## What the media says

**Video transcript** (4:45), transcribed automatically, so names and numbers may be wrong. Speakers aren't identified, so a voice in it may not be his:

> Where the hell has the Twin Cities media been? The Star Tribune is complicit. They have had this story for years, if you've just heard, and they've refused to report anything on it. In fact, they continue to try and cover up. Our Minnesota Republican colleagues have demanded answers and accountability for years, but have seen nothing from Walls, his administration, our Democrat colleagues like Tina Smith, Amy Klobuchar, Ilhan Omar, and Angie Craig, or the worthless Star Tribune. Thank God for President Donald J. Trump for finally bringing attention to this issue. Representative Rarick, I'm gonna begin with you. You've been working on this issue for years. You've spoken to the whistle blowers personally, is that correct? - That is correct. - You have an understanding that 1,000 whistle blowers running an account on X have come forward to expose fraud in Minnesota state agencies, and they have been entirely ignored by Tim Walls and have even been retaliated against. Is that accurate? - That is correct. Even this morning, I got another message. - Well, in your experience, are their claims credible or are they politically motivated against Walls? - They're completely credible, not politically motivated. - In fact, many of these are Walls administration employees, correct? - They are actually Democrats as well. - Can you quickly give us one example of the retaliation these folks have been facing? - Yes, I can. In my opening statement, I mentioned that the most severe ones was that they would be fired with cause so they couldn't have unemployment insurance, that they would be blacklisted from all state agencies, and I would bet that it's also Hennepin County and Ramsey County, as you know, those are Democrat run, and much, much more. - Based on what you've learned, representative, over the last several years, do you have any doubt that Governor Tim Walls knew about this fraud as it was occurring? - He absolutely knew that it was occurring. - Thank you. The Housing Stability Services Program was estimated to cost about 2.6 million per year, but before it was shut down last October, it was on track to run about 122 million in 2025. In fact, I think they sucked 161 million out of it from the point it started in 2020 until it was finally shut down, isn't that correct? - That is correct, and Joe Thompson believes that 90% of that was fraud. - Yeah, the Quality Leering Center, as uncovered by Nick Shirley, received almost 10 million in funding, is that accurate? - I believe it is. - There are more than 80 autism centers in Minnesota under investigation, is that true? - I believe it is, yes. - It's clear that someone is criminally complicit. You can't just let this amount of money get out of your administration over a period of seven years without knowing. There was a hearing in the state regarding the Fraudulent Housing Stabilization Program, but before that hearing, Governor Walls fired the official who was slated to testify so that they could not testify and expose what was happening under Governor Walls' watch. Has Governor Walls or Attorney General Ellison fired anyone else to your knowledge, Representative? - Not to my knowledge, and that was Eric Rumdahl, and his administration believes that he was not fired, but I say he was fired because it was too convenient. - Right, Representative Hudson, is it true that 90% of the individuals charged, regardless of what your colleague on the panel just said with his facts and figures, 90% of the individuals charged or indicted with the $250 million feeding our future COVID fraud are of Somali descent? - I believe that to be correct. - Are you aware that in a 2021 video, Mr. Ellison promised that he would obstruct his own agencies in their investigation of Somali fraud? - I am very much aware of that. - It's no wonder the criminals in the Somali community felt they were free to steal taxpayer dollars. I'm gonna ask you the same question I asked Marion. Do you have any doubt that Tim Walls knew about this fraud as it was occurring? - None whatsoever. - Walls and Ellison were protecting fraudsters instead of investigating them, and it was purposeful, and it's no coincidence that this is occurring largely in the Somali community. Walls made a sanctuary state, Minnesota's sanctuary state. He gave free healthcare, free college, and free licenses to illegals, and Walls looked the other way when Somali immigrants were stealing. Representative Robbins, do you have any doubt that Tim Walls knew about this fraud as it was occurring? - None whatsoever. - So all three of you have no doubt in your minds that Tim Walls knew about the $9 billion of fraud during his tenure as governor and did nothing about it. It looks like my time is about to expire, and I do wanna say to all of you on behalf of Minnesota, thank you for being here, and justice will be served.

# Analysis

_Machine-generated by trump.fm on 2026-09-09T08:28:11.334Z (UTC): a model's reading of this post, not his words. Its psychological terms describe the language, not a clinical assessment of him._

## Summary

This post consists entirely of a shared video with no accompanying text, so authorship and cognitive-baseline analysis rest on thin evidence (timing only, capped at low confidence). The clip — an apparent hearing/press compilation on alleged Minnesota state fraud — explicitly credits Trump as the one who "finally" exposed a scandal local media and Democratic officials supposedly covered up, a self-flattering frame consistent with a validation/supply-seeking motive and grandiose narcissistic positioning. The amplified material adopts a fully binary framing (corrupt establishment vs. righteous whistleblowers/Trump), consistent with splitting as an organizing lens, and includes a rhetorical move from a specific indictment demographic statistic to a generalized claim about a Somali community's criminality — an ethnic scapegoating device that, once broadcast to a large audience without qualification, carries elevated (not high or critical) risk of stigmatizing an immigrant community, though no violent or eliminationist language is present. The clip's framing that media coverage was totally absent for years overstates the actual record, since Minnesota fraud investigations have received substantial prior local coverage — a mild reality-distortion element in the amplified content. No first-person rage, cognitive markers, or gaslighting are directly observable, since the subject contributed no original text; all inferences here concern the significance of curatorial choice (what he selected to platform) rather than anything he personally wrote or said.

## Analysis: ts_116052513876450956 (2026-02-11)

**Note on method:** This post carries no text from the subject. The only behavioral evidence is *selection and amplification* of a produced political segment (apparently a state-legislative hearing/press-event compilation on alleged Minnesota fraud). All trait/motive/narrative inferences below are drawn from what was chosen to be broadcast to his audience, not from his own language — there is no stylometric basis for authorship or cognitive-baseline claims.

### Level 1 (Traits)
No direct evidence available (no first-person text). The act of curating and forwarding an attack-oriented clip is weakly consistent with low agreeableness (antagonism toward named political opponents) and high assertiveness, but this is inferred from content choice alone — confidence low.

### Level 2 (Characteristic Adaptations)
- **Agency motive (dominance/status):** The clip explicitly credits him ("Thank God for President Donald J. Trump for finally bringing attention to this issue") — selecting self-flattering content suggests a validation/supply-seeking motive.
- **Schema:** World-as-corrupt-establishment (local media "complicit," Democratic officials protecting fraud) vs. himself/allies as truth-exposers — a persecutory-institutional schema consistent with his longstanding "fake news"/"deep state" framework.

### Level 3 (Narrative Identity)
- **Protagonist role:** Hero/exposer — the clip casts him as catalyst for accountability others suppressed.
- **Contrasting other:** Gov. Tim Walz, Sens. Klobuchar/Smith, Rep. Omar/Craig, the Star Tribune, and — notably — the Somali immigrant community (via the indictment-descent statistic and "criminals in the Somali community" line).
- **Sequence:** Redemption-adjacent — years of suppressed whistleblowing "finally" reaching light because of him.

### Level 4 (Clinical-adjacent indicators)
- **Narcissistic features (moderate, low-moderate confidence):** amplifying content that centers him as the hero of the story is consistent with supply-seeking/grandiose self-positioning.
- **Paranoid features (moderate):** the amplified narrative frames media and officials as engaged in an active, years-long cover-up — a conspiratorial/persecutory frame he chose to platform.
- **Splitting (immature defense):** the clip's binary framing (corrupt Democrats/media vs. righteous whistleblowers/Trump) is fully adopted by the choice to share it unedited and without qualification.
- **Ethnic scapegoating:** the segment moves from a fraud-indictment statistic to a generalized claim about "criminals in the Somali community" — a rhetorical move from individual culpability to group blame. Amplifying this without added context is a meaningful behavioral signal (elevated, not high/critical, danger rating) given the risk of stigmatizing a specific ethnic/immigrant community; no explicit call to violence or eliminationist language is present.

### Authorship attribution
Timestamp 14:40:29 UTC on 2026-02-11 converts to approximately 9:40 AM EST (no specific travel event places him elsewhere that week; assuming Washington/Mar-a-Lago EST baseline). This falls in business hours, not his characteristic late-night/early-morning authentic-posting window. However, with zero written text there is no stylometric signal (typos, phrasing, grammar) to corroborate either authorship pattern — the timing evidence alone is weak and only speaks to who selected/queued the clip, not who wrote anything. Confidence is capped at low accordingly.

## Authorship Analysis

**Uncertain** (score: 50%)

### Indicators

- No written text accompanies the video, so there is no stylometric evidence of authorship at all
- Posting time converts to ~9:40 AM EST, within business hours rather than his characteristic late-night/early-morning authentic window
- No location-specific event places him outside the Eastern-time baseline that week
- The clip is a polished, produced hearing/segment compilation rather than raw personal footage, consistent with either staff curation or personal TV-clip sharing
- Attribution here concerns who selected/queued this clip for posting, not who wrote anything, since no text was written

### Indicators

- Amplification of rhetoric that generalizes from a fraud-indictment demographic statistic to a collective claim about an ethnic/immigrant community's criminality, risking stigmatization of Somali-Americans in Minnesota

## That day

_From trump.fm's machine-generated digest of the day, not his words._

**A day of curated vindication ends in punishment: 41 posts, a triumphant jobs number, and an evening spent threatening his own party**

Trump posted 41 times on Wednesday, and most of it was video — a burst of nearly 30 clips in roughly half an hour late morning, almost all of them archival footage of himself being doubted and then proven right, plus several clips of other people insisting he had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. He had real news to work with: a jobs report that came in more than double expectations, and a long meeting with Israel's prime minister, both of which he posted about approvingly. Then the mood turned in the evening. After Oklahoma's governor publicly misstated his position on a White House dinner and six House Republicans voted to undo his Canada tariff, he threatened primary challenges against any Republican who crosses him on trade and publicly regretted ever endorsing the governor. A day with plenty to celebrate ended with him punishing his own side instead.
