What the image shows
A side-by-side split photo comparison of two women, each wearing a wide-brimmed navy hat, outdoors in daylight. On the left, a woman resembling Melania Trump wears a navy boater-style hat with a white/gray band, a navy coat with a high collar, and a white turtleneck, her eyes shadowed by the hat brim; blurred background includes a dark vehicle and a person in a dark uniform. On the right, a woman resembling Hillary Clinton wears a navy fedora-style hat with a textured band, dark sunglasses, and a blue/gray jacket with a scarf featuring a gold pattern visible at the collar; a hand in a gray glove appears in the foreground, and a light blue sky with what looks like an umbrella edge is visible behind her. No caption text is present in the image itself, only the two photos placed side by side.
Described automatically. The words above are a machine's reading of the picture, not Trump's.
