Ron de Sanctimonius would be a complete disaster for the American farmers and the great people of Iowa. His record on agriculture is terrible because he is totally owned by the globalist donors who would like nothing more than to outsource every American farming job to a foreign nation. And he is totally in the pocket of China. De Sanctis opposed my China tariffs and he heartlessly opposed the 28 billion dollars in relief payments to protect our farmers from Chinese abuses. If you remember, I got China to pay our American farmers 28 billion dollars for the damages that they've caused. And I don't think we're going to be losing Nebraska, Iowa, or any of the farm states because nobody else could have done what I've done. 28 billion dollars, we got it from China, we took it out of the tariffs, and I was very proud to do it. De Sanctis also totally despises ethanol. Ending the renewable fuel standard was one of his top priorities as a member of Congress. As you know, if he had it his way, the entire economy of Iowa would be wiped out because if you do that to ethanol, you're really badly hurting Iowa. De Sanctis slandered the ethanol mandate as "socialism" and he called his vicious plan to annihilate the Iowa farming industry a no-brainer. That was a no-brainer for him. In Florida, De Sanctis is famous for his cruel targeting of family farms. Just recently, De Sanctis vetoed over 130 million dollars in farm subsidies. He really hurt the farmers badly, stabbed the farmers right in the back for his own state, and nobody should be able to do what he did and nobody should be able to get away with it. He did bad for the farmers and he'll do bad for the farmers of Iowa. As president, I fought for Iowa ethanol like no president in history. Nobody's even come close. I issued a rule declaring that E15 would be made available all year round. In addition, I dramatically increased the number of fueling stations where E15 could be sold across the country by letting them use their existing pumps and saving a massive amount of money by not having to replace pumps that were actually already better. The old ones were better than the new ones. I replaced NAFTA with the USMCA Mexico Canada and negotiated dozens of incredible trade deals for our farmers.
