What the image shows other

A stylized painting (with a visible brushstroke/oil-painting filter effect) depicting a man resembling Donald Trump walking down a grand hallway, likely meant to represent the White House. He wears a navy blue suit, white shirt, and a patterned blue tie with a small flag pin on the lapel, and has a serious/stern facial expression. He is walking toward the viewer along a red carpet with gold trim, flanked by tall white columns. In the background are gold sconces with candle-like lights, framed artwork on cream-colored walls, a wooden console table with a plant, and a dark wooden door on the left.

Michael Whatley, from the Great State of North Carolina, has been with me since the beginning, and has done an OUTSTANDING and HISTORIC JOB in running the Republican National Committee with the fantastic Lara Trump! He is a smart, tough lawyer who put together a completely unprecedented ELECTION INTEGRITY OPERATION that protected the Vote all across America, and a GET OUT THE VOTE CAMPAIGN that delivered the Votes we needed in every Battleground State. Michael and Lara transformed the RNC into a lean, focused, and powerful machine that will empower the America First Agenda for many years to come. I have asked Michael to return as Chairman of the RNC to continue to build our Party, and be a trusted partner as we Make America Great Again, and ensure Free and Fair Elections. Republicans everywhere should support him as he continues his mission at the RNC. Thank you for your hard work, Michael!

Very proud of Melania! Her book is out Nationally, and for sale EVERYWHERE. It is really great! She was a fantastic First Lady, and shares that experience, and much more. She’s also a really good writer, as she showed at the Republican National Convention with her letter, that turned out to be a sensational highlight. Perfect for Christmas. Get it NOW, and ENJOY!

A MUST WATCH!

Video transcript 6:25

That was a very contentious election, and we all know it. January 6th, this past cycle for the president said to be an insurrection. And President Trump was said to be guilty of seditious conspiracy. We had a whole January 6th commission set up by Nancy Pelosi. She picked the Democrats and the Republicans. She rejected the Republicans that Leader McCarthy had chosen. It's never been done before in American history. And they do all this one-sided public stuff, and they turn it over to a prosecutor. The funny thing about the prosecution is, here it is. There is a criminal act, rebellion or insurrection, passed during the Civil War period. It appears nowhere in the charges against Donald Trump. Donald Trump is not guilty of rebellion or insurrection, he's not even charged with it. Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the US or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or in prison not more than 10 years or both, and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. That's not in here. Well, what about seditious conspiracy? I remember legal analysts all over cable TV, some here, CNN for sure, MSNBC, New York Times, Washington, but seditious conspiracy, they have Trump dead to rights. But it's not in the charges. If two or more persons in any state or territory in any place subject to the jurisdiction in the United States, conspired to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to cease, take or possess any property of the United States, contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or in prison not more than 20 years or both. So why? Why didn't this out of control rogue, Eric Holder, Obama, Biden, prosecutor, Garland's man, Smith, bring these charges because he had no evidence. Rebellion or insurrection, all the testimony, the January 6th committee, all the testimony, all the witnesses, all the documents, not a centilla of evidence that Donald Trump led any kind of rebellion or insurrection. What about seditious conspiracy? There was no seditious conspiracy. Donald Trump is the man who said if they want 10,000 armed army soldiers to protect them on January 6th, please let me know while nobody's leading an insurrection if they're offering armed federal troops to protect the Capitol building. And we heard what Donald Trump said about peacefully lobbying Congress. So it doesn't work. So what happened? So Jack and the boys go back and they say, you know what, we can't let this go anyway. So they go back to the Civil War, post Civil War period, a law that was passed in 1871. It was called the Ku Klux Klan Act at the time to try and defeat the Klan. That's one of the counts here, 18 U.S.C. 241 conspiracy against rights. It is a disgusting and preposterous overreach. Then we have two counts under 18 U.S.C. 1512. Now these laws were passed in 2002 to address gaps that they felt existed in the Enron scandal investigation. If you consider the Enron statutes, they have nothing to do with January 6th protests, even though this has been used, so-called obstruction, this has been used against one protester after another by the same prosecutors from January 6th. This has not yet gone to the Supreme Court. It will be tested by the Supreme Court. And I believe the Supreme Court will say no, this was never intended to be used that way. Then we have count one, 18 U.S.C. 371. Now that count is a garden variety statute that the federal government uses against federal contractors, people who cheat the government out of money and so forth. And that has been expanded to include, you know, challenging the legitimate activity of the government. Again, stretched completely out of control. Those are the four charges. This is a disgusting attack on our electoral system. And as I've said before, the electoral system in America is now dead unless all of this is reversed. We cannot have, after all these years, more than two centuries, a Department of Justice and U.S. attorneys with 20/20 hindsight delving into what a president or a candidate thinks. Now that 1876 election, I told you that that state sent in two groups of electors. You're free to do that. Congress decides all this stuff. They're not criminal activities. So but now what are the rules for running, challenging and disputing elections today? We don't know. Who decides? Apparently prosecutors. What can a candidate or when can a candidate rely on legal advice since President Trump's lawyers are being indicted for giving legal advice? Is a president not free to discuss decisions about elections with his vice president and strongly urge him to take one position or another? Of course he's free to do that. Is a president free to publicly dispute election results? They all do when they lose, including people like Hillary Clinton and Al Gore. The electoral process is now not purely political and constitutional as it was intended. But now it is the control of prosecutors, Department of Justice, and in the hands of these people, the Biden administration, it is a disaster. The judge who's going to hear this case is the most radical partisan activist Obama appointee in the entire federal judiciary. Gee, I wonder how she got chosen. We'll be right back.

JUST THINK OF WHAT WE ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED IN 4 INCREDIBLE YEARS….https://rumble.com/v307ifg-live-president-trump-speaks-at-turningpointaction-actcon2023.html

Video transcript 5:30

Just think of what we already accomplished in four incredible years. We delivered the largest tax cuts and regulatory cuts in history, and likewise we built the greatest economy ever in the history of the world. China was going to catch us for 20 years. 2018, China was going to overtake us. We were doubling up. We were so far ahead of them, they never had a chance. And if we had a smart president, they would never be able to take us. We achieved energy independence, and energy dominance was going to be there right around the corner for the first time in about 78 years. I think probably more than that. I don't think we were ever dominant. We created the most secure border in U.S. history, built nearly 500 miles of border wall. I hear this sloppy Chris Christie guy. He said, "Trump only built 47 miles of what I did before." Then they checked with the Border Patrol and the people that do that. Almost 500 miles of wall. And remember this. Remember this. I said, "Mexico is going to pay for it some way." They gave us 28,000 soldiers free of charge. That's more than any wall. And they did that for years because while I was building the wall, and Congress fought me tooth and nail, including some Republicans. They fought me like Mitch McConnell. They fought me tooth and nail. And I ended up taking the money out of the military. I took the money out of the military because I considered it an invasion of our country. And we built almost 500 miles of wall. And then I said, "We completed that job." And I said, "You know, we're going to need some more because people are coming around other areas." So we ordered 200 miles of additional wall. It was ready to be installed, could have been done in three weeks. It was all there. It was all built. The hard part is getting it there and building it, building it and getting it there. And they didn't want it to go up. And that's when I first, I guess, believe that they actually want to have an open border. It's so crazy. With people coming in, the likes of which you don't ever want in your country. But we got Mexico to give us 28,000 soldiers free of charge. And that was hard. I like the president of Mexico. He's great. He's a socialist, but you can't have everything, right? But he's a great guy. And they laughed at me when I said, "I want you to supply 28,000. That's what we need, soldiers, along the border while we're building the wall." And they said, "Why would we do that?" I said, "You just have to do it. Please do it. I would appreciate it. We will not do that." I said, "Well, are you sure?" Then they sent the representative to see me at the State Department with a woman that was very good. She worked on Mexico for 25 years. She said, "Sir, they'll never do that. She'll never do that. They'll never do remain in Mexico. They'll never do catch and release into Mexico. They'll never do any of these things." I said, "Yes, they will." "No, they won't, sir. They won't." I said, "Yes, they will. You watch." The guy comes in, the top representative comes into the office. I said, "We need you to give us 28,000 soldiers for our border, please." He laughed at me. He thought I was a fool. And I said, "No, no, no, don't. If you're going to give me those soldiers, no, no, no. We cannot do that, sir. We cannot. How foolish a request." I said, "No, no. You're going to do it. You're going to do it. And if you don't do it, on Monday morning, we're going to put a 25 percent tariff on every single product coming out of Mexico, including cars, 32 percent of which you stole from the United States. You know, they took 32 percent of our car manufacturing business by stupid presidents that allowed it to happen. We didn't allow it to happen. Now it's happening again, I hate to tell you, Michigan, and all the states that are so good, it's happening again. They're taking the car business. The electric cars, they're not going to be built here. They're going to be built in China mostly. But I said to them, I said, "I'm signing this, 28,000 soldiers, and what's the story?" "Sir, I'd like to be able to make a call. Do you mind if I come back?" So I told them about the 25 percent tax tariff, and it comes back about three minutes later. "Sir, we'd be delighted to supply you with 28,000. We would be delighted to give you all the soldiers you want. Please don't do that to us, sir. Please. Thank you." No, he said, "We'd be delighted. It would be my great honor to give you 28,000 on behalf of the Mexican government." And these were very good soldiers. They were not politically correct either. They were, said, "You cannot come in." And we had the greatest numbers anywhere. We deported also illegal alien criminals like MS-13 gang members that killed people for fun at a number nobody's ever seen before, thousands and thousands. I never got enough credit for that whole deal, but we had the safest border in the history of our country. Now we have the most unsafe border, I think, in the history of the world. No country would allow millions of people to just walk across the country. We have no idea who they are. I fully rebuilt the United States military, created Space Force, defeated ISIS, something which they all said you couldn't do. I did it in four weeks, because we have great generals. We have great generals. We have not the ones that you see on television, the real generals that we have. And we have great, great generals, and we brought our troops back home. We got them back home, but we defeated ISIS. And I was the first president in decades who didn't start a war. I didn't start a war. We had peace through strength. As I was building that military, we got more and more bravado going, but they respected us. We did a great job. But we do. We have great soldiers. You know, it's very important for you.
