Interesting development. - I began observing the process of ballots at several counting boards. I quickly noticed that none, and I mean none, of the names who were being scanned from the ballots were in the electronic poll books. All of the names that were found were found in the supplemental sheets. We know that the poll books, the electronic poll books, were updated on Sunday, November 1st. That meant that all of these new ballots had to have been brand new registered voters on Monday, November 2nd, or Tuesday, November 3rd. I found it very hard to believe that tens of thousands of people had registered in just two short days, so I began writing down the names on the ballots immediately after they were scanned by the computer poll worker. As soon as I began, I was severely obstructed by five different persons that I could no longer, such that I could no longer continue my legal responsibility as a poll challenger. These five persons comprised of a poll worker, a supervisor, an uncredential person, a Democrat challenger, and one of the top leaders of the AVCB. The details can be found on my affidavit. Does anyone believe that 30 or 40,000 new voters were actually signed up legally in two days? - Yeah, and what have you seen? - I've seen ballots that don't belong to anybody. They don't throw up in the voter registration. There's no name attached to them. - And what are they doing with those ballots? - I'm challenging them, and they're supposed to put them in a box to be evaluated, but then multiple ballots that have several different numbers, one person with different numbers. We have whole lists of them. We're writing everything down all day long. - So are they improperly filled out, and you're looking to disqualify them? - Yes, they're improperly filled out if they have no name, if they don't have a home, or if the person was born in 1921, but registered to vote in 1900, that kind of doesn't make sense. - But that's not on the ballot. When you vote, your ballot is just the balls in which you have on there. What are you seeing? Are you seeing people's registration forms? So on the tables, you have the ballot, and then you are able to see next to them on a computer screen whose ballot that is. - Sometimes the ballot itself has no name, but the ballot is filled out. And then if we go into the registration file, we find the person that was born in 1921, and there's a lot that's not right. - What's wrong with being born in 1921? - But registering to vote in 1900, 21 years before you're born. - Only a few of the most egregious items witnessed. I was not allowed to perform my job, and from what I observed were any of the GOP challengers in accordance with Michigan laws. We were constantly prevented from getting close enough to see what was going on with respect to the ballots. Procedures were not being properly followed when we brought these to the attention of the supervisors. Our concerns were dismissed and ignored. We observed ballots being backdated from 11-4 to 11-2, and data being entered into the computers for these mail-in ballots. Poll workers were entering ballot information from new mail-in ballots, including dates of birth of 1/1/1900 into the electronic poll books and processing those ballots for tabulation. The information wasn't in either the electronic poll book or the paper supplement book prior to that. Dead people were voting. I sent a website to that effect, and the list that they had up to that date was 17,327 randomly checked Michigan voters that were registered for voting and were above the age of 80. Every name on this list has voted in the 2020 election, check for yourself, and has also been found in one or more of the obituaries online. This is the most important election in my lifetime, and I think the most important election in the history of our republic. - Yeah, poll book, why don't you look at the registered voters on there? How many registered voters are on there? Did you, do you even know the answer to that? - No, I guess I'm trying to get to the bottom of this here. - Zero, zero, there's zero. - So my question then is if the-- - Guess how many, wait, what about the turnout rate? 120%. - Let's let Representative Johnson ask his question a little bit.

And we're going to see that our foreign adversaries have monkeyed with our system more than we knew, more than those driver's licenses coming into Chicago that you helped get all of us to understand about a few months ago about trying to sending fake driver's licenses to help Joe Biden in. There are going to be significant efforts by foreign power, some friends, some enemies that were trying to meddle in the system, and they got pretty far down that path. And I think when senators realized their state could have been targeted, when senators realized that the intention of the identities of some of their voters might have been assumed, I think there's going to be a different debate in America. I think if the president takes the time to educate people and show them that maybe the stories we got from the last leadership weren't true, I think he's going to pick off the votes and then the American people are going to put some pressure on John Thune and they're going to surgically implant a stiff back and he's going to change that filibuster for this particular thing. Make it a standing filibuster, make the Democrats talk till they drop and then we'll get a vote in the summer. But I think there's some big, significant, and very troubling revelations about the vulnerabilities of our elections that the president is about to unveil on the American public.

The FBI executing a search warrant at the Fulton County Elections Office where ballots are stored yesterday as part of a probe in the 2020 presidential election where Joe Biden got 81 million votes. And our next guest was there filming FBI agents loading boxes into trucks and confronting Fulton County Commissioner Dana Barrett, who's now running for Secretary of State in Georgia. This means if this woman wins, she'll be in charge of all future elections. We went around Fulton County the last few weeks and we see that people are currently registered to vote in places like empty lots, homeless shelters that closed 10 years ago. What would you do if you become Secretary of State to address that? I'm not going to reply to conspiracy theories. It's not conspiracy. It's a current, you can currently go on to voter rolls, purchase them for $45 and go there with us. We will gladly take you if you want to. I appreciate what you're saying. I'm not going to respond to conspiracy theories. One of the most important counties out there in the United States. I think what you're doing is extremely dangerous. Commissioner, if you're going to be running for Secretary of State and that involves maintaining clean voter rolls, one of the most important counties out there in the United States. I had no idea who this lady was when she arrived to the scene, but the way she sounded when she arrived to the scene seemed like she was important. And I know that there's only one Republican on that committee that oversees the states or the counties commission. And of course, right away I asked her, what are you going to do since you're running for Georgia Secretary of State Office, what are you going to do about the voter rolls? And the fact that she called me a conspiracy theorist right away is outrageous. All you have to do, as I said in that video, is purchase the voter rolls and you can do the same thing actually offered to take her and show her so she doesn't even have to spend the $45. Although I know she has it. She makes about $500 a week or a month in her elected role right there. But I have no idea why we were still trying to figure why Democrats especially act this way when you ask him such a simple question. I don't get it, especially six years after the 2020 election. Why are they so defensive? The last time you were on, you told us about the thousands of people who are allegedly registered to vote all across Georgia in abandoned homes, UPS stores, churches, parking lots, under bridges. We reached out to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and he gave us this statement, quote, as Secretary of State, I've made Georgia the best, most secure state for fair elections by using every available tool to keep our voter rolls accurate, including citizenship verification and systems that flag voters potentially registered at business addresses or mailbox stores. He's running for governor. Now, do you agree with anything he said in that statement? No, not at all. Maybe they're doing a good job making sure these people don't end up voting, although it seems through various FOIA requests of people have submitted that people do end up actually submitting election ballots, especially in the 2020 election from there. But our main issue, what we're trying to resolve here with the state, especially with the Secretary of State's office, is why is it so simple for me to go there and see for myself that obviously nobody lives there. But based on the Secretary of State's registration rolls, people are actively registered to vote from there. Why wouldn't they just simply go investigate and purge and why every time we bring this up to them, like we brought this up to the Secretary of State, why does he have to respond like this? Yeah. He went on to say that Congress must, quote, update the National Voter Registration Act, as I've repeatedly called for, so that voters can be removed immediately once they're determined to be ineligible. It doesn't take Congress to do that, does it? We know that. Why can't he do that right now as Secretary of State? It would be great if you'd come on Newsmax on your show, perhaps, and actually answer these very simple questions, right? Yeah, we've invited him on, repeatedly. We've invited him on. Yeah, absolutely. And I know that he keeps turning down all inquiries, especially after we brought this back into light. And I'm sure after the FBI raiding the Fulton County's election office yesterday, he seriously doesn't want to cover this at all or talk about this, especially as he's running for governor of Georgia. It's a very simple question, Secretary of State. Why are people actively registered to vote in places like empty lots? It's very simple to remove them, as you said, Rob. A little more than 11,000 votes in Georgia in 2020. This is clearly a state where every vote matters. These are questions that everybody should want definitive answers to. Here's another Fulton County official reacting to the FBI asking questions about who is registered to vote in Fulton County. Take a look. This is an attempt to take your vote away. This is all about November 2026, about the primary on May 19th and then the November election. He does not want the midterm elections to take away his power. So he's trying to create chaos. So this is what he does. Chaos in Minnesota, chaos in Fulton County. We are a target. Protect your vote at all costs. I'm telling you, everybody always says your life depends on it. Oh, your life does depend on it this time. Okay. And this is getting the attention of the White House. The president reposted our last segment together. He's aware of this. He's aware of what's going on. I think he wants answers to. I think he's wanted answers for a long time. Again, do you have any sense as to why these people might be so defensive about this one single issue? That's something that we're still trying to investigate. We're figuring it out and it always revolves around money, but we don't want to make any claims, especially here that we're not fully believe in yet, but we're definitely investigating that. But for the commissioner, again, open invitation to her and everybody that's an elected official in Georgia, come around with us, see these places for yourself. Now we know there was a second country that was more deeply involved in meddling into the election. The FBI in August 2020, so three and a half months before the votes were cast that put Joe Biden in the presidency, that FBI believed that China had begun a mass operation to produce fake U.S. driver's license and move them to the United States and have Chinese citizens here on our side, both legally and illegally, go out and get fake mail-in ballots and vote to try to elect Joe Biden. By the way, the FBI intelligence says this Chinese operation from a Chinese intelligence source that the FBI was handling was designed to help Joe Biden beat Donald Trump. It's very important. That was the intention. Sensational video and photo evidence has emerged, exposing a factory in Guangdong producing 500,000 blank American ballots. The Gateway Pundit and online news publication confirmed that the video was provided by Venez A. Olivetas, a third-generation member of the Chinese Communist Party. Venez tweeted on November 9 that the printing plant in Guangdong, China, was printing out fake ballots, which were then mailed to Canada and Mexico under the name of medical supplies between August and October 2020 and from there flown into the United States. The release video of the phone call to a Chinese manufacturer requesting a bulk order of fake US 2020 ballots has been revealed by the Gateway Pundit. Here is the translated recording between the caller and the ballot printing company. [JAPANESE] The intelligence was strong enough to send out to all of the intelligence agencies and then a few days later it was called back on the auspices that they wanted to re-interview the source. Now the source was re-interviewed a second time, stuck to its story. In the meantime, the Customs and Border Patrol, a border protection agency, intercepted 20,000 of these fake driver's IDs, essentially corroborating the intelligence. But the Biden administration, the Chris Ray FBI, they simply covered this up. And for five years we were kept in the dark until this intelligence document was sent last night to Chuck Grassley from Cash Patel. China saw mail-in ballots as an enormous vulnerability during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our enemies look for weaknesses, not for strengths. They don't look for the hardest thing to do. Now lots have happened since 2020 and with all of the voter ID and other things we've tightened up laws in several states and where we've tightened up the laws in the states, people vote more because they have greater confidence in the system. And in any state that doesn't have their mail-in voting to the proximal best security measures, there's a foreign enemy looking to exploit it right now. This morning, HSI Miami, along with our state and federal partners, FDLE, DSS, and USCIS, arrested a permanent resident who is a Haitian national and a convicted aggravated felon. She was arrested for unlawful voting and casting a false ballot. This evidence demonstrates, and it's through eyewitness testimony that's been corroborated by others through their eyewitness statements, that 130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, New York to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared. What happened on October 21st was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence. I know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania. At first, I didn't think it was a big deal. In fact, I thought it was really awesome. I really did. I was like, "Sweet, I'm doing something for the presidential race. This is cool." But as things became weirder, I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. At this point in time, we have already confirmed tens of thousands of fake voters of illegally cast ballots, and I'm speaking about the November 3rd election, and think of how that would affect the down ballot voting also. We're talking senators, congressmen, local elections. affecting all of the ballots.

Why would a thousand people be registered to vote from one single location? 201 Washington Street, Southwest, and when you come here you realize that this is actually a church. What was happening when we were looking through the voter registration list from the previous election cycle is I noticed well over a thousand people registered from one single location. Come to find out it's a church. When we looked into it further, we realized what was actually happening here. It's actually a very well organized plan by Democrat donors like George Soros. George Soros poured in millions into an organization here in Atlanta that did what? They went around this entire place and signed up all the homeless people. It's during the day right now so you don't see all the homeless people but usually this place is filled with homeless people so an organization that supports Democrats received money from people like George Soros to go and register homeless people to be able to vote from one single place. And to make things even crazier, if we turn around this place is directly across the Georgia Capitol. All it took for me is to find the voter list and to see why is there more than a thousand people able to register from one place to realize that something is wrong here. The building right next to 201 Washington Street is actually a Catholic church. Well guess what? This place, 48 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Southwest, has registered over 2,000 people to vote from one single location. And guess who it was? It was a progressive organization signing up homeless people that are literally right across the street. It's freezing here in Atlanta. It's actually 35 degrees at 1 p.m. but usually all of this area is filled up with the homeless people. And again we're outside one of these mega churches that ended up registering more than a thousand people to vote from just one single place.

Attorney Scott is representing the recall campaign in its litigation and potential litigation and representing it in the matters of WEC. And just for a little bit of background, when I had the investigation into the 2020 election, you know, I couldn't get one lawyer from Wisconsin who was willing to work on the investigation because they were all frightened of no offense, but what the press would do to them and what the opposition would do to them. And it seems wrong that there should be opposition to finding out what happened in an election, but there it is. So ever since then, I have to tell you, I've got a lot of respect for Attorney Scott. I'm very grateful that to work with him and that he is my friend. So we stand before you today, united in our resolve to uphold the principles of democracy and to ensure that the voices of the people are heard. The recall petition against Speaker Robin Voss is a testament to the power of the people and their right to hold their elected officials accountable. We demand that the Wisconsin Elections Commission set a date for the recall election, and that date, according to the statutes, is July 30, 2024. Our efforts to gather the necessary signatures have been met with numerous challenges and unfounded allegations. Despite these obstacles, we've successfully collected over 9,000 signatures, well above the required threshold of 6,850. These signatures represent the voices of the citizens of the 63rd Assembly District who demand change and accountability. It's crucial to address a fundamental issue with Speaker Voss's challenge to our recall petition. You know, Robin Voss did not follow the law, and his response to WEC, his challenge to the petition, may not be lawfully considered by WEC. According to Wisconsin Administrative Code EL-20-035, the complainant, not the complainant's representative, shall verify the allegations of the complaint. The complainant verifies the complaint by signing a statement under oath before a notary public or other person authorized to administer oaths. This requirement clearly states that a lawyer cannot sign the challenge on behalf of the complainant. However, Voss did not sign the complaint and instead allowed his attorney to do so on his behalf. Voss's failure to comply with this requirement makes his challenge procedurally deficient and void and illegitimate. Despite this, Speaker Voss has attempted to subvert the democratic process by challenging the validity of our petition through his attorney. He has alleged but shown no evidence of fraud and procedural irregularities, and we stand firm in our commitment to the truth. The signatures we gathered are legitimate, and the people who signed our petition did so with full knowledge of its purpose. Excuse me. It's important to note that even after their extensive challenges, Voss's team seems to have conceded in their filings with the Wisconsin Elections Commission that we have gathered enough signature to meet the required threshold of 6,850 for a recall election. This acknowledgement by Robin Voss's own team further underscores the validity and legitimacy of our recall petition. The burden of proof when it comes to challenging signatures is, was, and will always be always has been on Voss's team to substantiate any claims they make against our petition. They have repeatedly tried to shift the burden onto the electors of the 63rd District despite their challenge being void. They have not proven or even had any evidence of their allegations. Despite their best efforts to undermine our petition, they have failed to present any credible evidence to support their claims. Now we have to highlight a critical issue that undermines the fairness of this process. Attorney James Wateka of the Wisconsin Elections Commission has been providing guidance to Robin Voss's legal team, potentially subverting the statutes and laws designed to ensure a fair recall process. How can we expect a fair shot at this recall when Voss's attorney openly states he's being guided by Weck and Administrator Wolf? You know, I say that because we received from Attorney Fernholtz, who represents Robin Voss, an email exchange that he had with Attorney James Wateka, who is the senior lawyer at the Wisconsin Elections Commission. He's the boss of the lawyers. And I see that Attorney Fernholtz puts his request to bend the rules to Attorney Wateka at 9.02 p.m. So does Robin Voss's attorney have Jim Wateka's personal cell phone? This is not working hour, usual working hours for Weck. And in fact, Attorney Wateka responded about 12 minutes later at 9.15 p.m. and says, "Matt, Administrator Wolf and I have conferred and she granted both of your requests." This leapt out at me because a few weeks ago, I reached out to the lawyers at the Wisconsin Elections Commission to say, "Why haven't you assigned District 63 as the proper district for recall when the Constitution says that it's the electors of the district that elected the Representative who has the right to recall the Representative?" And I went through some back and forth emails with a younger lawyer and then finally I said, "Listen, I know you're not empowered to answer this question or something like that. I know that your answer and my conclusion are going to be different, but what I do not understand is your mental process. I don't understand your points of reference here as to how you're arriving at your conclusion. Would you just please let me know that?" Well, I don't get a return email from the younger lawyer. I get a return email from Jim Wateka who tells me quite smartly, "Well, as you know or should know whatever he said, all of those decisions have to be made by the Commission." All right, so that's for me when I call on behalf of the recall campaign, but when Matt Fernholz calls on behalf of Robin Boss to protect him from having to face a recall, he gets right through not just to Jim Wateka. Wateka didn't say anything to me about, "Let me confer with Megan Wolfe," or "Let me talk with some of the Commissioners," or "Here, why don't you take these steps?" That's why I say one of my first recommendations at the end of that investigation was to abolish WEC. Just as I believe that Robin Boss is the worst of politics, I believe that WEC is the worst of all government bureaucracies. They act as a law unto themselves. They favor one party over the other. Robin Boss's lawyer gets free access to WEC senior lawyer at nine o'clock at night, and I'm lucky if I get a response via email telling me that they're not going to answer my question. It's particularly troubling that this recall was initially driven by Speaker Boss's protection of Megan Wolfe from impeachment. Now it looks even worse that Megan Wolfe and the Wisconsin Elections Commission are seemingly going against the law and the statutes to assist Boss in fending off this recall. This situation not only undermines any trust left in our democratic institutions, but also highlights a serious conflict of interest that must be addressed. We cannot and will not allow the voice of the people of the District 63 to be silenced. This recall is not just about one individual. It's about the fundamental right of the citizens to hold their elected representatives accountable. The attempts to dismiss our petition and deny the people their constitutional right to recall election are unacceptable and undemocratic. The allegations of fraud have been thoroughly debunked. The claims of out-of-district signatures have been disproven by John Van Haden's meticulous work which Attorney Scott submitted to the Wisconsin Elections Commission on behalf of the recall. He demonstrated that the vast majority of the signatures in question were indeed from legitimate residents of the 63rd Assembly District. Furthermore, the instances labeled as fraud were merely citizens assisting their loved ones in signing the petition, a practice that is both legal and ethical, and was noted on the sheet or on a document accompanying the sheet at the time by the person who collected the signature. It's clear that our petition is valid and it's time for the Wisconsin Elections Commission to act. We demand that the Wisconsin Elections Commission set the date for the recall election of Tuesday, July 30, 2024. The people of the 63rd Assembly District have spoken and their voices must be heard and honored. Any further delay is a direct affront to their constitutional right and a betrayal of the democratic principles we hold dear. Let's not forget that this recall is about preserving the integrity of our elections and democracy and ensuring that our elected officials are accountable to the people they serve. The Wisconsin Elections Commission must act now to certify our petition and schedule the recall election without further delay. We won't be silenced. We will not be denied our rights. The time to act is now and we call upon the Wisconsin Elections Commission to uphold the principles of democracy and set the recall election date for Tuesday, July 30. Now I'm going to invite Attorney Scott to make some remarks and then we'll take some of your questions. Thank you Justice Gableman. I don't have any prepared remarks today. I guess I want to just comment on a couple of quick things as far as the law goes. Number one, I'm a practicing attorney so I can't make any political statement here today and I don't intend to make any political statement and also I'm not going to comment specifically on anything having to do with litigation but one comment that's been made repeatedly about this contention that the challenge was not verified by Speaker Voss. It's important that things be verified when called for in the law. Oftentimes when a complaint is filed or other things are filed it's not required that somebody actually swear to it under oath. When somebody swears to something under oath they're verifying the truth of what is there based upon an allegiance to a higher power of whatever that power may be they have an allegiance to. When that doesn't happen that doesn't have the same kind of weight under the law as other things do. So this isn't just some petty grievance about a technical paperwork error. This actually matters substantively in the law. The other thing I wanted to comment on is in the challenge if there is going to be a challenge if it's considered there's a burden of proof here. Speaker Voss has to meet a burden of proof in order to overcome the facial validity of the petition itself. The petition has enough signatures on its face to call a recall election. In order to overcome that facial the facial validity of the petition there needs to be a challenge to it. Without a challenge the burden of proof is not met. Also if the challenge itself does not meet the burden of proof then there is no reason to not call a recall election and that's why we believe that WEC at this point has no choice but to call a recall election. Now finally the timing of that would be the sixth week following the filing of the petition. WEC at this point because they don't have any challenge in front of them or they have a challenge that does not sufficiently meet the burden of proof means that they need to file the petition with themselves I guess and then the recall election must be called for the Tuesday of the sixth week following that filing. So anytime this week if the petition were to be filed by WEC the election would be on July 30th where it would be next week it would be August 6th. And then beyond that I just want to say that there is an issue of conflict of interest here that I think everybody kind of needs to recognize. When you have an elected official that's facing a constitutional process of recall when the decision whether or not that recall is valid is being oversawed, oversawed, overseen by a group that in large part was appointed by that elected official you have a conflict of interest present that I think needs to be addressed. So with that I think that's all I have for remarks and we can take any questions you may have.
