No change. That's the focus of tonight's angle. Well, we have more evidence today that Democrats believe they're gals in trouble. First, the pro-Harris website Axios published this piece. Behind the curtain, Dem's blue wall blues. There's growing worry among Democrats that Harris seems stuck, even sliding a bit, after a strong start to her young presidential campaign. Her media blitz, heavy spending, and largely favorable coverage don't seem to be moving the needle much, if at all, these Democrats say. Now, Michigan, once thought to be a fairly solid hold for Harris, is slipping away. Axios notes that it's where Democratic erosion among union members, Arab Americans, and young men all collide. And the numbers in the new poll by Emerson and the Hill show trouble for Harris as well. As the race there is now tied at 49. And in other states in the same survey, Trump's either tied or leading. He's up by one in Pennsylvania, ditto in Georgia, which actually seems low to me, but he's up by two in Arizona, and he's tied in Wisconsin. And then Quinnipiac, that was out yesterday, showed much more stomach-churning trend lines for Harris. Although it has her up by three in Pennsylvania, Trump is up by three in Michigan, and he's up by two there in Wisconsin. So, this is not how Team Kamala thought it was all going to look less than a month out before election day. Now, despite relentless lawfare against Trump, we can never forget that or forgive it. Despite a massive money advantage over Republicans, and of course, the historic first as their nominee, Democrats find themselves in a real jam. Now, when a campaign is on track to win, we know what things sound like. And well-known political consultants don't need to give on-air advice like this. You're really probably under 20 days that you have to really get a message out. They need to be sharp, they need to be aggressive, they need to stop answering questions and start asking questions. And those comments were just four days after Obama's campaign guru, David Axelrod, made it clear, Harris needed to start getting out there, doing town halls, interviews, because Trump was everywhere. And sure enough, the Harris team, they snapped too, and they dispatched her to do a bevy of shows, mostly friendly, and none of it made her look any more serious or any more qualified to be president. And I'll say this, and we go even further, at different points in every time she went on these shows, she looked either afraid, confused, or just plain stupid. What do you think would be the biggest specific difference between your presidency and a Biden presidency? Well, we're obviously two different people. Do we have a real close ally in Prime Minister Netanyahu? I think, with all due respect, the better question is do we have an important alliance? Do you nap at all? Not really. I wish I could. I wish I could. Well, at this point, with the polls as they are, if you're, let's say, one of Kamala's big donors, you've got to be starting to wonder, what on earth did these people do with all that dough that they raised? But maybe, apparently, a billion dollars didn't go as far as it used to, and it can't buy her any love. In what's clear from the reporting in the Washington Post today, Harris campaign officials are somehow looking to blame the donors if things go south. Now, I love this phrasing, "People familiar with the campaign strategy," that's campaign officials, "who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss plans, said Wednesday that the campaign continues to face significant headwinds that will require more money over the coming weeks. They said each of the seven targeted swing states remains within the margin of error, requiring costly spending plans." Sounds like the federal government or Ukraine, they can't give them enough money, they still lose. Now, meanwhile, reporters at the other propaganda arm of the DNC, The New York Times, they seem to be totally flummoxed by the mess that Kamala is in. So all they can do is go back to what they do best, smearing Trump by claiming that he's racially divisive and he's just mean. And when you read this piece, you've got to get to almost at the end of it, like four paragraphs on the bottom. Do they admit that despite how supposedly polarizing Trump is? Check this out. Polls show that he's expanded his support among Latino and black voters from four years ago, a shift that threatens to undermine the multiracial coalition that has long been the foundation of democratic victories. Now, how divisive can Trump be? He's building his coalition. I'm glad they're all catching up over there at The Times because we have known for years on the angle that Trump's new Republican coalition is very real. Inflation has been terrible. Definitely when Trump was in office, there was gas prices lower, you know, saying go to the movie theaters and not pay your arm in a leg. Kamala Harris has been for four years in the presidency and all we have is like problems. We have to close our border. It's easy. You don't need additional funding to do it. It's an executive order that Donald Trump proved on day one when he was in office last that you can do it. Shut it down. It was working. That's not working anymore. Now, Americans are smarter, I think, than the ad men, all those high paid consultants that want more money from the carers camp. Now, they're smarter than the abortion fanatics think they are as well. And certainly they're smarter than the media think they are. Because for all their celebrity testimonials, all the Democrats, TikTok strategizing, all their late night TV schmoozing, Kamala, in the end, is still Kamala. She's still the same annoying candidate she's always been. And I ask you tonight, how can someone be simultaneously so untalented yet so arrogant? It's quite a feat. But understand this, if they lose and look, they can still win, but if they lose, it looks like more likely that they will. Democrats are going to rush to blame her, Kamala. But we should let them get off that easy, because if they lose, it's because they have run the country into the ground. And now that Kamala said there's no nothing she would have done differently than Biden. She certainly can't run away from the Biden record. So it's just hang in there. Overall, inflation is up almost 20 percent. All food is up 22 percent. Housing up 23. Energy almost 30 percent higher for Americans. Auto insurance 60 percent almost. It's higher than it was before under Trump. Oh, and wages. Oh, yeah. Real wages from when Trump left office to last month are also down. Although Obama is stumping for Kamala tonight in Pittsburgh, and we'll get to that, I'm asking, where's the hope and change in any of these dismal statistics? The fact is, Trump has a better record, a far better record on every major issue. And the fact is, Trump picked a better VP candidate than Harris did as well. Another fact is, Democrats refuse to change any of their horrid policies. And at the same time, they actually move further left on the social issues. It's worth remembering that back in 2008, Obama was the Democrat who was against gay marriage. And before that, Bill Clinton was for don't ask, don't tell in the military. But now Kamala thinks we should pay for sex surgeries for prison inmates. That's how far they've moved. Americans supporting Trump, they believe that if he becomes president again, their lives are going to get markedly better. But I think Democrats voting for Harris, most of them can't say the same. The only thing that holds them all together is their abortion obsession and their hatred of Donald Trump. But on the economy, on the border, no hope and no change. And that's the angle.

So the border crisis is a top issue for voters and in a shocking twist on 60 Minutes last night, Kamala Harris was actually asked in detail about the crisis to their credit, but of course she refused to answer not once, not twice, but three times. But the numbers did quadruple. And the numbers today, because of what we have done, we have cut the flow of illegal immigration by half. We have cut the flow of fentanyl by half, but we need Congress to be able to act. Was it a mistake? Here with more, Texas Governor Greg Abbott. For three years she told the country that the border was safe, the border was secure, the border is secure, the border is secure. I didn't go to the border, but I haven't been to Europe. And then suing you and going after Ted Cruz, who they're trying to defeat in Texas, because both you and Senator Cruz have been fighting to keep Texans and the country safe. Your reaction to that? Listen, Sean, I think that interview is disqualifying. She has no answer to what's going on in the border. She has three and a half years, almost four years now in office as vice president and cannot articulate what needs to be done to secure the border. But on top of that, she was flat out lying to the American public, because she talked about from day one, they had solutions. To be clear, from day one, what they did was to gut all of the policies that President Trump put into place that secured the border far more secure than it's been in about 40 years. And ever since then, what Harris has done is refused to do anything to implement any type of border security. She's had more than three years. If there's any American who thinks that once she's elected president, suddenly she will have some great solution to secure the border, they're grossly mistaken. On top of that, Sean, she didn't say anything about the thousands of criminals who've been released across our country under their watch, knowingly allowing them in, making America far more dangerous. The last thing I will say is this, she falsely took credit for the decrease in border crossings. Know this and the action that they supposedly took was this June, border crossings begin going down last year as because of the border security measures that Texas put into place from Brownsville to El Paso, illegal border crossings have now gone down in Texas by 85%. Because they've gone down so much in Texas, that's why they've gone down a lot across the United States of America. Governor, we have dozens of Americans that have been murdered by Harris, Biden illegals, raped victims of other violent crime. We have cartels, we have gang leaders, we have drug dealers, we have known terrorists that they have allowed into the country. We see the human toll, we see the financial toll, and she wants to give them all free housing, food, healthcare, education, legal driver's licenses, free college education, and free sex change surgery, and also amnesty or a path to citizenship as she calls it. That to me would be rewarding, law breaking, and people that don't respect our laws, borders, and sovereignty. Now, she's never answered that question. Sean, it's hard to imagine a border crisis getting worse than it currently is under the Biden administration, but worse it will get if Harris is elected. Because in addition to all of those enticements that you're talking about that would attract millions more people to come here illegally, the dangers that currently exist and the dangers that will exist under a President Harris are beyond the scale of what we can tolerate. Welcome to Hannity and tonight we begin with a warning for all Americans on the left and right, men in the middle, Kamala Harris cannot be trusted. Her only core value is her own personal, political gain and ambition. Now for decades Kamala has done and said pretty much anything to advance her political career. Now that includes padding her stats as a prosecutor. She sought, you know, she sought these cheap convictions, didn't seem to care about guilt or innocence. On the law, rapper Jamal Trulove, remember, wrongfully convicted of murder, sentenced to 50 years in prison. He said Kamala Harris, who was the San Francisco DA at the time, laughed in his face when the verdict was read. He ultimately won a large settlement over his conviction after it was overturned. Meanwhile, an elderly man named George Gage. He was convicted of sexual assault, but a judge has found Kamala's office withheld important exculpatory evidence that might well prove his innocence. But a new trial was never granted due to a technicality as Kamala fought to keep Gage behind bars. Why would you ever fight for, for somebody that has exculpatory evidence to be kept behind bars? She didn't care whether or not he was guilty or innocent. He just wanted to keep her conviction record intact. But once Kamala started to rise through the ranks of California politics, she quickly lost her appetite for throwing people in jail altogether and adopted the soft on crime politics. You know, today, why? Because of their popularity with California's far left base. Now with the country radical left and that far left base, she called on the criminal justice system to be fundamentally transformed, ending cash bail, legalizing drugs, expunging the records of thousands of felons, allowing convicts, including those on death row, oh, even the Boston bombers to vote from prison. She repeatedly vilified law enforcement calling on public safety. Let's reimagine public safety, fewer police, and demanding that resource officers be removed from schools. Why would you do that? She even compared policing to modern day lynchings and Jim Crow. I don't make this up. Here she is. When we say that America has a history of systemic racism, we mean that from slavery, Jim Crow laws, lynchings and policing, our institutions have done violence to black Americans and it has caused black Americans to be treated as less than human. We all know full well how this worked out in San Francisco. Crime is rampant. Stores are closing, homelessness, open air drug use, public defecation, urination pretty much everywhere. Kamala doesn't care because her soft on crime messaging helped her political career in the deep blue radical state of California, and in 2020 when Kamala desperately wanted to capitalize on the summer of love. What did she do? She encouraged deadly riots. They're not going to stop. They shouldn't stop. We're not going to stop. You might even call it an insurrection if your name is Liz Cheney. She even promoted a bail fund to get these violent criminals out of jail four days after police precinct was burned to the ground. Innocent people raped and murdered by violent offenders out on bail. Thanks to this insane bail fund that she supported, you know, they didn't have a lot of money. They raised over $40 million after her tweet went out. Kamala doesn't seem to care. She's only worried about advancing her own political ambition and career. That's why she accepted the job as Joe's running mate only a few weeks after calling him out as a racist. Remember, Joe partnered with the former Klansmen and he didn't want he didn't want the integration of schools. He thought public schools would become racial jungles. And she said, well, I was at that person. That's why she pretended that Biden was strong and vigorous when he was in a steep cognitive decline until the very moment Democrats sent him packing in a coup and coordinated her as the party's new nominee. If she really believed Biden was capable and really believed that he was the best man for the job. Well, why did she run to take a spot so quickly? Again, she doesn't care about truth, just personal advancement. Again, she's going to say and do anything to win an election. Now think about this for years. She has enthusiastically promoted far left policies only popular in deep blue states. She co-sponsored the $93 trillion end of capitalism green new deal in the U.S. Senate with Bernie Sanders. She co-sponsored with Bernie Sanders, Medicare for all universal health care, the elimination of private health insurance. You can't have the party of freedom says you can't have your own private health care. She called for illegal immigration to be decriminalized. She wants free housing, health care and education. And now amnesty for her illegal immigrants over 11 million unvetted Harris Biden illegal immigrants in the country. And many we now know have terror ties. Many come from countries with terror ties. Many come from our top geopolitical foes. She called Trump's border wall a medieval vanity project. She applauded AOC's plan to raise income taxes, 70 to 80 percent called for a mandatory gun confiscation. She said there's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking and drilling a disaster for our economy. It is the lifeblood of the economy of the world. It's called energy. But take a look at your screen because suddenly the very moment Kamala was elevated as the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, she supposedly now had an epiphany and has abandoned all of her long held radical, dangerous left wing view. She even reportedly went full MAGA on the border wall just this week. At least that's what the campaign is saying. Now, so far, Kamala has refused to tell us where she stands on almost anything. Now, if fake news CNN wants to be to pretend at least to be credible and be a news organization, Dana Bash will be playing Kamala in her own words and asking her about all her prior positions and all of her alleged flip flops tomorrow in that interview. Don't hold your breath. The American people deserve to know whether Kamala wants to turn the American health care system into what? The postal service? How's that working out for you? You know, isn't Social Security and isn't Medicare headed towards insolvency? What happened to that lockbox they always talked about? Now, the American people deserve to know if Kamala wants to dissolve our border, decriminalize the illegal immigration, offer free health care, housing and education. You deserve to know how much you will be paying in taxes under Harris Biden administration. She was up to recently was bragging about the great success that is known as Bidenomics. She's so proud of it. You know, one of her stated policy positions, Kamala is planning some of the largest tax increases in the history, not only of this country, but the world, including a doubling of the worldwide corporate minimum tax. Well, that would put us on par with every other country. And we'd have no companies would have no incentive to come here and create high paying jobs for American citizens. And then this insanity and unrealized gain on capital gains. In other words, if your stocks, if your property goes up in estimated value, Kamala wants you to write a check to the federal government and she wants you to write it today. And by the way, if you sell it and you didn't make money on it, do you get your money back? Even CNBC was mocking the proposal, humiliating one of Kamala's economic advisors in the process. Take a listen. Taxing unrealized gains just doesn't seem fair in any sense of the word. In the very best sense, in the very best sense, if you are taxing unrealized gains, all you're doing is pulling forward the taxes that would be paid later when someone actually sells the stock. I think that this reaction to unrealized gains is a little funny given that I bet that the majority of people watching right now are already paying a tax on unrealized gains. It's called a property tax. When the value of your home goes up, you pay higher taxes even if you don't sell your home. Your value of your home never moves the way the stock moves, the way something else moves. That's always the go to answer. You're arguing that this is some sort of foreign concept that's completely unknown. It's probably unconstitutional. It was never in anyone's intent to tax. It's not an income tax and it's never going to happen. Probably. Now maybe Kamala's tax on unrealized gains, maybe that's an election ploy, but if it's ever implemented, it would be an unmitigated disaster. Nobody, nobody, nobody would invest in any business in this country. All investment would stop a sloppy attempt at class warfare to win votes. But here's the thing about Kamala Harris. After years as the most liberal person in Washington DC, you know, even to the left of Bernie Sanders, which most Americans apparently don't know, we have to assume the worst because especially when Kamala Harris is doing everything under the sun to hide her true policies and beliefs and sharp contrast. We know everything about Donald Trump. We know what he believes. We know what he will do in office every day. He's doing interview after interview, press conference after press conference rally after rally. He's all over social media. He says what he believes the media criticizes him every day. And as the president, he followed through with his promises. So if you live in a battleground state, if you're in Georgia, by the way, governor Kemp is set to host a fundraiser for President Trump. Thank God he is. You can vote for someone who actually wants to make America safer, more prosperous, more affordable, and keep a system that is the greatest wealth creating system in the world intact. It's called capitalism. Or you could just roll the dice with a Marxist leftist socialist new green deal radical who is left of Bernie Sanders who will do or say anything for personal gain.
