What the image shows
A side-by-side comparison meme with two photos of monumental statues atop stone pedestals with stars carved/mounted on them. The left photo, labeled "Obama," shows a weathered, dark bronze/patinated statue of a winged horse (Pegasus) rearing above a reclining winged human figure, photographed against a cloudy grey sky. The right photo, labeled "Trump," shows a similarly posed statue (a horse rearing above a robed human figure) but rendered entirely in bright, shiny gold, photographed against a clear blue sky with trees visible at the base.
