Matches words, not meaning: join synonyms, nicknames and spellings with OR in capitals (obamacare OR "affordable care act"), quote an exact phrase ("witch hunt"), end a word with * for its prefix (tariff*), and put - before a word to exclude it. Common words such as "the" are ignored outside quotes, and an exclusion needs a word to exclude from.
