“TROUBLE FOR FANI?”
Video transcript
the luck of the Irish was all the Democrats had happy st. Patty's Day Trump chief legal spokeswoman Alina Haber joins me now so Alina how does today impact this legal situation you're having the legal situation I'm having shouldn't exist no matter who's sleeping with who let's start there Jesse we all know that I think that the fanfare and the craziness that miss Fannie Willis has brought to the table with mr. Wade has been quite honestly entertaining but distracting from the key fact of the case which is that president Trump did not do anything wrong this case was brought clearly by selective prosecution persecution and only for election interference we see that now what's more troubling today is that you know this judge we have has as you said punted he allowed an out but that doesn't mean that the case should still stand we had three counts dismissed against president Trump three counts dismissed against another defendant and that was a great start but let's not deny what's happened here Jesse this case was brought intentionally this year it's old as can be just like Stormy Daniels just like a lot of these cases that we've seen that are witch hunts to stop Trump from campaigning so while I appreciate all of it and it is quite entertaining I'll give you that I don't disagree with you I think that we can't be distracted from the fact that this case entirely should be thrown out miss Willis is clearly compromised the taxpayers should be outraged in the state of Georgia and they should take action against her when we eventually see these text messages and I believe we will see them and they show Fannie and her lover conniving maliciously prosecuting Donald Trump doing it for fame doing it for fortune doing it without any sort of judicial integrity what does that tell you not just about this case what does it tell you about all of the cases first let's start miss Willis went into a church a religious house if anybody has any morals or moral compass how dare you go into a religious house and cry racism that to me was the lowest point of all of this I have to be honest with you no matter what those texts say and I'm sure we'll see what they say and they will say what we think how does it relate to all these cases I hope it opens the door Jesse to us looking at all the da's all the AG's communications between the White House the administration and collusion between all of them in bringing these cases the same year even though some of these cases are years and years and years old had no investigation or investigations for years and then waited until he was the candidate and obvious candidate for the Republican Party and nominee so I would like it to open the door I hope we get those texts but let's look into everything I fear that we can't do that until we have a different administration in place but more importantly it's time for the American people to see the corruption I've seen the destruction I've seen to the judicial system it is deep they are coordinating and there is no question that her texts with mr. Wade are just the beginning yeah she can't prosecute Trump in the same courtroom that she perjured herself in when you do get a new administration if Donald Trump does win in November would you suggest he look into all of these prosecutions sees their phones these are government phones if you have a subpoena you should be able to see what they're writing you should be able to see what they're texting what they're emailing that would really uncover some of the illegal and prosecutorial misconduct which we believe has happened would you suggest you do that I suggest you absolutely dig deep and clean house number one number two more importantly Jesse I'm exhausted of seeing so many subpoenas come out people come testify in front of Congress and then nothing happens I want to see action I want to see people be held accountable for real crimes not this fake stuff that has to do with politics I'm not saying you go after one side over the other I'm saying clean house there is no room for politics at all in the judicial system I am a lawyer it shouldn't matter whether you're a Republican or a Democrat our legal system our Constitution are it's about America period so I would absolutely recommend that we take a look clean up and start from the top all right Alina Haber have a great weekend thanks so much for joining us on Jesse waters bring it to

How can Fani Willis possibly oversee a case which is completely compromised and fraudulently brought by her and her highly paid lover? She NEVER paid cash as a reimbursement to him. If she did, where did she get the cash, an even bigger problem? She lied in order to get out of a problem. Very easy to prove! Everything should be immediately dropped and let the American Patriots “go home.” Absolve them all from this terrible, and totally disproven, Witch Hunt! ELECTION INTERFERENCE in conjunction with the Crooked Joe Biden DOJ and White House!
The fact that Fani Willis and “Lover” Wade unquestionably started their relationship BEFORE the beginning of their FAKE case that was brought against me and many others, would unequivocally mean, according to virtually all legal experts and scholars, THAT THIS CASE IS OVER!
Based on the fact that District Attorney Fani Willis and her Lover were together long prior to the filing date of their Fake Lawsuit against me and many other innocent people, despite their sworn testimony to the contrary, this case must be determined as OVER and, of no further force or effect. Among other things, in close coordination and conjunction with the DOJ and White House (numerous 8-hour meetings between the Biden people and them in D.C.!), this case was all about stealing close to $1 Million Dollars for Lover Wade, and Election Interference, whereby a vicious and heinous attack is made on Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent. This has never happened in the U.S.A., it is the “stuff” of Third World Countries and Banana Republics!
They’re talking about the Georgia “Fani Scandal” all over the World. In fact, by far, it is trending #1. I can’t believe the Georgia State Judiciary, or the Governor, can be happy about this humiliating embarrassment. It was a FAKE CASE from the start, and now everybody sees it for what it is, a MAJOR LEAGUE SCANDAL! The legal pundits, experts, and scholars are all screaming that this Witch Hunt, which has hurt so many fine people and patriots, should be immediately terminated and permanently erased from everyone’s memory. The stench of what has happened should shame Georgia no longer. It should get back to GREATNESS, and FAST!!!
“FANI FALLS APART”
Video transcript
Welcome to Jesse Waters prime time tonight. - I'm not on trial, no matter how hard you try to put me on trial. - It is a lie, it is a lie. - Fanny and the lover boy in the hot seat, the Trump Georgia case falls apart. - They spider my campaign, they spider my campaign list. - There's no real evidence of that. - Of course there is, it's all over the place. - Obama and the CIA caught cooking the books, brand new bombshells. (dramatic music) - Whites are psychopaths. There's no discussion about the delusion and the perversion of whiteness. - Happy DEI Thursday. - Plus. - Happy Valentine's Day. (upbeat music) - Merry Christmas. - I know it's February, happy Black History Month. But today we were given a gift. A gift we didn't expect, but a gift we deserved. The woman responsible for Donald Trump's mugshot appeared in a Georgia courtroom today for a hearing about whether she should be disqualified. Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis, who's charging Trump with election interference, hired her lover to prosecute the case, paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars, which he used to take her on romantic vacations for an end domestic, and didn't disclose the relationship to anyone, and didn't report any of the gifts he gave her at all. When Fanny and her lover, Nathan Wade, were caught, they both lied to the court about when the relationship started, saying they started sleeping together after she hired him, and also claimed Fanny paid Wade back for all of the trips. But right as the hearing began, their entire defense blew up. When an eyewitness, Fanny's longtime friend and employee, testified under oath that she saw Fanny and Wade going at it. - Did you observe them do things that are common among people having a romantic relationship? - Yes. - Such as, can you give us an example? - Hugging, kissing, with affection. - All before November 1st of 2021, correct? - Yes. - That alone is grounds for Fanny's disqualification, and destroys the Trump Georgia case for at least two years. So Fanny and Wade's lie didn't even last until lunch. But as the hearing went on, we witnessed a hilarious display of some of the most preposterous lies and behavior that have ever been displayed in Fulton County. Fanny's lover boy took the stand and immediately got Alzheimer's. - Did you go to a cabin with Miss Willis, ever? - Ever. - Ever. - No. - You never go on a cabin with this. - No. - So lover boy got off to a slow start. And then he admitted he was going over to Fanny's condo all the time before she hired him, but not for sex, for documents. - Isn't it true that you would go to Miss Willis's house in South Fulton County? Occasionally. - I've never gone to her house in South Fulton County. - You've never gone to her house in South Fulton County. - I've never seen her house. - You've never gone to a condo in either the East Point or Hateful area with Miss Willis. - Wait, that's different. I have gone to a condo in Hateful. - You would have been there, as you indicated, for many reasons, right? - Yes. Miss Urdy resided there, went to visit her, maybe went to talk about a document that I received. - You would go to the condo to talk about a document that you received? - Absolutely. - Were any of the other attorneys visiting Fanny's condo, reviewing documents? No, just Wade. After Fanny paid 700 grand to prosecute Trump, Fanny and Wade traveled the world together. How did they pay for these romantic trips together? Wade put it on his corporate card. But don't worry, Fanny paid him back. They say, in more ways than one, their story is Fanny reimbursed her lover with cash. - You said in the affidavit that you roughly shared travel though, correct? - Yes, ma'am. - Okay. So this roughly sharing travel, you're saying she reimbursed you? - She did. - And where did you deposit the money she reimbursed you? - It was cash. She didn't give me any checks. - And so all of the vacations that she took, she paid you cash for? - Yes, ma'am. - And you purchased all of these vacations on your business credit card, correct? - Yes, ma'am. - Cash, how convenient. Now, I've met a lot of businessmen over the course of my career, and I've never encountered anybody who puts all of their romantic vacations on their corporate card, and has their boss, who they're sleeping with, pay them back in cash, and then deduct it as a business expense on their taxes. But Wade is a different breed. Wade says his law practice is mostly a cash business. - She was very emphatic and adamant about this independent, strong woman thing, so she demanded that she pay her own way. - Do you know the source of the cash? - Just that, out of her pocketbook, yes. - You don't know where she obtained the cash? - I didn't ask her. - And the whole time that she was paying you in cash, you never said, hey, why do you have this amount of cash? - Well, Mr. Seydow, in my practice, people come into my law firm all the time with cash. I never questioned where they got it. - So the lawyer who's allegedly saving democracy by prosecuting a former president, an unprecedented case in the history of the United States, is a personal injury attorney who runs a law practice where clients regularly walk into his office with briefcases of cash, and he doesn't ask any questions. - Did you go to the ATM with it? - No, sir, she didn't go to the ATM, she carried the cash. - Oh, and so she would give you the cash, and do you have a little place in your house where you just stack up all this cash that you apparently got to repay you for these benefits that you bestowed on her? - Mr. Gill, and if I answered that, I'm putting myself in jeopardy, that if I tell the world that I have cash someplace in my home, don't you think that that could be problematic? - All right, sir, who in the world would tell the world that they have cash at their house? More on that later. Now, after Wade had been totally discredited, Fanny's attorneys tried to prevent Fanny from being called as a witness. When out of nowhere, Fanny rumbles into the courtroom in hot pink and demands to take the stand. - And then suddenly, he's changing. She files, her file, Fanny introductory regulations. - Did you meet with Mr. Wade and talk to him about the motion that I filed to disqualify you? - On January, this first January motion? - Yes. - I don't know if you could say talked about. I probably had some choice words about some of the things that you said that were dishonest within this motion. So I don't know that it was a conversation. - As you know, Mr. Wade is a Southern gentleman. I mean, not so much. - For the next two hours, Fanny was a hot mess. Flailing and filibustering. - I'm not on trial. No matter how hard you try to put me on trial. I'm not a hospital witness. I very much want to be-- - Not so much that you're a hostel, Ms. Willis. It'd be an adverse witness. Your interests are opposed to Ms. Martians. - Thank you. - Martians are contrary to democracy, Your Honor. Not to money. - Has he ever visited you at the place you laid your head? - Well, let's be clear, 'cause you've lied in this. Just let me tell you which one you lied in, right here. I think you lied right here. No, no, no, no, no. This is the truth, Judge. And it is a lie. It is a lie. - Now, after the judge admonished everybody, Fanny admitted she and Wade had been dining out together for years before she hired him. - Maybe I went to his office once or twice, but maybe once. - And the purpose for going to his office would have been what? - Maybe we would've went to mellow mushrooms for pizza, or maybe he would've come for lunch. I'm sure we went by each other's office, though. But not often, not a lot. We both grinded. - Oh, grinding. But they went to more than just mellow mushrooms. They went to Latin America, the Caribbean. And this was the part of the testimony where Fanny was able to exhibit her intellectual credentials. Credentials that you'd expect the DA prosecuting the former President to have. - You also said that he was a world traveler and had been on many of the continents. - I've been to six. - Have you been on any of those continents with him? Besides this one. - Where's Belize? What continent is that? I'm not being funny, I don't know. - Let's say with the extension of-- - I've been to Belize with him. I've been to the Bahamas with him. I've been with Aruba with him. Don't embarrass me. I'm not sure what continents those are on. Whatever continents those are, that's where I've been. - Okay, Aruba's in South America. Belize is in North America. She sounds like she's on the streets getting quizzed by Johnny. They also went to Napa together. All of these trips going on Wade's business card. So what's Fanny paying for? - I paid for a bunch of stuff. I think we did two different wine tours that you do, which are pretty expensive. I think I bought him, he likes wine. I don't really like wine to be honest with you. I like gray goose. I bought him a bottle of wine while we were there and the sippings that you do, they would pair champagne, chocolate, and campaign chocolate and caviar. It was a three and it was like three different things. Sweden, Russia, someplace else, I'll make that up. But that was the most expensive thing. That trip did not cost me a lot of money. I might've took like $750 in cash on me 'cause we weren't gone very long. - The Fulton County DA is eating caviar in Napa while she's prosecuting President Trump. And her boyfriend paid for the flights with taxpayer money. Where'd Fanny get all the cash from anyway? - I always have cash at the house. That has been, I don't know, all my life. If you're a woman and you go on a date with a man, you better have $200 in your pocket. So if that man acts up, you can go where you wanna go. Where did that cash originally come from? - It came out of the bank. Cash is fungible. I've had cash for years in my house. - The money that you paid Mr. Wade, the cash, in October of 2022, you do not know where that money came from. - I do know where it came from. It came from my sweat and tears. - So the top law enforcement officer in Fulton County, Georgia just announced to the world that she keeps stacks of cash at her house. And she carries wads of cash with her to Belize, wherever that is. So Fanny proves she's not street smart or book smart and can't show any ATM withdrawals to prove where she got the cash to pay back Wade. Wade testified that he went to Fanny's condo to look at documents. Is that true? What else happened? - Yeah, I'm sure he came to visit. He came to visit. I can remember us going, I think the restaurants lickety split. I can remember him picking me up, want to lickety split and ordering some food and coming and sitting at my table and eating. So I remember times that he visited me at that condo. - Yes, lickety split. Gotta love that place. From Raisin, Rainbow Sprinkles, the best. Now at this point, the media had seen enough. - This is getting ugly and it's getting messy. And my guess is it's not gonna get better. - It's about lying to the court. It's about potential financial gain on the part of Fanny Willis. The issue is that her credibility is shot. It's a horrible, horrible look for her. I think this case is dead in the water. Fanny Willis lied to the court. It's game over for her. She will be disqualified. - Probably a bad idea to have two sleazy lying lovers waste taxpayer money on romantic vacations while prosecuting the president and then concoct the most unbelievable coverup in Georgia history. But what do you expect when the jury forewoman was a giggly wicken? - What would your reaction be if the DA decides against bringing any charges after what you've seen? - I will be sad if nothing happens. I will be frustrated if nothing happens. - And if it was just a perjury charge? - I will be happy as long as something happens. - These cartoon characters don't have the pedigree to be in the same courtroom as the former president. But remember, this isn't a Fanny and Loverboy scandal. It's a Biden scandal. The Loverboy, Fanny, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith's team, and New York Attorney General Letitia James have all been meeting with Biden's White House counsel, Biden's Justice Department, or with Kamala Harris. The Biden White House is overseeing the prosecution of his political rival, but just like everything Biden oversees, it's falling apart.

MSNBC JUST STATED GAME OVER FOR THE FAKE FANI WILLIS CASE IN GEORGIA. ANOTHER SCAM COORDINATED WITH THE BIDEN WHITE HOUSE FOR PURPOSES OF ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!
Fani Willis and her “Lover” perpetrated a conspiracy to Make Money, CHEAT & Interfere with the Presidential Election of 2024. This case is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia (and all of the rest!), and everybody in America knows it. Many innocent people have been seriously hurt by the “Injustice” Department, working with State and local lowlifes, to break the law. These corrupt cases must be unraveled and ended, NOW!!!
Fani Willis should immediately be forced to drop her corrupt PERSECUTION of me, and 19 other innocent people. This “case” was brought, it has just been learned, in Total and Complete Coordination with Crooked Joe Biden’s White House, and the DOJ. Her boyfriend/lover went to the White House on numerous occasions in order to coordinate their “Hunt for Trump,” and charged large fees in doing so. This is now a fully debunked and disgraced Witch Hunt that is a blight on the Great State of Georgia. The whole World is talking about it! I did nothing wrong and, to the best of my knowledge, neither did anyone else. This case must be dropped with apologies being made to all of those who were so unfairly treated!
https://dailycaller.com/2024/01/23/fani-willis-media-coverage-contract-trump-probe/
It has just been learned, contrary to repeated statements by Fani Willis, that she was, on her own volition and without proper approval, paying substantially more money per hour, and otherwise, to her Boyfriend/Lover than the Great State of Georgia was paying to other better and more qualified lawyers.
CLAY TRAVIS: “GEORGIA DA — IT’S A MASSIVE STORY…”
Video transcript
Clay Travis, founder of Outkick, and today I'm adding an attorney. What is your take on what's happening in Georgia? It's a massive story. I think if anything, this has been underplayed overall by the media. I think Harris, this is a dead prosecution. I think Fannie Will is going to have to step down. I think Nathan Wade is going to have to step down. And if the state of Georgia really gets into this investigation, which Governor Brian Kemp on down, everybody should be involved in this, I think it's possible there's a criminal prosecution against Willis herself based on these allegations. She tried to say that this was race-based, Harris, but by saying, "Oh, they're only focusing on one of the three attorneys that I hired to participate in this investigation." And my response to that will be, "Well, did you sleep with the other two as well?" Because until the allegations that you were sleeping with, a man that you funneled $650,000 in taxpayer money to, a man who may well have been unqualified to have the job in the first place, and also allegations, Harris, that she was traveling with him on extravagant vacations that were being paid for by the taxpayers of Georgia. If you were going to try and put the former president of the United States behind bars in an outrageous and unprecedented series of charges under Georgia state law, you need to be crystal clear yourself and have absolutely nothing in your background that is going to impinge on these prosecutions. I think these allegations by themselves, where often in the law, I can speak as an attorney here Harris, it's not only impropriety, it's the appearance of impropriety and the appearance that Fawny Willis broke up the marriage of a man she hired that she was sleeping with him and that she paid him $650,000 in taxpayer money, that is more than enough to cause an issue here. Wow, I don't know why I've never called on you as an attorney before. I'll of course with me doing it. All right, let's move to this. House Republicans plan a new round of subpoenas for Hunter Biden. After he did a 180 Friday, he finally agreed to sit down for a closed door deposition after blowing one off last month and then that whole stunt last week showing up uninvited to a House hearing, which by the way, Americans can do, but he skipped out on the subpoena. In a letter to Hunter's lawyer, Republicans wrote, "Although the committee's subpoenas are lawful and remain legally enforceable, we are prepared to issue new subpoenas compelling Mr. Biden's appearance at a deposition on a new date in the coming weeks." Hunter, with a couple of stunts when it comes to the subpoenas, again, he shocked the House panel by storming into his own contempt hearing that was going on in oversight. All right, I come back to you for your legal thoughts on this. We don't have a lot of time. Yeah, the only thing I can think is that Hunter Biden was going to try to argue that he wasn't defying the subpoena. He was just combating the method in which the deposition was going to take place and that was going to be a really difficult putt to sink from a legal perspective. And there was so much negative blowback from the White House and beyond that Hunter Biden finally decided, you know what, given the precedent that's been set already with Steve Bannon, I need to show up or I'm going to put the White House in an even more difficult position in the Department of Justice and Merrick Garland as well. And so basically he's folded and he's showing up now.

A sex scandal is rocking President Trump's case in Georgia. The Fulton County, Georgia district attorney, Fannie Willis, has been accused of appointing her lover as a special prosecutor in the case against Donald Trump. DA Fannie Willis is responsible for taking Trump's smoke shot, also allegedly financially benefited from hiring her lover, Nathan Wade, on that Trump case. This is according to a motion that was just filed by Wade, the co-defendant. Now, who is this romantic partner who Fannie Willis hired? He was just a private attorney who's never even tried a felony case. Even the Times says he has, quote, limited experience trying high-profile cases. But get this, Fannie's alleged lover has been paid nearly a million dollars in legal fees already. Who authorized the payments? Oh, that would be Fannie. Where'd she get the money? Oh, that's your money. Came from the taxpayers. They've allegedly gone on luxury vacations to Napa Valley, even taking Caribbean cruises. And Fannie isn't even denying that she's hired a guy she's sleeping with to prosecute Trump.

Page 3: It has been alleged that “Willis and Wade have been involved in a romantic relationship that began BEFORE Wade was appointed Special Prosecutor. It says they traveled together to Napa Valley and Florida, and they cruised the Caribbean using tickets Wade purchased from Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines [Were these tickets paid for, or were they a gift to this lovely couple?]…The motion also said the checks sent to Wade from Fulton County and his subsequent purchase of vacations for Willis could amount to honest services fraud, a federal crime in which a vendor gives kickbacks to an employer. It is also possible this could be prosecuted under the federal racketeering statute, the motion said.”…..
