We know that we have something really, really special. This will be one of the great wonders in golf. The possibilities are endless here. We're very blessed to work with this great bit of land. To work on a project like this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. This is the ultimate sandbox. You're trying to find the greatest features of thousands of great features and really utilize every single one of them on all of the holes. In the design process, we're trying to use the elements for creating this golf experience for the players going forward. What's unique about this course is it's a modern day lint. We've got the heat land, we've got the wet land. It's unique. It's going to be brilliant. We've assembled the most incredible team, the best in the game. Every single person on this job loves what they do. There's this teamwork between the contractor and the irrigation, the green keeper to produce something which is quite exceptional. This course is a journey, you start off in a lint environment, you then come into a different world again with water, with heather. Then you go into the drama of the dunes, the views are just unbelievable of the North Sea. It's an absolute privilege, I don't think we're ever going to get ground as good as us again. I'll never walk on anything like this again, it's a work of art. It will be spectacular.
