January 20th cannot come fast enough! Everybody, even those that initially opposed a Victory by President Donald J. Trump and the Trump Administration, just want it to happen. It is my obligation to protect the People of our Country but, before we even begin, we have to think of the Inauguration itself. The weather forecast for Washington, D.C., with the windchill factor, could take temperatures into severe record lows. There is an Arctic blast sweeping the Country. I don’t want to see people hurt, or injured, in any way. It is dangerous conditions for the tens of thousands of Law Enforcement, First Responders, Police K9s and even horses, and hundreds of thousands of supporters that will be outside for many hours on the 20th (In any event, if you decide to come, dress warmly!). Therefore, I have ordered the Inauguration Address, in addition to prayers and other speeches, to be delivered in the United States Capitol Rotunda, as was used by Ronald Reagan in 1985, also because of very cold weather. The various Dignitaries and Guests will be brought into the Capitol. This will be a very beautiful experience for all, and especially for the large TV audience! We will open Capital One Arena on Monday for LIVE viewing of this Historic event, and to host the Presidential Parade. I will join the crowd at Capital One, after my Swearing In. All other events will remain the same, including the Victory Rally at Capital One Arena, on Sunday at 3 P.M. (Doors open at 1 P.M.—Please arrive early!), and all three Inaugural Balls on Monday evening. Everyone will be safe, everyone will be happy, and we will, together, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

But all of the horrible things that he's done, allowing the attack on Israel, which would have never happened, the attack on Ukraine, which would have never happened, the possible attack on Taiwan, which possibly will happen, losing our energy independence, but maybe most of all for purposes of immunity and going after Joe Biden is allowing millions and millions of people to pour into our border, coming from jails and prisons, coming from mental institutions and insane asalas, and terrorists coming by the thousands. If I don't have immunity, then no other president would have immunity, and Joe Biden certainly wouldn't have had immunity. Would he, as an example, have immunity for all of the money he took from Russia or for all of the money he took from China or Ukraine? Would he have immunity for the fact that he got rid of a prosecutor who was very unfriendly in Ukraine for a billion dollars and he's going to hold the money unless they get rid of him and they got rid of him very quickly? Well, would he be prosecuted under that act, which is all on tape? Amazingly, he let it be on tape. Very illegal what he did. That's called quid pro quo. You remember that term? They used it on me. But I was totally innocent, and it was proven so. I was totally innocent. They impeached me, and I was totally innocent. But he said, "You're not getting $1 billion unless you get rid of the prosecutor who's unfriendly to perhaps Hunter." And you know what? That's a terrible, terrible thing he did. So if I don't have immunity, he doesn't have immunity. And by the way, the statute of limitations goes back six years and sometimes more than that. Thank you very much.

He's Trump, number one, but number two, he is practiced and ready. He has been performing at a very high level in the 2016 cycle, in the 2020 cycle, and now in 2024, media interviews, friendly interviews, hostile interviews, going to CNN, town halls, all that kind of stuff. You know, you sharpen yourself when you get tested, and he's tested a lot. Let's see, in the rallies, out there, all the time, meeting with the people, seeing them, seeing them react, seeing what's on their mind, gauging, testing, it all works. And this doesn't get enough attention. His staff, Jason Miller, his senior, I think he's the actual campaign chief. In 2024, he's there. In 2020, it was the same guy, Jason Miller, all the way back to 2016. It's not only him, but a lot of other people have been around the entire time. He knows them, he trusts them. They have also gotten better. They have, you know, you screw up initially, and then you realize, okay, we're not going to do that again. They have gotten better and better and better. Joe Biden, number one, he's never really been tested as far as, well, in recent history, he hasn't been tested. The 2020 campaign, safe in the basement, can't go outside, or else you'll spread COVID and all that stuff, right? The silly circles, and who's on his team? I bet you Joe doesn't know the name of his own campaign manager. It's somebody named Julie Chavez Rodriguez, okay? Where was she four years ago? She was a political director for the Kamala Harris campaign. Not when she was running for vice president, when she was running for president.
