## What the media says

**Video transcript** (2:00), transcribed automatically, so names and numbers may be wrong. Speakers aren't identified, so a voice in it may not be his:

> Now we have a bunch of lazy senators who want to threaten the filibuster and not get off their feet and talk and really represent the people and stand for what they believe in. And all the American people are asking John Thune to do is to restore the Senate to the way it used to work before Mitch McConnell's lazy filibuster ideas kind of came into play. And I think that the American people are going to be there. Here's what I think is going to happen, Dan. And I think you probably know some of this because you had a, you had a foresight into some of the things that the bureau now knows it was kept from the American public. I think Donald Trump is going to change the narrative in America. I think he's going to change some senators' minds and he's going to do it by revealing some of the things that Chris Ray and that the Chris Krebs and other major officials who were in charge of the integrity of our elections and who told us it was a perfect election in 2020, he's going to start revealing some of the intelligence that was kept from the American people. And we're going to see that our foreign adversaries have monkeyed with our system more than we knew, more than those driver's licenses coming into Chicago that you helped get all of us to understand about a few months ago about trying to sending fake driver's licenses to help Joe Biden in. There are going to be significant efforts by foreign power, some friends, some enemies that were trying to meddle in the system, and they got pretty far down that path. And I think when senators realized their state could have been targeted, when senators realized that the intention of the identities of some of their voters might have been assumed, I think there's going to be a different debate in America. I think if the president takes the time to educate people and show them that maybe the stories we got from the last leadership weren't true, I think he's going to pick off the votes and then the American people are going to put some pressure on John Thune and they're going to surgically implant a stiff back and he's going to change that filibuster for this particular thing. Make it a standing filibuster, make the Democrats talk till they drop and then we'll get a vote in the summer. But I think there's some big, significant, and very troubling revelations about the vulnerabilities of our elections that the president is about to unveil on the American public.

# Analysis

_Machine-generated by trump.fm on 2026-09-09T08:52:43.718Z (UTC): a model's reading of this post, not his words. Its psychological terms describe the language, not a clinical assessment of him._

## Summary

This post is a bare video repost with no subject-authored text — a cable-news-style segment in which a guest urges Senate filibuster reform and claims the subject will soon reveal concealed intelligence showing foreign interference in the 2020 election, naming former officials Christopher Wray and Chris Krebs as having misled the public. Since the subject added no words of his own, the analyzable behavior is selection and amplification, not authorship. The clip casts him as a singular truth-revealer positioned to sway senators and vindicate persistent 2020 election grievances — a redemption-arc narrative he has amplified for years. No direct violent or eliminationist language appears, but the segment advances unsubstantiated claims of foreign election interference and implies named former officials deliberately deceived the public, functioning as reality-distortion and DARVO by proxy. Danger is rated elevated rather than high: the content risks further eroding institutional trust and could expose named officials to harassment, but includes no calls to violence or mobilization. Authorship attribution rests solely on posting time (approximately 11 PM Eastern, consistent with the subject's known late-night engagement pattern) since no text exists to analyze stylometrically; confidence in any authorship inference is therefore low. No cognitive markers can be assessed given the absence of subject-authored language. This post is best read as routine narrative-maintenance behavior — reinforcing a long-standing grievance rather than responding to an acute new trigger.

## Post Analysis: ts_116089620936035048 (2026-02-18)

**Format note:** This post carries no original text from the subject — it is a bare video repost. All analysis below concerns the *selection and amplification* of a third-party broadcast segment (a host, "Dan," and a guest discussing filibuster reform and 2020 election-security claims), not language the subject authored. Stylometric and typographical analysis is unavailable and not attempted.

### Authorship Attribution
No written text exists to analyze stylometrically. The only available signal is timing: 03:57:18 UTC on 2026-02-18 converts to approximately 10:57 PM Eastern on 2026-02-17 (assuming New York/DC-area/Mar-a-Lago, both Eastern). This falls within the subject's well-documented late-night engagement window and is consistent with reactive same-night reposting of cable-news content. However, timing alone cannot distinguish the subject personally clipping and posting from a staffer doing so on his behalf overnight. Confidence is capped at low, and the finding here concerns who *selected* this clip for amplification, not who wrote anything — no writing exists in this post.

### Selection & Amplification Analysis
The chosen segment does three things favorable to the subject: (1) casts him as uniquely positioned to "change the narrative" and "pick off votes" via undisclosed intelligence; (2) names adversaries — Christopher Wray ("Chris Ray"), Chris Krebs, "last leadership" — for blame regarding 2020 election integrity; (3) frames Senate Republicans (implicitly Thune) as needing pressure to abandon filibuster norms. Posting this without comment functions as an implicit endorsement of all three frames — a validation-seeking/narrative-reinforcing act consistent with routine maintenance behavior rather than an acute injury response, though it extends a longstanding grievance (2020 election legitimacy) rather than introducing a new one.

### Narrative Identity
The amplified narrative casts the subject as revealer-hero: the one who will expose intelligence "kept from the American people" and thereby vindicate a redemption arc (persecuted 2020 loser → vindicated truth-teller). Contrasting others are named officials (Wray, Krebs) recast as concealers of truth — consistent with a long-running contamination sequence (a "stolen"/mismanaged election corrupting subsequent trust) the subject has amplified for years.

### Clinical/Rhetorical Notes
The amplified content contains paranoid-toned claims (foreign adversaries "monkeyed with" the election system, concealed intelligence) and implicit DARVO structure (officials who called 2020 "perfect" are recast as the actual wrongdoers). These are the guest's assertions, not the subject's own statements, so they are not entered as fact-checkable claims attributed to him — but choosing to circulate them to his audience is itself the behavior of interest, reinforcing unsubstantiated election-fraud narratives nearly six years post-2020.

### Danger Assessment
No violent or eliminationist language is present. However, the amplified content erodes trust in electoral institutions and named federal officials without evidentiary support, which carries elevated (not high/critical) risk given the subject's demonstrated pattern of using such narratives to justify escalatory institutional actions (e.g., pressuring Senate rule changes). No direct calls to mobilization or violence are present in this clip.

### Confidence & Limitations
All inferences here are low-to-medium confidence given the absence of the subject's own words. Longitudinal comparison with other uncaptioned reposts would strengthen claims about intentionality of selection versus staff-driven posting.

## Authorship Analysis

**Uncertain** (score: 50%)

### Indicators

- No written text is present, so no stylometric evidence exists
- Timestamp converts to ~10:57 PM Eastern, within the subject's documented late-night posting window
- Content-selection choice (clip praising him, attacking named adversaries) is consistent with either the subject's own reactive TV-watching habit or staff curation
- Absence of caption/commentary is itself ambiguous — both the subject and staff post bare video reposts

## Psychological Profile

### State

**Grandiose State**

**Trigger:** Maintenance (Routine engagement with sympathetic cable-news commentary; no acute precipitating event identified in the 7-day event window)

Sentiment: +0.10

### Clinical

**Malignant Narcissism:**
- Narcissistic: 40%
- Antisocial: 10%
- Paranoid: 30%
- Sadism: 0%

**Defense Mechanisms:**
- projection (immature)

**Cognitive Complexity:**
- Complexity: 0%

**Parasocial Techniques:**
- Amplifying third-party praise without self-authored commentary, allowing followers to receive flattering narrative as if independently corroborated

## Danger Assessment

**ELEVATED**

### Indicators

- Amplification of unsubstantiated claims about concealed intelligence and foreign election interference, which could further erode institutional trust
- Framing of named former officials as concealers of truth without evidence, risking targeted harassment of Wray/Krebs
- No direct violent or eliminationist language present

### Gaslighting

- Amplified content asserts prior officials 'lied' in calling 2020 'a perfect election,' promoting revisionist reframing of settled 2020 election results without new evidence presented in the post itself

## That day

_From trump.fm's machine-generated digest of the day, not his words._

**The 6 a.m. hour went to six-year-old ballot-fraud video; the afternoon went to telling Starmer not to lease away Diego Garcia**

Trump posted twenty times, in an evening batch and a dense hour just after six in the morning, then went quiet for most of the working day. Nearly half of it was 2020 election material — old Detroit ballot-fraud testimony, a Dominion segment, a Georgia post crediting an ally with beating Fani Willis — none of it prompted by anything that happened that week, and almost all of it posted without a word of his own. The one thing he actually wrote was an afternoon message telling the British prime minister not to lease out Diego Garcia, dismissing Mauritius's internationally recognized claim as fictitious and raising the possibility of needing the base to strike Iran; it contradicted his own State Department. He said nothing about the Syria withdrawal, the herbicide order he signed that day, or the Geneva talks. No anger anywhere in the day, a normal night's sleep gap, and an unusually early stop in the late afternoon.
