Then once in our country police say he allegedly attacked a 9 year-old girl and her mother in a Los Angeles home invasion in March 2023 authorities were able to link DNA samples from that Los Angeles assault to more ins August 2023 murder where this surveillance video from that la home gave investigators their first images of the unknown perpetrator police were able to identify the man after tracing that DNA sample to his family members in El Salvador and on Friday police were able to track him down and arrest him in Oklahoma. The sheriff there in the county didn't hesitate to blame Moore's murder on the crisis at the southern border. >> We're 1800 miles away from the southern border and the American citizens are not safe because of failed immigration policies.
