What the image shows
News-style photograph taken outdoors in sunlight. An older man with light blond-gray hair, wearing a dark navy suit, white shirt, red tie and a small American flag lapel pin, leans forward over a large pale concrete or stone slab and signs it with a black marker. His signature is a long, spiky scrawl. Two round gold-colored medallions or coins sit on the slab's surface. Behind him, about two dozen construction workers stand in rows and pose for the photo. Most wear hard hats (white, red, yellow-green, dark) and high-visibility vests or shirts in neon yellow-green and orange. Many have their hands clasped in front of them. The ground behind him is dark gray pavement with white painted star and lettering shapes. There is no caption or overlay text.
