I joined the Democratic Party over 20 years ago. I was 21 years old in Hawaii and at that time I did welcome people from all different backgrounds, different views, celebrated free speech and actually defended those whose speech was being attacked even if they disagreed with their views. It was a party that stood up for the little guy and represented our values of freedom and liberty in America. I left the Democrat Party because now it stands for the exact opposite of all of those things. Free speech is not an absolute. Social media sites, they aren't speaking to millions of people without oversight or regulation and that has to stop. I never would have imagined as an American and as a soldier that we would live in a country in my lifetime where we would feel like we have to self-censor what we say, that we couldn't criticize our own government for fear of them labeling us as a domestic terrorist. We are closer to the brink of World War III and nuclear war today than we ever have been before, directly because of the Harris-Biden administration's foreign policy. Too many Americans are struggling just to afford the basic necessities of life. No matter how many times we've heard Kamala Harris and Joe Biden over these last four years tout and celebrate how Bidenomics has been great for America, America's economy is strong. Polls consistently show that a majority of the American people disapprove of the President's handling of the economy. Guess what? It's working. Over half of Americans earning a six-figure salary report that they're actually living paycheck to paycheck. Bidenomics is working. It is actually working. The number of homeless people on the streets and in shelters across the U.S. increased significantly this year. Bidenomics is working. It's almost as though they're speaking from an ivory tower saying how great they are and patting themselves on the back while people are struggling for crumbs on the streets. This election really isn't about the left versus the right. It's about choosing. We the people choosing our government and the choice between freedom versus tyranny. The Department of Defense under Biden's authority quietly codified its right to deploy lethal force against its own citizens on American soil. I'm proud to endorse Donald Trump in this election because he is our best pope. Specifically because of the leadership that President Trump has brought to transform the Republican Party and bring it back to the party of the people, the party of equality, the party that was founded to fight against and end slavery in this country. It is the party of common sense and the party that is led by a president who has the courage and strength to fight for peace. Mr. Trump became the first sitting U.S. president to ever set foot inside North Korea yesterday. And this is why they will do everything possible to try to destroy him. Because this man has the courage to take them on and root out the deep rot of corruption in Washington. My message to my fellow Americans, regardless of your political affiliation, now is the time for us to stand together to save our country. A vote for President Trump is a vote for a big open tent party that welcomes people from all backgrounds and all walks of life. A vote for President Trump is a vote to express our deep love for our country and our appreciation for our God given rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution. Let's bring in Fox News legal editor Carrie Kupek-Arbonne. She was former counselor to Attorney General Bill Barr. What are your thoughts? Give it to us top line and then detail. You're so knowledgeable. I'm always so grateful when you're on. So I just think this is at a minimum. This is a bad day for the Democrats' law fair campaign against Donald Trump. I completely agree with Lea Terrell at the witness testimony this morning saying that their relationship began long before they said it didn't, a court filing would be grounds for disqualification if it's true. And not only disqualification, Emily, but also it's a legal problem for them. As you just mentioned, it's a lie in a court filing. That's a crime. So that's another, that would be a different issue they have to deal with altogether. And then don't forget on top of it, Republican state lawmakers in Georgia just said, I believe it was last week, that they have a number of people who are willing to come forward to testify against the DA in this case. So this, I think, as Harris was just saying earlier on, I think this is just the beginning. So Carrie, walk us through then, if this is just the beginning, what are some potential outcomes? What does that unraveling actually look like in practice for the 19 defendants of that one case? Well, first and foremost, if the district attorney here is disqualified, that's a game changer because then the question would become, is this case so tainted by the behavior of Wade and Willis that it needs to move to a different venue? In that case, if it moves somewhere else, then the question becomes the prosecutor who would take over the case, are they going to go forward with these RICO charges? I mean, they could drop the charges altogether because let's not forget what Willis is bringing here against Trump. She's bringing RICO charges, which at least at the federal level is typically invoked against members of MS-13 and the mob. And so another prosecutor may take a look at this and say, okay, RICO, this is ridiculous. But it remains to be seen what will happen, obviously. And what impact would this have, if any, on the plea deals that we've seen from some of those defendants thus far? Does it absolutely null and void eradicate all of those? And then everything starts over with that new prosecutor or do some of those stay in place? I think it'd be very specific to what deals have been made and what has been testified up until this point. But again, I think this is not looking good for Willis and Wade. I think, Emily, you made the point earlier that some of the details about money gets a little confusing. But in the big picture here, if you have a witness testifying that a relationship began long before when they said it did in a court filing, it's a big problem. Keri, thank you so much. Do you have any final thoughts that you want listeners to know before we conclude? I think Ashley Merchant, the lawyer here, is doing a very good job. And I would just say that I was just doing a little research on her on the break. And the reason we're even having this hearing is because she went the extra mile for her client. She didn't just react to the case that was presented to her, which a lot of lawyers do and can do. And it's easy to do, I should say. But she decided to look around in the divorce filings. I think she was doing a lot of investigating on her own. And because of that advocacy, which makes her really a great lawyer, we're here today. And the case could crumble as a result.
