What the image shows meme

A digitally altered image of a California license plate (registration tag "2026", code "CA 175") with a lake and snow-capped mountain scenery in the background, styled after the state's Lake Tahoe plate design. The plate reads "NEW-SCM" in large blue letters. Superimposed over the center of the plate is a painted portrait of a gaunt, disheveled man with disheveled dark hair, pale skin, sunken/bloodshot eyes, and numerous scabs, sores, or wounds on his face and neck; he wears a dirty, blood-spotted collared shirt and tie. In the lower left corner, in place of the plate's usual bear graphic, is an emaciated, mangy grizzly bear with sores/dollar-sign brands or wounds on its body, standing over a small dark humanoid silhouette in the grass. Wilted, dying yellow and orange flowers flank the bottom corners in place of the plate's normal healthy flowers. Below the portrait, in elegant cursive script, is the caption "The Once Golden State."

What the image shows meme

A political propaganda-style comparison meme with two rows. Top row labeled "USA" with a photo of Donald Trump, showing three intact military images (a naval ship with aircraft, a naval ship with a jet flying overhead, and a missile defense launcher) each labeled "100% OPERATIONAL" for Navy, Air Force, and Missile Defense. Bottom row labeled "IRAN" with a photo of a turbaned Iranian religious/political figure (resembling Ayatollah Ali Khamenei) marked with a large red X and the word "DEAD" beneath, showing three damaged/destroyed military images (a burning boat, a wrecked fighter jet, and a damaged domed structure), each also marked with a large red X and labeled "DESTROYED" for Navy, Air Force, and Air Defense.
