A native of the Great State of Oklahoma, Jamie is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, and served as Director of Enforcement at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission during my First Term. Jamie is currently a Senior Partner at the Highly Respected Law Firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, a former Law Clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., and a distinguished Graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, and Harvard College. I am pleased to announce that Hung Cao will be our next United States Under Secretary of the Navy. Hung is the embodiment of the American Dream. As a refugee to our Great Nation, Hung worked tirelessly to make proud the Country that gave his family a home. He went to our amazing United States Naval Academy, and later earned his Master’s Degree in Physics. Hung served in combat as a Special Operations Officer for twenty five years. I am pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Ellis to serve as Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.During my First Term, Michael served at the White House National Security Council, and helped expose abuses of the “unmasking” process by the Obama Administration at the beginning of the Russia, Russia, Russia, Hoax. I am pleased to announce that Penny Schwinn will be our next United States Deputy Secretary of Education. Penny has a strong record of delivering results for children and families. She previously served as the Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Education and, at the Texas Education Agency, as the Deputy Commissioner of Standards and Engagement, Deputy Commissioner of Special Populations and Monitoring, and Chief Deputy Commissioner of Academics. She was also the Assistant Secretary of Education of Delaware, and holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins, as well as a Ph.D. from Claremont. I am pleased to announce that Michael Boren will serve as the United States Under Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment at the Department of Agriculture. Michael is a successful businessman, who has founded six companies, including Clearwater Analytics. He has also served as a volunteer fireman for Sawtooth Valley Rural Fire Department, and as a board member of the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. Michael will work to reinvigorate Forest Management at a time when it is desperately needed. Congratulations Michael!

I am pleased to announce that Richard Fordyce will be the next United States Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation at the Department of Agriculture. Richard is a proud fourth generation soy, corn, and beef cattle farmer, who served as the Administrator of the Farm Service Agency at USDA during my First Term, and was formerly Missouri’s Director of Agriculture. He will work closely with our wonderful Secretary of Agriculture Nominee, Brooke Rollins, to ensure that our incredible American Farmers and Ranchers have the support they need to feed our Great Nation, and the World. Congratulations Richard!

I am pleased to announce that Olivia Trusty will serve as a Commissioner on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Olivia is currently the Policy Director on the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, where she has fought tirelessly to grow the Economy, empower Innovation, and reignite the American Dream. I am pleased to announce that Chris Stallings will be the United States Assistant Administrator for Disaster Recovery and Resilience of the Small Business Administration. Chris Stallings currently serves as the Director of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency. I am pleased to announce that Katharine MacGregor will serve as the next United States Deputy Secretary of the Interior. Katharine is currently Vice President of Environmental Services at NextEra Energy, Inc., and previously worked at the Department of the Interior during my first four years as President. She helped us in our quest to make our Nation Energy DOMINANT, and was also an integral part of the team that produced our Historic “Salute to America” at the National Mall. Congratulations Katharine!

I am pleased to announce that Steven Gill Bradbury will be the next United States Deputy Secretary of Transportation. For the entirety of my First Term, Steven served as the General Counsel of the Department of Transportation, where he helped rebuild our crumbling Infrastructure, and cut regulations that were killing jobs and our incredible Small Businesses. He previously clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Steven will work with our fantastic Secretary of Transportation Nominee, Sean Duffy, to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. Congratulations Steven!

I am pleased to announce that Sam Brown of Nevada will serve as the next Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs at the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Sam is an American HERO, a Purple Heart recipient, and successful businessman from Nevada, who has devoted his life to serving America. It is my great honor to announce that Joseph Nocella, Jr., will be the next United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Nocella has a strong record of bringing Law and Order to the incredible people of New York, serving as a Nassau County District Court Judge, and Family Court Judge. A proud graduate of Columbia Law School, he has also spent over ten years in private practice. Judge Nocella previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. As a Fortune 500 CEO, who had a 40-year International business career, and served in the U.S. Senate, David brings valuable expertise to help build our relationship with China. He has lived in Singapore and Hong Kong, and worked in Asia and China for much of his career. In the U.S. Senate, he served on the Armed Services Committee, where he was Chair of the powerful Sea Power Subcommittee. He also served on the Foreign Relations Committee, the only Republican to serve on both Committees. I am pleased to announce that Warren A. Stephens, one of the most successful businessmen in the Country, has been nominated to serve as the United States Ambassador to the Court of St. James’s, a role in which he will act as our Representative to the United Kingdom. Over the last 38 years, while serving as the President, Chairman, and CEO of his company, Stephens Inc., Warren has built a wonderful financial services firm, while selflessly giving back to his community as a philanthropist. Warren has always dreamed of serving the United States full time.
