Abortion has dropped way down as an issue. States are already giving it to the PEOPLE to Vote, which is what everyone wanted. I never said that “some states may choose to monitor women’s pregnancies to possibly prosecute for violating any abortion bans.” This was made up by Democrats and the Fake News Media. After 50 years, Abortion is now up to the States, where everybody, Republican and Democrat, plus all legal scholars and experts, have wanted it to be. The people choose, and many States, like Ohio and Kansas, have chosen. Many others are in the process of choosing. Arizona’s Legislature has just voted to kill an old 1800’s law, and a new one will soon be voted on by the people. It is all working, will never go back to the Federal Government, and our Country will soon start uniting on this long contentious issue. At the same time, nobody wants to see abortion in the 7th, 8th, or 9th month or, execution after birth, as some states, like the former Democrat Governor of Virginia said, was permitted. Listen to your heart, but common sense must also be applied. Remember, politicians must also win elections!

The Supreme Court in Arizona went too far on their Abortion Ruling, enacting and approving an inappropriate Law from 1864. So now the Governor and the Arizona Legislature must use HEART, COMMON SENSE, and ACT IMMEDIATELY, to remedy what has happened. Remember, it is now up to the States and the Good Will of those that represent THE PEOPLE. We must ideally have the three Exceptions for Rape, Incest, and Life of the Mother. This is important! Every legal scholar, everybody from both sides said, "You have to get it out of the federal government. You have to bring it back to the states." It wasn't about anything else. After we won, Marjorie Danenfelser of the SBA and Lindsey Graham, Senator, started saying, "No, let's go back to the federal government with zero weeks." And when they got nowhere, they upped it to six weeks. And they got nowhere again, and they recently upped it to 15 weeks, and were obviously willing to take the number upward, upward, upward, because they were getting absolutely nowhere with the Democrats. And they never would, because the Democrats will never give up on this issue, no matter how many Republicans want and ask and are willing to give everything. You could give unlimited abortion, and the Democrats would find a reason not to do it, because they don't love our country. They don't want to solve a very difficult problem. But we did. It's called states' rights, and the states are working feverishly to get it all resolved. Fifty-three years it went, and we did something that nobody thought. We brought it back to the states where it belongs and where everyone wanted it. The states will be making the decision. Republicans are now free to run for office based on the horrible border, inflation, bad economy, the death and destruction of our country. We have the worst president in history, and we're going to have the best president in history. And that president's going to do a great job for you, and we're going to make America great again. You know, the Democrats are reeling when they have no response to my recent statement on abortion, other than, "Oh, he's only kidding," or, "He will change it," or, "He's not going to do that. He'll do something else," because he knows and they know that when they say that, they're in trouble. I guess this means that we will win the election because they're so bad on every other issue. They are so bad on the border, on the economy, on energy, everything. We were energy independent just four years ago, and now look what happened, and look what happened to our country. Millions of people flowing in from prisons, from jails. It's really a terrible thing. So the only issue they have, the only issue they think they have is on abortion, and now all I say is the states are handling it, and it's totally killed that issue. We'll take care of everything. We're going to make our country great again. Everybody's going to be happy.

The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated IF that’s what the mother and the family desired. AND THEN A DISCUSSION WOULD ENSUE between the physicians and the mother.” In other words, the Baby would be executed after birth! ALWAYS REMEMBER - THE DEMOCRATS ARE THE RADICALS ON ABORTION.

Sending this Issue back to the States was the Policy of the Republican Party and Conservatives for over 50 years, due to States’ Rights and 10th Amendment, and only happened because of the Justices I proudly Nominated and got Confirmed.

There would be no talk of a six week ban, or anything else, without me. Roe v. Wade allowed the killing of a baby at any time, including the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th month, and even after birth. They, therefore, are the RADICALS, not us, and now, because of our Supreme Court victory, the power has shifted and, for the first time, those fighting for the Pro Life movement have been given tremendous Power on this issue. Before our victory, they had nothing, and they will have nothing again if we don’t win ELECTIONS. Like Ronald Reagan, I believe in the three Exceptions for Rape, Incest, and the Life of the Mother. You have to follow your HEART, but without the Exceptions, it will be very hard to win Elections.
