. Fox News legal analyst, best-selling author Greg Jarrett, Harvard law professor, and best-selling author Alan Dershowitz. Good to see you both. Greg, start with you. One of the things I found pretty interesting is the judge allowing this false claim by the prosecution to be brought in again and again and again, uncontradicted and the judge allowing even the prosecution to read unrelated quotes from Trump's book, again, why would they allow that? Trey Gowdy said, "It's stunning some of the objections which are overruled. The prosecution just accused Donald J. Trump of threatening witnesses. The objection was overruled even on that." I mean, at some point here, you know, you've got to say cinder blocks and, I don't know, bricks are put on the scales of justice in this case by the judge. Oh, yeah. It's one in a long list of reversible errors by the judge. And here, Sean, in the history of American law, never has a defendant been tried on an unidentified charge. No ethical prosecutor would ever do it. No fair or competent judge would ever allow it because every defendant has a right to be informed of the precise accusations against him. It's guaranteed in the Sixth Amendment. But even now, nobody least of all the jury knows for sure. And as I say, it's one of the many reversible errors committed by Judge Marchant. I think the fix was in from the outset. This case was rigged by an unscrupulous DA and a biased judge, and together, they worked to engineer an absurd legal theory. It would never withstand judicial scrutiny. They know it. But their goal, I think, is to gain a wrongful conviction to delegitimize Trump's candidacy. They contorted the law. They manipulated the justice system to create this illusion of wrongdoing. The end justifies any means.

Last month in Palm Beach raised over 50 million dollars, the largest fundraiser ever, and in April almost doubled by 25 million dollars with the Democrats raised. So she can't handle it. Now he's flying back to hold a fundraiser, excuse me, a rally in the Bronx, a rally. I was in New York yesterday, people everywhere, all they're talking about is going to the rally tomorrow night to support President Trump. I can't wait to see how crowded it is. So Trump arrived at the courtroom earlier this morning and said this before he went inside. This is all coming from the white house because the guy can't put two sentences together. The judge today yelled at Trump for mumbling audibly during jury selection and told him to knock it off. District Attorney Alvin Bragg begged the judge to hold Trump in contempt and asked him to fine him three grand for violating his gag order. Trump had posted that the trial was corrupt. Oops, can't do that. And for the second day in a row, reporters caught Trump dozing off. Wake me up when I'm acquitted. Front page of multiple news outlets today coming out of this that Trump appeared to fall asleep on the first day of his trial. Imagine committing so many crimes, you get bored at your own trial. The optics of all this and the sustained eye resting that apparently happened in the courtroom. I mean, I do feel like if you if you call your opponent Sleepy Joe, you have one job. For the rest of the campaign, this little gem, Trump appears to be sleeping. His head keeps dropping down and his mouth goes slack. After Trump woke up and found out who the seven jurors were and PR listening, D.I. lawyers, he went uptown to Harlem to visit a famous bodega. This was the place where Alvin Bragg charged the owner with murder just for merely defending himself during a robbery. This is all politics. This is coming out of the White House, and you know, it makes me campaign locally. I don't think we're doing better. We're doing better now than we've ever done, so I think it's having a reversal.
