What the image shows
A meme image with white bold black-text caption at top reading "BYE BYE, "Fast Boats"" over a composite/illustrated scene: a US military MQ-9 Reaper-style drone bearing a US flag insignia flies in the upper left, firing a missile (visible as a streak of fire and smoke) toward two small military speedboats on the water below, each flying the flag of Iran (green-white-red with the national emblem). Large fireball explosions engulf the boats, which are camouflage-patterned and carrying armed personnel. The image appears to be a digitally composited/edited illustration combining a drone photo, missile trail, explosion effects, and boat photos, mocking or celebrating the destruction of Iranian "fast boats" (small attack craft associated with Iran's Revolutionary Guard Navy) by a US drone strike.
