And for Senate Republicans, you keep saying they don't have the votes. That's simply false. They've already had a test vote and they had 50 votes for it. And with J.D. Vance, that's 51. It's a matter of having the willpower to structure the Senate to have whether it's a talking filibuster or any other mechanism they want to carry forward to force the bill to the floor at a majority vote. They can choose to do it. They're just simply not.
