It all comes out of Washington because they're losing badly, you know they're losing very badly, you do know that. They're losing badly in the polls. I think they're gonna see some numbers coming out now, even higher. People don't like the persecution, they don't like what's going on, they don't like these fake prosecutors. Deranged Jack Smith, the whole group of them. And I think you're gonna see some big changes being made. You know what we're going to be doing, right? We're gonna be saving America. They hope that keeping Donald Trump off the campaign trail and any sort of details that emerge, that will all turn the tide for Biden in November. You cannot risk, after all, the people actually choosing their own president. Can't do that, especially when new polling shows that Trump is leading Biden in five of six swing states. Now, according to Echelon Insights on behalf of the Heritage Foundation, he's up 10 in Georgia, seven in Nevada, six in Michigan and in Arizona, and he leads Biden by four in Pennsylvania. Biden nips Trump by one point in Wisconsin. And it must have killed Axios to report on a New York Times/Ciena College poll that was just out. The poll found a big increase, nine points, and registered voters who believe that Trump left the country better off. We're going to dive more into this later in the show. But, look, everyone knows that this case against Trump, like the Fulton County and the classified docs, January 6th case, none of it would be happening if Trump had retired from politics after the 2020 election or if Trump was one of those politicians who just played ball with the establishment. And most honest people know that a fair election, where campaigns actually happen, Trump gets to actually speak to people coast to coast without the distraction of all these lawfare attacks. Well, that would likely end in Biden's electoral humiliation. Again, they can't risk that happening. Just as the Democrats hoped that the Russian collusion investigation would be their insurance policy in 2016, they think that these cases will be their insurance policy in 2024. Now, think of Manhattan for a minute. It's a bastion of liberalism, where registered Democrats outnumber Republicans by nearly 10 to 1, and where looters are given payouts instead of prison time. Of course, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, he's perfect for the place, himself one of the most far-left prosecutors in a country of left-wing prosecutors. Now, the violent criminals stalking, beating, raping, murdering innocent New Yorkers, they have never been Bragg's priority. Since taking his job in 2022, he's been most impassioned about one cause, and that's taking down Donald Trump by any means necessary. And, of course, attempting to portray his 34-count indictment as doing the people's work. -At its core, this case today is one with allegations like so many of our white-collar cases, allegations that someone lied again and again to protect their interests and evade the laws to which we are all held accountable. As this office has done time and time again, we today uphold our solemn responsibility to ensure that everyone stands equal before the law. No amount of money and no amount of power changes that enduring American principle. -Oh, yeah. The only thing enduring in his case is his own radicalism. But at its core, the Bragg case is just a brazen exercise in election interference, New York style.

What I wanted to ask you, you know this game so well. I mean, I personally feel like somebody like Leticia James and even this judge should face disbarment for the behavior that we've seen in this case because it is so flatly ridiculous. I doubt that happens in New York because of just how politically charged everything is. But wouldn't you think that, I mean, haven't they done enough in your opinion to lose their license, to practice law? I mean, this is an outrage. - Yeah, and you know, this judge, to go to the judge first, he's been reversed five times in the Trump case by the appellate court. And you know, he's subject to the judicial qualifying commission. So he could, they could go after him. And of course the bar could go after Leticia James. But you know, I think New Yorkers are sick and tired of it. And I think they may have gone too far this time because people are seeing it, businesses are seeing it. So many corporations are saying now, look, if they can do this to Donald Trump, they can do this to me. It was unprecedented what they did. She campaigned on going after him. And as a former AG, when you have a conflict, you get off the case. Even if it's a perception of a conflict here, she has an actual conflict because she has admitted she is out to get Donald Trump. And that was the focus of her job. You know, crime is rampant in New York, yet she was sitting in a civil trial smiling the entire time, wasting her time when people are getting robbed on subways. She could be out there helping kids who are addicted to drugs, fighting human trafficking, going after basic crime in New York, yet she was going after him. So, you know, there may be a different climate now after all this in New York, 'cause it's certainly backfiring on them in my opinion. - It certainly is, she's awful. She knows she's awful. - Horrible. - This case is trash and she knows that. - Horrible. - The fact that we could see former President Trump in a courtroom in the midst of this election, which is what we're gonna see here in just a couple of weeks, it seems, he's already the nominee and he's gonna have to sit there and be scrutinized over an alleged payment to a porn star from 20 years ago. I mean, if it wasn't bad enough, if people aren't already awakened to this, this is the guy that right now is clearly the leading candidate, doing far better than the incumbent President of the United States, and he's gonna have to sit through this in addition to this ridiculous case where there is no victim at all. - Yeah, and you know, Rod, remember, this thing's been around for years. It's a joke. The Elections Commission refused to look at it. They declined at the Southern District of New York. They declined to prosecute it, to look at it. Yet now, they've revived it all of a sudden that he is the leading candidate. You know, if he wasn't running for office, none of this would be happening. We all know this. But you know, a prosecutor, it's not the prosecutor's right to rush something to trial. The defendant has the right to speedy trial. They dubbed tens of thousands of documents on President Trump and all his defense team was asking for was a continuance. Number one, so they can review all these documents, and number two, because otherwise, it is election interference. He can't be out campaigning. He has to be sitting in that courtroom every single day, months before the presidential election. So hopefully, this will get appeal. I know they're going to appeal it. And hopefully, this case will get continued until after the election. And ultimately, this will also get dismissed. - The irony is, is that honestly, him sitting in that courtroom might be more powerful to voters than making campaign speeches. You know, politicians, they make the same campaign speech over and over and over again. This could probably be more impactful. And it just, you envision an inauguration speech where he thanks Jack Smith, Arthur Angaron, Letitia James, and all the people that did so much to help him get elected to the presidency, because that's exactly what these people are doing. And it's amazing that they're too stupid to see it at this point. I can understand that they were too stupid to see it six months ago. Back in New York, a bad day all the way around for fake news CNN and the lunatic fringe at MSDNC panicked his belief at the far left networks and of course all the mainstream media mob. Why? Donald Trump scored a major legal victory out of New York. Now, the state appeals court slashed his record-setting bond from the attorney general's bogus civil fraud case from an unprecedented half a billion dollars to, well, $175 million, still a very high number, but Trump is prepared to pay it with cash. Take a look. We appreciate and respect the appellate division very much and we will, I think, do very well in that whole thing. We have a judge who I believe is a crooked judge and a crooked attorney general, absolutely crooked. We did nothing wrong at all, 100%, and that was proven and everybody there said it was proven. All you have to do is read the legal scholars and you see there was proven, but we will continue with that, but we appreciate very much the decision of the appellate division. Thank you very much. By the way, this was a case about valuations, the worst valuation or the biggest abuse of evaluation that came from the judge in this case and Goron, who till this day sticks to and maintains that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million, not even close, as we have pointed out many times on this program. The attorney general's dream of seizing Trump Tower and other Trump properties to cover his bond before an appeal, that is now dead and the far left zealots over at MSDNC, they are not taking it well. For him, he gets his own set of rules. Donald Trump is facing dozens of criminal and civil charges, including some that have never been tried in a court of law. Many of these charges levied by his political opponents, DOJ, that is the weaponization of Joe Biden's DOJ. And during the height of a presidential campaign, wow, these are unprecedented times. Now, the state of New York was attempting to seize his business before he could even file an appeal. And according to MSDNC, he's receiving preferential treatment. Really? Okay. Yeah, it's preferential from their point of view. Meanwhile, over the weekend on fake news, CNN, radical leftist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that America would be put at risk if the state of New York did not seize Donald Trump's assets. Take a look. I think that what we are dealing with politically is the much larger and much more grave and serious pressure of having this judgment against Donald Trump and him being in this degree of debt and the financial pressures that he is under and what he is subject to do in order to obtain those assets. I actually think that whether, I actually think that there is risk in not seizing these assets and the open window that exists in him trying to secure these funds through other means. Now, so far, the radicalist plan to derail Trump through lawfare, as we call it, is not going as expected. In the state of Georgia, anti-Trump DA Fonny Willis was strongly rebuked by a superior court judge as a potential liar who exhibited unprofessional behavior in and out of court. Now, Fonny Willis says she has done nothing wrong and is now vowing to fight on against Donald Trump. Quote, "The train is coming." Watch out. Take a look. I don't feel like my reputation needs to be reclaimed. Let's say it for the record. I'm not embarrassed by anything I've done. You know, I guess my greatest crime is I had a relationship with a man, but that's not something that I find embarrassing in any way. And I know that I have not done anything that's illegal. All while that was going on, we were writing responsive briefs. We were still doing the case in the way that it needed to be done. I don't feel like we've been slowed down at all. I do think that there are efforts to slow down this train, but the train is coming. Vengeance is mine, say Fonny Willis. Now, amid all the chaos, the first criminal trial against Donald Trump, it now has a start date. That would be April the 15th. This is a highly unusual case out of New York. You might remember, recall that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg used what was a bizarre, unprecedented legal mechanism, never really fully explained it. He did it to override the statute of limitations and upcharge certain misdemeanors as felonies, all related to how certain Trump organization documents were labeled. It sounds convoluted because it is now. The case is so far fetched that even federal prosecutors under Biden, they declined to bring charges and their lead witness not exactly have much credibility when it comes to the issue of truth. But that's where we are as a country, anti-Trump prosecutors. They want to cook up their charges and far left radical districts, venues where Donald Trump likely can't get a fair trial and they want to use our system of justice as a political weapon, in this case against the Republican presidential candidate. And despite tremendous abuse of power, Donald Trump is the Republican nominee. He's now leading in the polls.

And I think it's because Trump continues to surge in the polls, Biden continues to take a nosedive in the polls, and this continues, the investigations that Republicans are doing continue to get closer to Joe Biden.
